Delay parabolic problems have been studied by many authors. Some authors investigated more general delay problem (refer to [1], [2]), some investigated concrete delay partial differential equations. Recently, we have done some work on delay parabolic problem. We discussed semilinear parabolic delay problem and obtained some results on the existence of solutions. In particular the results on existence of periodic solutions are characteristic (see [3], [4], [5], [6]). The purpose of this paper is to study delay equation with quasilinear perturbation. We present the existence of global and periodic solutions of abstract evolution equations in Section 2. The abstract results are used to obtain the existence of global and periodic solutions of delay parabolic problem with quasilinear perturbation in Section 3. We make preparation for our investigation and give a generalization of Gronwall inequality (Lemma 1.3) which is used in next section.  相似文献

In this article, we give a characterization of a class of bounded Fredholm operators on a Banach space which is developed to present some general existence results of the operators equation of the second kind. The obtained results are used to describe the Riesz–Schauder theory of compact operators in the more general setting of polynomially compact operators.  相似文献

In this paper, the existence and iterative approximation of coupled fixed points for mixed monotone condensing (set-valued) operators are discussed. The results presented here extend and improve the corresponding results of [D. Guo and V. Lakshmikantham, coupled fixed points of nonlinear operators [1, 2]. As an application, we utilize the results obtained in Section 2 to study the existence problem of solutions for a class of functional equations arising in dynamic programming.  相似文献

In this paper, we obtain some new and general existence and uniqueness theorems of positive fixed points for mixed monotone operators with perturbation, which extend the corresponding results in [Z.T. Zhang, New fixed point theorems of mixed monotone operators and applications, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 204 (1996) 307-319, Theorem 1, Corollaries 1 and 2]. This work is a continuation of our previous paper [8]. We investigate well-posedness (in the semigroup theory sense) of transport equations with general external fields and general measures associated to boundary conditions modeled by abstract boundary operators H. Fine properties of the traces are investigated, extending well-known results by M. Cessenat [15]. For dissipative boundary conditions, we revisit and generalize results from [12, 17] while, for multiplicative boundary conditions we extend techniques from [25]. Finally, we also investigate the case of boundary conditions associated to a boundary operator of norm one, extending the recent results of [6, 27] to more general fields and measures.  相似文献

Korovkin-type approximation theory usually deals with convergence analysis for sequences of positive operators. In this work we present qualitative Korovkin-type convergence results for a class of sequences of non-positive operators, more precisely regular operators with vanishing negative parts under a limiting process. Sequences of that type are called sequences of almost positive linear operators and have not been studied before in the context of Korovkin-type approximation theory. As an example we show that operators related to the multivariate scattered data interpolation technique moving least squares interpolation originally due to Lancaster and Šalkauskas [Surfaces generated by moving least squares methods, Math. Comp., 1981, 37, 141–158] give rise to such sequences. This work also generalizes Korovkin-type results regarding Shepard interpolation [Korovkin-type convergence results for multivariate Shepard formulae, Rev. Anal. Numér. Théor. Approx., 2009, 38, 170–176] due to the author. Moreover, this work establishes connections and differences between the concepts of sequences of almost positive linear operators and sequences of quasi-positive or convexity-monotone linear operators introduced and studied by Campiti in [Convexity-monotone operators in Korovkin theory, Rend. Circ. Mat. Palermo (2) Suppl., 1993, 33, 229–238].  相似文献

In this paper, we deal with the global existence and nonexistence of solutions to a nonlinear diffusion system coupled via nonlinear boundary flux. By constructing various kinds of sub- and super-solutions and using the basic properties of M-matrix, we give the necessary and sufficient conditions for global existence of nonnegative solutions. The critical curve of Fujita type is conjectured with the aid of some new results, which extend the recent results of Wang et al. [Nonlinear Anal. 71 (2009) 2134-2140] and Li et al. [J. Math. Anal. Appl. 340 (2008) 876-883] to more general equations.  相似文献

Following our previous work [J. Math. Anal. Appl. 295 (2004) 341], we give an exact growth order near zero for positive solutions of a class of elliptic equation and use it to give the existence of multiple solutions with negative energy, multiple positive solutions and sign changing solutions of the considered problem. Even in the particular case, our results extend a previous work by Ambrosetti–Garcia–Peral [J. Funct. Anal. 137 (1996) 219].  相似文献

In the present paper, slightly modifying the topological KKM Theorem of Park and Kim (1996), we obtain a new existence theorem for generalized vector equilibrium problems related to an admissible multifunction. We work here under the general framework of G-convex space which does not have any linear structure. Also, we give applications to greatest element, fixed point and vector saddle point problems. The results presented in this paper extend and unify many results in the literature by relaxing the compactness, the closedness and the convexity conditions.

The aim of the article is to present a unified approach to the existence, uniqueness and regularity of solutions to problems belonging to a class of second order in time semilinear partial differential equations in Banach spaces. Our results are applied next to a number of examples appearing in literature, which fall into the class of strongly damped semilinear wave equations. The present work essentially extends the results on the existence and regularity of solutions to such problems. Previously, these problems have been considered mostly within the Hilbert space setting and with the main part operators being selfadjoint. In this article we present a more general approach, involving sectorial operators in reflexive Banach spaces.  相似文献

In this work, we study the existence and regularity of solutions for some partial functional integrodifferential equations in Banach spaces. We suppose that the undelayed part admits a resolvent operator in the sense given by Grimmer in [R. Grimmer, Resolvent operators for integral equations in a Banach space, Transaction of American Mathematical Society 273 (1982) 333–349]. The delayed part is assumed to be locally Lipschitz. Firstly, we show the existence of the mild solutions. Secondly, we give sufficient conditions ensuring the existence of the strict solutions.  相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to give a necessary and sufficient condition on the existence of associated splittings (defined in this paper) and to consider some applications to associated quasi-connections on fibred manifolds and vector bundles, using the idea and extending Theorem 1 from [2]. In Section 1, a general condition on the existence of associated splittings is given. In Section 2, the basic constructions concerning q.c.s. used in the next Section are briefly described following [7]; they extend the q.c.s. of Wang [8, 1, 2]. We extend the framework of classical Dirichlet forms to a class of bilinear forms, called generalized Dirichlet forms, which are the sum of a coercive part and a linear unbounded operator as a perturbation. The class of generalized Dirichlet forms, in particular, includes symmetric and coercive Dirichlet forms (cf. [6], [10]) as well as time dependent Dirichlet forms (cf. [14]) as special cases and also many new examples. Among these are, e.g. transformations of time dependent Dirichlet forms by -excessive functions h (h-transformations), Dirichlet forms with time dependent linear drift and fractional diffusion operators. One of the main results is that we identify an analytic property of these forms which ensures the existence of associated strong Markov processes with nice sample path properties, and give an explicit construction for such processes. This construction extends previous constructions of the processes in the elliptic and the parabolic cases, is, in particular, carried out on general topological state spaces (as in [10]), and is applied to the above examples.  相似文献

We extend the Ruzhansky-Turunen theory of pseudo-differential operators on compact Lie groups into a tool that can be used to investigate group-valued Markov processes in the spirit of the work in Euclidean spaces of N. Jacob and collaborators. Feller semigroups, their generators and resolvents are exhibited as pseudo-differential operators and the symbols of the operators forming the semigroup are expressed in terms of the Fourier transform of the transition kernel. The symbols are explicitly computed for some examples including the Feller processes associated to stochastic flows arising from solutions of stochastic differential equations on the group driven by Lévy processes. We study a family of Lévy-type linear operators on general Lie groups that are pseudo-differential operators when the group is compact and find conditions for them to give rise to symmetric Dirichlet forms.  相似文献
