本文是在[1]文的基础上,证明自共轭四元数矩阵 A 的行列式‖A‖的展开定理,而当 A 为实对称矩阵或复 Hermitian 矩阵时,‖A‖的展开式即与通常的行列式|A|的展开式一致.并由此进一步得出 A 的特征多项式 f(λ)就是 A 的特征矩阵的行展开式,从而得到 f(λ)的直接计算法,且由此又得到正定与半正定自共轭矩阵的另一等价命题,完善了[2]中(?)4的结果.还有一些关于实、复正定与半正定矩阵的重要定理,也可应用展开定理把它们加以推广.  相似文献

设 H~(m×n)为 m×n 四元数矩阵的集合,σ_1(A)≥…≥σ_n(A)为 A∈H~(mxn)的奇异值。本文证明了:1)设 A∈H~(mxm),B∈H~(mxm),r=min(m,m),则|tr(4B)|≤c r σ_i(A)σ_i(B).2)设 A_i∈H~(mxm),i=1,2,…,n,(A_1A_2…A_n)k为 A_1A_2…A_n 的任一个 k 阶主子阵,则|tr(A_1.A_2…A_n)_k|≤sun form i=1 to k σ_i(A_1)…σ_i(A_n).我们还得到四元数矩阵迹的其它一些不等式。这些结果推广和改进了文[1],[2]中的结果,进一步解决了 Bellman 猜想。  相似文献

As early as in 1990, Professor Sun Yongsheng, suggested his students at Beijing Normal University to consider research problems on the unit sphere. Under his guidance and encouragement his students started the research on spherical harmonic analysis and approximation. In this paper, we incompletely introduce the main achievements in this area obtained by our group and relative researchers during recent 5 years (2001-2005). In applications it is useful to compute the local average empirical statistics on u. A very simple relation exists when of a function f(u) of an input u from the local averages are given by a Haar approximation. The question is to know if it holds for higher order approximation methods. To do so, it is necessary to use approximate product operators defined over linear approximation spaces. These products are characterized by a Strang and Fix like condition. An explicit construction of these product operators is exhibited for piecewise polynomial functions, using Hermite interpolation. The averaging relation which holds for the Haar approximation is then recovered when the product is defined by a two point Hermite interpolation.  相似文献

Given the Laplace transform F(s) of a function f(t), we develop a new algorithm to find an approximation to f(t) by the use of the classical Jacobi polynomials. The main contribution of our work is the development of a new and very effective method to determine the coefficients in the finite series expansion that approximation f(t) in terms of Jacobi polynomials.
