In this paper, we introduce two iterative schemes by the general iterative method for finding a common element of the set of an equilibrium problem and the set of fixed points of a nonexpansive mapping in a Hilbert space. Then, we prove two strong convergence theorems for nonexpansive mappings to solve a unique solution of the variational inequality which is the optimality condition for the minimization problem. These results extended and improved the corresponding results of Marino and Xu [G. Marino, H.K. Xu, A general iterative method for nonexpansive mapping in Hilbert spaces, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 318 (2006) 43-52], S. Takahashi and W. Takahashi [S. Takahashi, W. Takahashi, Viscosity approximation methods for equilibrium problems and fixed point problems in Hilbert spaces, J. Math. Anal. Recently, Ceng, Guu and Yao introduced an iterative scheme by viscosity-like approximation method to approximate the fixed point of nonexpansive mappings and solve some variational inequalities in Hilbert space (see Ceng et al. (2009) [9]). Takahashi and Takahashi proposed an iteration scheme to solve an equilibrium problem and approximate the fixed point of nonexpansive mapping by viscosity approximation method in Hilbert space (see Takahashi and Takahashi (2007) [12]). In this paper, we introduce an iterative scheme by viscosity approximation method for finding a common element of the set of a countable family of nonexpansive mappings and the set of an equilibrium problem in a Hilbert space. We prove the strong convergence of the proposed iteration to the unique solution of a variational inequality.  相似文献

In this paper, we introduce a new iterative process for finding the common element of the set of fixed points of a nonexpansive mapping, the set of solutions of an equilibrium problem and the solutions of the variational inequality problem for two inverse-strongly monotone mappings. We introduce a new viscosity relaxed extragradient approximation method which is based on the so-called relaxed extragradient method and the viscosity approximation method. We show that the sequence converges strongly to a common element of the above three sets under some parametric controlling conditions. Moreover, using the above theorem, we can apply to finding solutions of a general system of variational inequality and a zero of a maximal monotone operator in a real Hilbert space. The results of this paper extended, improved and connected with the results of Ceng et al., [L.-C. Ceng, C.-Y. Wang, J.-C. In this paper, we introduce a new iterative scheme for finding a common element of the set of solutions of an equilibrium problem, the set of common fixed point for a family of infinitely nonexpansive mappings and the set of solutions of the variational inequality for αα-inverse-strongly monotone mappings in a Hilbert space. Under suitable conditions, some strong convergence theorems for approximating a common element of the above three sets are obtained. As applications, at the end of the paper we utilize our results to study the optimization problem and some convergence problem for strictly pseudocontractive mappings. Implicit and explicit viscosity methods for finding common solutions of equilibrium and hierarchical fixed points are presented. These methods are used to solve systems of equilibrium problems and variational inequalities where the involving operators are complements of nonexpansive mappings. The results here are situated on the lines of the research of the corresponding results of Moudafi [Krasnoselski-Mann iteration for hierarchical fixed-point problems, Inverse Probl. 23 (2007), pp. 1635–1640; Weak convergence theorems for nonexpansive mappings and equilibrium problems, to appear in JNCA], Moudafi and Maingé [Towards viscosity approximations of hierarchical fixed-points problems, Fixed Point Theory Appl. In this paper, we introduce and study a new hybrid iterative method for finding a common element of the set of solutions of a mixed equilibrium problem, the set of fixed points of an infinite family of nonexpansive mappings and the set of solutions of variational inequalities for a ξ-Lipschitz continuous and relaxed (m,v)-cocoercive mappings in Hilbert spaces. Then, we prove a strong convergence theorem of the iterative sequence generated by the proposed iterative algorithm which solves some optimization problems under some suitable conditions. Our results extend and improve the recent results of Yao et al. [Y. Yao, M.A. Noor, S. Zainab and Y.C. Liou, Mixed equilibrium problems and optimization problems, J. Math. Anal. In this paper, we investigate the problem for finding the set of solutions for equilibrium problems, the set of solutions of the variational inequalities for k-Lipschitz continuous mappings and fixed point problems for nonexpansive mappings in a Hilbert space. We introduce a new viscosity extragradient approximation method which is based on the so-called viscosity approximation method and extragradient method. We show that the sequence converges strongly to a common element of the above three sets under some parameters controlling conditions. Finally, we utilize our results to study some convergence problems for finding the zeros of maximal monotone operators. Our results are generalization and extension of the results of Kumam [P. In this paper, we propose an iterative scheme for finding a common element of the set of solutions of an equilibrium problem and the set of fixed points of a strict pseudo-contraction mapping in the setting of real Hilbert spaces. We establish some weak and strong convergence theorems of the sequences generated by our proposed scheme. Our results combine the ideas of Marino and Xu’s result [G. Marino, H.K. Xu, Weak and strong convergence theorems for strict pseudo-contractions in Hilbert spaces, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 329 (2007) 336–346], and Takahashi and Takahashi’s result [S. Takahashi, W. Takahashi, Viscosity approximation methods for equilibrium problems and fixed point problems in Hilbert spaces, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 331 (2007) 506–515]. In particular, necessary and sufficient conditions for strong convergence of our iterative scheme are obtained.  相似文献

The purpose of this article is to prove some approximation theorems of common fixed points for countable families of total quasi-?-asymptotically nonexpansive mappings which contain several kinds of mappings as its special cases in Banach spaces. In order to get the approximation theorems, the hybrid algorithms are presented and are used to approximate the common fixed points. Using this result, we also discuss the problem of strong convergence concerning the maximal monotone operators in a Banach space. We introduce a new composite iterative scheme by viscosity approximation method for finding a common point of the set of solutions of an equilibrium problem and the set of fixed points of a nonexpansive mapping in a Hilbert space. It is proved that the sequence generated by the iterative scheme converges strongly to a common point of the set of solutions of an equilibrium problem and the set of fixed points of a nonexpansive mapping. Our results substantially improve the corresponding results of Takahashi and Takahashi [A. Takahashi, W. Takahashi, Viscosity approximation methods for equilibrium problems and fixed point problems in Hilbert spaces, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 331 (2007) 506-515]. Essentially a new approach for finding solutions of equilibrium problems and the fixed points of nonexpansive mappings is provided.  相似文献

In this article, we introduce a new viscosity iterative method for two nonexpansive mappings in Hilbert spaces. We also prove, without commutativity assumption, that the iterates converge to a common fixed point of the mappings which solves some variational inequality. The results presented extend the corresponding results of Shimizu and Takahashi [T. Shimizu, W. Takahashi, Strong convergence to common fixed point of families of nonexpansive mappings, J. Math. In this paper, we introduce a new three-step iterative scheme for finding the common element of the set of fixed points of a nonexpansive mapping and the set of solutions of the variational inequality using the technique of updating the solution. In this paper, we introduce a hybrid iterative scheme for finding a common element of the set of solutions of an equilibrium problem and the set of fixed points of finitely many nonexpansive mappings. We prove that the approximate solution converges strongly to a solution of a class of variational inequalities under some mild conditions, which is the optimality condition for some minimization problem. We also give some comments on the results of Plubtieng and Punpaeng [S. Plubtieng, R. Punpaeng, A general iterative method for equilibrium problems and fixed point problems in Hilbert spaces, J.
