The purpose of this paper is to study the strong convergence of a general iterative scheme to find a common element of the set of fixed points of a nonexpansive mapping, the set of solutions of variational inequality for a relaxed cocoercive mapping and the set of solutions of an equilibrium problem. Our results extend the recent results of Takahashi and Takahashi [S. Takahashi, W. Takahashi, Viscosity approximation methods for equilibrium problems and fixed point problems in Hilbert spaces, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 331 (2007) 506–515], Marino and Xu [G. Marino, H.K. Xu, A general iterative method for nonexpansive mappings in Hilbert spaces, J. Math. Anal. The purpose of this paper is to introduce a new hybrid projection algorithm for finding a common element of the set of common fixed points of two relatively quasi-nonexpansive mappings and the set of solutions of an equilibrium problem in the framework of Banach spaces. In this paper, we introduce an iterative scheme for finding a common element of the set of fixed points of a nonexpansive mapping, the set of solutions of the variational inequality for an inverse-strongly monotone mapping and the set of solutions of an equilibrium problem in a Hilbert space. We show that the iterative sequence converges strongly to a common element of the three sets. The results of this paper extended and improved the results of H. Iiduka and W. Takahashi [Strong convergence theorems for nonexpansive mappings and inverse-strongly monotone mappings, Nonlinear Anal. 61 (2005) 341–350] and S. Takahashi and W. Takahashi [Viscosity approximation methods for equilibrium problems and fixed point problems in Hilbert spaces, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 331 (2007) 506–515]. Therefore, by using the above result, an iterative algorithm for the solution of a optimization problem was obtained.  相似文献

In this paper, we introduce a new iterative process for finding the common element of the set of fixed points of a nonexpansive mapping, the set of solutions of an equilibrium problem and the solutions of the variational inequality problem for two inverse-strongly monotone mappings. We introduce a new viscosity relaxed extragradient approximation method which is based on the so-called relaxed extragradient method and the viscosity approximation method. We show that the sequence converges strongly to a common element of the above three sets under some parametric controlling conditions. Moreover, using the above theorem, we can apply to finding solutions of a general system of variational inequality and a zero of a maximal monotone operator in a real Hilbert space. The results of this paper extended, improved and connected with the results of Ceng et al., [L.-C. Ceng, C.-Y. Wang, J.-C. The purpose of this article is to prove some approximation theorems of common fixed points for countable families of total quasi-?-asymptotically nonexpansive mappings which contain several kinds of mappings as its special cases in Banach spaces. In order to get the approximation theorems, the hybrid algorithms are presented and are used to approximate the common fixed points. Using this result, we also discuss the problem of strong convergence concerning the maximal monotone operators in a Banach space. In this paper, we introduce a new general iterative method for finding a common element of the set of solutions of a mixed equilibrium problem (MEP), the set of fixed points of an infinite family of nonexpansive mappings and the set of solutions of variational inequalities for a ξ-inverse-strongly monotone mapping in Hilbert spaces. Furthermore, we establish the strong convergence theorem for the iterative sequence generated by the proposed iterative algorithm under some suitable conditions, which solves some optimization problems. Our results extend and improve the recent results of Yao et al. [Y. Yao, M.A. Noor, S. Zainab, Y.C. Liou, Mixed equilibrium problems and optimization problems, J. Math. Anal. Viscosity approximation methods for a family of finite nonexpansive mappings are established in Banach spaces. The main theorems extend the main results of Moudafi [Viscosity approximation methods for fixed-points problems, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 241 (2000) 46–55] and Xu [Viscosity approximation methods for nonexpansive mappings, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 298 (2004) 279–291] to the case of finite mappings. In this paper, we introduce a hybrid iterative scheme for finding a common element of the set of solutions of an equilibrium problem and the set of fixed points of finitely many nonexpansive mappings. We prove that the approximate solution converges strongly to a solution of a class of variational inequalities under some mild conditions, which is the optimality condition for some minimization problem. We also give some comments on the results of Plubtieng and Punpaeng [S. Plubtieng, R. Punpaeng, A general iterative method for equilibrium problems and fixed point problems in Hilbert spaces, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 336 (2007) 455–469]. Results obtained in this paper may be viewed as an improvement and refinement of the previously known results in this area.  相似文献

Recently, Ceng, Guu and Yao introduced an iterative scheme by viscosity-like approximation method to approximate the fixed point of nonexpansive mappings and solve some variational inequalities in Hilbert space (see Ceng et al. (2009) [9]). Takahashi and Takahashi proposed an iteration scheme to solve an equilibrium problem and approximate the fixed point of nonexpansive mapping by viscosity approximation method in Hilbert space (see Takahashi and Takahashi (2007) [12]). In this paper, we introduce an iterative scheme by viscosity approximation method for finding a common element of the set of a countable family of nonexpansive mappings and the set of an equilibrium problem in a Hilbert space. We prove the strong convergence of the proposed iteration to the unique solution of a variational inequality.  相似文献

The Mann iterations for nonexpansive mappings have in general only weak convergence in a Hilbert space. We modify an iterative method of Mann's type introduced by Nakajo and Takahashi [Strong convergence theorems for nonexpansive mappings and nonexpansive semigroups, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 279 (2003) 372–379] for nonexpansive mappings and prove strong convergence of our modified Mann's iteration processes for asymptotically nonexpansive mappings and semigroups.  相似文献

In this paper, we introduce a new iterative scheme for finding the common element of the set of common fixed points of infinitely many nonexpansive mappings, the set of solutions of an equilibrium problem and the set of solutions of the variational inequality for α-inverse-strongly monotone mapping in Hilbert spaces. We prove that the sequence converges strongly to a common element of the above three sets under some parameters controlling conditions. This main result improve and extend Plubtieng and Punpaeng’s corresponding result [S. Plubtieng, R. Using this theorem, we obtain three corollaries.  相似文献

In this paper, we prove strong convergence theorems by the hybrid method for a family of hemi-relatively nonexpansive mappings in a Banach space. Our results improve and extend the corresponding results given by Qin et al. [Xiaolong Qin, Yeol Je Cho, Shin Min Kang, Haiyun Zhou, Convergence of a modified Halpern-type iteration algorithm for quasi-?-nonexpansive mappings, Appl. Math. Lett. 22 (2009) 1051-1055], and at the same time, our iteration algorithm is different from the Kimura and Takahashi algorithm, which is a modified Mann-type iteration algorithm [Yasunori Kimura, Wataru Takahashi, On a hybrid method for a family of relatively nonexpansive mappings in Banach space, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 357 (2009) 356-363]. In addition, we succeed in applying our algorithm to systems of equilibrium problems which contain a family of equilibrium problems.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with convergence of an approximating common fixed point sequence of countable Lipschitzian mappings in a uniformly convex Banach space. We also establish weak convergence theorems for finding a common element of the set of fixed points, the set of solutions of an equilibrium problem, and the set of solutions of a variational inequality. With an appropriate setting, we obtain and improve the corresponding results recently proved by Moudafi [A. Moudafi, Weak convergence theorems for nonexpansive mappings and equilibrium problems. J. Nonlinear Convex Anal. 9 (2008) 37–43], Tada–Takahashi [A. Tada and W. Takahashi, Weak and strong convergence theorems for a nonexpansive mapping and an equilibrium problem. J. Optim. Math. (2008) doi:10.1016/j.cam.2008.05.045]. Some of our results are established with weaker assumptions.  相似文献

Implicit and explicit viscosity methods for finding common solutions of equilibrium and hierarchical fixed points are presented. These methods are used to solve systems of equilibrium problems and variational inequalities where the involving operators are complements of nonexpansive mappings.
