针对专家权重未知且属性值为毕达哥拉斯模糊数的多属性群决策问题,基于证据理论和混合加权毕达哥拉斯MSM算子,提出了一种群决策方法。 首先,由决策信息矩阵获取专家的模糊测度,并赋予其相应的权重;其次,基于新构造的混合加权毕达哥拉斯MSM算子对专家所提供的属性信息分别进行集结,得到各个专家的综合评价信息;再次,利用证据合成方法,对专家综合评价信息进行融合,获得候选方案的综合证据信息,进而可知备选方案的信任区间,并据此对候选方案进行优选决策;最后,绿色供应商选取案例的分析与对比验证了方法的可行性与合理性。  相似文献

针对时间权重与属性权重完全未知的三角模糊多属性决策问题,基于前景理论和MULTIMOORA提出一种新的决策方法。首先,建立备选方案在不同时段的三角模糊前景决策矩阵,根据时间度及不同时段内备选方案前景值的差异构建时间权重优化模型,并运用最大偏差法的基本思想获得属性权重。其次,基于三角模糊数提出一种新的MULTIMOORA扩展形式,并结合占优理论对备选方案进行比选。最后,通过实例证明了所提方法是可行的,也是有效的。  相似文献

针对专家权重未知、专家判断信息以区间直觉模糊集给出的多属性群决策问题,提出了一种新的模糊熵决策方法。通过定义区间直觉模糊集的模糊熵判断专家信息的模糊程度,进而确定每位专家的权重;然后计算备选方案距理想方案和负理想方案的模糊交叉熵距离,得到每个专家对方案的排序;再分别利用加权算术算子和加权几何算子集结专家的排序结果,得到专家群体对方案的排序。实例分析验证了方法的有效性。  相似文献

基于区间偏好信息的不确定性应急局部群决策模型   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
针对突发事件应急决策的复杂性特征,本文提出一种专家基于领域知识对应急方案集合进行局部评价的群决策模型。以区间数互反判断矩阵对属性进行偏好评价,采用线性规划求解权重区间,并利用集值统计序列得到属性权重向量的平均估计;在专家局部评价基础上,基于目标优化方法对方案群权重进行分配,并同时得到专家权重;通过集结个体局部偏好得到应急决策群组成员对备选方案偏好的一致性排序。最后,以地铁火灾事故为例模拟仿真应急疏散方案的群决策,对模型的实际运用说明了模型的可行性与有效性。  相似文献

针对专家权重未知、专家判断信息以直觉模糊集给出的多属性群决策问题,提出了一种新的决策方法.通过定义直觉模糊集的模糊熵计算专家判断信息的模糊程度,进而确定每位专家的权重.然后定义直觉模糊集的模糊交叉熵确定备选方案距理想方案和负理想方案的距离,再根据加权算术算子集结专家的判断信息,得到方案的排序.最后,通过一个实例分析验证了方法的有效性.  相似文献

TOPSIS方法是多准则决策中常用的一种方法.但是该方法无法有效处理决策中的模糊信息,本文提出了一种模糊环境下的TOPSIS方法.在用三角模糊数对语言变量表示的基础上,决策过程中的各个准则的权重和各个备选方案的等级均采用语言变量来描述,这些语言变量由专家确定.为降低决策中的计算量,引入了模糊数的等级均值积分表示,在决策过程中将模糊数计算转化为简单的实数运算.这一优点使得决策中可以避免求解模糊数之间的距离和对模糊数排序.利用一个多准则决策的算例验证了该方法的有效性.  相似文献

针对决策信息为Pythagorean模糊数,属性权重完全未知的风险型多属性决策问题,提出了一种基于Pythagorean模糊熵的考虑决策者后悔与失望规避心理行为的决策方法。首先,计算备选方案和理想点各属性的效用值,从而获得各备选方案的后悔-欣喜值、失望-愉悦值及感知效用值。其次,构建了一种Pythagorean模糊熵,并给出基于该Pythagorean模糊熵的属性权重确定方法,利用属性权重加权求和获得备选方案综合感知效用值,从而对方案进行排序。最后,通过算例说明方法的可行性和优点,并分析了后悔规避系数δ和失望规避系数τ对决策结果的影响。  相似文献

针对备选方案的属性值和各属性权重为区间数的多属性决策问题,讨论了区间数型模糊V IKOR方法。该方法以最接近理想解为基本思想,在决策过程中采用线性规范方法,利用心态指标对区间数进行排序,在可接受优势和决策过程的稳定条件下对备选方案进行选择,得到折衷解,实现了群体效用最大化,个体遗憾最小化。最后,在最大群体效用权重为0.5的情况下,用实例说明了该方法的有效性和可行性,结果显示不同的心态,最后的选择是不同的。  相似文献

针对阶段权重未知且偏好信息表示为区间模糊数的多阶段大群体应急决策问题,提出一种新的群决策方法。首先给出了区间模糊数相似度公式,利用该公式对各阶段的专家偏好信息进行聚类;然后构建相对熵优化模型对聚集权重和阶段权重进行求解,得到整个决策过程的综合群体偏好,根据综合群体偏好对备选方案进行排序,确定最佳方案;最后通过算例对该方法的有效性和可行性进行验证。  相似文献

针对不同识别框架多属性群决策问题属性准则度量的不确定性、随机性,定义基于梯形模糊数表征的属性准则评价等级相似度量,求解专家决策权重的最优解。对公共识别框架备选方案属性准则采用模糊证据推理过程综合专家评价等级置信度信息;利用可严格区分属性准则评价等级的相似度量,改进TOPSIS方法中备选方案属性准则评价等级置信度距离因子,获取备选方案逼近正负理想解的贴近度。实例分析以某通信企业电信产品市场竞争力评估为例,说明基于模糊证据推理、改进TOPSIS的多属性群决策问题求解过程,从属性准则专家模糊评价等级置信度集中获取直观的待评估产品市场竞争力排序结果,验证该方法解决此类决策问题的可行性与有效性。  相似文献

针对产学研合作伙伴选择的有限理性和偏好特性,基于直觉模糊多属性决策理论和相对熵理论,构建产学研合作伙伴选择群决策模型。运用动态直觉模糊加权几何算子(DIFWG)集成合作伙伴不同时段的个人准则决策矩阵,实现对产学研合作伙伴持续性的评价;运用直觉模糊有序加权平均算子(IFOWA)集成不同决策者的决策矩阵和偏好矩阵,并利用决策者对合作伙伴的主观偏好与对合作伙伴各准则的客观评价之间差距的极小化,基于加权平均思想,求取评价准则的客观权重;然后,引入相对熵求取评价对象理想的最优权重解,依据该解对各合作伙伴进行排序并选择;最终通过实证研究说明了该方法的有效性和可行性,充分利用直觉模糊理论,实现了产学研合作伙伴的“群偏好—多时段—群决策”的全面评价。  相似文献

In the present paper, we demonstrate that the degree of orness, which measures the attitudes of decision-makers, does not decrease strictly with the fractile values when either the normal probability density function or its inverse form is used to generate the weights of ordered weighted averaging operators. As for the weights of ordered weighted averaging operators generated from either the exponential distribution and its inverse form, we prove the strict monotonicity of the orness function with respect to the distribution shape parameter. To solve the drawbacks of the probability-density-function-based weight generation approach, the present paper uses the interweaving method to adjust the probability-density-function-based weighting vector of an ordered weighted averaging operator based on the premise that the distribution shape parameter is excluded. This enhanced approach retains the preferences of decision-makers to the utmost when they change their attitudes toward objects. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of this novel paradigm for generating the weights of ordered weighted averaging operators are demonstrated with its promising application in a system for aggregating movie ratings.  相似文献

In this paper, we investigate the group decision making problems in which all the information provided by the decision-makers is presented as interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy decision matrices where each of the elements is characterized by interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy number (IVIFN), and the information about attribute weights is partially known. First, we use the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy hybrid geometric (IIFHG) operator to aggregate all individual interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy decision matrices provided by the decision-makers into the collective interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy decision matrix, and then we use the score function to calculate the score of each attribute value and construct the score matrix of the collective interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy decision matrix. From the score matrix and the given attribute weight information, we establish an optimization model to determine the weights of attributes, and then we use the obtained attribute weights and the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy weighted geometric (IIFWG) operator to fuse the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy information in the collective interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy decision matrix to get the overall interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy values of alternatives, and then rank the alternatives according to the correlation coefficients between IVIFNs and select the most desirable one(s). Finally, a numerical example is used to illustrate the applicability of the proposed approach.  相似文献

TOPSIS is one of the well-known methods for multiple attribute decision making (MADM). In this paper, we extend the TOPSIS method to solve multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problems in interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy environment in which all the preference information provided by the decision-makers is presented as interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy decision matrices where each of the elements is characterized by interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy number (IVIFNs), and the information about attribute weights is partially known. From the score matrix and the given attribute weight information, we establish an optimization model to determine the weights of attributes, and construct the weighted collective interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy decision matrix, and then determine the interval-valued intuitionistic positive-ideal solution and interval-valued intuitionistic negative-ideal solution. Based on different distance definitions, we calculate the relative closeness of each alternative to the interval-valued intuitionistic positive-ideal solution and rank the alternatives according to the relative closeness to the interval-valued intuitionistic positive-ideal solution and select the most desirable one(s). Finally, an example is used to illustrate the applicability of the proposed approach.  相似文献

The centers and cyclic radicals of generalized Baumslag–Solitar groups (GBS-groups) are studied. Criteria for their non-triviality are found and an algorithm to compute the center and cyclic radical is given. In addition, for each unimodular GBS-group, a GBS-cover, i.e., a GBS-group in whose underlying graph the weights around each vertex are constant in absolute value, is constructed. 质量、工期和成本是工程项目三大主要控制目标,对于工程项目中质量-工期-成本综合均衡优化问题,传统的基于权重的决策方法存在各目标权重难以合理确定的问题.为此引入物理规划方法建立工程项目质量-工期-成本综合均衡优化模型.决策者只需设定各目标的偏好,即可通过该均衡优化模型获得符合决策者偏好的优化方案,使决策过程更加符合工程实际,避免了确定无实际物理意义的各目标权重的问题.通过桥梁工程实例验证了该方法的有效性和实用性.  相似文献

现有的创新需求权重计算方法大多只考虑顾客、技术人员和决策者三者中的一方或者两方对创新需求权重的影响,鲜有方法将三方同时纳入需求权重计算过程,这很容易造成因信息考虑不全面,造成需求权重的精确度不高或失准等问题。鉴于此,本文提出一种基于理想点-矢量投影法的创新需求权重确定方法,它将顾客、技术人员和决策者三方的诉求在三维矢量空间中进行集成。分别计算创新需求的需求类别因子、需求技术成熟度和需求偏好度,采用理想点-矢量投影法得到理想需求矢量,并在此基础上计算每项创新需求权重值。文章最后通过汽车方向盘的研发的案例,验证了所提方法的有效性和可行性。  相似文献

The theory of interval type-2 fuzzy sets provides an intuitive and computationally feasible way of addressing uncertain and ambiguous information in decision-making fields. The aim of this paper is to develop an interactive method for handling multiple criteria group decision-making problems, in which information about criterion weights is incompletely (imprecisely or partially) known and the criterion values are expressed as interval type-2 trapezoidal fuzzy numbers. With respect to the relative importance of multiple decision-makers and group consensus of fuzzy opinions, a hybrid averaging approach combining weighted averages and ordered weighted averages was employed to construct the collective decision matrix. An integrated programming model was then established based on the concept of signed distance-based closeness coefficients to determine the importance weights of criteria and the priority ranking of alternatives. Subsequently, an interactive procedure was proposed to modify the model according to the decision-makers’ feedback on the degree of satisfaction toward undesirable solution results for the sake of gradually improving the integrated model. The feasibility and applicability of the proposed methods are illustrated with a medical decision-making problem of patient-centered medicine concerning basilar artery occlusion. A comparative analysis with other approaches was performed to validate the effectiveness of the proposed methodology.  相似文献
