This paper calculates the equilibrium internuclear separations, the harmonic frequencies and the potential energy curves of the X^2∑+, A^2П and B^2∑+ states of the CP radical by the highly accurate valence internally contracted multireference configuration interaction method with correlation-consistent basis sets (aug-cc-pV6Z for C atom and aug-cc-pVQZ for P atom). The potential energy curves are all fitted with the analytic potential energy function by the least-square fitting. Employing the analytic potential energy function, we determine the spectroscopic constants (Be, αe and ωeχe) of these states. For the X2∑+ state, the obtained values of De, Be, αe, ωeχe, Re and ωe are 5.4831 eV, 0.792119 cm-1, 0.005521 cm-1, 6.89653 cm-1, 0.15683 nm, 12535.11 cm-1, respectively. For the A2H state, the present values of De, Be,αe, ωeχe, Re and We are 4.586 eV, 0.703333 cm-1, 0.005458 cm-1, 6.03398 cm-1, 0.16613 nm, 1057.89 cm-1, respectively. For the B2E+ state, the present values of De, Be, αe, ωeχe, Re and We are 3.506 eV, 0.677561 cm-1, 0.00603298 cm-1, 5.68809 cm-1, 0.1696 nm, 822.554 cm-1, respectively. For these states, the vibrational states with the rotational quantum number J equals zero (J = 0) are studied by solving the radial nuclear Schr6dinger equation using the Numerov method. For each vibrational state, the vibrational level, the classical turning points, the rotational inertial and the centrifugal distortion constants are calculated. Comparison is made with recent theoretical and experimental results.  相似文献

High level calculations on the ground state of12Mg1 H molecule have been performed using multi-reference configuration interaction(MRCI) method with the Davidson modification. The core–valence correlation and scalar relativistic corrections are included into the present calculations at the same time. The potential energy curve(PEC) of the ground state, all of the vibrational levels and spectroscopic parameters are fitted. The results show that the levels and spectroscopic parameters are in good agreement with the available experimental data. The analytical potential energy function(APEF) is also deduced from the calculated PEC using the Murrell–Sorbie(M–S) potential function. The present results can provide a helpful reference for the future spectroscopic experiments or dynamical calculations of the molecule.  相似文献

The reasonable dissociation limit for the G^1Ⅱg, state of dimer ^7Li2 is determined. The equilibrium internuclear distance, dissociation energy, harmonic frequency, vibrational zero energy, and adiabatic excitation energy are calculated using a symmetry-adapted-cluster configuration-interactlon method in complete active space in Gaussian03 program package at such numerous basis sets as 6-311 ++G, 6-311 ++G(2df,2pd), 6-311 ++G(2df, p), cc-PVTZ, 6- 311++G(3df,3pd), CEP-121G, 6-311++G(2df, pd), 6-311++G(d,p),6-311G(3df,3pd), D95(3df,3pd), 6-311++G(3df,2p), 6-311++G(2df), 6-311++G(df, pd) D95V++, and DGDZVP. The complete potential energy curves are obtained at these sets over a wide internuclear distance range and have least squares fitted to Murrell-Sorbie function. The conclnsion shows that the basis set 6-311++G(2df, p) is a most suitable one for the G^1Ⅱg state. At this basis set, the calculated spectroscopic constants Te, De, Eo, Re, ωe, ωeXe, ae, and Be are of 3.9523 eV, 0.813 06 eV, 113.56 cm^-1, 0.320 15 nm, 227.96 cm^-1, 1.6928 cm^-1, 0.004 436 cm^-1, and 0.4689 cm^-1, respectively, which are in good agreement with measurements whenever available. The total 50 vibrational levels and corresponding inertial rotation constants are for the first time calculated and compared with available RKR data. And good agreement with measurements is obtained.  相似文献

This paper constructs the interaction potential of the SH(X^2∏) radical by using the coupled-cluster singlesdoubles-approximate-triples theory combining the correlation-consistent quintuple basis set augmented with the diffuse functions, aug-cc-pV5Z, in the valence range. Employing the potential, it accurately determines the spectroscopic parameters. The present De, Re, ωe, ωeχe, ae and Be values are of 3.7767eV, 0.13424nm, 2699.846 cm^-1, 47.7055 cm^-1, 0.2639cm^-1 and 9.4414 cm^-1, respectively, which are in excellent agreement with those obtained from the measure- ments. A total of 19 vibrational states has been found when J = 0 by solving the radial SchrSdinger equation of nuclear motion. The complete vibrational levels, classical turning points, initial rotation and centrifugal distortion constants when J = 0 are reported for the first time, which are in good accord with the experimental results. The total and various partial-wave cross sections are computed for the elastic collisions of sulfur and hydrogen in their ground states at low temperatures when two atoms approach each other along the SH(X^2∏) potential energy curve. Over the impact energy range from 1.0×10^-11 to 1.0×10^-4 a.u., eight shape resonances have been found in the total elastic cross sections. For each shape resonance, the resonant energy is accurately calculated. Careful investigations have pointed out that these resonances result from the 1 = 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8 partial-wave contributions.  相似文献

The potential energy curves(PECs) of X2+Σand A2Π states of the CN molecule have been calculated with the multireference configuration interaction method and the aug-cc-pwCV5Z basis set. Based on the PECs, all of the vibrational and rotational levels of the13C14N molecule are obtained by solving the Schro¨dinger equation of the molecular nuclear motion. The spectroscopic parameters are determined by fitting the Dunham coefficients with the levels. Both the levels and the spectroscopic parameters are in good qualitative agreement with the experimental data available. The analytical potential energy functions are also deduced from the calculated PECs. The present results can provide a helpful reference for future spectroscopy experiments or dynamical calculations of the molecule.  相似文献

This paper calculates the equilibrium structure and the potential energy functions of the ground state (X^2∑^+) and the low lying excited electronic state (A^2Л) of CN radical are calculated by using CASSCF method. The potential energy curves are obtained by a least square fitting to the modified Murrell-Sorbie function. On the basis of physical theory of potential energy function, harmonic frequency (ωe) and other spectroscopic constants (ωeχe, βe and αe) are calculated by employing the Rydberg-Klei-Rees method. The theoretical calculation results are in excellent agreement with the experimental and other complicated theoretical calculation data. In addition, the eigenvalues of vibrational levels have been calculated by solving the radial one-dimensional SchrSdinger equation of nuclear motion using the algebraic method based on the analytical potential energy function.  相似文献

The comparison between single-point energy scanning (SPES) and geometry optimization (OPT) in determining the equilibrium geometry of the α^3∑u^+ state for ^7Li2 is made at numerous basis sets such as 6-311++G(2df), cc-PVTZ, 6-311++G(2df, p), 6-311G(3df,3pd), 6-311++G(2df,2pd), D95(3df,3pd), 6-311++G, DGDZVP, 6-311++G(3df,2pd), 6-311G(2df,2pd), D95V++, CEP-121G, 6-311++G(d,p), 6-311++G(2df, pd) and 6-311++G(3df,3pd) in full active space using a symmetry-adapted-cluster/ symmetry-adapted-cluster configuration-interaction (SAC/SAC=CI) method presented in Gaussian03 program package. The difference of the equilibrium geometries obtained by SPES and by OPT is reported. Analyses show that the results obtained by SPES are more reasonable than those obtained by OPT. We have calculated the complete potential energy curves at those sets over a wide internuclear distance range from about 3.0α0 to 37.0α0, and the conclusion is that the basis set cc-PVTZ is the most suitable one. With the potential obtained at ccopVTZ, the spectroscopic data (Te, De, D0, ωe,ωeХe, αe and Be) are computed and they are 1.006 eV, 338.71 cm^-1, 307.12 cm^-1, 64.88 cm^-1, 3.41 cm^-1, 0.0187 cm^-1 and 0.279 cm^-1, respectively, which are in good agreement with recent measurements. The total 11 vibrational states are found at J=0. Their corresponding vibrational levels and classical turning points are computed and compared with available RKR data, and good agreement is found. One inertial rotation constant (By) and six centrifugal distortion constants (Dr Hv, Lv, My, Nv, and Ov) are calculated. The scattering length is calculated to be -27.138α0, which is in good accord with the experimental data.  相似文献

This paper reports that the interaction potential for the X3Z- state of NH radical is constructed at the CCSD(T)/ cc-PV6Z level of theory. Using this potential, this paper calculates the spectroscopic parameters (De, Re, ωe, ωeχe, αe and Be) and their values are of 3.578eV, 0.10368nm, 3286.833cm^-1, 78.433cm^-1, 0.6469cm^-1 and 16.6735cm^-1 respectively, which are in excellent agreement with the experiments. Then the total of 14 vibrational states has been found when J=0 by solving the radial Schrodinger equation of nuclear motion. For each vibrational state, the vibrational manifolds are reported for the first time. And last, the total cross sections, s-wave, p-wave and d-wave cross sections are computed for the elastic collisions between two ground-state atoms (hydrogen and nitrogen) at low temperatures. It finds that the total elastic cross sections are dominated by s-wave scattering when the collision energy is below 10^-6a.u. The pronounced shape resonance is found at energy of 6.1 × 10^-6a.u. Calculations have shown that the shape resonance comes from the p-wave contributions.  相似文献

In this paper, the electronic states of the ground states and dissociation limits of BC and BC- are correctly determined based on group theory and atomic and molecular reaction statics. The equilibrium geometries, harmonic frequencies and dissociation energies of the ground state of BC and BC- are calculated by using density function theory and quadratic CI method including single and double substitutions. The analytical potential energy functions of these states have been fitted with Murrell-Sorbie potential energy function from our ab initio calculation results. The spectroscopic data (αe, ωe and ωeχe) of each state is calculated via the relation between analytical potential energy function and spectroscopic data. All the calculations are in good agreement with the experimental data.  相似文献

The triple-differential cross section (TDCS) for the (e,2e) ionization of a hydrogen molecule is calculated using the molecule distorted-wave Born approximation (MDWBA). Distorted waves are obtained by solving momentum-space coupled-channel Lippmann-Schwinger equations, including the ground state and the lowest-lying electronic state of b3Σu . TDCSs at the incident energy 100 eV in coplanar asymmetric geometry are reported. The present calculations are compared with the available experimental measurements and the theoretical results.  相似文献

Quasiclassical trajectory (QCT) calculations are first carried out to study the stereodynamics of the S (3p) + H2 → SH + H reaction based on the ab initio 13Atr potential energy surface (PES) (Lii etal. 2012 J. Chem. Phys. 136 094308). The QCT-calculated reaction probabilities and cross sections for the S + H2 (v = 0, j = 0) reaction are in good agreement with the previous quantum mechanics (QM) results. The vector properties including the alignment, orientation, and polarization- dependent differential cross sections (PDDCSs) of the product SH are presented at a collision energy of 1.8 eV. The effects of the vibrational and rotational excitations of reagent on the stereodynamics are also investigated and discussed in the present work. The calculated QCT results indicate that the vibrational and rotational excitations of reagent play an important role in determining the stereodynamic properties of the title reaction.  相似文献

The equilibrium geometry, harmonic frequency and bond dissociation energy of lanthanum monofluoride have been calculated using Density-Functional Theory (DFT), post-HF methods MP2 and CCSD(T) with the energyconsistent relativistic effective core potentials. The possible electronic state and reasonable dissociation limit of the ground state of LaF are determined based on atomic and molecular reaction statics. Potential energy curve scans for the ground state X 1∑+ have been performed at B3LYP and CCSD(T) levels, due to their better results of harmonic frequency and bond dissociation energy. We find that the potential energy calculated with CCSD(T) is about 0.6 eV larger than the bond dissociation energy, when the internuclear distance is as large as 0.8 nm. The problem that single-reference ab initio methods do not meet dissociation limit during calculations of lanthanide heavy-metal elements is analyzed. We propose the calculation scheme to derive the analytical Murrell-Sorbie potential energy function. Vibrotational spectroscopic constants Be, ωe, ωeχe, αe, βe, De and He obtained by the standard Dunham treatment coincide well with the results of rotational analyses on spectroscopic experiments.  相似文献

The low-energy level structure and electromagnetic transitions of ^48.50Cr nuclei have been studied using the interacting boson model with isospin (IBM-3). A sequence of isospin excitation bands with isospin T = Tz, Tz 1and Tz 2 has been assigned, and compared with available data. According to this study, the 2^3 and 2^2 states are the lowest mixed symmetry states in ^48Cr and ^50Cr, respectively. In particular, the present calculations suggest that a combination of isospin and F-spin excitation can explain the structure in these nuclei. The transition probabilities between the levels are analysed in terms of isoscalar and isovector decompositions which reveal the detailed nature of the energy levels. The results obtained are in good agreement with recent experimental data.  相似文献

Franck-Condon factors and r-centrolds for the, A^1 ∑^+ u-X^1∑^+ 9 band system of ^107,109Ag2 are computed using Morse and Rydberg-Klein-Rees potentials for both lower and upper electronic states. The differences between the two sets of results are typically in the third decimal place for transitions involving vibrational levels with ν' and ν" up to about 15. Somewhat larger deviations appear for higher vibrational levels, but both sets of results follow the same pattern, which is to match well with the relative absorption band strength distribution in our experimental spectrum. The relative absorption band strengths are calculated by assuming that the electronic transition moment has only a weak dependence on the internuclear distance r. Good agreement between our measured and calculated absorption band strength ratios is found, which provides an excellent test of the calculated Franck- Condon factors and relative absorption band strengths. The r-centrold value for the (ν' = 0, ν" = 0) band is found to be approximately equal to the average value of r' and r''e , indicating that the potentials of both states are not significantly aaharmonic around their minimum regions.  相似文献

The PD(X^3∑^-) interaction potential is constructed using the CCSD(T) theory and the basis set, augcc-pV5Z. Using this potential, the spectroscopic parameters are accurately determined. The present Do, De, Re, ωe, ωeχe, αe, and Be are of 3.056 99 eV, 3.161 75 eV, 0.142 39 nm, 1701.558 cm^-1, 23.6583 cm^-1, 0.085 99 cm^-1, and 4.3963 cm^-1, respectively, which almost perfectly conform with the measurements. A total of 26 vibrational states is predicted when J = 0 by solving the radial Sehrodinger equation of nuclear motion. The complete vibrational levels, classical turning points, initial rotation and centrifugal distortion constants when J = 0 are reported for the first time, which favorably agree with the experiments. The total and various partial-wave cross sections are calculated for the elastic impact between two ground-state P and D atoms at 1.0 × 10^-12 - 1.0 × 10^-4 a.u. when they approach each other along the PD(X^3∑^-) potential. No shape resonances exist in the total elastic cross sections, though the peaks can be found for each partial wave until l=6. The shape of the total elastic cross sections is dominated by the s partial wave at very low temperatures. Due to the weakness of the shape resonances of each partial wave, they are all passed into oblivion by the strong total elastic cross sections.  相似文献

The total internal partition sums were calculated in the product approximation at temperatures up to 5000 K for the asymptotic asymmetric-top HO2 molecule. The calculations of the rotational partition function and the vibrational partition function were carried out with the rigid-top model and in the harmonic oscillator approximation, respectively. Our values of the total internal partition sums are consistent with the data of HITRAN database with -0.14% at 296 K. Using the calculated partition functions, we have calculated the line intensities of υ2 band of HO2 at several high temperatures. The results showed that the calculated line intensities are in very good agreement with those of HITRAN database at temperatures up to 3000 K, which provides a strong support for the calculations of partition functions and line intensities at high temperatures. Then we have extended the calculation to higher temperatures. The simulated spectra of υ2 band of the asymptotic asymmetric-top HO2 molecule at 4000 and 5000 K are also obtained.  相似文献

The potential energy curve of the CD(X~2Π) radical is obtained using the coupled-cluster singles-doublesapproximate-triples [CCSD(T)] theory in combination with the correlation-consistent quintuple basis set augmented with diffuse functions,aug-cc-pV5Z.The potential energy curve is fitted to the Murrell-Sorbie function, which is used to determine the spectroscopic parameters. The obtained D0,De,Re,ωe,ωeχe,αe and Be values are 3.4971 eV,3.6261 eV,0.11197 nm,2097.661 cm 1,34.6963 cm 1,0.2083 cm 1 and 7.7962 cm 1,respectively,which conform almost perfectly to the available measurements. With the potential obtained at the UCCSD(T)/aug-cc-pV5Z level of theory,a total of 24 vibrational states have been predicted for the first time when J = 0 by solving the radial Schr¨odinger equation of nuclear motion. The complete vibrational levels, the classical turning points, the inertial rotation constants and centrifugal distortion constants are reproduced from the CD(X~2Π) potential when J = 0,and are in excellent agreement with the available measurements. The total and the various partial-wave cross sections are calculated for the elastic collisions between the ground-state C and D atoms at energies from 1.0×10 11 to 1.0×10 4 a.u.when the two atoms approach each other along the CD(X~2Π) potential energy curve.Only one shape resonance is found in the total elastic cross sections, and the resonant energy is 8.36×10 6 a.u.The results show that the shape of the total elastic cross section is mainly dominated by the s partial wave at very low temperatures.Because of the weak shape resonances coming from higher partial waves, most of them are passed into oblivion by the strong total elastic cross sections.  相似文献

The potential energy curves (PECs) of four electronic states (X1Σ+g , e3△u , a 3 Σ-u , and d 3Πg ) of an As 2 molecule are investigated employing the complete active space self-consistent field (CASSCF) method followed by the valence internally contracted multireference configuration interaction (MRCI) approach in conjunction with the correlation-consistent aug-cc-pV5Z basis set. The effect on PECs by the relativistic correction is taken into account. The way to consider the relativistic correction is to employ the second-order Douglas-Kroll Hamiltonian approximation. The correction is made at the level of a cc-pV5Z basis set. The PECs of the electronic states involved are extrapolated to the complete basis set limit. With the PECs, the spectroscopic parameters (Te , Re , ωe , ωexe , ωeye , αe , βe , γe , and Be ) of these electronic states are determined and compared in detail with those reported in the literature. Excellent agreement is found between the present results and the experimental data. The first 40 vibrational states are studied for each electronic state when the rotational quantum number J equals zero. In addition, the vibrational levels, inertial rotation and centrifugal distortion constants of d 3Πg electronic state are reported which are in excellent agreement with the available measurements. Comparison with the experimental data shows that the present results are both reliable and accurate.  相似文献

The density functional theory (B3LYP, B3P86) and the quadratic configuration-interaction method including single and double substitutions (QCISD(T), QCISD) presented in Gaussian03 program package are employed to calculate the equilibrium internuclear distance $R_{\rm e}$, the dissociation energy $D_{\rm e }$ and the harmonic frequency $\omega _{\rm e}$ for the $X{}^{1}\Sigma^{ + }_{\rm g}$ state of sodium dimer in a number of basis sets. The conclusion is gained that the best $R_{\rm e}$, $D_{\rm e}$ and $\omega _{\rm e}$ results can be attained at the QCISD/6-311G(3df,3pd) level of theory. The potential energy curve at this level of theory for this state is obtained over a wide internuclear separation range from 0.16 to 2.0~nm and is fitted to the analytic Murrell--Sorbie function. The spectroscopic parameters $D_{\rm e}$, $D_{0}$, $R_{\rm e}$, $\omega _{\rm e}$, $\omega _{\rm e}\chi _{\rm e}$, $\alpha _{\rm e}$ and $B_{\rm e}$ are calculated to be 0.7219~eV, 0.7135~eV, 0.31813~nm, 151.63~cm$^{ - 1}$, 0.7288~cm$^{ - 1}$, 0.000729~cm$^{ - 1}$ and 0.1449~cm$^{ - 1}$, respectively, which are in good agreement with the measurements. With the potential obtained at the QCISD/6-311G(3df,3pd) level of theory, a total of 63 vibrational states is found when $J=0$ by solving the radial Schr\"{o}dinger equation of nuclear motion. The vibrational level, corresponding classical turning point and inertial rotation constant are computed for each vibrational state. The centrifugal distortion constants ($D_{\upsilon }\, H_{\upsilon }$, $L_{\upsilon }$, $M_{\upsilon }$, $N_{\upsilon }$ and $O_{\upsilon })$ are reported for the first time for the first 31 vibrational states when $J=0$.  相似文献

The reasonable dissociation limit of the A1+ state $^{7}$LiH molecule is obtained. The accurate dissociation energy and the equilibrium geometry of this state are calculated using a symmetry-adapted-cluster configuration-interaction method in complete active space for the first time. The whole potential energy curve and the dipole moment function for theA1+ state are calculated over a wide internuclear separation range from about 0.1 to 1.4\,nm. The calculated equilibrium geometry and dissociation energy of this potential energy curve are of R_{\e}=0.2487\,nm and D_{\e}=1.064\,eV, respectively. The unusual negative values of the anharmonicity constant and the vibration-rotational coupling constant are of \textit{\omega }_{\e}\textit{\chi }_{\e}=--4.7158cm^{ - 1} and \textit{\alpha }_{\e}=--0.08649cm^{ -1}, respectively. The vertical excitation energy from the ground to the A1+ state is calculated and the value is of 3.613\,eV at 0.15875nm (the equilibrium position of the ground state). The highly anomalous shape of this potential energy curve, which is exceptionally flat over a wide radial range around the equilibrium position, is discussed in detail. The harmonic frequency value of 502.47cm1 about this state is approximately estimated. Careful comparison of the theoretical determinations with those obtained by previous theories about the A1+ state dissociation energy clearly shows that the present calculations are much closer to the experiments than previous theories, thus represents an improvement.  相似文献
