分光光度法测定饮料食品中痕量有机锗和无机锗的研究   总被引:6,自引:1,他引:5  
本文研究了在溴化十六烷基三甲基铵(CTMAB)抗坏血酸(Vc)存在下,苯基荧光酮(Pf)光度法测定痕量锗的最佳实验条件及配合物的组成,从而建立了测定痕是锗的新方法,其方法的灵敏度ε=1.034×10^5L.mol^-1.cm^-1锗含量在0-16.8μg/25mL范围内符合比耳定律,稳定性好,操作简便,快速。应用本法测定了矿泉水,茉莉花茶,大蒜中有机锗和无机锗的含量,回收率在91.6%-103.5  相似文献

向锗与茜素氨羧络合剂罗丹明6G形成的Ge(AWLC3(R6G)5甲苯浮选物,加入0.1mol/L的NaOH的溶液,使R6GY颜色相同的四溴荧光互,形成等色染料离子对R6G^+;TBF^-再被甲苯浮选。将浮先物溶于丙酮,于530处进行光度测定,由于10个染料分子同时吸光,使本方法具有很高的灵敏度:ε=5.8×10^5L.moil^-1,cm^-1,锗含量在0.0040-0.1mg/L服从比耳定律。  相似文献

本文研究了邻菲罗啉与铁的显色反应,试表明,在PH2-6的盐酸介质中,铁与邻菲罗啉形成红色的配合物,最大吸收波长在510nm处,表观吸收系数ε=1.12*10^4L.mol^-1.cm^-1,铁量在0-80μg/50mL的范围内服从比耳定律,方法灵敏度高,方法灵敏度高,选择性好、抗干扰能力强、体系稳定。  相似文献

测量了氟锆酸盐玻璃中Dy^3+离子的吸收光谱和荧光光谱。根据Dy^3+离子的吸收光谱,得到氟锆酸盐玻璃中Dy^3+离子的J-O参量Ω,Ω3.29×^20cm^2,Ω4=1.56×10^20cm^2,Ω6=2.48±10^20cm^2,经计算了氟锆酸盐玻璃中y^3+离子的发射特性,计算了Dy^3+离子1.3μm发射的^6F11/2(6H9/2)→6H15/2跃迁的发射截面σ=0.62×10^-20c  相似文献

为研制百焦耳级KrF激光放大器,发展MOPA系统,我们用自探测法在百焦耳级电子束泵浦KrF激光装置上进行了激光放大器的增益与吸收的测量。泵浦率约为0.67MW/cm ̄2,激光介质为89.6%Ar:10%Kr:0.4%F_2的混合气体,总气压0.25MPa,实验测得激光放大器的小信号增益系数g_0=6.6%cm ̄(-1)、非饱和吸收系数α_n=0.93%cm ̄(-1)、饱和光强I_s=2.5MW/cm ̄2。  相似文献

本文研究在HNO3-HCl体系乳酸亚铁中的Fe^2+会被氧化成Fe^3+,用碘基水杨酸比色法就能准确测定总铁量,回收率在98%-100%,相对标准偏差为1.14%,摩尔吸光系数为5.6×10^4L.mol^-1.cm^-1,含铁量在0-700μg/100mL范围内符合比耳定律。  相似文献

用傅里叶红外光谱法研究了BSA及其水溶液的红外光谱。通过对其酰胺I带傅里叶自转积谱分析,为其及部分水溶液中的二级结构构象进行了指认。结果表明,BSA水溶液状态与固态时的二级结构是不同的。随着溶液浓度的降低,酰胺I带二级结构峰存在明显的位移现象,即1609.86cm^-1位移到1608.24cm^-1,1633.85位移到1638.36cm^-1,1653.69cm^-1位移到1656.10cm^-  相似文献

三烷基氧膦是用于高放废液处理的萃取剂,本文试验了在辐照剂量为1×10^4Gy-1×10^6Gy时TRPO损失率。结果表明,100%(V/V)TRPO在λ辐照剂量10^4Gy-10^6Gy变化时,辐解损失率为1.2%-1.6%;30%(V/V)TRPO-煤油在辐照剂量10^4Gy-10^5Gy时,辐解损失率基本不变(0.33%-0.34%),而在1×10^6Gy时增加到0.77%。均低于磷酸三丁酯的  相似文献

采用自行设计的液相法沉积装置,以甲醇有机溶剂作为碳源,利用液相电化学沉积技术在不锈钢及Si基底上制备了类金刚石薄膜;用扫描电镜、Raman光谱仪表征了沉积薄膜的表面形貌和结构;用UMT-2M摩擦磨损试验机对两种沉积薄膜进行了摩擦性能测试。结果表明:经电化学沉积的类金刚石薄膜均匀、致密,表面粗糙度小;Raman光谱在1 332cm-1处有强的谱峰,与金刚石的特征峰相吻合,其中不锈钢基底上薄膜的sp3含量更高;不锈钢基底沉积膜的摩擦系数为0.12,Si片基底沉积膜的摩擦系数为0.10;不锈钢基底沉积膜的耐磨性较Si片沉积膜高。  相似文献

 用射频等离子体方法在玻璃基底上制备的类金刚石(DLC)薄膜,采用离子注入法掺氮,并对掺氮DLC薄膜紫外(UV)辐照前后的性能变化进行了研究。研究结果表明:随氮离子注入剂量及UV辐照时间的增加,位于2 930cm-1附近的SP 3C-H吸收峰明显变小,而位于1 580cm-1附近的SP2C-H吸收峰则明显增强,薄膜的电阻率明显呈下降趋势;随UV辐照时间的增加,位于1 078cm-1附近的Si-O-Si键数量及位于786cm-1附近的Si-C键数量明显增加。即氮离子注入和UV辐照明显改变了DLC薄膜的结构与特性。  相似文献

In this research, diamond-like carbon (DLC) thin films were deposited on silicon substrates by radio-frequency plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition method using gas mixture of CH4 and Ar. The effect of different CH4/Ar gas ratio on the structure, refractive index, transmission and hardness of the DLC thin films were investigated by means of Raman spectroscopy, ellipsometry, Fourier transform Infrared Spectroscopy and nano-indentation methods, respectively. Nuclear resonant reaction analysis was used to measure the amount of hydrogen and carbon in the thin films. Furthermore, wettability of the thin films was achieved by measuring of water contact angle (WCA). The results indicated that the structural properties of the diamond-like carbon thin films are strongly dependent on the composition of gas mixture. Based on ellipsometry results, refractive index of the thin films varied in the range of 1.89–2.06 at 550 nm. FTIR results determined that deposition of DLC thin films on silicon substrate led to an increase of the light transmission in IR region and these films have the potential to be used in silicon optics as the antireflective coatings in this region. Nano-indentation analysis showed that the thin films hardness changed in the range of 7.5–11 GPa. On the other hand hydrogen content and fraction of C?H bonds in the samples increased by an increase in the gas ratio of CH4/Ar. Also, WCA measurements indicated that WCA for thin films with gas ratio of 3/7 is the most and equal to 79°.  相似文献

This paper reports that DLC (diamond like carbon)/Ti and DLC films were prepared by using pulsed laser arc deposition. R-ray diffraction, Auger electron spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, atomic force microscopy, nanoindenter, spectroscopic ellipsometer, surface profiler and micro-tribometer were employed to study the structure and tribological properties of DLC/Ti and DLC films. The results show that DLC/Ti film, with $I(D)/I(G)$ 0.28 and corresponding to 76{\%} sp$^{3}$ content calculated by Raman spectroscopy, uniform chemical composition along depth direction, 98 at{\%} content of carbon, hardness 8.2 GPa and Young's modulus 110.5 GPa, compressive stress 6.579 GPa, thickness 46~nm, coefficient of friction 0.08, and critical load 95mN, exhibits excellent mechanical and tribological properties.  相似文献

类金刚石薄膜激光损伤阈值低,已经严重制约其在红外激光系统中的应用。基于非平衡磁控溅射技术,在硅基底上沉积类金刚石薄膜;采用离子束流后处理技术,用正交实验法确定影响处理效果的主要因素,对已沉积完成的DLC薄膜进行离子束轰击;在不同处理工艺下,观测薄膜样品的光学常数及拉曼光谱,最后进行了激光损伤测试。从测试结果可知,离子束流后处理参数:离子能量1000eV、放电电流30~40mA、轰击时间8min时,透射率由原来的60.65%提高到了65.98%;消光系数在900nm后明显降低,DLC薄膜的激光损伤阈值从0.69J/cm2提高到1.01J/cm2。  相似文献

Diamond-like carbon (DLC) films doped with nitrogen and oxygen were deposited on silicon(100) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) substrates by hot wire plasma sputtering of graphite. The morphology and chemical composition of deposited films has been characterized by scanning electron microscopy, XPS, Auger, FTIR spectroscopy and micro-Raman scattering. Plasmon loss structure accompanying the XPS C 1s peak and electron energy loss spectroscopy (EELS) in reflection mode was used to study the fraction of sp3 bonded C atoms and the density of valence electrons. Raman spectra show two basic C–C bands around 1575 cm-1 (G line) and 1360 cm-1 (D line) . Auger depth profiling spectroscopy was used to measure the spatial distributions of C, N and O atoms in the surface layer of DLC films. The fraction of sp3 bonded atoms of about 40% was detected in DLC films by XPS plasmon loss and EELS techniques. Nitrile and iso-nitrile groups observed in FTIR spectra demonstrated the existence of sp bonded carbon in doped DLC films. Diamond-like carbon (DLC) films were electrodeposited on aluminum from acetonitrile with a pulse-modulated power at room temperature. The films were grey with 1 7m in thickness. The resistivity of the films was of the order of 107 Q cm The films were characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and Raman spectroscopy. XPS shows that the main composition of the films is carbon. Raman spectra indicate that typical DLC films were formed when high potential (>800 V) was applied.  相似文献

Mo doped diamond-like carbon (Mo/DLC) films were deposited on Si substrates via unbalanced magnetron sputtering of molybdenum combined with plasma chemical vapor deposition of CH4/Ar. The microstructure of the films, characterized by transmission electron microscopy and selected area electron diffraction, was considered as a nanocomposite with nano-sized MoC particles uniformly embedded in the amorphous carbon matrix. The structure, morphology, surface composition and tribological properties of the Mo/DLC films before and after the atomic oxygen (AO) irradiation were investigated and a comparison made with the DLC films. The Mo/DLC films exhibited more excellent degradation resistant behaviors in AO environment than the DLC films, and the MoC nanoparticles were proved to play a critical role of preventing the incursion of AO and maintaining the intrinsic structure and excellent tribological properties of DLC films.  相似文献

Ti-doped hydrogenated diamond-like carbon (DLC) films were deposited on Si(1 0 0) substrates by a filtered cathodic vacuum arc (FCVA) method using Ar and CH4 as the feedstock. The composition and microstructure of the films were investigated by Raman spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and IR spectroscopy. The internal stress was determined by the radius of curvature technique. The influence of the bias voltage on the microstructure of the as-deposited films was investigated. It was found that the graphite-like bonds was dominated in the Ti-doped DLC film deposited at 0 V bias voltage. When bias voltage was increased to −150 V, more diamond-like bond were produced and the sp3 content in film reached the maximum value, after which it decreased and more graphite-like bonds feature produced with further increase of the negative bias voltage. The compressive internal in the Ti-doped DLC films also exhibited a maximum value at −150 V bias voltage. IR results indicated that CH bonded intensity reduced, and H atoms bonded with C atoms were substituted for the Ti atoms as the negative bias voltage increasing. All the composition and microstructure change can be explained by considering the plasma conditions and the effect of negative bias voltage applied to the substrate.  相似文献

Residual stress modulation in the diamond-like carbon coatings with incorporation of gold nanoparticles was studied critically. The films were deposited on glass and Si (1 0 0) substrates by using capacitatively coupled plasma chemical vapor deposition. Stresses in the films were determined from the broadening of the optical absorption tail and were found to decrease from 2.3 GPa to 0.48 GPa with increasing gold content (2-7 at.% Au) in the DLC matrix. Gold incorporation also made the films harder than the corresponding DLC coatings. Modulation of stress with nanocrystalline gold content in the DLC matrix was related to the relative amount of sp2/sp3 content in the DLC films.  相似文献
