本文报道了酸性介质,以氨三乙酸为活化剂,高碘酸钾氧化荧光素,动力荧光法测定痕量锰的新体系。方法检出限为7.3×10~(-2)ng/ml,线性范围为0.1~3.2ng/ml,常见离子基本上不干扰测定。用于直接测定水样中锰。 相似文献

本文以定量分析水中微量Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd、Mn、Fe、Ni为目的,对401型树脂与原子吸收分光光度法并用的基本条件进行了研究。本方法适用于清洁地面水水质的分析,其定量条件为:氢型树脂2.5克(干重),pH5.5~6,水样交换流速及洗脱液流速分别为2.5~5.0ml/min、3ml/min,以25ml容量瓶定容,试液置于原子吸收分光光度计上测定。用于浑河源头水质背景调查中,水样加标回收率为Cu:101~105%、Pb:110~116%、Zn:98~114%、Cd:94~96%、Mn:95~101%、Fe:97~100%、Ni:96~7%范围内。方法的检测下限为Cu:0.5ng/ml、Pb:1.1ng/ml、Cd:0.1ng/ml、Zn:0.25nmg/ml、Mn:0.7ng/ml、Fe:0.7ng/ml、Ni:0.7ng/ml。 相似文献

用流动注射离子交换系统于酸性条件下在线富集饮用天然矿泉水中的锶,火焰原子吸收光度法测定,共存成分无干扰,方法简便快速,富集倍数可随意调节。在 60 h~(-1)的进样频率下,灵敏度提高 17倍。用于矿泉水中锶的测定,当含量为 60~250 ng/ml时,相对标准偏差为 0.68%~0.94%。回收率为 94.4%~110.3%,检测限为 15ng/ml。 相似文献

利用He-Ne激光,观测了锑-孔雀绿络合物的激光热透镜效应。其在苯中最低检测浓度为10ng/ml Sb,测定线性浓度范围为1~120ng/ml,测定的相对标准偏差为6.5%。本方法比常规光度法的测定灵敏度高12倍,相当于吸光度3.3×10~(-4)。 相似文献

本文提出了在乙二胺和乙二胺-盐酸体系中以计时电位溶出法测定Fe、Mn及以电位溶出法测定Cu、Pb、Cd、Zn的新方法。各元素的浓度在Fe 0.1~2600 ng/ml、Mn0.05~3200 ng/ml、Cu0.2~2800 ng/ml、Pb0.1~3600ng/ml、Cd 0.05~1200 ng/ml、Zn0.2~4200ng/ml时,浓度与溶出峰高呈良好的线性关系。本方法应用于水质及生物样品中上述各元素的测定,结果良好。 相似文献

对二元荧光配合物作为动力学反应指示剂的可行性进行了考察,以8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸铝-高碘酸钠为指示反应,建立起流动注射光导纤维光谱技术测定痕量锰(Ⅱ)的动力学荧光分析新体系.此法线性范围为5~200ng/mL,检出限为1ng/mL,对50ng/mL锰(Ⅱ)进行11次测定的相对标准偏差为0.5%,分析速度为45样次/h. 相似文献

研究了测定痕量锰的新催化光度法,在pH11.90的条件下,锰(Ⅱ)催化高碘酸钾氧化酸性铬蓝K的反应。测定锰的线性范围为0—8.0ng/mE,检出限为0.05ng/mL。用于饮用水中锰的测定,方法的回收率在94.3%-102.7%范围内,结果令人满意。 相似文献

A new kinetic fluorimetric method has been proposed for the determination of trace manganese. The method is based on the catalytic oxidation of rhodamine 6G with potassium periodate in the presence of nitrilo triacetic acid as activator, in near neutral media. The detection limit for manganese is 0.018 ng/ml. The linear range of the determination is 0.04-1.00 ng/ml. The proposed method suffers from few interferences in the presence of more than 30 foreign ions. The method has been used to determine trace manganese in hair, urine, fish and water samples. Abstract A kinetic method is described for determining trace amounts of manganese(II), based on its catalytic effect on the oxidation of salicylaldehyde by hydrogen peroxide. The reaction is followed spectrophotometrically by measuring the rate of change of absorbance at 500 nm. The calibration graph is linear in the range 5–100 ng/ml with a relative error of ± 1.2%. 本文基于在邻二氮菲(活化剂)存在下,Mn(Ⅱ)对高碘酸根氧化罗丹明B退色反应的催化作用,对于用罗丹明B电极(自制)以催化电位法测定微量锰进行了研究。实验表明,该方法测锰的线范围为11-48ng/ml。选择性较好,温度控制方便。本文在未经分离的情况下测定了标准钢样品的锰含量,结果满意。 相似文献

本文提出了测定痕量汞的半微分阳极溶出伏安法。玻碳电极用2,2’-联吡啶乙醇溶液进行修饰后再电镀—层金膜。支持电解质为0.1mol/HCl,修饰电极的重现性和灵敏度优于未修饰电极。讨论了予电解电位、予电解时间、电极转速和支持电解质的影响。溶出峰高与汞浓度在0.2~60ng/ml范围内呈良好线性关系,检测下限为0.11ng/ml。本法已用于自来水、雨水和深井水中汞的测定,获得满意结果。 相似文献

The application of a miniature centrifugal analyzer to trace analysis by kinetic methods has been studied. A spectrophotometric reaction-rate method based on the potassium periodate—diethylaniline reaction which is catalyzed by manganese has been developed. Ultramicro amounts of manganese in the range 0.13–3.4 ng in 45 μl of sample were determined with relative errors and relative standard deviation of about 2%. A new method for the determination of trace amounts of manganese(II) in aqueous solutions by its affect on some types of the chaotic regimes in the Belousov-Zhabotinskii reaction has been proposed. The method is based on the high sensitivity of some types of chaotic regimes of the BZ reaction to small perturbations of initial conditions (e.g., low concentrations of some metal ions).
