通过研究Curnow等效电路模型,得到进行单腔计算的矩阵方程,进而获得线路场方程, 结合运动方程和空间电荷场方程,从而推导出耦合腔行波管一维注波互作用非线性理论模型. 该理论能计算任意的切断、跳变、渐变等结构以及多信号模拟.利用该理论编制的软件计算了 59 GHz-64 GHz耦合腔行波管AM-PM相位失真,三阶互调以及五阶互调分量. 同时模拟得到了59 GHz-64 GHz带内饱和输出功率分布,理论结果与热测结果误差在5%以内. 相似文献

采用氙灯泵浦晶体Nd:S-VAP,KTP晶体腔内倍频,实现了Nd:S-VAP晶体0.5325μm绿光激光BDN染料片调Q运转,测量了输出绿光激光的特性及不同腔长和染料片小信号透过率情况下的输出能量及脉冲宽度,给出染料片调Q腔内倍频的耦合波方程组,数值求解方程组,所得的理论数据与实验结果很好地相符。 相似文献

利用Jones矩阵分析了双λ/4波片对正入射线偏振光的复合效应,结果表明:当入射线偏振光光矢量与第一只λ/4波片的快(慢)轴方向成π/4角时,出射线偏振光光矢量相对入射光光矢量转过的角度只与第二只λ/4波片的快轴与入射光光矢量方向的夹角有关;分析研究了线偏振元件的Jones矩阵,给出了判断偏振态和获得左、右旋圆(或椭圆)偏振光的方法。 相似文献

本文首次提出耦合光纤环形腔干涉仪列阵,并给出其耦合波方程和矩阵理论以描述其输出特性。分别计算了由2~4只单模光纤方向耦合器构成的耦合光纤环形腔干涉仪列阵的输出特性。结果表明,适当地选择诸耦合器的参数,耦合光纤环形腔干涉仪列阵优于单个光纤环形腔干涉仪的带通特性和更宽的光谱范围。 相似文献

对激光二极管泵浦的NdYAG声光调Q腔内倍频固体激光器的折叠腔型进行了研究,当泵浦功率达800 W时,在V型腔上实现了脉宽为80 ns、重复频率为10 kHz、发散角为6 mrad、绿光功率为112 W的输出;在Z型腔上实现了脉宽为95 ns、重复频率为10 kHz、发散角为4 mrad、绿光功率为120 W的输出.比较两种腔型的实验结果可看出,Z型腔由于插入的光学元件较多,腔长较长,输出激光的脉宽较宽,但输出激光的光束质量有明显的提高. 相似文献

对LD端面抽运的Nd∶YVO4/KTP腔内倍频激光器的三镜折叠腔结构进行优化设计,研究了总腔长、输入镜曲率半径和Nd∶YVO4和KTP晶体的热效应对激光谐振腔的稳定区域、Nd∶YVO4晶体内基模光束半径的影响。实验结果表明:该方法所得出的结论与理论相吻合。在实验中比较了折叠腔不同折叠角度的红光输出功率,并获得了最佳折叠角度为25°,其有效倍频效率为10.8%。最后使用基频光的偏振特性与KTP的相位匹配之间的关系对实验结果进行理论解释。 相似文献

报道了一种光纤耦合LD泵浦Nd:YVO4晶体、腔内Ⅰ类临界相位匹配(角度匹配)LBO倍频、瓦级输出的全固态绿光激光器的设计方法和实验结果.采用短三镜折叠腔结构,通过对热透镜焦距的估算及计算机优化设计选取合适的谐振腔参量,在8 W的泵浦功率下,获得了1.6 W绿光基模输出,光-光转换效率达20%.经测量,绿光的偏振比超过400:1,4 h功率稳定度为±1.6%. 相似文献

通过优化平-凹-平三镜折叠腔结构设计,利用大功率半导体激光器侧面抽运、Ⅱ类相位匹配KTP晶体腔内倍频,获得高效高功率连续绿色激光输出.当抽运电流约为36 A时,得到最高36.6 W的连续绿光激光输出,对应的光—光转换效率为8.71%.在输出功率33 W时测量激光功率稳定性,其功率不稳定度为0.27%.用刀口法测量了激光器高输出功率时的光束质量,光束质量因子小于8.对高功率抽运情况下三镜折叠腔的像散补偿、失调灵敏度和基模在腔内分布情况做了数值模拟.

LD side-pumped dual interconnected V-type quasi-continuous wave green laser has been demonstrated. The two Nd:YAG modules were placed in a plane-concave V-type resonator and a plane-concave straight cavity formed two stable operation beam of the 1064-nm fundamental frequency laser. Through acousto-optic Q-switched and frequency doubling crystal, two double-frequency laser beams arrived at the folded flat mirror, which were unidirectional output by the folded flat mirror at the end. As the pumped current was 50 A, the 532 nm green laser maximum average output power of 206 W at a repetition of 22.4 kHz was achieved with a pulse width of 201 ns and the largest single pulse energy of 9.2 mJ, corresponding to a peak power of 45.8 kW and a double frequency efficiency of 60.2%. 相似文献

The existing so-called “dual polarization competition laser displacement sensor” applies a cat’s eye resonator. The resonator could be disarranged when the cat’s eye reflector (CER) swings slightly with the rod of the slide rail in measuring the procedure and droops due to its deadweight in long-time operation. This influences the stability of the sensor significantly. In this paper, a novel cat’s eye folded resonator was built, based on which our system named “folded resonator-dual polarization competition laser displacement sensor” was set up. It has a high resolution of λ/16 (39.6 nm) and large measurement range of up to 17 mm. The misalignment sensitivities of traditional cat’s eye resonator and the folded one are both analyzed; and comprehensive experiments are carried out, through which a conclusion can be drawn out that the maximal adjusting angle and the maximal cross displacement of the CER in folded resonator are both about 5 times of those in cat’s eye cavity. 研究了最大平均输出功率达206 W的高功率准连续绿光激光器.利用ABCD定律及高斯光束在腔内的自再现条件,分析了激光晶体热透镜效应及热致双折射效应对谐振腔稳定性和输出光束质量的影响.实验中将两个型号相同的LD侧面泵浦激光模块分别置于一个平-凹V型谐振腔和一个平-凹直腔内,形成两束稳定运转的1 064 nm基频光,经过声光Q开关和倍频晶体后,产生两束倍频光,均到达平面折叠镜,最终由平面折叠镜单向重叠输出.当激光模块的泵浦电流为50 A,声光调Q的重复频率为22.4 kHz时,最大平均输出功率为206 W,最大单脉冲能量为9.2 mJ,脉冲宽度为201 ns,峰值功率为45.8 kW的532 nm绿光输出,倍频效率达到60.2%.激光器2 h工作的功率不稳定度优于2.5%. 相似文献

提出了将饱和吸收Cr^4 :YAG晶体被动调Q开关同时作为布儒斯特片在三镜V型折叠谐振腔中起像散补偿作用的腔内倍频设计方案。在连续激光二极管端面抽运情况下,给出了V型谐振腔结构光束束腰半径和位置、像散补偿Cr^4 :YAG晶体的厚度和谐振腔折光角度的设计方法以及计算公式。采用周期极化铌酸锂晶体作为倍频元件,由于谐振腔内的基波和谐波具有相同的偏振办向,避免了腔内双折射引起的绿光噪声问题,得到了输出稳定的序列脉冲。在连续抽运功率为500 mW时,得到了平均功率12.7mW的脉冲绿光输出。 相似文献

A diode-laser-array end-pumped acousto-optically Q-switched intracavity frequency-doubled Nd:GdVO4/KTP green laser, formed with a three-mirror folded resonator, has been demonstrated. With 15 W of pump power incident upon
the Nd:GdVO4 crystal, a maximum average green output power of 3.75 W was obtained at 50 kHz of pulse repetition frequency, giving an optical
conversion efficiency of 25%, whereas the effective intracavity frequency-doubling efficiency was determined to be 72%. At
the incident pump power of 12.8 W, the shortest laser pulse was achieved at a pulse repetition rate of 10 kHz, the resulting
pulse width, single pulse energy, and peak power were measured to be 35 ns, 108 μJ, and 3.1 kW, respectively.
