在活塞圆筒式P~V关系测量装置上,研究了KH_2PO_4(KDP)和(CH_3NHCH_2CO-OH)_3CaCI_2[Tris-sarcosinecalciumchloride(TSCC)]在室温下、4.5GPa内的p~V关系。实验结果表明:KDP在2.1GPa左右有一个相变;TSCC在0.8GPa和3.2GPa左右各有一个相变。本工作还给出了它们在相变前后的状态方程,以及它们的格临爱森参数γO、体积模量B_o和B_o的压力导数B_o。  相似文献

本工作采用直流传输电流和直流磁化行为的测量研究了经恰当热-机制处理后的BPSCCO/Ag复合带的临界电流特性,表明:由于BPSCCO晶粒的强c轴择优取向,传输和磁化临界电流密度呈现大的各向异性,磁场在c轴的分量起有主要作用,因传输和磁人监蚧电流密度相应于各向异性临界电流密度的不同主分量,故它们随角度变化的行为不同,传输电流的I-V曲线入磁驰豫M-t曲线都呈现幂指数关系,即分别为V∝AI和M∝Bt,  相似文献

本文报导血红蛋白(Hb)同银(I)-铜(Ⅱ)离子的作用,研究表明,在pH10.5的B4O^-27-OH^-缓冲介质中,当有十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和甲醛存在时,Hb-Ag-Cu物种表出强的橙黄色,用FT-IR,UV/VIS和振动Raman光谱研究Hb-Ag-Cu物种的形成机理,表明血红蛋白中氨基酸残基上的氮和氧与银-铜离子有较强的作用,用Hb中氨基的修饰证明这一机理。  相似文献

用熔盐法生长了两种Bi替代的高法拉第旋转、温度稳定的稀土铁石榴石磁光单晶Bi-HoYbIG和Bi-GdYIG,测试分析了其在近红外波段的磁光性能及其温度特性。Ho3-z-y,YbyiBixFe512(x=1.03,y=1.20)单晶的比法拉第旋转角为-891°/cm(λ=1.31μm)和-767°/cm(λ=1.55μm),Y3-z-yGdyBixFe5O12(x=0.46,y=0.24)单晶的值为-1067°/cm(λ=1.31μm)和-882°/cm(λ=1.55μm),两者都比纯YIG晶体高出许多。而且这两种晶体的法拉第旋转角随温度变化较小,在250~400K范围内,其温度灵敏度S分别为4. 60×10-4/K和4. 20×10-4/K。分析表明,Bi的掺入能大大提高晶体的法拉第旋转角,而yb3+、Gd3+等离子的掺入可以有效降低Bi3+替代磁光单晶的法拉第旋转的温度灵敏性,Bi-HoYbiG和Bi-GdYIG等磁光晶体非常适合作为高灵敏度、温度稳定的光纤电流传感器中的法拉第转子材料。  相似文献

Brillouin-Mandelstam scattering (BMS) is the scattering of light from acoustical quasiparticles (phonons, magnons and others). The frequency shift under BMS is 10–100 GHz. The observation of BMS from magnons became possible only after J. Sandercock had designed a multi-pass Fabry-Perot interferometer with a high contrast (1971). BMS from magnons has, by now, been observed in CrBr3 (Sandercock), YIG, FeBO3 (Jantz, Sandercock, Wettling), CoCO3 (Borovik-Romanov, Jotikov, Kreines), EuO, EuS (Grünberg, Metawe), Ni, Fe (Sandercock, Wettling), metglasses (Chang, Malozemoff, Grimsditch, Senn, Winterling). In this review the main results of the above works are presented.The dispersion laws of magnons were studied by BMS in the energy range (inaccessible for neutron diffraction) where the contributions due to three types of interaction: magnetic, dipole-dipole, and exchange can be separated.Investigation of BMS in EuO and metals has led to the discovery of surface magnons. BMS from standing spin waves has been observed in thin films of metglasses.By observing BMS, it is possible to study quasiparticles pumped by microwave power. It was found that under ferro- or antiferromagnetic resonance an excess of quasiparticles arises, these quasiparticles being magnons with the frequency equal to that of microwave power and phonons with half the microwave frequency. Scattering of light from parametrically excited magnons has also been observed. This opens new possibilities for studying relaxation processes in magnetic materials.  相似文献

YIG films, substituted with Bi, Ti, Ga and La, were grown on a (111) plane of Gd3Ga5O12 or (Gd, Ca)3(Ga, Mg, Zr)5O12 by a liquid phase epitaxial method. With the increase of the concentration of Bi atoms, which are substituted at 24c sites of YIG, the magnetic hyperfine fields at 16a and 24d Fe sites increased and the direction of magnetic moments changed from parallel to 45° to the (111) plane. With the increase of Ga concentration, the hyperfine fields at 16a and 24d Fe sites decreased. The hyperfine interaction and the substitution effect of YIG films are discussed.  相似文献

It is shown how to generate stationary entanglement between light and microwave in a hybrid opto-electro-magnonical system which mainly consists of a microwave cavity, a yttrium iron garnet (YIG) sphere, and a nanofiber. The optical modes in nanofiber can evanescently be coupled to whispering gallery modes, that are able to interact with magnon mode via spin–orbit interaction, in YIG sphere, while the microwave cavity photons and magnons are coupled through magnetic dipole interaction simultaneously. Under reasonable parameter regimes, pretty amount of entanglement can be generated, and it also shows persistence against temperature. The present work is expected to provide a new perspective for building more advanced and comprehensive quantum networks along with magnons for fast-developing quantum technologies and for studying the macroscopic quantum phenomena.  相似文献

We report the temperature dependence of the spin pumping effect for Y3Fe5O12 (YIG, 0.9 μm)/NiO (tNiO)/W (6 nm) (tNiO = 0 nm, 1 nm, 2 nm, and 10 nm) heterostructures. All samples exhibit a strong temperature-dependent inverse spin Hall effect (ISHE) signal Ic and sensitivity to the NiO layer thickness. We observe a dramatic decrease of Ic with inserting thin NiO layer between YIG and W layers indicating that the inserting of NiO layer significantly suppresses the spin transport from YIG to W. In contrast to the noticeable enhancement in YIG/NiO (tNiO ≈ 1-2 nm)/Pt, the suppression of spin transport may be closely related to the specific interface-dependent spin scattering, spin memory loss, and spin conductance at the NiO/W interface. Besides, the Ic of YIG/NiO/W exhibits a maximum near the TN of the AF NiO layer because the spins are transported dominantly by incoherent thermal magnons.  相似文献

Spin pumping in yttrium-iron-garnet(YIG)/nonmagnetic-metal(NM) layer systems under ferromagnetic resonance(FMR) conditions is a popular method of generating spin current in the NM layer.A good understanding of the spin current source is essential in extracting spin Hall angle of the NM and in potential spintronics applications.It is widely believed that spin current is pumped from precessing YIG magnetization into NM layer.Here,by combining microwave absorption and DC-voltage measurements on thin YIG/Pt and YIG/NM_1/NM_2(NM_1 =Cu or Al,NM_2 =Pt or Ta),we unambiguously showed that spin current in NM,instead of from the precessing YIG magnetization,came from the magnetized NM surface(in contact with thin YIG),either due to the magnetic proximity effect(MPE) or from the inevitable diffused Fe ions from YIG to NM.This conclusion is reached through analyzing the FMR microwave absorption peaks with the DC-voltage peak from the inverse spin Hall effect(ISHE).The voltage signal is attributed to the magnetized NM surface,hardly observed in the conventional FMR experiments,and was greatly amplified when the electrical detection circuit was switched on.  相似文献

A large enhancement of the Faraday rotation, which is associated with localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR), was obtained in a sample with Au nanoparticles embedded in a Bi-substituted yttrium iron garnet (Bi:YIG) film. On a quartz substrate, Au nanoparticles were formed by heating an Au thin film, and a Bi:YIG film was then deposited on them. A sample containing the Au nanoparticles produced by 1000 °C heating showed a resonant attenuation with narrower bandwidth in the transmission spectrum than nanoparticles of other samples formed by low-temperature heating. The sharp resonant Faraday rotation angle was 4.4 times larger than the estimated intrinsic Bi:YIG film at the LSPR wavelength; the angular difference was 0.14°. A discrepancy in the bandwidth between the transmission attenuation and the resonant Faraday rotation is discussed.  相似文献

Bi5Fe1-xCoxTi3O15(x = 0.0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, and 0.8) multiferroic ceramics are synthesized in two steps using the solid state reaction technique. X-ray diffraction patterns show that the samples have four-layer Aurivillius phases. At room temperature (RT), the samples each present a remarkable coexistence of ferromagnetism (FM) and ferroelectricity (FE). The remnant polarization (2P r ) reaches its greatest value of 14 μC/cm 2 at x = 0.6. Remnant magnetization (2M r ) first increases and then decreases, and the greatest 2M r is 7.8 menu/g when x = 0.5. The magnetic properties for x = 0.4 are similar to those for x = 0.6, indicating that the magnetic properties originate mainly from the coupling between Fe 3+ and Co 3+ ions, rather than from their own magnetic moments.  相似文献

Spin injection across the ferrimagnetic insulator (YIG)/normal metal (Au) interface was studied by ferromagnetic resonance. The spin mixing conductance was determined by comparing the Gilbert damping in bare YIG films with those covered by a Au/Fe/Au structure. The Fe layer in Au/Fe/Au acted as a spin sink as displayed by an increased Gilbert damping parameter α compared to that in the bare YIG. In particular, for the 9.0 nm YIG/2.0 nm Au/4.3 nm Fe/6.1 nm Au structure, the YIG and Fe films were coupled by an interlayer exchange coupling, and the exchange coupled YIG exhibited an increased Gilbert damping compared to the bare YIG. This relationship between static and dynamic coupling provides direct evidence for spin pumping. The transfer of spin momentum across the YIG interface is surprisingly efficient with the spin mixing conductance g(↑↓) ? 1.2 × 10(14) cm(-2).  相似文献
