A binuclear complex [Cu2(phen)2(ip)(Hip)2]·4H2O has been synthesized by the reaction of Cu(CH3COO)2·H2O, phen(1,10-phenanthroline) and isophthalic acid (H2ip) under hydrothermal condition. Elemental analysis, IR spectra and X-ray single-crystal diffraction were carried out to determine the composition and crystal structure. Crystal data for this complex: monoclinic, space group C2/c, a = 19.214(3), b = 10.6973(14), c = 22.567(3) (A), β = 105.081(2)°,C24H19N2O8Cu, Mr= 526.95, Z = 8, F(000) = 2160, V= 4478.6(10)(A)3, Dc = 1.563 g/cm3, μ = 1.030mm-1, -24≤h≤16, -13 ≤k≤ 13, -28≤l≤28, R = 0.0369 and wR = 0.0819 for 4615 (Rint = 1.0357)independent reflections and 3290 observed ones (I> 2σ(Ⅰ)). Structural analysis shows that coordination geometry of Cu(Ⅱ) is a planar square, and the title complex exhibits a 2-D framework supramolecular structure by hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions.  相似文献

A new tetracopper complex [Cu(H2O)3Cu(HCDTA)]2(ClO4)2·H2O (CDTA = transcyclohexane-1,2-diamine-N,N,N′,N′-tetraacetate) has been prepared and characterized by singlecrystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal adopts space group C2/c with a = 16.990(10), b = 9.150(5), c = 29.318(17) , β = 104.289(9)°, V = 4417(4) 3, Z = 4, C28H52Cl2Cu4N4O31, Mr = 1265.80, Dc = 1.904 g/cm3, μ = 2.130 mm-1, F(000) = 2584, T = 293(2) K, the final R = 0.0328 and wR = 0.0809 for 4938 observed reflections (I 2σ(I)). The tetracopper units are interconnected by weak covalent bonds into a layered structure.  相似文献

A new dinuclear copper complex, [Cu(C13H9N2O)Cl]2·(CH3CN)2 (C30H24Cl2Cu2N6O2), has been synthesized and characterized by X-ray structure determination. It crystallizes in the tricli- nic system, space group P1, with a = 7.6677(14), b = 9.2375(17), c = 11.227(2) , α = 81.338(3), β = 88.173(4), γ = 66.199(3)o, V = 718.9(2) 3, Z = 1, Mr = 698.53, F(000) = 354, Dc = 1.613 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 1.705 mm-1, the final R = 0.0645 and wR = 0.1364 for 2474 unique reflections with 1809 observed ones (I > 2σ(I)). In the title complex, each copper(II) atom is located at the center of a distorted tetrahedron consisting of four coordinate atoms (one nitrogen atom, two oxygen anions, and one chlorine atom). Two copper(II) atoms are bridged by two oxygen anions (O(1) and O(1a)) of two phenolates to form a Cu(II)–Cu(II) binuclear entity, and the distance between two copper(II) atoms is 3.0144(15) .  相似文献

The title compound [Mn(O2CMe)2(phen)2] (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) 1 has been synthesized and structurally determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of orthor- hombic, space group Pbcn, with a = 12.554(4), b = 10.168(3), c = 17.704(5) , V = 2259.7(12) 3, Z = 4, C28H22MnN4O4, Mr = 533.44, Dc = 1.568 g/cm3, F(000) = 1100, Rint = 0.0242, T = 293(2) K and μ = 0.631 mm–1. The final R = 0.0687 and wR = 0.1960 for 2046 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The structure of the complex consists of one Mn(II) core coordinated by two bidentate-bound CH3COO- groups and two η2-phen groups forming an eight-coordinate geometrical configuration.  相似文献

A novel copper molybdate with mixed ligands, [{(Cu·phen)2(tp)}{(Cu·phen·H2O)2(tp)}{Mo4O14}] (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, tp = terephthalate) 1, has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized. The crystal belongs to monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 13.1711(7), b = 19.6132(10), c = 13.6910(7) , β = 117.6870(10)°, V = 3131.8(3) 3, Z = 2, C64H44Cu4Mo4N8O24, Mr = 1946.99, Dc = 2.065 g/cm3, F(000) = 1920, μ(MoKα) = 2.198 mm-1, R = 0.0810 and wR = 0.2012 for 4233 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). The structural analysis indicates that the title compound contains a discrete tetramolybdate cluster decorated with copper complex fragments and tp ligands bridging the clusters into a wave-like layer. The hydrogen bond- ing between adjacent layers further extends the compound into a 3-D framework.  相似文献

The title complex [Sr3(pda)2(Hpda)2(H2O)2]n·2nH2O(H2pda = pyridine-2,6-dicar- boxylic acid) has been prepared under solvothermal conditions. It has been characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction, IR and elemental analysis. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 10.3795(8), b = 9.2225(7), c = 18.5726(14) , β = 104.377(2)o, V = 1722.2(2) 3, C28H22N4O20Sr3, Mr = 997.36, Z = 2, Dc = 1.923 g/cm3, μ = 4.722 mm-1, F(000) = 984, the final R = 0.0269 and wR = 0.0538. This complex possesses a 3-D structure which is constructed from 1-D chain motifs linked by carboxylate groups. The luminescent property of the title complex has been investigated.  相似文献

A novel water cluster [Mn(phen)2·H2O·Cl]·p-FBA·3H2O (p-FBA = p-fluorobenzoic acid and phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) was synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction of MnCl2 with p-FBA and phen at 150 ℃ and characterized by elemental analysis,IR spectra and TG. Its crystal structure was determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction study. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system,space group P1,with a = 10.5768(1),b = 11.5960(1),c = 12.9916(2) ,α = 101.816(2),β = 95.397(2),γ = 103.052(2)o,V = 1502.8(3) 3,Z = 2,Dc = 1.463 g/cm3,R = 0.0399 and wR = 0.0997. The crystal structure shows that the manganese(Ⅱ ) ion is six-coordinated by four nitrogen atoms,one chloride ion and one oxygen atom forming a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The structure includes three acyclically connected water molecules and one coordinated water molecule thus forming a (H2O)4 water cluster. This water pattern forms a cross-linked discrete ring. The steady (H2O)4 is further extended into a cage-like structure by the hydrogen-bonding interaction formed by dissociative aqua molecule and Cl-ligand. The dimer structure is further extended into a one-dimensional (1D) structure through C-H···O interaction. π···π Stacking interaction among adjacent phen aromatic rings further stabilizes the crystal structure.  相似文献

The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 31.918(3), b = 12.9222(15), c = 19.868(2) , β = 98.762(2)o, V = 8098.8(16) 3, Dc = 1.429 Mg/m3, Z = 4, F(000) = 3640, μ = 1.107 mm-1, R = 0.0560 and wR = 0.1276(I 2(I)). Each copper(Ⅱ) in a molecule is coordinated with N and O atoms from ligand L and N atom from ligand Hpht in a tetradentate manner. Moreover, two copper(Ⅱ) centers are bridged by two O atoms of hydroxyl groups from two L ligands to form a slightly distorted binuclear {Cu2O2} diamond configuration. In addition, the interaction of this complex with calf thymus DNA(CT-DNA) was investigated by UV-vis spectrum and viscometry, and the complex may bind to DNA through intercalation.  相似文献

A new polyoxomolybdate complex HNa7[Mo36O112(H2O)16]·47H2O 1 has been prepared in the beaker solution and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and elemental analyses. Crystal data: H127Mo36Na7O175, Mr = 6542.79, monoclinic, C2/c, a = 40.891(6), b = 17.900(3), c = 25.580(4) , β = 125.673(2)°, V = 15210(4) 3, Z = 4, Dc = 2.857 g/cm3, F(000) = 12464, μ = 3.013 mm-1, R = 0.0633 and wR = 0.1654 (I > 2σ(I)). With the bridging sodium cations, the [Mo36O112(H2O)16]8- units in compound 1 are linked to form a one-dimensional structure, on the basis of which a three-dimensional architecture is further constructed via other sodium cations and complicated hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

A new dinuclear centrosymmetric complex [LaL(HL)(H2O)3]2·2H2O (H2L = 3-nitro- phthalic acid, NPA) was synthesized in water/ethanol solution and characterized by X-ray diffraction, IR spectrum and TGA-DTA. The complex crystallizes in triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 8.1549(16), b = 8.8856(18), c = 15.277(3) , α = 100.93(3), β = 90.81(3), γ = 104.56(3)°, V = 1049.8(4) 3, Z = 1, μ = 2.125 mm-1, Dc = 1.994 g/cm3, R = 0.0259 and wR = 0.0679. Two 3-nitrophthalates(2-) coordinate with the La3+ ions in a bridging mode, and two monohydrogen- 3-nitrophthates(1-) and three waters in terminal ways, respectively. Each La3+ ion is nine- coordinated to exhibit a distorted tricapped trigonal prism coordination polyhedron. Both the coordinated and crystal waters are involved in the inter- and intramolecular hydrogen bonds. The dinuclear units are linked into a 2D network structure in the ab plane via intermolecular hydrogen bonds along the axes a and b. Two crystal waters fill each rhombic pore of the network. The networks are further packed along the c axis forming a layered supramolecular structure through the C–H…O weak forces between the adjacent sheets. TGA analysis shows the complex undergoes the loss of waters of crystallization and coordination and the decomposition of ligands sequentially.  相似文献

An organic-inorganic compound [Cu(2,2′-bpy)2][{Cu(2,2′-bpy)2}2W12O40(H2)]·4H2O (Mr = 4048.00) was prepared from the hydrothermal reaction of Na2WO4·2H2O, CuCl2·2H2O, 2,2′-bipyridine (2,2′-bpy) and H2O at 160 ℃ for 4 days. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 18.9196(8), b = 20.4212(8), c = 21.8129(9) , β = 96.992(3)°, V = 8365.0(6) 3, Dc = 3.214 g/cm3, Z = 4, μ(MoKα) = 17.269 mm-1 and F(000) = 7324. Of the 119837 total reflections, 17315 were unique (Rint = 0.0489). The final R = 0.0385 and wR = 0.0770 for 11142 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). Single-crystal X-ray diffraction reveals that the structure is composed of [{Cu(2,2′-bpy)2}2W12O40(H2)]2- anions, discrete [Cu(2,2′-bpy)2]2+ cations and lattice water molecules, and the anion is made up of a {W12O40(H2)}6- α-Keggin core decorated with two {Cu(2,2′-bpy)2}2+ groups through bridging oxygen atoms.  相似文献

The product was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c, with a = 19.828(3), b = 5.4233(14), c = 9.2796(16) , β = 97.691(2)o, V = 988.9(3) 3, Z = 2, Mr = 462.29, Dx = 1.553 g/cm3, F(000) = 480, μ = 0.802 mm–1, the final R = 0.0399 and wR = 0.0930 for 1738 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The title compound (C13H8N2O3Se-C3H7NO) has been synthesized by a simple synthetic route and by recrystallization from DMF. The molecular structure of this compound was obtained by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound crystallized in the triclinic space group P with a = 7.450(6), b = 8.150(7), c = 13.859(12) , α = 75.014(14), β = 83.072(18), γ = 84.409(14)°, V = 805.0(12)3, Z = 2 and R = 0.0271 for 2575 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). X-ray analysis reveals that not only intermolecular Se…O and C-H…O interactions, but also π…π stacking interactions exist in the adjacent molecules. The above three kinds of intermolecular interactions extend the complex into an infinite three-dimensional layered network.  相似文献

The crystal belongs to triclinic,space group P1 with a = 7.8043(7),b = 10.4069(9),c = 14.3658(13) ,α = 105.3170(10),β = 96.877(2),γ = 96.7580(10)o,V = 1103.56(17) 3,Mr = 539.96,Z = 2,Dc = 1.625 g/cm3,μ = 1.050 mm-1,F(000) = 550,the final R = 0.0324 and wR = 0.0952. In the crystal,the structure consists of discrete molecules containing a five-coordinate copper(Ⅱ ) in a distorted square pyramidal configuration. Intramolecular O-H···O hydrogen bonds,weak intermolecular C-H···O hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking link the molecules into a one-dimensional chain structure. The study on the title complex has been performed with quantum chemistry calculation by means of G03W package on the Lanl2dz basis set. The stabilities of the complex together with the orbital energies and composition characteristics of some frontier molecular orbitals have been investigated.  相似文献

A new coordination polymer,[Cu2(bptc)(2,2'-bpy) 2(H2O)]·H2O(2,2'-bpy = 2,2'-bipyridine,H4bptc = biphenyl-2,5,2',5'-tetracarboxylic acid) ,has been synthesized under hydrother-mal conditions. The structure was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,elemental analysis,IR spectra and thermogravimetric analysis. It crystallizes in triclinic,space group P1 with a = 10.6447(12) ,b = 11.0191(12),c = 16.1253(18) ,α = 79.538(2),β = 88.0720(10) ,γ = 61.6650(10) °,V = 1634.1(3) 3,C36H26Cu2N4O10,Mr = 801.69,Z = 2,Dc = 1.629 g/cm3,μ(MoKα) = 1.370 mm-1,F(000) = 816.0,R = 0.0418 and wR = 0.1135 for 4416 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I) . X-ray analysis shows that the title complex exhibits 1D wavelike [Cu2(bptc) ]n chains with two types of diamond-shaped pores. These 1D chains are linked into a 3D supramolecular structure via O-H···O,C-H···O interactions and weak π···π stacking interactions. There exist H-bonded helices in a right-and left-handed sequence by turns in a 2D layer. Moreover,thermal stability has been studied and magnetic measurements show antiferromagnetic interactions for this complex.  相似文献

Self-assembly of Ag(I) nitrate, 1,3-bis(4-pyridyl)propane (bpp) and phthalic acid monopotassium salt (KHphth) in CH3OH-H2O solution produced the title complex, {[Ag(bpp)]2(Hphth)(NO3)·(H2O)2}n, which was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, IR spectrum, and photoluminescent spectrum. Single-crystal X-ray analysis revealed that the complex crystallizes in a monoclinic system, space group P21/c, with a = 15.4174(5), b = 8.6398(2), c = 25.2466(8) , β = 91.072(1)o, V = 3362.34(17) 3, Z = 4, C34H37N5O9Ag2, Mr = 875.43, Dc = 1.729 g/cm3, μ = 1.228 mm-1, F(000) = 1768, the final R = 0.0749 and wR = 0.1580 for 5754 reflections with I > 2σ(I). The Ag atom is coordinated by two N atoms from two bpp molecules in an approximately linear geometry. The Ag(I) ions are linked by the bpp molecules to form one-dimensional zigzag chains propagating along the c axis. The Hphth- and nitrate counter-ions are bridged by solvent water molecules through hydrogen bonds to generate a one-dimensional chain extending along the b axis. Electrostatic interactions between cations and anions, extensive hydrogen bonds and π-π interactions are responsible for the three-dimensional supramolecular structure. In the solid state, the compound exhibits blue photoluminescence with the maximum at 436 nm upon excitation at 344 nm.  相似文献

The crystal is of monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 10.971(2), b = 20.776(4), c = 14.332(3) , β = 109.25(3)o, MnC31H27N3O12, Mr = 688.50, V = 3084.1(10) 3, Dc = 1.483 g/cm3, F(000) = 1420, μ = 0.498 mm-1, S = 1.066 and Z = 4. The final refinement gave R = 0.0447 and wR = 0.1103 for 5107 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The title complex has a {[Mn(H2BPTC)(tpy)(H2O)]}n chain structure, and the hydrogen bonding interactions make it more stable. Each chain is further connected to the adjacent ones through π···π, C-H···π and rich hydrogen bonds to form a metal-organic coordination polymer.  相似文献

The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P 1 with a = 7.229(2), b = 8.114(2), c = 15.936(4) A, α = 80.511(4), β = 78.993(4), r= 72.118(4)°, V = 867.6(3) A3, Z = 1, C20H44Cl2Cu2N14O10, Mr = 838.68, Dc = 1.605 g/cm3, F(000) = 434 and μ = 1.449 mm-1. The structure was refined to R = 0.0480 and wR = 0.1289 for 2503 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). In the complex there exist two kinds of coordination models for Cu (II) ions. One is that the Cu (II) ion is coordinated by four nitrogen atoms which are from two N-men molecules, and a slightly distorted square planar coordinate environment is formed around the Cu (II) ion; the other is that the Cu (II) ion is coordinated by six nitrogen atoms, of which four are from two N-men molecules and the left from nitrile groups, resulting in a distorted octahedron around the  相似文献
