Effects of Relative Orientation of Molecules on Electron Transport in Molecular Devices

Effects of relative orientation of the molecules on electron transport in molecular devices are studied by the non-equilibrium Green function method based on density functional theory. In particular, two molecular devices with planar Au7 and Ag3 clusters sandwiched between the Al（100） electrodes axe studied. In each device, two typical configurations with the clusters parallel and vertical to the electrodes are considered. It is found that the relative orientation affects the transport properties of these two devices completely differently. In the Al（100）- Au7-Al（100） device, the conductance and the current of the parallel configuration are much larger than those in the vertical configuration, while in the Al（100）-Ag3-Al（100） device, an opposite conclusion is obtained.     

水分子对碳链的输运性质影响的第一性原理研究

用基于密度泛函理论的非平衡格林函数方法研究了水分子对7个碳原子组成的一维原子链的输运性质的影响.碳原子链放在具有有限截面的Al(100)电极中.研究发现，碳原子链上的水分子的数目和放置的位置的不同将对体系输运性质产生很大的影响.特别是，单个H₂O分子对碳链平衡电导的影响随其摆放位置的不同而出现奇偶振荡，例如，当位于奇数编号的碳原子上时，电导取极大值，当位于偶数编号的碳原子上时，取极小值.将两个H₂O分子置于不同的碳原子正上方时，在不同的位置平衡电导相差很大，在某些特殊的情况下原本受到抑止的第三个本征通道也有较大的贡献.此外，还研究了放置两个水分子时，体系的电流-电压(I-V)特性，随着水分子的数目和放置的位置不同，某些情况可能出现较大幅度的负微分电阻，而在另一些情况下却没有出现. 关键词： 平衡电导 透射谱 负微分电阻     

Crystal Structure,Thermal Behavior and Magnetic Properties of a New Copper（Ⅱ） Complex Based on Biphenyl-2,5,2＇,5＇-tetracarboxylic Acid

A new coordination polymer,[Cu2(bptc)(2,2'-bpy) 2(H2O)]·H2O(2,2'-bpy = 2,2'-bipyridine,H4bptc = biphenyl-2,5,2',5'-tetracarboxylic acid) ,has been synthesized under hydrother-mal conditions. The structure was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,elemental analysis,IR spectra and thermogravimetric analysis. It crystallizes in triclinic,space group P1 with a = 10.6447(12) ,b = 11.0191(12),c = 16.1253(18) ,α = 79.538(2),β = 88.0720(10) ,γ = 61.6650(10) °,V = 1634.1(3) 3,C36H26Cu2N4O10,Mr = 801.69,Z = 2,Dc = 1.629 g/cm3,μ(MoKα) = 1.370 mm-1,F(000) = 816.0,R = 0.0418 and wR = 0.1135 for 4416 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I) . X-ray analysis shows that the title complex exhibits 1D wavelike [Cu2(bptc) ]n chains with two types of diamond-shaped pores. These 1D chains are linked into a 3D supramolecular structure via O-H···O,C-H···O interactions and weak π···π stacking interactions. There exist H-bonded helices in a right-and left-handed sequence by turns in a 2D layer. Moreover,thermal stability has been studied and magnetic measurements show antiferromagnetic interactions for this complex.     

Transport Properties of Binary Clusters

We present first-principles studies on the transport properties of small sificon and aluminium clusters： Al2, Si2, Al4 and AlSi sandwiched between two Al （100） electrodes. The variation of the equilibrium conductance as a function of contact distance for these two-probe systems is probed. Our results show that the transport properties are dependent on both the specific nanostructure and the separation distance between the central molecule and the electrodes. For equilibrium transport properties, the clusters with the similar structure show similar transmission spectra at large distances, the small difference can be explained by the electron filling. For current-voltage characteristics, all the clusters show the metallic behaviour at lower bias, however very different non-linear behaviour can be observed at higher bias. For AlSi and Al2, when the distance between the central cluster and the electrodes is 3.5 A, large negative differential resistance （NDR） can be found in the bias range 0.8V～1.4V.

为了探索心理资本和工作满意度对工作绩效的交互影响作用,期望通过增强员工的心理资本来提高企业的员工工作满意度和工作绩效.在研究中引入了积极心理学的概念、心理资本以及工作满意度,并构建了心理资本调节工作满意度对工作绩效的影响作用的研究框架.通过对IT企业员工的大样本问卷调查,利用321名有效被试的数据检验了假设,结果发现：年龄越大IT企业员工的任务绩效和关系绩效越好;心理资本、工作满意度越高,任务绩效和关系绩效越好;心理资本会调节工作满意度对关系绩效的影响,却不能调节工作满意度对任务绩效的影响.     

Hydrothermal Synthesis,Crystal Structure and Property of a Novel Inorganic-organic Hybrid Compound Based on Phosphomolybdate Anion [H-IDP]4[PMo12O40]·8H2O （IDP = 4-（Imidazole-1-yl）phenol）

A novel compound [H-IDP]4[PMo12O40]·8H2O 1 based on Keggin-type phosphor- molybdate has been synthesized by hydrothermal method and characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analyses and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The composite crystallizes in the mono- clinic system, space group C2/m with a = 13.937（5）, b = 27.033（5）, c = 10.857（5） A, β = 122.489（5）°, V = 3450（2）A^3, Mr = 2611.11, Z = 2, Dc = 2.498 g/cm^3, F（000） = 2486,μ = 2.243 mm^-1, the final R = 0.0568 and wR = 0.1216 for 2707 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ（I）. X-ray structural study shows that 1 consists of a [PMo12O40]^4- polyanion, four protonated IDP cations and eight H2O molecules. In the structure of 1, a 3D network forms by hydrogen bond of [PMo12O40]^4- polyanion, HIDP^＋ cation and H2O molecules. Upon excitation wavelength of 280 nrn in hydroxylic solvents at room temperature, 1 shows fluorescence property.

碳硅链和氮铝链的电子输运特性的第一性原理研究

采用第一性原理非平衡格林函数方法研究了一维碳硅链 （SiC）_n和氮铝（Al-N）_n的电子输运特性,n为原子链所包含的Si,C（Al,N）原子数目.碳硅链（SiC）_n（或氮铝链（Al-N）_n）置于两个Al（100）电极中.计算了一维碳硅链和氮铝链体系的平衡电导随原子链的长度变化情况.结果发现,它们的平衡电导随原子链的长度增加而减小.对电荷转移分析发现, 关键词： 平衡电导 分子开关 转移电荷     

一株H5N1亚型禽流感毒的分离鉴定与基因组序列分析

对一株于2005年从浙江省分离获得的禽流感病毒株（A／Chicken／zhejiang／24／2005）进行了鉴定、全基因组序列测定、分析和致病性研究．经血凝抑制试验和神经氨酸酶抑制试验证实，此分离病毒株为H5NI亚型．对该毒株的全基因组序列测定和分析显示，HA蛋白在HA1和HA2连接处，含有连续多碱性氨基酸模体（-RRKKR-）．进化分析结果表明，A／Chicken／zhejiang／24／2005（H5N1）7个基因来源于2004～2005年湖南地区流行株，但PB1基因来源于未知野禽毒株．动物实验结果显示，Ck／ZJ／24／05对鸡和鸭均具有高致病性，对小鼠无致病性，与HA的序列特征相符合．
