Synthesis, spectroscopic characterization and X-ray structure of [1,2a]benzimidazol-2-yl amidine

[1,2a]Benzimidazol-2-yl amidine was synthesized by adding cyclopentanamine to iminoester in ethanol. The structure of amidine 1 was characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 1H-1H NOESY, 13C NMR, DEPT, XHCOR spectra, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), differential thermal analysis (DTA), differential scanning calorimetry thermograms (DSC), elementary analysis as well as by X-ray diffraction. The single crystals suitable for X-ray measurement were obtained by recrystallization at room temperature. The amidine group of a model was found to have Z configuration in the crystal. This compound crystallizes in a P2(1)/n monoclinic unit cell with parameters a=12.679(2) ?, b=8.468(3) ?, c=13.108(2) ?, β=96.538(2)°, V=1398.2 ?3 and Z=4.

通过4,4’-一氧二（异氰酸苯酯）与异丙醇加成反应，合成标题化合物 4,4’-一氧二（苯胺灵）(Ⅰ) (C20H24N2O5, Mr=372.41)，并用X射线衍射、红外光谱、13C核磁共振、电子轰击质谱和元素分析对标题化合物进行表征. 晶体属于三斜晶系，空间群为P1晶体学参数为: a=0.85107(17), b=0.91164(18), c=1.45701(3) nm, α=80.44(3)°, β=85.25(3)°, γ=62.88(3)°, V=0.9922(3) nm3, Z=2, Dc=1.247 g•cm－3, μ(Mo Kα)=0.90 cm－1, F(000)=396.两个苯环平面之间的夹角为62.06° (0.06°). 晶体结构经全矩阵最小二乘法修正，最终偏离因子R=0.0520, wR=0.1434(对可观察点).此化合物应具有广谱的生物活性.

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of (CH2)3(3, 5-Me2Pz)2·[PhBr2Sn(CH2)SnBr2Ph]·2HBr·2H2O (Pz = pyrazole)

The reaction of bis(dibromophenylstannyl)methane with 1, 3-bis(3, 5-dimethyl- pyrazol-1-yl)propane in a 1:1 or 1:2 ratio yields only 1:1 adduct which partly hydrolyzes to the title complex (C26H38Br6N4O2Sn2, Mr = 1155.42) during crystal growing. The title complex is of triclinic, space group P ī with a = 10.886(1), b = 12.508(1), c = 13.879(1) ?, α = 85.762(2), β = 85.159(2), γ = 84.020(2)°, V = 1868.8(4) ?3, Z = 2, Dc = 2.046 g/cm3, λ(MoKα) = 0.71073 ?, μ = 7.778 mm-1, F(000) = 1088, R = 0.0488 and wR = 0.1157 for 7560 observed reflections with I ≥ 2σ(I). The crystal structure analysis indicates that there is no direct interaction between the ligand and bis(dibromophenylstannyl)methane, and two tin atoms are bridged by two bromide atoms from the partial hydrolysis of this adduct.     

单核镍(Ⅱ)配合物[Ni(IDB)_2][C_6H_4(OH)COO].ClO_4.CH_3CH_2OH.H_2O的合成和晶体结构

标题配合物是由三齿配体N, N-二(2-苯并咪唑亚甲基)胺(IDB)、Ni(ClO4)2·6H2O与水杨酸钠在乙醇溶液中反应得到的紫色晶体。用X-射线衍射测定了其单晶结构。结果表明,该晶体属三斜晶系,P 空间群,化学式:C41H43ClN10NiO9,Mr = 914.01,a = 11.010(2),b = 13.800(3),c = 15.550(3) 牛 = 100.75(3),?= 102.97(3), = 107.56(3)? V = 2111.3(7) ?,Z = 2,F(000) = 952,Dc = 1.438 g/cm3,(MoK) = 0.591 mm-1,8215个独立可观测点(I>2(I))。最终偏离因子R(I>2(I)):R = 0.0591, wR = 0.1325;R(全部数据): R = 0.1302,wR = 0.1572。结构分析表明,镍(Ⅱ)分别与2个IDB配体中的苯并咪唑的4个氮和胺基的2个氮配位形成畸变的八面体构型。     

Crystal Structure and Antitumor Activity of Tri[2-[N-（4′-methyl-benzylsulfonyl）amino]ethyl]-amine

The crystal structure of the title compound (C27H38N4O7S3, Mr = 626.79) has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of triclinic, space group Pīwith a = 9.411(1), b = 11.645(2), c = 14.672(2) (A。), α = 91.80(1), β = 95.36(1), γ =104.56(1)o, V = 1547.0 (A。)3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.346 g/cm3, λ = 0.71073 (A。), μ(MoKα) = 0.289 mm－1 and F(000) = 664. The structure was refined to R = 0.0406 and wR = 0.1177 for 4103 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the title compound is a practically distorted tetrahedron and each molecule contains one lattice H2O by hydrogen bond. The antitumor activity of the title compound against HL-60 human leukemia cells has also been studied by MTT method.

Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Fungicidal Activity of （Z）-3,3-Dimethyl-1-（1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl）butan-2-one O-2-Chlorobenzyl Oxime Nitrate

The title compound has been synthesized by the reaction of 3,3-dimethyl-1-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)butan-2-one oxime with 2-chlorobenzyl chloride, and then treated with 65～68% HNO3. Its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 14.5481(8), b = 9.3351(5), c = 13.1911(7) , β = 98.9450(10)°, Z = 4, V = 1769.67(17) 3, Mr = 369.81, Dc = 1.388 g/cm3, S = 1.06, μ = 0.247 mm-1, F(000) = 776, the final R = 0.0352 and wR = 0.0960 for 3069 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). X-ray crystal structure presents the intramolecular N–H…O hydrogen bond. The packing is nearly parallel without π-π stacking interactions between two adjacent phenyl rings and stabilized by Van der Waals force. The preliminary bioassay shows that the title compound possesses fungicidal activity against Gibberella zeae at the dosage of 25 mg/L.
