从合欢皮95%乙醇提取物中分得2个新三糖链九糖皂甙(1,2),经化学方法和光谱分析,将其结构分别鉴定为:3-O-[β-D-吡喃木糖基-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃阿拉伯糖基-(1→6)-β-D-葡萄糖基]-21-O-(6S)-2-反式-2,6-二甲基-6-O-[4-O-((6R)-2-反式-2,6-二甲基-6-O-β-D-吡喃鸡纳糖基-2,7-辛二烯酸基)-β-D-吡喃鸡纳糖基]-2,7-辛二烯酸基金合欢酸28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(1→3)-[α-L-呋喃阿拉伯糖基-(1→4)]-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基酯(1)和3-O-[β-D-吡喃阿拉伯糖基-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃呋糖基-(1→6)-β-D-葡萄糖基]-21-O-(6S)-2-反式-2,6-二甲基-6-O-[4-O-((6S)-2-反式-2,6-二甲基-6-O-β-D-吡喃鸡纳糖基-2,7-辛二烯酸基)-β-D-吡喃鸡纳糖基]-2,7-辛二烯酸基金合欢酸28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(1→3)-[α-L-呋喃阿拉伯糖基-(1→4)]-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基酯(2),分别命名为合欢皂甙J14(JulibrosideJ14)和合欢皂甙J15(JulibrosideJ15)  相似文献

Two novel triterpenoid glycosides have been isolated from butanolic seeds extract of two varieties of Lathyrus plants, i.e. Lathyrus ratan and Lathyrus aphaca. Their structures were elucidated as 3-O-[β-D-glucuronopyranosyl-(1?→?4)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1?→?2)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl]-olean-11,13(18)-dien-28-oic acid (1) and 3-O-{β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-β-D-glcopyranosyl-(1?→?4)-[β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1?→?2)]-β-D-xylopyranosyl}-2,16α-dihydroxy-4-hydroxymethyl urs-12-en-28-oic acid (2) on the basis of spectral evidences, i.e. FTIR, (1)H-NMR, (13)C-NMR, ESI-MS and FAB-MS data. The isolated saponins were tested for their antifungal activity. Compound 1 showed maximum inhibition against Colletotrichum dematium (77.8%), whereas compound 2 showed maximum inhibition against Alternaria alternata (53.9%).  相似文献

Two new steroid glycosides have been isolated from the leaves of aloe yucca and their structures have been established. Glycosides B and C are tigogenin penta-and hexaosides. A triterpenoid saponin, guaianin O (1), oleanolic acid 3-O-{α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-[β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 3)]-α-L-arabinopyranoside}-28- O-[β-D-glucopyranosyl]-ester, was isolated from the n-butanol extract of flowers of Guaiacum officinale L. A new flavonol glycoside, kaempferol 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1?→?6)-O-[β-D-glucopyranosyl (1?→?2)-O-β-D-galactopyranosyl (1→2)]-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), together with a known compound, kaempferol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl (1?→?2)-O-β-D-galactopyranosyl (1?→?2)-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2) was isolated from the seeds of Nigella glandulifera. A new unusual minor triterpenoid saponin, platycoside O (1), was isolated from the 75% EtOH extract obtained from the roots of Platycodon grandiflorum, together with four known saponins: platycoside M-3 (2), platycoside J (3), platycoside F (4) and platycoside B (5). A new compound 1 was isolated from the methanolic extract of the stems of the Caesalpinia pulcherrima Linn. along with a reported compound (2) 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl hederagenin 28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester. The new compound 1 has m.p. 272–274°C, m.f. C46H74O17, [M]+ m/z 898. It was characterised as 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl hederagenin 28-O-β-D- xylopyranosyl ester by various colour reactions, chemical degradations and spectral analyses. Antibacterial activity of compound 1 was screened against various Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria and showed significant results.  相似文献

From a methanolic extract of the bulbs ofAllium turcomanicum Rgl. we have isolated a new furostanol glycoside, turoside C (I). An acid hydrolysate was found to contain the aglycone — neoagigenin (II) — and the sugars D-xylose, D-glucose, and D-galactose in a ratio of 1:4:1. The structure of the furostanol (I) has been established by methylation, enzymatic hydrolysis, and oxidative cleavage, and also by the oxidative cleavage of (II), as (25S)-5α-furostan-2α,3β,6β,22α,26-pentaol 26-O-β-D-glucopyranoside 3-O-{[O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)]-[O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)]-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-galacto-pyranoside}.  相似文献

From the commercial extract of the leaves of Stevia rebaudiana, a new diterpene glycoside was isolated besides the known steviol glycosides including stevioside, rebaudiosides A-F, rubusoside and dulcoside A. The new compound was identified as 13-[(2-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl)oxy] ent-kaur-16-en-19-oic acid-(2-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl) ester (1) on the basis of extensive spectroscopic (NMR and MS) and chemical studies.  相似文献

Three new flavonoid glycosides, demethoxycentaureidin 7-O-β-D-galacturonopyranoside, pectolinarigenin 7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1?→4″)-β-D-glucopyranoside and 7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1?→4″)-β-D-glucuronopyranoside, a new megastigmane glucoside, byzantionoside B 6'-O-sulfate, and a new (Z)-hex-3-en-1-ol O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1″→2')-β-D-glucopyranoside, were isolated from leaves of Ruellia patula JACQ., together with 12 known compounds, β-sitosterol glucoside, vanilloside, bioside (decaffeoyl verbascoside), acteoside (verbascoside), syringin, benzyl alcohol O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1″→2')-β-D-glucopyranoside, cistanoside E, roseoside, phenethyl alcohol O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1″→2')-β-D-glucopyranoside, (+)-lyoniresinol 3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, isoacteoside and 3,4,5-trimethoxyphenol O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1″→6')-β-D-glucopyranoside. A new ocotillol-type triterpenoid saponin, named 20(R)-pseudoginsenoside F(11) (1), was isolated along with pseudoginsenoside F(11) (2) from red American ginseng. The structure of the new saponin was elucidated as 6-O-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1?→?2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]-dammar-20R, 24R-epoxy-3β, 6α, 12β, 25-tetraol by a combination analysis of NMR and mass spectrometry. The complete signal assignments of the two compounds were carried out by means of 2-D NMR spectral analysis.  相似文献
