针孔单光子发射计算机断层(SPECT)成像的空间分辨率通常是根据Anger经验公式来进行估算,与实际测量存在较大偏差.本文通过对针孔成像的物理过程进行分析,提出了一个近似度更高的计算公式.利用精确的蒙特卡罗方法模拟针孔SPECT成像,采用OSEM(ordered subsets expectation maximization)算法对投影数据进行图像重建,并与模具实验进行比较,验证了理论公式的适用性.同时还讨论了体素尺寸、几何映射获取投影矩阵以及探测器尺寸与成像物体尺寸比值对断层图像空间分辨率的影响.实验结果显示,该理论公式所估算的空间分辨率比实验值平均偏小约10%,而Anger经验公式所估算的空间分辨率比实验值平均偏大约60%.因此,该理论公式能更好地估算针孔SPECT成像的空间分辨率,可为针孔SPECT系统的设计和使用提供有价值的参考.  相似文献

新型微结构气体探测器,如气体电子倍增器(gas electron multiplier,GEM)等,具有非常好的位置分辨率潜力(σ100μm),但是需要匹配大规模高密度的读出电子学,给探测器的建设、造价、功耗、空间利用等带来极大压力.阻性阳极读出方法可以在保持较高位置分辨率的前提下,大幅节省电子学.基于厚膜电阻工艺,一种新的阻性单元阵列结构被成功开发和应用于三级级联GEM探测器的读出阳极.该阻性阳极包括6×6个6 mm×6 mm的基本阻性单元,仅需匹配49路读出电子学.~(55)Fe放射源(5.9 keV)和X光机(8 keV)实验的结果显示探测器的位置分辨率(σ)可好于80μm,位置非线性好于1.5%.同时,探测器还获得了很好的实物成像效果.探测器的优良性能表明这种阻性阳极读出方法适用于大面积二维成像气体探测器的读出,并可用于其他探测器的读出.  相似文献

In order to solve the problem of digital radiography for printed circuit board (PCB) defect inspection, a new inspection system for PCB defect inspection with high resolution X-ray is proposed and implemented in this paper. The influence of the focus size of X-ray source on imaging formation is analyzed to get the best geometrical magnification. Moreover, the relationship between the resolution of intensifier and geometrical magnification is presented by analyzing the performance of MCP-X intensifier, which results in calculating the comprehensive resolution of this system. The experiment result indicates that the measurements on defect character is achieved by inspection software, and the defect analysis accuracy on ball grid array (BGA) solder joint of circuit board achieves minimum resolution of 0.03 mm. As a result, this system succeeds in implementing invisible solder joint defect inspection on BGA.  相似文献

In theory, we find that the actual function of the analyzer grating in the Talbot–Lau interferometer is segmenting the self-images of the phase grating and choosing integral areas, which make sure that each period of self-images in one detector pixel contributes the same signal to the detector. Furthermore, in the case of the lack of an analyzer grating, the shifting curves are still existent in theory as long as the number of fringes is non-integral in a detector pixel, which is a sufficient condition for creating shifting curve. The sufficient condition is available for not only the Talbot–Lau interferometer and the inverse geometry of Talbot–Lau interferometer, but also the x-ray phase contrast imaging system based on geometrical optics. In practical applications, we propose a method to improve the performances of the existing systems by employing the sufficient condition. This method can shorten the system length, is applicable to large period gratings, and can use the detectors with large pixels and large field of view. In addition, the experimental arrangement can be simplified due to the lack of an analyzer grating. In order to improve detection sensitivity and resolution, we also give an optimal fringe period.We believe that the theory and method proposed here is a step forward for x-ray phase contrast imaging.  相似文献

With the wide application of infrared focal plane arrays (IRFPA), military, aerospace, public security and other applications have higher and higher requirements on the spatial resolution of infrared images. However, traditional super-resolution imaging methods have increasingly unable to meet this requirement in technology. In this paper, we adopt the achievement that the human retina micro-motion is the important reason why the human has the hyperacuity ability. Based on the achievement, we bring forward an infrared super-resolution imaging method based on retina micro-motion. In the method, we use the piezoelectric ceramic equipment to control the infrared detector moving variably within a plane parallel to the focal plane. The motion direction is toward each other into a direction of 90°. In the four directions of the movement, we get four sub-images and generate a high spatial resolution infrared image by image interpolation method. In the process of the shifting movement of the detector, we set the threshold of the detector response and record the response time difference when adjacent pixel responses are up to the threshold. By the method, we get the object’s edges, enhance them in the high resolution infrared image and get the super-resolution infrared image. The experimental results show that our proposed super-resolution imaging methods can improve the spatial resolution of the infrared image effectively. The method will offer a new idea for the super-resolution reconstruction of infrared images.  相似文献

Improvement of an infrared light detection and ranging (IR-lidar) system for a short range (0–1000 m) and with high resolution is studied to enhance a geometrical form factor. Theoretical modeling of Mie scattering echo signals agrees with the experimental results. Introduction of a lens in front of the detector is effective for increasing the geometrical form factor, and a significant improvement in the received signal intensity is achieved, especially for short-range measurements around 100 m. This is useful for the IR-lidar system with a detector diameter of less than 1 mm. In the theoretical model, a ray-tracing technique was applied and a transmitting laser beam with Gaussian profile was considered for better accuracy.  相似文献

采用蒙特卡罗方法对闪烁光纤阵列探测器在高能X射线入射下的串扰进行了模拟研究,并且分析比较了加铅层对串扰的影响.研究中采用对表征成像系统空间分辨率参量——调制传递函数进行模拟分析和比较,得到在光纤阵列之间加入不同铅层厚度后对系统调制传递函数参量曲线的影响.研究结果表明:在高能射线下,采用闪烁光纤阵列作为成像探测器存在严重的次级粒子相互串扰的现象,而在阵列之间加入铅介质能够减少这种效应;但另一方面,若所加铅层太厚又会导致成像探测器像素过大而使得空间分辨率下降.通过模拟计算得出:只要在阵列之间加入适当厚度的铅介质,既可以有效抑止阵列之间次级粒子的串扰,同时又能提高闪烁光纤阵列探测器系统的空间分辨率.  相似文献

In this article we present the first results that we have obtained with a time-of-flight mass spectrometer coupled to a position sensitive detector. This new spectrometer provides a three-dimensional imaging (X and Y positions and time-of-flight) of the ion packet on the detector, with a high acquisition rate and a high resolution on both the mass and the position. This new apparatus is used to measure the electric deflection of PABA (p-amino benzoic acid) and PABA dimer beams and to study the kinetic energy release of the photofragmentation of the PABA dimer.  相似文献

针对激光同步扫描三角测距成像系统水下应用时,考虑不同介质界面的折射效应,通过理论建模,得出水下同步扫描三角测距成像系统的空间三维坐标测量关系表达式。分析了基线距离、接收透镜焦距等系统主要参数对距离测量分辨率的影响,以及成像探测器长度对测量范围的影响。仿真结果表明:增大基线距离和接收透镜焦距,有利于提高距离测量分辨率,增加成像探测器长度,有利于增大系统测量范围,为水下同步扫描三角测距成像系统的设计提供了理论依据。  相似文献

编码孔径光谱成像仪在实际应用中存在着编码模板与探测器分辨率不匹配从而降低系统分辨率的问题。针对该问题进行了两种情况分析,并通过数学理论建模给出了相应的解决方案。对于编码模板分辨率高于探测器分辨率这一情况,提出引入邻域嵌入超分辨技术的方法,实现了基于压缩感知的超分辨光谱成像。对于编码模板分辨率低于探测器分辨率这一情况,提出区块阈值划分的编码孔径,将编码微元按照区块阈值重新划分并进行灰度分级,从而实现低分辨率编码模板的高分辨率编码孔径。利用梯度投影稀疏重构(GPSR)算法进行数据立方体重建,实验结果表明:运用基于超分辨理论的编码孔径快照光谱成像系统所测得的光谱图像更精准,内容更丰富;采用基于区块阈值划分的编码孔径的编码孔径快照光谱成像系统具有更高的空间分辨率和光谱分辨率。结果证实优化后的编码孔径快照光谱成像系统,其分辨率和成像质量大幅度提升,并实现了高分辨率元件的100%利用。  相似文献

Photoacoustic (PA) imaging is a new imaging modality, which converts pressure signals received by a scanning detector to a local distribution of electromagnetic absorption density. In this paper an experiment result of a photoacoustic tomography to depths of ~7 mm for a real tissue is presented, using a 532-nm pulse YAG laser. The time-resolved stress detection technique was used for PA signal detection with a high temporal resolution. A phase-controlled focus algorithm was used for image reconstruction. Images of different depth profiles in tissue were obtained. The depth resolution was 30 μm and could be up to 10 μm using a wide-band tranducer.  相似文献

根据高能射线针孔成像理论,采用CdZnTe像素阵列探测器建立了直接成像探测模式的伽玛源针孔探测系统。测试分析了CdZnTe像素阵列探测器的能量分辨力及峰值效率,讨论研究了针孔成像探测系统的调制传递函数和附加噪声特性,测试获得直径5mm137Cs源的探测图像,采用Lucy-Richardson迭代算法得到了137Cs源的复原图像。实验结果表明:CdZnTe探测器对662keV137Cs源的能量分辨力为6.25%~7.50%,峰值效率65.0%~72.5%;成像系统探测图像存在一定扩散现象,所采用的Lucy-Richardson迭代复原算法能较好地修正图像扩散,提高探测图像中心区域细节分辨力;估算所得137Cs源尺寸误差约0.5mm,所建立的CdZnTe针孔成像探测系统能有效得到小尺寸伽玛源的辐照强度分布及尺寸信息。  相似文献

LaBr3(Ce)探测器是一种新型闪烁体探测器,具有高光产额,高探测效率,高时间和空间分辨率,高能量分辨率,温度特性良好,抗辐射性能良好,操作简便等优点.从2001年以来,该探测器得到了迅速的研究和应用.LaBr3(Ce)探测器在核共振荧光检测、瞬发γ中子活化分析、爆炸物检测、核医学成像、环境辐射监测、空间辐射探测等方面的应用研究中取得了非常良好的效果.该探测器表现出优于以往用于这些领域的探测器的性能(例如NaI(Tl)探测器、BGO探测器、HPGe探测器等).介绍了LaBr3(Ce)探测器的性能及其应用研究进展,对代表性文献进行了简析和综述,阐明了其良好的应用前景.  相似文献

A two-dimensional photon counting imaging detector based on a Vernier position sensitive anode is reported. The decode principle and design of a two-dimensionai Vernier anode axe introduced in detail. A photon counting imaging system was built based on a Vernier anode. The image of very weak optical radiation can be reconstructed by image processing in a period of integration time. The resolution is superior to 100 μm according to the resolution test. The detector may realize the imaging of very weak particle flow of high- energy photons, electrons and ions, so it can be used for high-energy physics, deep space exploration, spectral measurement and bio-luminescence detection.  相似文献

微通道板作为二维位置灵敏阳极光子计数探测器中的电子倍增器件,其增益特性直接影响探测器的成像性能。搭建了系统测试平台,测量了微通道板的增益随电压变化曲线,并获得了3块微通道板叠加后的脉冲高度分布曲线。根据测试结果以及脉冲高度分布曲线的能量分辨率与探测器增益的均匀性之间的物理关系,选择合适电压值和增益对探测器的性能进行优化,探测器分辨率由3.56 lp/mm 提高到4.49 lp/mm ,获得了清晰图像,为探测器的研制提供了技术支持。  相似文献

为了解决轴角编码器尺寸与角度分辨率之间的矛盾,同时提高编码器的响应频率,提出了一种基于线阵探测器的单圈绝对式光电轴角编码器.该编码器使用了一种新型单圈绝对式编码盘,整个码盘只有一个码道,粗码被直接刻在这个单圈的码道上,码盘图像经光学放大后被线阵探测器接收.利用FPGA控制电路将数据传送至计算机,并对数据进行译码处理,分别利用图像处理技术读取粗码和利用像素细分技术获得细码,两者相结合得到角度信息.通过该技术设计一个码盘直径为40 mm的绝对式轴角编码器,其分辨率为15位.  相似文献

Characteristics of a novel type of ultranarrow-band image detector have been experimentally studied. The principle of this new imaging approach is to detect a resonance-ionization and (or) fluorescence-imaging signal formed on a thin planar cell filled with atomic vapor. A planar vapor cell with a thickness of 1.6 mm was used for imaging 253.7-nm radiation by Hg atoms. One- and two-dimensional images were produced and detected with ionization and fluorescence-signal acquisition. The feasibility of atomic-vapor image detectors with a spectral resolution of several megahertz is discussed.  相似文献

依据单元非成像型光谱辐射计的特点,提出了一种单元非成像型红外光谱辐射计的成像光谱数据获取系统.该系统采用在光谱辐射计前端加装扣描装置.结合同步控制器,实现光谱辐射计的空间扫描.利用光谱辐射计提供的接口,完成了采集获得的成像光谱数据的批量定标.该系统可达到500×500像素的空间分解能力,光谱范围667~5 000 cm-1,光谱分辨率为1 cm-1,空间视场角为150°,瞬时视场角为0.3°.将该系统应用于实际的场景光谱数据获取,通过对得到的实验数据分析和比较,说明本文给出的基于非成像光谱辐射计的成像数据获取系统,能够实现实际场景的成像光谱数据获取,能够满足实时性要求不太高的成像光谱数据获取.  相似文献

X射线相位衬度成像是一种新型的X射线成像技术,通过记录射线穿过物体后相位的改变对物体进行成像,可以提供比传统的X射线吸收成像更高的图像衬度以及空间分辨力。衍射增强成像方法(Diffraction enhancedimaging,DEI)是X射线相位衬度成像方法之一,利用一块放置在物体和探测器之间的分析晶体提取物体的吸收、折射以及散射信息并进行成像。将衍射增强成像方法与计算机断层成像技术(Computerized Tomography)进行结合,利用吸收、散射以及折射信息,分别采用滤波反投影以及雷登(Radon)变换,对昆虫样品——蜜蜂进行计算层析重建,获得了好于X射线吸收计算层析的重建结果,验证了衍射增强成像信息分离计算层析的优越性。  相似文献
