Three tin (Ⅳ) complexes with N,N-dialkyl dithiocarbamates Ph3SnS2CN(CH3)C6H5 (1),Ph3SnS2CN(C4H8NH) (2) and Sn(Cl)2(S2CNEt2)2 (3) have been synthesized. The crystal structures have been determined by X-ray sin- gle crystal diffraction. A crystal of the complex 1 is triclinic with space group P1, a=0.9485(3)nm, b=1.0491(3)nm, c=1.3631(4)nm, α=70.996(4)°, β=72.294(4)°, γ=79.609(4)°, Z=2, V=1.2168(6)nm3, Dc=1.453g·cm-3, μ=1.234mm-1, R=0.0442, wR=0.0858. A crystal of the complex 2 is monoclinic with space group P2(1)/c, a=1.2214(2)nm, b=1.1651(2)nm, c=1.5769(3)nm,β=99.039(2)°, Z=2, V=2.2162(7)nm3, Dc=1.532g·cm-3, μ=1.352mm-1, R=0.0267, wR=0.0591. A crystal of the complex 3 is triclinic with space group P1, a=0.7179(2)nm, b=0.9256(3)nm, c=1.5327(5)nm,α=93.857(4)°,β=98.992(4)°, γ=109.481(4)°, Z=2, V=0.9405(5)nm3, Dc=1.717g·cm-3, μ=2.076mm-1, R=0.0263, wR=0.0662. In the complexes 1 and 2 the tin atoms rendered five-coordination in a distorted tigonal bipyramidal structure and in the complex 3 the tin atom rendered six-coordination in a distorted octahedron structure. A novel μ-S-bridged di-palladium(Ⅱ) complex, {[(phen)Pd( μ-SPr)2Pd(phen)](NO3)2·2H2O} (1) was synthesized and characterized by the 1H NMR, element analysis and single crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c with unit cell parameters: a=2.165 1(3) nm, b=1.291 4(2) nm, c=2.716 2(3) nm, β=111.987(3)°, and V=7.041 8(16) nm3, Z=8, R=0.054 4, wR=0.127 4. The X-ray crystal structure analysis revealed that two 1,10-phenanthroline palladium(Ⅱ) moieties were bridged by two n-propylmercapatan molecules in coplanar fashion with the dimensions of 1.55 nm×0.88 nm. The plane-to-plane distance of the complex 1 is 0.33 nm, which reveals strong aromatic-aromatic π-π interaction. CCDC: 292998.  相似文献

Di(o-fluorbenzyl)tin bis(dithiotetrahydropyrrolcarbamate) (1) and di(p-chlorbenzyl)tin bis(dithiomethylcarbamate) (2) were synthesized. Their structure were characterized by elementary analysis, IR and 1H NMR and the crystal structure were determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The crystal of complex 1 belongs to orthorhombic with space group Pccn, a=2.096 1(12) nm, b=1.018 5(6) nm, c=1.205 9(7) nm, Z=4, V=2.574(2) nm3, Dc=1.624 g·cm-3, μ(Mo)=1.348 mm-1, F(000)=1 272,R1=0.038 7, wR2=0.088 5. The crystal of complex 2 belongs to monoclinic with space group C2/c, a=1.531 3(16), b=1.868 4(19), c=0.951 8(10) nm, β=112.602(14)°, Z=4, V=2.514(5) nm3, Dc=1.612 g·cm-3, μ(Mo)=1.572 mm-1, R1=0.025 4, wR2=0.070 4. In the complexes 1 and 2, the structures consist of discrete molecules containing six-coordinate tin atom in a distorted octahedron configuration. In crystal of complex 1, molecules are packed in the unit cell in one-dimensional chain structure through a S…S interaction between adjacent molecule. CCDC: 225420, 1; 225421, 2.  相似文献

In this article we report the synthesis of (R,S)-4,4′-biquinoline-6,6′-dimethyl-3,3′-dicarboxylate (DBBD) (1) and the formation of copper(I) coordination polymer [CuI(DBBD)2]n (2) by inducing a bidentate organic ligand (DBBD). The crystal 1 belongs to monoclinic system with space group P21, and a=0.881 30(19) nm, b=1.966 0(6) nm, c=1.478 1(4) nm, β=119.429(12)°, V=2.230 5(10) nm3, Dc=1.276 g·cm-3. The crystal 2 belongs to orthogonal system with space group Fmm2, and a=2.044 41(17) nm, b=1.543 06(13) nm, c=1.652 45(13) nm, V=5.212 9(7) nm3, Dc=1.669 g·cm-3, Z=8. The complexes of [Ag2Pd2(μ-dppm)2(μ-S2CNC4H8)23-S2CNC4H8)2](SbF6)2·Et2O (1) and [AgPd(S2CN C4H8)(μ-dppm)2](SbF6)·H2O (2)were synthesized and their single crystal structures were determined by X-ray diffraction. The complex 1 is monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a=1.14370(3)nm, b=1.39025(4)nm, c=2.93579(8)nm, β=95.173(1)°, V=4.6490(2)nm3, Z=4, Dc=1.716g·cm-3, μ(Mo Kα)=1682cm-1, F(000)=2384, Mr=2401.98, R=0.0662, wR=0.1302. The complex 2 is monoclinic system, space group Cc with a=2.74136(6)nm, b=1.04317(2)nm, c=2.523990(10)nm, β=95.173(1)°, V=4.6490(2)nm3, Z=4, Dc=1.716g·cm-3, μ(Mo Kα)=1682cm-1, F(000)=2384, Mr=2401.98, R=0.0662, wR=0.1302. 用Co2(CO)8分别与两个杂环配体C(S)NHP(S)(C6H4OCH3)OC(Ph)CH (L1)和C(S)NHC(CH3)2P(S)(Cl)N(Ph) (L2)反应,合成两个新的三核钴羰基硫簇合物Co3(CO)73-S)[μ,η2-CNP(S)(C6H4OCH3)OC(Ph)CH]()和Co3(CO)73-S)[μ,η2-SCNC(CH3)2P(S)(Cl)N(Ph)]()。用元素分析,IR, 1H NMR, 31P NMR及MS谱表征了它们的结构,同时用X射线衍射法测定了它们的晶体分子结构,二者属于三斜晶系,空间群P1,的晶胞参数为:a=0.84768(1)nm,b=1.19049(3)nm,c=1.43639(1)nm,α=86.926(1)°,β=81.601(3)°,γ=88.535(2)°,V=1.4318(5)nm3,Z=2,Dc=1.641g·cm-3,F(000)=716,μ=1.893mm-1,R=0.0602,Rw=0.1515。的晶胞参数为:a=1.2050(2)nm,b=1.2448(2)nm,c=0.8951(2)nm,α=97.49(1)°,β=93.552(4)°,γ=108.432(3)°,V=1.2554(3)nm3,Z=2,Dc=1.841g·cm-3,F(000)=690,μ=2.419mm-1,R=0.0423,Rw=0.1075。的分子骨架Co3S为三角锥构型,S作为面桥基配体,所有CO作为端基配体与三个Co原子成键。中含有CoCoCN四元环组件,中含有CoCoSCN五元环组件。  相似文献

在DDQ/PPh3作用下,以2-异丙基苯甲酸或水杨酸为原料,在温和条件下以较高的收率合成、分离得到两个化合物(2)和(3)。化合物(2)和(3)与苯胺在氯仿中加热回流可分别转化为酰胺类化合物(4)和(5)。所有化合物通过元素分析、质谱、核磁共振进行了表征,并解析了化合物(2)和(3)的X-衍射单晶结构。化合物1,2-二(2-异丙基苯甲酸)-2,3-二氰-5,6-二氯苯(2)晶体属单斜晶系,空间群P21/c,其晶胞参数为:a=1.2875(3)nm,b=1.5186(2)nm,c=1.5726(3)nm,β=122.23(3)°,V=2.6010(1)nm3,Dc=1.331g·cm-3,Z=4,F(000)=1080,R1=0.0572,wR2=0.1260;化合物1,2-二(2-羟基苯甲酸)-2,3-二氰-5,6-二氯苯(3)晶体属三斜晶系,空间群P1,其晶胞参数为:a=0.87776(16)nm,b=1.13111(15)nm,c=1.18639(17)nm,α=69.290(2)°,β=89.409(3)°,γ=67.878(2)°,V=1.0104(3)nm3,Dc=1.542g·cm-3,Z=2,F(000)=476,R1=0.0383,wR2=0.0931。强π-π堆积作用和分子间氢键将化合物(2)和(3)组装成稳定的三维结构。  相似文献

Six triphenyltin(Ⅳ)N-alkylpiperazinyldithiocarbamates have been synthesized by the reaction of triphenyltin chloride with N-alkylpiperazinyldithiocarbamates and characterized by elemental analysis, UV, IR and 1H NMR. The crystal structure of Ph3SnS2CN(C2H4)2NCH3(1) has been determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The crystal of the compound 1 belongs to triclinic with space group P1, a=1.033 56(18) nm, b=1.148 8(2) nm, c=1.191 6(2) nm, α=66.282(2)°, β=78.756(2)°, γ=67.476(2)°, Z=2, V=1.195 2(4) nm3, Dc=1.460 g·cm-3, μ=1.256 mm-1, R=0.025 1, wR=0.058 3. The solvothermal reaction (D2O) of 2,6-dideuterium-4-cyanopyridine with ZnCl2 in the presence of NaN3 offers a novel complex Zn(OD)(C6H2D2N4) (1) in which Zn has a distorted tetrahedron composed of two N atoms from one tetrazoyl group and pyridyl group and two O atoms from two deuteratohydroxy OD groups. The tri(o-chlorobenzyl)tin chloride as well as the tri(o-fluorobenzyl)tin was treated with aqueous solution of NaOH to formed the μ-oxygen-bis[tri(o-chlorobenzyl)tin] and μ-oxygen-bis[tri(o-fluorobenzyl)tin], respectively. The crystal and molecular structures of compound were determined by X-ray diffraction. The crystal(2) are triclinic, space group P1 with a=0.9635(3), b=1.0797(4), c=1.0852(3)nm, α =105.807(5), β=90.551(6), γ=116.382(5)°, V=0.9619(6)nm3, Z=2, Dx=1.595g·cm-3, μ(MoKα)=13.62cm-1, F(000)=458, R1=0.0268, wR2=0.0674. The bond lengths of Sn-C is 0.2128(9)~2.162(12)nm and 0.2155(4)~0.2162(3)nm, and the Sn-O is 0.1901nm and 0.19166(6)nm, respectively. The bond angle Sn-O-Sn is 180.0(0)°. The tin atom has a distorted tetrahedral geometry. The composition characteristics of some frontier molecular orbitals have been investigated by means of G98W package and taking Lanl2dz basis set. [Pb2(TNR)(NO3)2(H2O)] was prepared by reaction of the aqueous solution of lead nitrate and magnesium styphnate. The crystal structure of Pb2(TNR)(NO3)2(H2O)was determined by single crystal diffraction analysis. The crystal is triclinic, space group P1 with crystal parameters a=0.7279(2)nm,b=1.0698(2)nm,c=1.0738(2)nm;α=86.82(1)°,β=89.52(2)°,γ=83.50(2)°;V=0.8295(3)nm3,Z=2,Dc=3.201g·cm-3, F(000)=716. The carboxyl group coordinates to Mn(Ⅱ) in the mode of monodentate, while the O atoms of water molecules coordinates in bridging mode. 以5-氯水杨醛和邻溴苯胺为原料合成了一种新的Schiff碱配体2-[(2-溴苯胺基)甲基]-4-氯苯酚(1)(C13H9BrClNO,H2L),继而与过渡金属铜离子配合,得到其配合物2 ([Cu(C13H8BrClNO)2],CuL2)。通过X-射线衍射法对配体及其配合物进行了结构表征。化合物1属正交晶系,Pbca空间群,晶胞参数a=0.710 19(12) nm,b=1.308 2(2) nm,c=2.533 3(5) nm,Mr=310.57,V=2.353 6(7) nm3,Dc=1.753 g·cm-3,Z=8,μ=3.700 mm-1,Z=8,F(000)=1 232,R=0.025 0,wR=0.055 5;化合物1依靠分子间的C-H…N,C-H…O,C-H…Cl 氢键及π-π堆积作用进一步联结成二维网状结构。化合物2属单斜晶系,P21/c空间群,晶胞参数a=0.956 8(2) nm,b= 1.085 3(3) nm,c=1.204 7(3) nm,β=105.965(7)°,Mr=682.67,V=1.202 8(6) nm3,Dc=1.885 g·cm-3,Z=2,μ=4.481 mm-1,F(000)=670,R=0.045 0,wR=0.122 5。2依靠分子间C-H…π作用及卤素…卤素作用进一步联结成三维网状结构。  相似文献

合成了四(邻氟苄基)锡(1)和一维链状三苄基锡二茂铁甲酸酯(2),经X射线衍射方法测定了化合物的晶体结构。化合物1属四方晶系,空间群I41/a,晶体学参数a=1.96794(16)nm,b=1.96794(16)nm,c=0.59316(5)nm,V=2.2972(3)nm3,Z=4,Dc=1.605g·cm-3,μ(Mo)=11.58cm-1,F(000)=1112,R1=0.0208,wR2=0.0576。化合物2属单斜晶系,空间群为P21/n,晶体学参数:a=1.59354(12)nm,b=1.00723(8)nm,c=1.70026(13)nm,β=91.001(10)°,V=2.7286(4)nm3,Z=4,Dc=1.521g·cm-3,μ(Mo)=14.74cm-1,F(000)=1256,R1=0.0384,wR2=0.0952。晶体的中心锡原子分别呈四配位畸变四面体构型和五配位畸变三角双锥构型。对其结构进行量子化学从头计算,探讨了配合物的稳定性、分子轨道能量以及部分前沿分子轨道的组成特征。测定了配合物的热稳定性和体外抗癌活性。  相似文献

以三齿吡唑-三嗪(类蝎型)化合物2,4-二(3,5-二甲基吡唑)-6-二乙基胺-1,3,5-三嗪(bpz*eaT)为配体,在无水乙醇和甲醇溶剂中,合成了2个配合物Cu2(mpz*eaT-EtO)2(N3)2Cl2(1)和Cu2(mpz*eaT-MeO)2(N3)4(2)(mpz*eaT-EtO:2-(3,5-二甲基吡唑)-4-乙醇-6-二乙基胺-1,3,5-三嗪;mpz*eaT-MeO:2-(3,5-二甲基吡唑)-4-甲醇-6-二乙基胺-1,3,5-三嗪)。通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱、热重分析以及X-ray单晶衍射方法对配合物进行了表征,并分析了其光谱及结构特征。晶体结构表明,配合物1属于三斜晶系,P1空间群,a=0.9949(2)nm,b=1.0216(2)nm,c=1.1480(2)nm,α=115.11(3)°,β=106.99(3)°,γ=100.39(3)°,V=0.9460(3)nm3,Z=1;配合物2属于单斜晶系,P21/c空间群,a=1.5464(5)nm,b=1.4008(5)nm,c=0.8905(3)nm,β=103.227(5)°,V=1.8779(10)nm3,Z=2。配合物12中的中心铜原子均为五配位,形成扭曲的四角锥构型。  相似文献

A coordination polymer, namely [Fe(DPPZ)(dipic)]n (1) (DPPZ=dipyrido[3,2-a∶2′,3′-c]phenazine and H2dipic=pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid), has been obtained by using hydrothermal synthesis method. The crystal structure was determined by X-ray single crystal structure analysis with the following data: Monoclinic, P21/c, a=0.794 95(16) nm, b=3.601 1(7) nm, c=0.734 32(15) nm, β=106.07(3)°, V=2.020 0(7) nm3, Z=4, Mr=503.25, Dc=1.655 g·cm-3, F(000)=1 024, μ(Mo Kα)=0.795 mm-1, R=0.038 5 and wR=0.081 0. Complex 1 has octahedral coordination geometry and forms 1D zigzag coordination chains that organize into an unusual 3D supramolecular motif through noncovalent bonds, such as π-π stacking interactions and C-H…O hydrogen bonds. The result of TG analysis indicates that the title complex is stable till 290 ℃. CCDC: 716602.  相似文献

Two compound crystals of (Hdafo)2[ZnCl4]·2H2O (1) and (Hdafo)2[CoCl4]·2H2O (2) were obtained when we tried synthesizing the mixed ligand compounds of Zinc (Ⅱ) and Cobalt(Ⅱ) with 4,5-diazafluorene-9-one(dafo) and o-phthalic acid, respectively. Their structure was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystals all belong to monoclinic system, C2/c space group with crystallographic data:(Hdafo)2[ZnCl4]·2H2O, a=1.6768(5)nm, b=1.2052(3)nm, c=1.3888(4)nm, β=116.793(3), V=2.5053(12)nm3, Z=4, F(000)=1232, Mr=609.57, Dc=1.616g·cm-3, μ(MoKα)=1.444mm-1, R1=0.0373, wR2=0.0765; (Hdafo)2[CoCl4]·2H2O, a=1.6787(4)nm, b=1.2078(3)nm, c=1.3911(4)nm, β=116.665(3)°, V=2.5204(11)nm3, Z=4, F(000)=1220, Mr=603.13, Dc=1.589g·cm-3, μ(MoKα)=1.142mm-1, R1=0.0257, wR2=0.0654.
