Base-catalyzed reaction of 2-hydroxybenzaldehyde with 2-{[2-(vinyloxy)ethoxy]methyl}oxirane gave 2-{2-hydroxy-3-[2-(vinyloxy)ethoxy]propoxy}benzaldehyde in 42% yield, and subsequent condensations of the product with thiosemicarbazide and primary aliphatic amines afforded the corresponding thiosemicarbazone (yield 86%) and 1-{2-[(alkylimino)methyl]phenoxy}-3-[2-(vinyloxy)ethoxy]propan-2-ols (74–81%).  相似文献

The synthesis of novel 1-{[2-(phenoxy)ethoxy]methyl}uracil derivatives with different substituents in positions and 6 of the pyrimidine ring has been carried out. It has been shown that the alkylation of trimethylsilyl derivatives of uracil with 2-(4-chlorophenoxy)- and 2-(4-methylphenoxy)ethoxymethyl chloride under Hilbert-Johnson reaction conditions gives N(1)-substitution products. It was found that the 1-{ [2-(phenoxy)ethoxy]methyl}uracil derivatives show viral inhibition properties relative to human immunodeficiency type 1 virus in vitro. The most active compounds are 5-bromo-6-methyluracil derivatives which suppress viral reproduction by 50% at 7.2 and 7.8 micromolar concentrations.__________Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 5, pp. 726–731, May, 2005.  相似文献

1-(3-R-adamantan-1-yl)-2-[(triphenyl-λ5-phosphanylidene)hydrazinylidene]ethanone reacted with 4-aryl(hetaryl)-2,4-dioxobutanoic acids to give 2-{2-[2-(3-R-adamantan-1-yl)-2-oxoethylidene]hydrazinyl}-4-aryl(hetaryl)-4-oxobut-2-enoic acids which were shown to exist in solution as mixtures of Z- and E-isomeric enehydrazine tautomers. The products underwent cyclization to 3-{[2-(3-R-adamantan-1-yl)-2-oxoethylidene]- hydrazinylidene}-5-aryl(hetaryl)furan-2(3H)-ones.  相似文献

The synthesis of octakis(4,5-bis{2-[2-(1-naphthyloxy)ethoxy]ethoxy}) metal-free (4) and metallophthalocyanines (58) were carried out by the cyclotetramerization of a 4,5-bis{2-[2-(1-naphthyloxy)ethoxy]ethoxy}phthalonitrile (3). Newly substituted octakisphthalocyanines showed enhanced solubility in organic solvents. The new compounds were characterized by IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, UV-Vis, and MS spectral data.  相似文献

Methyl 2-acetyl-3-{[2-(dimethylamino)-1-(methoxycarbonyl)ethenyl]amino}prop-2-enoate ( 4 ) and phenyl-methyl 2-acetyl-3-{[2-(dimethylamino)-1(methoxycarbonyl)ethenyl]amino}prop-2-enoate ( 5 ) were prepared in three steps from the corresponding acetoacetic esters, and used as reagents for the preparation of N3-protected 3-amino-4H-pyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidin-4-ones 10 – 12 , 5H-thiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidin-5-one 13 , 4H-pyrido[1,2-a]-pyridin-4-one 19 and 2H-1-benzopyran-2-ones 20 – 23 . Free 3-amino-4H-pyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidin-4-ones 24 – 26 were prepared from 10 – 12 by removal of the 2-(methoxycarbonyl)-3-oxobut-1-enyl or 3-oxo-2-[(phenyl-methoxy)carbonyl]but-1-envl as N-protecting group by various methods.  相似文献

Summary 1-[2-(2-Fluoroethoxy)ethyl]-2-1H-nitroimidazole (3a), 1-{2-[2-(2-fluoroethoxy)ethoxy]ethyl}-2-1H-nitroimidazole (3b) and 1-(2-{2-[2-(2-fluoroethoxy)ethoxy]ethoxy}ethyl)-2-1H-nitroimidazole (3c) were synthesized in a two step sequence.Coupling the ditosylate of di-, tri- or tetraethylene glycol with 2-nitroimidazole followed by fluoride substitution afforded the reference compounds in high yield and18F labeling gave the corresponding markers in 70-82% radiochemical yield.  相似文献

The (2-dansylethoxy)carbonyl (= {2-{[5-(dimethylamino)naphthalen-l-yl]sulfonyl}ethoxy}carbonyl; dnseoc) group was employed for protection of the amino functions of the aglycone residues. The lactam function of 2′-deoxyguanosine was on the one hand unprotected and on the other hand alkylated at O6 of the aglycone with the 2-(4-nitrophenyl)ethyl (npe) and 2-(phenylsulfonyl)ethyl (pse) group, respectively. The syntheses of monomeric building blocks, both phosphoramidites and nucleoside- functionalized supports, are described for the three common 2′-deoxynucleosides (2′-deoxycytidine, 2′-deoxyadenosine, 2′-deoxyguanosine). As kinetic studies with the tritylated nucleosides showed, the dnseoc group is more labile towards DBU cleavage than the corresponding 2-(4-nitrophenyl)ethyl-(npe) and [2-(4-nitrophenyl)ethoxy]carbonyl(npeoc)-protected analogues (see Table 2). These results were confirmed by the very fast deprotection rate of the dnseoc groups at some oligonucleotides.  相似文献

2-{2-[4-苯基-二(4-特丁基苯基)甲基]苯氧基}乙氧乙醇磺酸酯(1)与4,4'-联吡啶在乙腈中回流36 h, 随后通过阴离子交换得到N-{2-{2-[4-苯基-二(4-特丁基苯基)甲基]苯氧基}乙氧乙基}-4,4'-联吡啶六氟磷酸盐(3), 产率为93.4%. 3与4,4'-二(溴甲基)-2,2'-联吡啶在乙腈中、70 ℃下反应72 h, 生成哑铃型化合物5, 产率为45%. 5与冠醚BPP34C10在55 ℃下搅拌5 d, 得到分子梭67, 产率分别为42.3%和27.3%. 1H NMR数据表明, 富电子冠醚BPP34C10与哑铃型组分上贫电子4,4'-联吡啶的非键作用使4,4'-联吡啶上氢的化学位移向高场有较大移动.  相似文献

Alkylation of sodium 4(5)-alkyl-6-oxo-1,6-dihydropyrimidine-2-thiolates with 2-bromo-1-(4-bromophenyl)ethan-1-one afforded 2-{[2-(4-bromophenyl)-2-oxoethyl]sulfanyl}pyrimidin-4(3H)-ones. Analogous reaction with sodium 4-trifluoromethyl-6-oxo-1,6-dihydropyrimidine-2-thiolate gave a mixture of 2-{[2-(4-bromophenyl)-2-oxoethyl]sulfanyl}-4-(trifluoromethyl)pyrimidin-4(3H)-one and its intramolecular cyclization product, 3-(4-bromophenyl)-3-hydroxy-7-trifluoromethyl-2,3-dihydro[1,3]thiazolo[3,2-a]-pyrimidin-5-one.  相似文献

A group of new amphiphilic poly(phenylacetylene)s bearing polar oligo(ethylene oxide) pendants, poly{4‐[2‐(2‐hydroxyethoxy)ethoxy]phenylacetylene} ( 1 ), poly(4‐{2‐[2‐(2‐hydroxyethoxy)‐ethoxy]ethoxy}phenylacetylene) ( 2p ), poly(3‐{2‐[2‐(2‐hydroxyethoxy)ethoxy]ethoxy}phenylacetylene) ( 2m ), poly(4‐{2‐[2‐(2‐methanesulfonyloxyethoxy)ethoxy]ethoxy}phenylacetylene) ( 3 ), poly(4‐{2‐[2‐(p‐toluenesulfonyloxyethoxy)ethoxy]ethoxy}phenylacetylene) ( 4 ), poly(4‐{2‐[2‐(2‐trimethylsilyloxy‐ethoxy)ethoxy] ethoxy}phenylacetylene) ( 5 ), and poly(4‐{2‐[2‐(2‐chloroethoxy)ethoxy]ethoxy}phenylacetylene) ( 6 ), were synthesized with organorhodium complexes as the polymerization catalysts. The structures and properties of the polymers were characterized with IR, UV, NMR, and thermogravimetric analysis. 1 , 2p , and 2m , the three polymers containing pendants with hydroxyl groups, were oligomeric or insoluble. The organorhodium complexes worked well for the polymerization of the monomers without hydroxyl groups, giving soluble polymers 3 – 6 with a weight‐average molecular weight up to ~160 × 103 and a yield up to 99%. Three-component condensation of methyl {4-[(2E)-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)prop-2-enoyl]phenyl}- carbamate with ninhydrin and L-proline in methanol–water (10: 1) afforded methyl {4-[1,3-dioxo-1′- (4-methoxyphenyl)-1,1′,2′,3,5′,6′,7′,7a′-octahydrospiro[indene-2,3′-pyrrolizin]-2′-ylcarbonyl]phenyl}carbamate. Heating of methyl {4-[(2E)-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)prop-2-enoyl]phenyl}carbamate with isatin and benzylamine in methanol gave methyl {4-[4′-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2-oxo-5′-phenyl-1,2-dihydrospiro[indole-3,2′-pyrrolidin]-3′-ylcarbonyl]phenyl}carbamate. The condensation of methyl {4-[(2E)-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)prop-2- enoyl]phenyl}carbamate with sarcosine and 11H-indeno[1,2-b]quinoxalin-11-one generated in situ from ninhydrin and o-phenylenediamine in boiling ethanol led to the formation of methyl {4-[4′-(4-methoxyphenyl)-1′-methyl-11,11a-dihydro-5aH-spiro[benzo[b]phenazine-6,2′-pyrrolidin]-3′-ylcarbonyl]phenyl}carbamate.  相似文献

Four transition metal complexes, namely Cu2Cl2(HL1)2 ( 1 ), Co(HL1)2 ( 2 ), Cu(HL2)2 ( 3 ), Co(HL2)3 ( 4 ) {H2L1 = 2‐{[2‐(2‐hydroxy‐ethoxy)‐ethylimino]‐methyl}‐phenol, H2L2 = 3‐{[2‐(2‐hydroxy‐ethoxy)‐ethylimino]‐methyl}‐naphthalen‐2‐ol} were synthesized and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, IR spectroscopy, and elemental analysis. The interactions of these copper and cobalt complexes with calf thymus DNA (CT‐DNA) were studied by absorption and emission titration spectroscopic methods. The interactions of these copper and cobalt complexes with bovine serum albumin (BSA) were also investigated using fluorescence, UV/Vis, and synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy. Further, the in vitro cytotoxic effect of the complexes are examined on human colon carcinoma cell lines (HCT‐116) and human lung carcinoma cell line (A549).  相似文献

In this study, the new compounds; 3-(4-{[3-(trifluoromethyl)benzyl]oxy}phenyl)propan-1-ol 3 was prepared by the reaction of 4-(3-hydroxypropyl)phenol 1 with 1-(bromomethyl)-3-(trifluoromethyl)benzene 2 and 4-[3-(4-{[3 (trifluoromethyl)benzyl]oxy}phenyl)propoxy] phthalonitrile 5 was synthesized by the reaction of 4-nitrophthalonitrile 4 with 3-(4-{[3-(trifluoromethyl)benzyl]oxy}phenyl)propan-1-ol 3. Novel peripherally tetra substituted H2Pc 6, Co(II) 7, Cu(II) 8, Ni(II) 9 and Fe(II) 10 phthalocyanines, which have peripheral positions with 4-[3-(4-{[3 (trifluoromethyl)benzyl]oxy}phenyl)propoxy] groups, were synthesized and all of the new compounds characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, UV–Vis, mass spectroscopies and elemental analysis. The electrochemical and spectroelectrochemical investigation of the phthalocyanines carrying 4-[3-(4-{[3 (trifluoromethyl)benzyl]oxy}phenyl)propoxy] groups were studied using various electrochemical techniques in DMF on a glassy carbon electrode. Cyclic voltammetry and square wave voltammetry studies show that the complexes have either metal based or ligand-based diffusion controlled electron transfer properties. To shed more light on the electron-transfer steps of the complexes and assignments of the redox couples were carried out by spectroelectrochemical measurements. The color changes during spectral changes of redox species were recorded with in situ electrocolorimetric measurements. The electrochemical and in situ UV–Vis spectral change of complexes indicated their applicability in the fields of the electrochemical technologies.  相似文献

Supramolecular liquid-crystalline main-chain polymers have been obtained by self-assembly of non-mesomorphic bifunctional ligands and a transition metal ion. Stibazole dimers, bis[2-(2-{4-[2-(4-pyridyl)vinyl]phenoxy}ethoxy)ethyl] ether (1) and 1,2-bis[2-(2-{4-[2-(4-pyridyl)vinyl]phenoxy}ethoxy)ethoxy]benzene (2) have been synthesized and complexed with silver trifluoromethanesulfonate (CF3SO3Ag). The metallomesogenic polymeric complexes formed by coordination bonds between the pyridyl groups of the stilbazole dimers and the silver ion exhibit smectic phases.  相似文献

The Knoevenagel condensations of 5-[3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]furan-2-carbaldehyde with seven compounds containing an active methyl or methylene group have been studied. The compounds used were: methyl 2-cyanoacetate, malononitrile, 2-furylacetonitrile, acetophenone, 2-thioxo-1,3-thiazolidin-4-one (rhodanine), 5,5-dimethylcyclohexane-1,3-dione (dimedone), and methyl 2-azidoacetate. The effect of microwave irradiation on the condensation reactions was studied and compared with “’classical”’ conditions. Thermolysis of methyl 2-azido-3-{5-[3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-2-furyl}propenoate afforded methyl 2-[3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)]-4H-furo[3,2-b]pyrrole-5-carboxylate. (2E)-3-{ 5-[3-(Trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-2-furyl}propenoic acid was converted to the corresponding azide, which was cyclized on heating into 2-[3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)]-4,5-dihydrofuro[3,2-c]pyridin-4-one. The latter after successive action of POCl3 and NH2NH2-Pd/C gave 2-[3-(trifluoromethyl)-phenyl]furo[3,2-c]pyridine. 以对氨基苯腈为起始原料,经胺化反应制得N-(4-氰基苯基)甘氨酸(4);4与N-[3-氨基-4-(甲基氨基)苯甲酰基]-N-2-吡啶-β-丙氨酸乙酯(5)经酰胺化后经闭环反应,合成了达比加群酯的关键中间体——3-【【【2-{[(4-氰基苯基)氨基]甲基}-1-甲基-1H-苯并咪唑-5-基】羰基】(吡啶-2-基)氨基】丙酸乙酯,总收率79.6%,其结构经~1H NMR和ESI-MS确证。  相似文献

以2-甲基苯甲酰甲酸甲酯为起始原料, 通过与甲氧基胺的盐酸盐、甲胺、N-溴代丁二酰亚胺(NBS)和1H-1,2,4-三氮唑钠反应合成了两个系列共计22个2-{2-[3-(取代苯基)-3-氧代-2-1,2,4-三唑-1-基-丙基]-苯基}-2-甲氧亚氨基乙酸甲酯和乙酰甲胺类的衍生物. 经IR, 1H NMR和MS对目标化合物进行了结构表征. 用浓度为 10 µg•mL-1的目标化合物进行了初步离体杀菌活性试验, 结果表明: Ha4, Ha5, Ha7对油菜菌核病有杀菌活性; Ha2, Hb8对小麦纹枯病有杀菌活性; Hb4对蔬菜灰霉病有杀菌活性; Hb4, Hb5对小麦赤霉病和小麦纹枯病均有杀菌活性.  相似文献
