采用阳离子选择性透过膜对Ir/IrOx-pH电极表面进行修饰,提高了电极抗阴离子氧化/还原性物质的干扰能力.利用SEM观察离子选择性透过膜的表面孔径分布;通过循环伏安法研究了氧化物电极在Fe(CN)63- 溶液中的电化学行为.实验表明,选择性透过膜对电极的E-pH线性、准确度、响应时间等无影响,显著改善了电极在含氧化/还原性物质中的使用性能.从而提高了电极的抗干扰能力和灵敏度.  相似文献

Copper complex dye (C.I. Direct Blue 200) film modified electrodes have been prepared by multiple scan cyclic voltammetry. The effect of solution pH and nature of electrode material on film formation was investigated. The optimum pH for copper complex film formation on glassy carbon was found to be 1.5. The mechanism of film formation on ITO seems to be similar to that on GC surface but completely different mechanism followed with gold electrode. Cyclic voltammetric features of our modified electrodes are in consistent with a surface‐confined redox process. The voltammetric response of modified electrode was found to be depending on pH of the contacting solution. UV‐visible spectra show that the nature of copper complex dye is identical in both solution phase and after forming film on electrode. The electrocatalytic behavior of copper complex dye film modified electrode towards oxidation of dopamine, ascorbic acid and reduction of SO52? was investigated. The oxidation of dopamine and ascorbic acid occurred at less positive potential on film electrode compared to bare glassy carbon electrode. Feasibility of utilizing our modified electrode in analytical estimation of dopamine, ascorbic acid was also demonstrated.  相似文献

A composite Langmuir? Blodgett film prepared from DNA and polyaniline was deposited on the surface of a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) to give a new voltammetric sensor for the β2‐agonist salbutamol (SAL). Cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy were employed to study the characteristic of the modified electrode. The electrochemistry of SAL at the modified electrode was investigated at pH 6.8 by cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse anodic voltammetry. The oxidation of SAL at this electrode is an adsorption‐controlled irreversible process. A sensitive electroanalytical method for determination of SAL was worked out that displays high precision and good reproducibility. The method was applied to quantify SAL in tablets with satisfactory results.  相似文献

This work describes the development of a novel electrochemical sensor based on electrodeposition of copper oxide nanoparticles onto carbon nanoparticle (CNP) film modified electrode for the analysis of the anti‐HIV drug, nevirapine (NEV). The electrochemical experiments were performed using linear sweep and cyclic voltammetry. Atomic force microscopy was applied for surface characterization of the deposited modifier film (CuO‐CNP) on glassy carbon electrode (GCE). No oxidation peak was observed for NEV on the bare GCE, but both CNP‐GCE and CuO‐CNP‐GCE showed a distinctive anodic response towards NEV with considerable enhancement (276‐fold and 350‐fold, respectively) compared to CuO‐GCE. The mechanism of the electrocatalytic process on the modified electrode surface was investigated by cyclic and linear sweep voltammetry at various potential sweep rates and pHs of the buffer solutions. The modified electrode exhibited linear dynamic range in three concentration intervals (0.1–0.8, 1–10 and 10–100 µM) with a detection limit of 66 nM. The stability, reproducibility, and repetitive usability exhibited by the proposed modified electrode are good enough to make it a suitable sensor for the determination of NEV in real samples with complex matrices such as human blood serum.  相似文献

采用循环伏安法在玻碳电极表面依次电沉积纳米二氧化锆和铂微粒,制备了一种检测甲醛的新型电化学传感器。用电镜扫描对该修饰电极表面进行了表征,循环伏安法和线性扫描伏安法研究了甲醛在该修饰电极上的电催化氧化作用,优化了实验参数。结果表明,该修饰电极对甲醛有很好的电催化氧化作用,在0.1 mol/L H2SO4溶液中,甲醛的氧化峰电流与其浓度在1.0×10-6~5.0×10-3mol/L范围内呈良好线性关系,回归方程为Ip(μA)=79.95+2.005×105c(mol/L),相关系数r=0.999 3,检出限为5.0×10-7mol/L。  相似文献

将制备的氧化锌纳米簇和金纳米颗粒分散在壳聚糖中并滴涂在玻碳电极表面,制备了氧化锌纳米簇-金纳米颗粒-壳聚糖复合膜修饰电极(Au-ZnO-CHIT/GCE)。采用循环伏安法研究了吗啡在修饰电极上的电化学行为。结果表明:吗啡在该修饰电极上出现了一个氧化峰,提出了用示差脉冲伏安法测定吗啡的方法。吗啡浓度在5.3×10-6~6.5×10-4mol.L-1范围内与氧化峰电流呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为1.8×10-6mol.L-1。修饰电极用于尿液中吗啡的测定,回收率在80.0%~99.6%之间。  相似文献

Dilute silica sol‐gel was simply dropped on the surface of a basal plane graphite electrode (BPGE) to form a silica sol‐gel film modified electrode. Direct electrochemical response of cytochrome c (Cyt c) on the modified electrode was observed by cyclic voltammetry (CV). The results suggested that Cyt c could be tightly adsorbed on the surface of the silica sol‐gel film modified electrode. A couple of well‐defined and nearly reversible redox peaks can be observed in a phosphate buffer solution (pH 7.0), which anodic and cathodic peak potentials were at ?0.243 and ?0.306 V (vs. Ag/AgCl), respectively. Cyt c adsorbed on the surface of silica sol‐gel film shows a remarkable electrocatalytic activity for the reduction of oxygen. Based on these, a third‐generation biosensor could be constructed to detect the concentration of oxygen in aqueous solution.  相似文献

This work describes the electrochemical behavior of copper(II)-bis[5-((4-n-decyloxyphenyl)azo)-N-(nethanol)-salicylaldiminato]film immobilized on the surface of multiwall carbon nanotube glassy carbon electrode and its electrocatalytic activity toward the oxidation of L-cysteine. The surface structure and composition of the sensor was characterized by scanning electron microscopy. Electrocatalytic oxidation of L-cysteine on the surface of modified electrode was investigated with cyclic voltammetry, chronoamperometry and hydrodynamic amperometery methods and the results showed that the Cu-Schiff base film displays excellent electrochemical catalytic activities towards L-cysteine oxidation. The modified electrode indicated reproducible behavior and high level of stability during the electrochemical experiments.  相似文献

A Nafion-graphene (Nafion-GR) nanocomposite film modified glassy carbon electrode was fabricated by a simple drop-casting method, and used in the electrochemical detection of p-aminophenol (4-AP). Owing to the large surface area, good conductivity of GR and good affinity of Nafion, the sensor exhibited excellent electrocatalytic activity for the oxidation of 4-AP. The electrochemical behaviors of 4-AP on Nafion/GR film modified glassy carbon electrodes were investigated by cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry. A calibration curve is constructed in the same matrix, urine, as the unknown samples to be analyzed. The Nafion-GR film modified electrode was linearly dependent on the 4-AP concentration and the linear analytical curve was obtained in the ranges of 0.5–200 μM with differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) and the detection limit was 0.051 μM. The Nafion-graphene nanocomposite modified electrode exhibited good reusability than pure graphene modified GCE. This procedure can be used for the determination of p-aminophenol in the presence of its degradation products and paracetamol. Finally, the proposed method was successfully used to determine p-aminophenol in local tap water samples in urine samples and pharmaceutical preparations.  相似文献

A new approach was attempted to prepare a chemically modified electrode using Cobalt hexacyanoferrate (CoHCF) as the redox mediator and to study its stability and electrocatalytic activity for ascorbic acid (AA) oxidation. The basic principle underlying the electrode modification is the coordination of cobalt ion with the amino nitrogen of aniline adsorbed on the surface of a graphite rod. This surface was subsequently derivatized with ferrocyanide to get CoHCF film on the electrode surface. The CoHCF modified electrode as prepared above was characterized using cyclic voltammetry. The effect of scan rate, supporting electrolyte and pH of the medium on the performance of the modified electrode was investigated. The CoHCF modified electrode exhibited good electrocatalytic activity towards the oxidation of ascorbic acid and gave a linear response from 5.52 x 10(-5) M to 3.23 x 10(-2) M with a correlation coefficient of 0.9929. The detection limit was found to be 3.33 x 10(-5) M. Hydrodynamic voltammetry and chronoamperometry studies for the oxidation of ascorbic acid were also carried out. The electrode was highly stable and exhibited good reproducibility. This modified electrode was also applied for the determination of ascorbic acid in commercial samples.  相似文献

A novel electrochemical deposition method for growth of gold nanoparticles (GNPs) on indium tin oxide (ITO) thin film coated glass was investigated. The resulting electrode surface was characterized by SEM, UV–Vis spectroscopy and electrochemical methods. The GNPs directly attached on the electrode surface with a quasi-spherical shape and their sizes of diameters were in the range of 20–35 nm with a quite symmetric distribution. With increasing electrodeposition cycles of cyclic voltammetry, the density of GNPs on ITO electrode surface was increased. The potential utility of the GNPs modified ITO electrode was investigated. Superoxide dismutase (SOD) was successfully immobilized on GNPs modified ITO electrode and the direct electron transfer between enzyme and electrode surface realized. The enzyme electrode exhibited a rapid and high response to superoxide anion.  相似文献

由电化学方法在石墨电极表面制备了规整多孔的纳米结构聚N-乙酰苯胺(PAANI)膜,并以其为载体制备了Pt-Pd/PAANI/C二元金属微粒修饰的聚合物复合膜电极.SEM和XRD研究结果表明,Pt、Pd微粒在PAANI膜中均匀分散,有效地改善了催化剂中贵金属的分散度和电极的结构.在0.5mol/L H2SO4+0.5mol/LHCOOH溶液中的循环伏安结果表明,Pt-Pd/PAANI/C电极在酸性溶液中电催化氧化甲酸的性能明显优于直接电沉积的Pt-Pd/C电极,且表现出较高的稳定性.  相似文献

Mixtures of gold-platinum nanoparticles (Au-PtNPs) are fabricated consecutively on a multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNT) coated glassy carbon electrode (GCE) by the electrodeposition method. The surface morphology and nature of the hybrid film (Au-PtNPs/MWCNT) deposited on glassy carbon electrodes is characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS), X-ray diffraction (XRD), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and cyclic voltammetry (CV) techniques. The modified electrode is used as a new and sensitive electrochemical sensor for the voltammetric determination of cefotaxime (CFX). The electrochemical behavior of CFX is investigated on the surface of the modified electrode using linear sweep voltammetry (LSV). The results of voltammetric studies exhibited a considerable improvement in the oxidation peak current of CFX compared to glassy carbon electrodes individually coated with MWCNT or Au-PtNPs. Under the optimized conditions, the modified electrode showed a wide linear dynamic range of 0.004-10.0 μM with a detection limit of 1.0 nM for the voltammetric determination of CFX. The modified electrode was successfully applied for the accurate determination of trace amounts of CFX in pharmaceutical and clinical preparations.  相似文献

A very stable electroactive film of catechin was electrochemically deposited on the surface of activated glassy carbon electrode. The electrochemical behavior of catechin modified glassy carbon electrode (CMGCE) was extensively studied using cyclic voltammetry. The properties of the electrodeposited films, during preparation under different conditions, and the stability of the deposited film were examined. The charge transfer coefficient (α) and charge transfer rate constant (k s) for catechin deposited film were calculated. It was found that the modified electrode exhibited excellent electrocatalytic activity toward hydrazine oxidation and it also showed a very large decrease in the overpotential for the oxidation of hydrazine. The CMGCE was employed to study electrocatalytic oxidation of hydrazine using cyclic voltammetry, rotating disk voltammetry, chronoamperometry, amperometry and square-wave voltammetry as diagnostic techniques. The catalytic rate constant of the modified electrode for the oxidation of hydrazine was determined by cyclic voltammetry, chronoamperometry and rotating disk voltammetry and was found to be around 10−3 cm s−1 . In the used different voltammetric methods, the plot of the electrocatalytic current versus hydrazine concentration is constituted of two linear segments with different ranges of hydrazine concentration. Furthermore, amperometry in stirred solution exhibits a detection limit of 0.165 μM and the precision of 4.7% for replicate measurements of 40.0 μM solution of hydrazine.  相似文献

制备了多壁碳纳米管-聚茜素红膜(MWNT-PAR)修饰电极,用循环伏安法和线性扫描伏安法、计时电量法等研究多菌灵在修饰电极上的电化学行为.结果表明,多菌灵在MWNT-PAR修饰电极上是扩散控制的不可逆电氧化过程.实验测定了部分电极过程参数,并发现多菌灵氧化峰电流的一阶导数值与其浓度在5.0×10~(-6)~1.0×10~(-4) mol/L范围内呈线性关系,回归方程为:I_p ′(A)=-3.112×10~(-6)-1.198c(mol/L),R=-0.9953,其检出限为2.0×10~(-7) mol/L,回收率为99.0%~105.6%.  相似文献
