阐述了功能性离子液体支载液相有机合成的概念、特点及其在小分子杂环化合物、多肽、寡糖合成等有机反应中的应用, 以及功能性离子液体支载的催化剂和试剂在液相有机合成中的应用. 研究表明功能性离子液体作为一种新型的高负载量的可溶性载体可以广泛应用于液相有机合成中, 有效地促进了反应的进行, 简化了分离手段, 显著地提高了反应的选择性和收率.  相似文献

A simple, efficient, and green protocol for synthesis of coumarin-3-carboxylic acids is described via Knoevenagel condensation of Meldrum's acid with ortho-hydroxyaryl aldehydes in [Hmim]Tfa ionic liquid, which was found to give better results than other ionic liquids. Furthermore, ionic liquid is easily reused without any appreciable loss in activity.  相似文献

Abstract

The viscosity of neat ionic liquids is very important for their application in organic synthesis as a solvent because most of the neat ionic liquids are very viscous, which would result in the less efficient mass transfer of reactants. In the present study, a series of novel dihydro-[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines were prepared using a low viscous and acid-functionalized ionic liquid. Our results showed that new ionic liquid can act as a green solvent and acid catalyst due to low viscosity and acid functionality. The products were simply extracted and the ionic liquid was retrieved several times without reducing its catalytic efficiency. The current application of TMDPS in the one-pot multicomponent reactions as dual solvent-catalyst highlights the importance of low viscous acid-functionalized ionic liquids in organic synthesis, and we hope that further research will be conducted in the future to finding other applications of TMDPS with promising results.  相似文献

A fast and efficient protocol is proposed for the synthesis of diaryl sulfoxides in the ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloroaluminate, [bmim]Cl·AlCl3, N=0.67, by employing arenes and thionyl chloride. The ionic liquid plays a dual role of Lewis acid catalyst and solvent, under ambient conditions, offering good yields of the product. The influence of the Lewis acidity of the ionic liquid on the extent of conversion is studied.  相似文献

This brief review presents the recent development in the synthesis of cyclic carbonate from carbon dioxide (CO2) using ionic liquids as catalyst and/or reaction medium. The synthesis of cyclic carbonate includes three aspects: catalytic reaction of CO2 and epoxide, electrochemical reaction of CO2 and epoxide, and oxidative carboxylation of olefin. Some ionic liquids are suitable catalysts and/or solvents to the CO2 fixation to produce cyclic carbonate. The activity of ionic liquid is greatly enhanced by the addition of Lewis acidic compounds of metal halides or metal complexes that have no or low activity by themselves. Using ionic liquids for the electrochemical synthesis of the cyclic carbonate can avoid harmful organic solvents, supporting electrolytes and catalysts, which are necessary for conventional electrochemical reaction systems. Although the ionic liquid is better for the oxidative carboxylation of olefin than the ordinary catalysts reported previously, this reaction system is at a preliminary stage. Using the ionic liquids, the synthesis process will become greener and simpler because of easy product separation and catalyst recycling and unnecessary use of volatile and harmful organic solvents.  相似文献

An unprecedented multi-component reaction for the synthesis of thiosugar-annulated 1,3-thiazines is reported. The envisaged synthetic strategy involves the reaction of d-glucose/d-xylose and 2-methyl-2-phenyl-1,3-oxathiolan-5-one with AcONH4/RNH2 in task specific ionic liquid (TSIL), [bmim]SCN which afforded thiosugar annulated 1,3-thiazines in excellent yields (83–93%). The reaction is effected via ionic liquid promoted Michael addition followed by mercaptoacetylative ring transformation in a one-pot procedure and the ionic liquid, [bmim]OH could be easily recycled for further use without any loss of efficiency and be used for the synthesis of [bmim]SCN, thus allowing recycling of the TSIL for further use.  相似文献

综述了离子液体载催化剂和载试剂在有机合成中的应用进展. 离子液体载催化剂是针对离子液体中催化剂难以回收利用的问题提出来的, 它不仅可以实现均相催化, 而且反应产物容易分离, 催化剂可以循环使用. 离子液体载有机试剂合成, 又称为离子液体相有机合成, 具有固相反应产物纯度高和液相反应反应快的优点. 在离子液体载无机试剂的反应中, 反应物毒性降低, 反应条件温和, 产物选择性好.  相似文献

Abstract

1-Butyl-3-methylimidazolium hydrogen sulfate ([BMIM][HSO4]) as a non-halogenated ionic liquid (IL) was used for the synthesis of 3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-ones and thiones or 2-selenoxo DHPMs in a Biginelli type multi-component reaction. By using this ionic liquid, the reaction time was significantly reduced and the products were obtained in good to high yields. Also, in this method, the synthesis of novel 2-selenoxo DHPMs is introduced in the presence of this ionic liquid and their structures were determined by 1H and 13C NMR, FT-IR, and Elemental analysis.  相似文献

A new “task-specific” ionic liquid (TSIL), 1-n-butyl-3-methylimidazolium thiocyanate ([bmim]SCN), has been prepared and used for the first time as the medium as well as reactant for the synthesis of alkyl thiocyanates from the corresponding alkyl halides by thiocyanate-halide exchange at room temperature. The alkyl thiocyanate products can be easily isolated from the reaction mixture by simple extraction and the ionic liquid 1-n-butyl-3-methylimidazolium halide may be reused for the synthesis of the ionic liquid [bmim]SCN and recycled for further use.  相似文献

This includes the processes of ionic liquid to be used as catalyst, reaction media, development of functional ionic liquid and methods for synthesis of immobilized ionic liquid. A green and efficient protocol for the synthesis of N-(2-hydroxyethyl)anilines by the selective alkylation reaction in ionic liquid [BMIM]BF4 (1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate) has been developed, eliminating the need for toxic and expensive catalysts and volatile organic solvents. The effects of the amount of ionic liquid, temperature, time, and substrate structure on the reaction were investigated. The conversion and selectivity of N-(2-hydroxyethyl)anilines obtained in ionic liquid [BMIM]BF4 are significantly increased in comparison to those traditional methods. Furthermore, the ionic liquid could be easily separated and reused at least five times. It provided a simple and efficient alternative way for the industrial synthesis of N-(2-hydroxyethyl)anilines.  相似文献

通过乳化剂OP-10的乳化作用,将油相为溶有苯胺单体的1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐([bmim]PF6)离子液体与水形成了水包油型微乳液.利用该微乳液制备了纳米粒径的导电聚苯胺颗粒.红外光谱和能量散射谱分析结果表明,离子液体负离子已掺杂进入聚苯胺分子链,所得聚苯胺颗粒热稳定性和电化学稳定性好,且具有良好的充放电性能.  相似文献

We utilized the glycosyl acceptor tagging method with ionic liquid support for synthesis of the core segment of Clostridium botulinum C2 toxin ligand through a divergent synthetic strategy without chromatographic purification.The total yield was 57.1% and the reaction was completed in 10 h.The efficient ionic liquid supported glycosylation and purification procedure was applied for the synthesis of branched glucosamine-containing oligosaccharides for the first time,which expanded the scope of ionic liquid supported synthesis of biologically important oligosaccharides.  相似文献

两步法合成了吗啉阴离子型碱性离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基吗啉盐Im,经 1H-NMR和FT-IR分析确认了离子液体中间体的结构,并通过阴离子交换得到碱性离子液体,对该离子液体在酯交换制备生物柴油反应中的催化性能进行了研究。结果表明,该碱性离子液体Im具有较高的酯交换催化活性,在60 ℃、催化剂用量为3%、醇油物质的量比为6.5:1.0、反应2 h的条件下,产物脂肪酸甲酯(FAME)含量可达95.80%。而且该离子液体的催化稳定性较好,重复使用5次后仍有较高的催化活性。  相似文献

A simple ionic liquid methodology for the synthesis of a novel derivative of dehydroabietic acid is described. 1-Butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate [bmim]BF4, a typical ionic liquid, was used as an efficient and environmentally benign solvent in the synthesis of dehydroabietic acid (2-acryloloxy) ethyl ester by O-acylation reaction of dehydroabietic acid chloride with 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate. This new method showed the advantages of mild reaction conditions, short reaction times, good yields, and recyclable solvent.  相似文献
