A simple model for describing the non-quasi-equivalent icosahedral virus capsid composed of 72 pentameric capsomeres is developed. By means of six-step operations, a new 4-gons polyhedron P is obtained which contains 72 pentagons, 80 trigons and 210 quadrilaterals. More importantly, it bears icosahedral symmetry. The rationality of the existence of the 4-gons polyhedron P is further discussed. The results show that this model can be used to represent the capsids of papovaviruses.  相似文献

It is shown that every fullerene graph G is cyclically 5-edge-connected, i.e., that G cannot be separated into two components, each containing a cycle, by deletion of fewer than five edges. The result is then generalized to the case of (k,6)-cages, i.e., polyhedral cubic graphs whose faces are only k-gons and hexagons. Certain linear and exponential lower bounds on the number of perfect matchings in such graphs are also established.  相似文献

Isoglitter     
A novel orthorhombic lattice is described that is generated upon a 1,4-cyclohexadieneoid motif, and is a model of a potential allotrope of C. The orthorhombic lattice (Ammm, space group #65) that is described, is called isoglitter as it is a structural relative of the tetragonal glitter lattice (P42/mmc, space group #131) first proposed in 1994 by Bucknum et?al. A geometrical optimization of the isoglitter lattice, employing the Cambridge Serial Total Energy Package (CASTEP) algorithm based upon density functional theory (DFT) was performed. The present report is an account of the CASTEP optimized isoglitter crystal structure, including an idealized drawing of the unit cell, and a set of optimized crystallographic coordinates for isoglitter. Results of an electronic band structure calculation, together with a density of states (DOS) profile for the lattice based upon CASTEP, are reported as well. The unit cell of isoglitter contains 8 C atoms and has a DFT modeled density of about 3.009 g/cm3. Isoglitter is comprised entirely of planar and chair-like 6-gons, and puckered 8-gons, in its structural pattern. The Wells point symbol for the network is cited here as (63)(65.8) and it is thus not a true graphene–diamond hybrid, where this point symbol translates to a Schlaefli symbol given as (62/9, 31/2). Based upon its connectivity, comprised of 3-connected trigonal planar vertices in a 1-to-1 stoichiometry with 4-connected tetrahedral vertices, the novel lattice is positioned midway between the graphene sheet, located at (6, 3), and the diamond lattice, located at (6, 4), in the topology mapping of structures described earlier by Wells.  相似文献

The net 103-b, one of the two simplest 3D 3-connected nets, is a periodic network of 3-connected points in which all the shortest circuits are 10-gons. Some configurations of this net are described, and examples are given of structures based on the net, in particular those formed from tetrahedral or octahedral coordination groups each joined to three other similar groups by sharing appropriate numbers of X atoms. Structures in which each X atom is 2-connected may be constructed from tetrahedral AX4 groups (AX2 and A2X5) and from octahedral AX6 groups (AX3, A2X7, AX4, and A2X9). At present, however, examples are known only of A2X5 structures.  相似文献

Given a connected surface \({\mathbb {F}}^2\) with Euler characteristic \(\chi \) and three integers \(b>a\ge 1<k\), an \((\{a,b\};k)\)-\({\mathbb {F}}^2\) is a \({\mathbb {F}}^2\)-embedded graph, having vertices of degree only k and only a- and b-gonal faces. The main case are (geometric) fullerenes (5, 6; 3)-\({\mathbb {S}}^2\). By \(p_a\), \(p_b\) we denote the number of a-gonal, b-gonal faces. Call an \((\{a,b\};k)\)-map lego-admissible if either \(\frac{p_b}{p_a}\), or \(\frac{p_a}{p_b}\) is integer. Call it lego-like if it is either \(ab^f\)-lego map, or \(a^fb\)-lego map, i.e., the face-set is partitioned into \(\min (p_a,p_b)\) isomorphic clusters, legos, consisting either one a-gon and \(f=\frac{p_b}{p_a}\,b\)-gons, or, respectively, \(f=\frac{p_a}{p_b}\,a\)-gons and one b-gon; the case \(f=1\) we denote also by ab. Call a \((\{a,b\};k)\)-map elliptic, parabolic or hyperbolic if the curvature \(\kappa _b=1+\frac{b}{k}-\frac{b}{2}\) of b-gons is positive, zero or negative, respectively. There are 14 lego-like elliptic \((\{a,b\};k)\)-\({\mathbb {S}}^2\) with \((a,b)\ne (1,2)\). No \((\{1,3\};6)\)-\({\mathbb {S}}^2\) is lego-admissible. For other 7 families of parabolic \((\{a,b\};k)\)-\({\mathbb {S}}^2\), each lego-admissible sphere with \(p_a\le p_b\) is \(a^fb\) and an infinity (by Goldberg–Coxeter operation) of \(ab^f\)-spheres exist. The number of hyperbolic \(ab^f\,(\{a,b\};k)\)-\({\mathbb {S}}^2\) with \((a,b)\ne (1,3)\) is finite. Such \(a^f b\)-spheres with \(a\ge 3\) have \((a,k)=(3,4),(3,5),(4,3),(5,3)\) or (3, 3); their number is finite for each b, but infinite for each of 5 cases (ak). Any lego-admissible \((\{a,b\};k)\)-\({\mathbb {S}}^2\) with \(p_b=2\le a\) is \(a^f b\). We list, explicitly or by parameters, lego-admissible \((\{a,b\};k)\)-maps among: hyperbolic spheres, spheres with \(a\in \{1,2\}\), spheres with \(p_b\in \{2,\frac{p_a}{2}\}\), Goldberg–Coxeter’s spheres and \((\{a,b\};k)\)-tori. We present extensive computer search of lego-like spheres: 7 parabolic (\(p_b\)-dependent) families, basic examples of all 5 hyperbolic \(a^fb\) (b-dependent) families with \(a\ge 3\), and lego-like \((\{a,b\};3)\)-tori.  相似文献

Ammonolyses of mono(pentamethylcyclopentadienyl) titanium(IV) derivatives [Ti(eta5-C5Me5)X3] (X = NMe2, Me, Cl) have been carried out in solution to give polynuclear nitrido complexes. Reaction of the tris(dimethylamido) derivative [Ti(eta5-C5Me5)(NMe2)3] with excess of ammonia at 80-100 degrees C gives the cubane complex [[Ti(eta5-C5Me5)]4(mu3-N)4] (1). Treatment of the trimethyl derivative [Ti(eta5-C5Me5)Me3] with NH3 at room temperature leads to the trinuclear imido-nitrido complex [[Ti(eta/5-CsMes)(mu-NH)]3(mu3-N)] (2) via the intermediate [[Ti(eta5-C5Me5)Me]2(mu-NH)2] (3). The analogous reaction of [Ti(eta5-C5Me5)Me3] with 2,4,6-trimethylaniline (ArNH2) gives the dinuclear imido complex [[Ti(eta5-C5Me5)Me])2(mu-NAr)2] (4) which reacts with ammonia to afford [[Ti(eta5-C5Me5)(NH2)]2(mu-NAr)2] (5). Complex 2 has been used, by treatments with the tris(dimethylamido) derivatives [Ti(eta5-C5H5-nRn)(NMe2)3], as precursor of the cubane nitrido systems [[Ti4(eta5-C5Me5)3(eta5-C5H5-nRn)](mu3-N)4] [R = Me n = 5 (1), R = H n = 0 (6), R = SiMe3 n = 1 (7), R = Me n = 1 (8)] via dimethylamine elimination. Reaction of [Ti(eta5-C5Me5)Cl3] or [Ti(eta5-C5Me5)(NMe2)Cl2] with excess of ammonia at room temperature gives the dinuclear complex [[Ti2(eta5-C5Me5)2Cl3(NH3)](mu-N)] (9) where an intramolecular hydrogen bonding and a nonlineal nitrido ligand bridge the "Ti(eta5-C5Me5)Cl(NH3)" and "Ti(eta5-C5Me5)Cl2" moieties. The molecular structures of [[Ti(eta5-C5Me5)Me]2 (mu-NAr)2] (4) and [[Ti2(eta5-C5Me5)2Cl3(NH3)](mu-N)] (9) have been determined by X-ray crystallographic studies. Density functional theory calculations also have been conducted on complex 9 to confirm the existence of an intramolecular N-H...Cl hydrogen bond and to evaluate different aspects of its molecular disposition.  相似文献

The loosely ligated [BPh4]1- ion in [(C5Me5)2Ln][(mu-Ph)2BPh2] can be readily displaced by alkyllithium or potassium reagents to provide access to unsolvated alkyl lanthanide metallocenes, [(C5Me5)2LnR]x, which display high C-H activation reactivity. [(C5Me5)2SmMe]3, [(C5Me5)2LuMe]2, [(C5Me5)2LaMe]x, (C5Me5)2Sm(CH2Ph), [(C5Me5)2Sm(CH2SiMe3)]x, and [(C5Me5)2SmPh]2 were prepared in this way. [(C5Me5)2SmMe]3 metalates toluene, benzene, SiMe4, and (C5Me5)1- ligands to make (C5Me5)2Sm(CH2Ph), [(C5Me5)2SmPh]2, [(C5Me5)2Sm(CH2SiMe3)]x, and (C5Me5)6Sm4[C5Me3(CH2)2]2, respectively. These C-H activation reactions can be done using an in situ synthesis of [(C5Me5)2LnMe]x such that the [(C5Me5)2Ln][(mu-Ph)2BPh2]/LiMe/RH combination provides a facile route to a variety of unsolvated [(C5Me5)2LnR]x products.  相似文献

To probe the correlation of unusual (C5Me5)(1-) reactivity with steric crowding in complexes such as (C5Me5)3UMe and (C5Me5)3UCl, slightly less crowded (C5Me5)2(C5Me4H)UX analogues (X = Me, Cl) were synthesized and their reactivity was evaluated. The utility of the cationic precursors [(C5Me5)2UMe](1+), 1, and [(C5Me5)2UCl](1+), 2, in the synthesis of (C5Me5)2(C5Me4H)UMe, 3, and (C5Me5)2(C5Me4H)UCl, 4, was also explored. Since the use of precursor [(C5Me5)2UMe][MeBPh3], 1a, is complicated by the equilibrium between 1a and (C5Me5)2UMe2/BPh3, the reactivity of [(C5Me5)2UMe(OTf)]2, 1b, (OTf = O3SCF3) prepared from (C5Me5)2UMe2 and AgOTf, was also studied. Both 1a and 1b react with KC5Me4H to form 3. Complex 4 readily forms by addition of KC5Me4H to [(C5Me5)2UCl][MeBPh3], generated in situ from (C5Me5)2UMeCl and BPh3. Complex 1b was preferred to 1a for the synthesis of (C5Me5)2(C5H5)UMe, 5, and (C5Me5)2UMe[CH(SiMe3)2], 6, from KC5H5 and LiCH(SiMe3)2, respectively. Complex 6 is the first example of a mixed alkyl uranium metallocene complex. Sterically induced reduction (SIR) reactivity was not observed with 3-6 although the methyl displacements from the (C5Me5)(1-) ring plane for 3 are the closest observed to date to those of SIR-active complexes. The (1)H NMR spectra of 3 and 4 are unusual in that all of the (C5Me4H)(1-) methyl groups are inequivalent. This structural rigidity is consistent with density-functional theory calculations.  相似文献

Coordinatively unsaturated diruthenium complexes, [(eta5-C5Me5)Ru(mu2-iPrNC(Me)=NiPr)Ru(eta5-C5Me5)]+, of which crystallography revealed structures bearing a bridging amidinate ligand perpendicular to the Ru-Ru axis, were synthesized by anion exchange of [(eta5-C3Me5(Ru(mu2-iPrNC(Me)=NiPr)Ru(eta5-C5Me5)]+ Br- by weakly coordinating anions. Variable-temperature NMR showed rapid motion of the bridging amidinate ligand. The coordinatively unsaturated nature of the cationic complexes provides their high reactivity toward a series of two electron donor ligands. Oxidative addition of molecular hydrogen occurred to give [(eta5-C5Me5)Ru(mu2-iPrNC(Me)=NiPr)(mu-H)Ru(eta5-C5Me5)(H)]+, which was isolated and characterized.  相似文献

以吲唑-3-羧酸为原料,依次经溴代和酯化反应制得中间体5-溴吲唑-3-羧酸甲酯(2);2经N-烷基化并原位水解生成1/2-取代-5-溴吲唑-3-羧酸(3);3与吡啶酮甲胺类化合物经缩合反应制得酰胺(4);4与芳基频哪醇硼酸酯发生Suzuki偶联反应合成了14个新型二取代吲唑-3-甲酰吡啶酮甲胺衍生物(5a~5n),收率26%~32%,其结构经~1H NMR,~(13)C NMR和HR-MS(ESI-TOF)表征。通过NOE差谱确证了取代基在吲唑氮原子上的取代位置。采用MTT法研究了5a~5n对人B淋巴瘤细胞(Ramos)、人黑色素瘤细胞(CHL-1,WM-266-4)和乳腺癌细胞(BT-474)的体外抗肿瘤活性。结果表明:5a,5b,5m对Ramos细胞、5a,5b,5l对WM-266-4细胞、5a,5b,5d,5e,5h,5j,5m,5n对CHL-1细胞和5a,5b,5d,5h,5m对BT-474细胞具有较好的抑制活性(IC5010.0μmol.L-1)。  相似文献

The reductive reactivity of lanthanide hydride ligands in the [(C5Me5)2LnH]x complexes (Ln = Sm, La, Y) was examined to see if these hydride ligands would react like the actinide hydrides in [(C5Me5)2AnH2]2 (An = U, Th) and [(C5Me5)2UH]2. Each lanthanide hydride complex reduces PhSSPh to make [(C5Me5)2Ln(mu-SPh)]2 in approximately 90% yield. [(C5Me5)2SmH]2 reduces phenazine and anthracene to make [(C5Me5)2Sm]2(mu-eta(3):eta(3)-C12H8N2) and [(C5Me5)2Sm]2(mu-eta(3):eta(3)-C10H14), respectively, but the analogous [(C5Me5)2LaH]x and [(C5Me5)2YH]2 reactions are more complicated. All three lanthanide hydrides reduce C8H8 to make (C5Me5)Ln(C8H8) and (C5Me5)3Ln, a reaction that constitutes another synthetic route to (C5Me5)3Ln complexes. In the reaction of [(C5Me5)2YH]2 with C8H8, two unusual byproducts are obtained. In benzene, a (C5Me5)Y[(eta(5)-C5Me4CH2-C5Me4CH2-eta(3))] complex forms in which two (C5Me5)(1-) rings are linked to make a new type of ansa-allyl-cyclopentadienyl dianion that binds as a pentahapto-trihapto chelate. In cyclohexane, a (C5Me5)2Y(mu-eta(8):eta(1)-C8H7)Y(C5Me5) complex forms in which a (C8H8)(2-) ring is metalated to form a bridging (C8H7)(3-) trianion.  相似文献

Reaction of [WIr3(mu-CO)3(CO)8(eta-C5Me5)] (1c) with [W(C[triple bond]CPh)(CO)3(eta-C5H5)] afforded the edge-bridged tetrahedral cluster [W2Ir3(mu4-eta2-C2Ph)(mu-CO)(CO)9(eta-C5H5)(eta-C5Me5)] (3) and the edge-bridged trigonal-bipyramidal cluster [W3Ir3(mu4-eta2-C2Ph)(mu-eta2-C=CHPh)(Cl)(CO)8(eta-C5Me5)(eta-C5H5)2] (4) in poor to fair yield. Cluster 3 forms by insertion of [W(C[triple bond]CPh)(CO)3(eta-C5H5)] into Ir-Ir and W-Ir bonds, accompanied by a change in coordination mode from a terminally bonded alkynyl to a mu4-eta2 alkynyl ligand. Cluster 4 contains an alkynyl ligand interacting with two iridium atoms and two tungsten atoms in a mu4-eta2 fashion, as well as a vinylidene ligand bridging a W-W bond. Reaction of [WIr3(CO)11(eta-C5H5)] (1a) or 1c with [(eta-C5H5)(CO)2 Ru(C[triple bond]C)Ru(CO)2(eta-C5H5)] afforded [Ru2WIr3(mu5-eta2-C2)(mu-CO)3(CO)7(eta-C5H5)2(eta-C5R5)] [R = H (5a), Me (5c)] in low yield, a structural study of 5a revealing a WIr3 butterfly core capped and spiked by Ru atoms; the diruthenium ethyndiyl precursor has undergone Ru-C scission, with insertion of the C2 unit into a W-Ir bond of the cluster precursor. Reaction of [W2Ir2(CO)10(eta-C5H5)2] with the diruthenium ethyndiyl reagent gave [RuW2Ir2{mu4-eta2-(C2C[triple bond]C)Ru(CO)2(eta-C5H5)}(mu-CO)2(CO)6(eta-C5H5)3] (6) in low yield, a structural study of 6 revealing a butterfly W2Ir2 unit capped by a Ru(eta-C5H5) group resulting from Ru-C scission; the terminal C2 of a new ruthenium-bound butadiyndiyl ligand has been inserted into the W-Ir bond. Reaction between 1a, [WIr3(CO)11(eta-C5H4Me)] (1b), or 1c and [(eta-C5H5)(CO)3W(C[triple bond]CC[triple bond]C)W(CO)3(eta-C5H5)] afforded [W2Ir3{mu4-eta2-(C2C[triple bond]C)W(CO)3(eta-C5H5)}(mu-CO)2(CO)2(eta-C5H5)(eta-C5R5)] [R = H (7a), Me (7c); R5 = H4Me (7b)] in good yield, a structural study of 7c revealing it to be a metallaethynyl analogue of 3.  相似文献

The syntheses of the chloro complexes [Ru(eta5-C5R5)Cl(L)] (R = H, Me; L = phosphinoamine ligand) (1a-d) have been carried out by reaction of [(eta5-C5H5)RuCl(PPh3)2] or {(eta5-C5Me5)RuCl}4 with the corresponding phosphinoamine (R,R)-1,2-bis((diisopropylphosphino)amino)cyclohexane), R,R-dippach, or 1,2-bis(((diisopropylphosphino)amino)ethane), dippae. The chloride abstraction reactions from these compounds lead to different products depending on the starting chlorocomplex and the reaction conditions. Under argon atmosphere, chloride abstraction from [(eta5-C5Me5)RuCl(R,R-dippach)] with NaBAr'4 yields the compound [(eta5-C5Me5)Ru(kappa3P,P'-(R,R)-dippach)][BAr'4] (2b) which exhibits a three-membered ring Ru-N-P by a new coordination form of this phosphinoamine. However, under the same conditions the reaction starting from [(eta5-C5Me5)RuCl(dippae)] yields the unsaturated 16 electron complex [(eta5-C5Me5)Ru(dippae)][BAr'4] (2d). The bonding modes of R,R-dippach and dippae ligands have been analyzed by DFT calculations. The possibility of tridentate P,N,P-coordination of the phosphinoamide ligand to a fragment [(eta5-C5Me5)Ru]+ is always present, but only the presence of a cyclohexane unit in the ligand framework converts this bonding mode in a more favorable option than the usual P,P-coordination. Dinitrogen [(eta5-C5R5)Ru(N2)(L)][BAr'4] (3a-d) and dioxygen complexes [(eta5-C5H5)Ru(O2)(R,R-dippach)][BPh4] (4a) and [(eta5-C5Me5)Ru(O2)(L)][BPh4] (4b,d) have been prepared by chloride abstraction under dinitrogen or dioxygen atmosphere, respectively. The presence of 16 electron [(eta5-C5H5)Ru(R,R-dippach)]+ species in fluorobenzene solutions of the corresponding dinitrogen or dioxygen complexes in conjunction with the presence of [BAr'4]- gave in some cases a small fraction of [Ru(eta5-C5H5)(eta6-C6H5F)][BAr'4] (5a), which has been isolated and characterized by X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

We have examined the self-assembled membrane-bound aggregates of two annexin V (A5) dye conjugates and compared them to those from native A5. Native A5 and FITC-labeled A5 (A5-FITC) both formed discrete well-defined crystalline monolayer domains of p6 symmetry. However, A5-FITC also showed additional domains with a corrugated appearance not observed in native A5. In contrast, Cy3-labeled A5 (A5-Cy3) showed a mixture of crystalline monolayer and irregular multilayered domains, with the ratio of the two types varying significantly from sample to sample, and also required a much longer incubation time than native A5 and A5-FITC. When A5-FITC and A5-Cy3 were co-incubated on the same bilayer, well-defined crystalline monolayer domains containing both A5-FITC and A5-Cy3 were consistently observed at a much shorter incubation time than that of pure A5-Cy3 alone, indicating that A5-FITC facilitates the inclusion of A5-Cy3. These results suggest that dye labels can affect A5 2D self-assembly and crystal formation on membrane surfaces.  相似文献

Twenty‐one novel 2‐aryloxy‐3‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐8‐substituted‐5‐aryl‐8,9‐dihydro‐3H‐chromeno[2,3‐d]pyrimidine‐4,6(5H,7H)‐diones 5a , 5b , 5c , 5d , 5e , 5f , 5g , 5h , 5i , 5j , 5k , 5l , 5m , 5n , 5o , 5p , 5q , 5r , 5s , 5t , 5u were designed and easily synthesized via a tandem aza‐Wittig reaction. Treatment of iminophosphorane 3 with 4‐chlorophenyl iso‐cyanate gave carbodiimide 4 , which reacted with phenols to provide the title compounds in 50–73% isolated yields. All compounds 3 and 5 were confirmed by infrared, 1H‐NMR, mass spectra, and elemental analysis, and compound 5a was further analyzed by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, and the title compounds were synthesized with the purpose of bringing in some new chemical and biological interests.  相似文献

A new series of 9‐substituted‐4,10‐dimethylpyrano[2,3‐f]cinnolin‐2‐ones ( 5a , 5b , 5c , 5d , 5e , 5f , 5g , 5h , 5i , 5j , 5k , 5l , 5m ) were synthesized via intramolecular cyclization of the respective acyl amidrazone derivatives ( 4a , 4b , 4c , 4d , 4e , 4f , 4g , 4h , 4i , 4j , 4k , 4l , 4m ), catalyzed by polyphosphoric acid. Compounds ( 4a , 4b , 4c , 4d , 4e , 4f , 4g , 4h , 4i , 4j , 4k , 4l , 4m ) were synthesized through direct interaction of coumarin‐7‐yl hydrazonoyl chloride ( 3 ) with the corresponding cyclic sec‐amines in the presence of triethylamine. The structures of the new compounds were confirmed by elemental analyses, NMR, and MS spectral data. The antitumor activity of compounds 5a , 5b , 5c , 5d , 5e , 5f , 5g , 5h , 5i , 5j , 5k , 5l , 5m was evaluated in vitro on breast cancer cell line (MCF‐7) by a cell viability assay utilizing the tetrazolium dye 3‐(4,5‐dimethylthiazol‐2‐yl)‐2,5‐diphenyltetrazolium bromide. Among the compounds tested, compounds 5d , 5f , 5k , and 5h showed potential anti‐MCF‐7 activity and were able to reduce the viability after 72 h to less than 50%.  相似文献
