基于DVD光头的双光子光致漂白三维光存储   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:2  
基于现有的DVD光头物镜与音圈电机,根据光致漂白的双光子吸收气维光信息存储原理,以钛蓝宝石飞秒脉冲激光进行双光子光信息写入和读出,利用音圈电机进行选层,在新型光致漂白材料二苯乙烯衍生物中进行光致漂白二进制编码信息的存储和读出实验研究;实现了三层光信息存储,信息点间距和信息层间距分别为4μm和15μm;用Matlab软件读出信息的信号强度并对其进行了识别,识别结果与写入的二进制编码信息完全一致。实验证明了用DVD光头进行双光子三维光数据存储的可行性,表明双光子吸收光致漂白技术可以与现有CD/DVD兼容,为实现多层高密度和超高密度光信息存储打下基础。  相似文献

同轴式光全息存储技术是新型超大容量超高速存取的光学存储技术。具有反射式结构的光盘可以将再现光反射回聚焦透镜,因而可以简化系统结构,而且可与现有的光盘系统(如CD和DVD)很好地兼容。引进现有光盘的伺服控制技术可以有效地保持聚焦透镜与光盘间距和精确定位,因而,可将全息图准确无误地记录在媒体中并准确无误地再生出来而不受外界的振动影响。首先讨论了传统的“双光束干涉法”在商品化方面遇到的难题,从而引出了同轴式光全息存储技术并演示了它的记录、再生的实验结果。通过实验数据分析计算了该光盘系统的角度偏差和光源波长容限范围。为实现装置的低成本和小型化等方面提供了理论依据。  相似文献

采用固体浸没透镜的光存储方法是提高光存储密度的比较实用的近场光存储方法,而严格控制SIL下底面与光存储介质之间的亚波长级距离是此光存储系统正常工作的前提.本文采用电容法测量SIL的飞行高度,采用弹性悬臂将SIL加载在转盘表面上,转盘以不同速度转动时SIL将悬浮在不同的高度.计算机首先采集到SIL的飞行高度信息,再与设定的飞行高度作比较,根据比较结果调整转盘转速,从而达到调整SIL飞行高度的目的.采用此方法,可以动态地将SIL的下底面控制在距高速转动的转盘表面上150~600 nm范围内的一定高度上.  相似文献

An optical system based on shearing interference using diffraction grating was applied, to carry out the aberration inspection process of the pickup lens of a digital versatile disc (DVD) at high speed. An algorithm was devised that processes points allocated on certain lines on a fringe and fits relations between the distance from basis point to the measurement points, and phase data of the fringe at these points to an equation of higher degree as curve fitting. Aberration was numerically estimated as the size of a certain coefficient. Simulation showed that this algorithm could detect all 5th order aberrations independently. An inspection system developed based on this optical system and algorithm detected aberration as accurately as a conventional interferometer that has been used as the standard, attaining an inspection time of 1/10-1/20. In comparison with the spot method, this system has 5th order aberration detecting ability and 1/3 the inspection time.  相似文献

Two merits of the surface acoustic wave (SAW) device are its high energy density and small size. However, the driving frequency is around 10 MHz or higher. In spite of the difficulties involved with high frequency, the high energy density is attractive for actuator applications. The SAW linear motor's no load speed and maximum output force were 1.1 m/s and 3.5 N using a silicon slider. The silicon slider dimensions were 4 x 4 x 0.3 mm3. We made a lot of 30 microns diameter projections on the silicon surface. The acceleration was 1000 m/s2. The SAW motor is expected to be a high speed, quick response, high resolution microactuator, and much more. High driving voltage was a problem. Our newly designed electrode proved that the driving voltage was reduced to less than 10 V to excite the traveling wave. For actual applications, the SAW device will be placed in a slider. This design is effective in terms of performance and cost. The nanotribology of the SAW motor is also an important and interesting subject.  相似文献

悬线式物镜力矩器是目前光学头系统中使用最为广泛的力矩器,其动态特性直接决定了光学头的读写性能。基于ANSYS参数化设计语言(APDL)建立了悬线式光学头物镜力矩器的仿真设计平台。通过仿真平台进行了力矩器一阶共振频率和峰值、二阶共振频率和峰值、扭转共振频率、静态灵敏度、动态灵敏度和相位等动态特性参数的仿真实验,仿真计算的结果与实际测量的结果相比,最大相对误差为4.2%。该仿真平台对于二维乃至三维悬线式物镜力矩器的设计和评价都具有重要的指导意义。  相似文献

To improve the tracking servo performance, a novel signal waveform multi-level (SWML) read-only disc realized on the digital versatile disc (DVD) platform is presented. The characteristic of the differential phase detection (DPD) signal of the SWML read-only disc is analyzed both in theory and experiment. The amplitude of the DPD signal of the SWML read-only disc in an open tracking servo loop is about 2/3 of that of the DVD read-only disc. The uniformity and symmetry of the DPD signal of the SWML read-only disc are similar to those of the DVD read-only disc and better than the former multi-level run-length limited (ML-RLL) read-onlv disc.  相似文献

本文首先介绍了影碟机激光头的工作原理,然后根据激光二极管的发光特性及刻录在光盘上表示信息的坑槽的细微结构,提出了使激光头物镜满足工作需求的光学设计要求。在非球面物镜的总体设计阶段,对物镜的焦距、口径等系统性能参数进行了确定,并针对系统要求提出需校正的像差种类。在非球面物镜的光学设计阶段,以总体设计的初始结构数据为基础,利用计算机进行非球面物镜的设计和优化,得到了满足各项要求的设计结果。文中给出了所设计的非球面物镜结构参数及像差曲线,并就该塑料镜片的工艺性进行了初步讨论  相似文献

We conducted a numerical calculation for the point spread function and the variation of the read-out signal in optical disc systems using several apodizing filters, taking into account a spherical aberration and the variation in the bump shape. Based on calculations using the scalar diffraction theory, we are able to determine the best bump size and shape giving the maximum read-out signal for each incident beam modulated by an apodizing filter. This work facilitates the fabrication of high density optical disc systems with a spherical aberration and can then be applied to a real optical disc system like a commercial digital video disc (DVD) system.  相似文献

针对硬磁盘驱动器中磁头定位两级伺服系统设计了一种新型压电致动器——悬臂梁式变宽度分割电极片状压电致动器.沿厚度方向极化的PZT压电陶瓷薄长片,宽度沿长度方向变化且沿长轴对称,一端固定一端自由构成悬臂梁.其上下两表面的电极均沿长轴分割成对称的两部分.施加电场使其中一半在d31模式作用下伸长,而与其对称的另一半缩短,则压电片沿宽度方向产生弯曲,自由端便可产生致动位移.对该致动器的驱动电压-端部致动位移特性进行了理论分析、有限元模拟及实验验证.致动器中的电场诱导应力远小于陶瓷的抗张强度.致动器端部位移的测试结果略大于理论计算值.与现有磁头悬浮臂尺寸相近的致动器,在20—50V的电压驱动下均可获得1—2μm的致动位移.对25kTPI(track per inch)的高道密度硬磁盘,该位移已能覆盖至少一个磁道宽度,满足磁头定位两级伺服系统对第二级致动器致动位移的基本要求. 关键词:  相似文献

近场光学在高密度存储方面有着很大的潜力 ,使得近场光学存储近年来得到了广泛的关注。近场光学存储具有高密度大容量及可以利用许多已有相关技术等优点 ,预计近场光学存储密度能达到 7Gbit/ cm2 ;它还可以采用硬盘驱动器中的空气悬浮磁头技术和磁光存储中的技术等 ,使近场存储的研究和开发更加迅速。目前 ,近场光学存储主要有三种方案 :探针型方案、超分辨率近场结构、固体浸没透镜方案 ,这三种方案都是通过不同的方法缩小记录光斑来实现高密度的存储。介绍了近场光学存储的原理、研究现状及材料 ,并对三种近场存储方案的实现方法和发展概况作了详细的阐述 ,分析了这三种方案的优缺点  相似文献

A GaP microlens for collecting laser light was developed in the tip of a near-field probe. It is important to realize a near-field optical probe head with high throughput and a small spot size. The design and fabrication results of the GaP microlens array are described. The most suitable GaP microlens with a probe was calculated as having a 10 μm radius using the two-dimensional finite difference time domain (2-D FDTD) method. The full width half maximum (FWHM) spot size variation and optical power density tolerance were calculated as 157 nm ± 5 nm and 7%, respectively. A spherical GaP microlens was fabricated with a radius of 10 μm by controlling the Cl2/Ar gas mixture ratio. The difference between the theoretical spherical shape and the fabricated GaP microlens was evaluated as 40 nm at peak to valley. The FWHM spot size and optical throughput of the fabricated microlens were measured as 520 nm and 63%, respectively. The microlens was the same as a theoretical lens with a 10 μm radius. The micron-lens array fabrication process for a near-field optical head was demonstrated in this experiment.  相似文献

We design a novel X-ray image detector by lens coupling a Gd2O2S:Tb intensifying screen with a high performance low-light-level (L3,which often means luminescence less than 10-3 Lux) image intensifier.Different coupling effects on imaging performance between zoom lens and fix-focus lens are analyzed theoretically.In experiment,for designing a detector of 15-inch visual field,the system coupled by zoom lens is of 12.25-1p/cm resolution,while the one with fix-focus lens is 10 lp/cm.The superiority of zoom lens is validated.It is concluded that zoom lens preserves the image information better than fix-focus lens and improves the imaging system's performance in this design,which is referential to the design of other optical imaging systems.  相似文献

为了解决轴角编码器尺寸与角度分辨率之间的矛盾,同时提高编码器的响应频率,提出了一种基于线阵探测器的单圈绝对式光电轴角编码器.该编码器使用了一种新型单圈绝对式编码盘,整个码盘只有一个码道,粗码被直接刻在这个单圈的码道上,码盘图像经光学放大后被线阵探测器接收.利用FPGA控制电路将数据传送至计算机,并对数据进行译码处理,分别利用图像处理技术读取粗码和利用像素细分技术获得细码,两者相结合得到角度信息.通过该技术设计一个码盘直径为40 mm的绝对式轴角编码器,其分辨率为15位.  相似文献

During the design process of Blu-ray disc optical pick-up (BD OPU), the optical system and the collimator lens design is especially important. This paper designs an optical system and some lenses for the BD OPU, including collimator lens, beam shaping lens for laser beam shaping, and cylinder lens for signal detecting. In this OPU, we use a triplet lens to collimate the laser beam. At the same time, we build a series of assembly jigs to make sure that each lens can be put into the OPU basement properly. At last, we get the reading spot image and S-curve photo of OPU, which can be used to read Blu-ray disc (BD).  相似文献

随着工业精密测量对于精度和分辨率的要求越来越高,光学探头在工业精密测量中得到了广泛的应用。由于DVD读取头的聚焦误差信号FES(Focus Error Signal)即S曲线的一部分与失焦距离成线性关系,因此稍作改进就可以做光学探头,用来进行微小位移的测量[1]。文中给出了其电路设计,该电路分成两个部分,一个是LD功率自动控制电路,一个是FES获取电路。经过实验测试,利用该电路可以获得良好的S曲线,可实现对微器件(几何尺寸数毫米至数微米,精度参数多为微纳米数量级)的精确测量。该电路设计具有结构简单、抗干扰能力强等突出优点。  相似文献
