Multiphoton Ionization (MP) Mass Spectra of n-C3H7I AND i-C3H7I are obtained using a time-offlight mass spectrometer at 532 nm. No parentions are observed in MPI of both isomers. N-propyl cation dissociates more extensively than isopropyl cation. The C2H+5(M/Z=29) ion is observed instead of C2H+4(M/Z=28) ion in MPI of n-C3H7I, in contrast to i-C3H7I. It is found that parent molecules are first two-photon resonantly excited to A-band, then go through dissociation. Fragment ions are produced by ionization and dissociation of neutral fragments. We present directly the diss ociation pathways of n-propyl cation according to the results proposed by Levine using maximum entropy formalism. Moreover, those of isopropyl cation are discussed in this paper through branching ratio analyses.  相似文献

The kinetics of reactions on the C7H8 surface were studied with state-of-the-art ab initio transition state theory (TST) and master equation methodologies. A priori predictions of the capture rate for C6H5 + CH3 and for C7H7 + H are obtained from direct variable reaction coordinate TST simulations. These simulations employ small basis set CASPT2 interaction energies coupled with one-dimensional reaction path corrections based on higher level simulations for related reactions. For the C7H7 + H reaction, predictions are obtained for both the total rate and for the branching between toluene, o-isotoluene and p-isotoluene. A mapping of the low energy pathways for isomerization from these three C7H8 isomers identifies a number of processes with barriers at or below the dissociation threshold. Nevertheless, at combustion temperatures the dissociation rates are predicted to exceed the isomerization rates, and it is reasonable to treat the kinetics of each isomer as a simple single well association/dissociation equilibrium. Master equation simulations yield predictions for the temperature and pressure dependence of each of the recombination and dissociation processes, as well as for the C7H7 + H → C6H5 + CH3 bimolecular reaction. These simulations implement collisional energy transfer probabilities based on the work of Luther and co-workers. The theoretical predictions are found to be in satisfactory agreement with the available experimental data for the photodissociation of toluene, the temperature and pressure dependent dissociation of toluene, and the reaction of benzyl radical with H. For the C6H5 + CH3 recombination, the theoretical predictions exceed the experimental measurements of Lin and coworkers by a factor of 2 or more for all temperatures.  相似文献

The pressure broadening and shift rates of the rubidium D2 absorption line 52S1/2→52P3/2 (780.24 nm) with CH4, C2H6, C3H8, n-C4H10, and He were measured for pressures ≤80 Torr using high-resolution laser spectroscopy. The broadening rates γB for CH4, C2H6, C3H8, n-C4H10, and He are 28.0, 28.1, 30.5, 31.3, and 20.3 (MHz/Torr), respectively. The corresponding shift rates γS are −8.4, −8.8, −9.7, −10.0, and 0.39 (MHz/Torr), respectively. The measured rates of Rb for the hydrocarbon buffer gas series of this study are also compared to the theoretically calculated rates of a purely attractive van der Waals difference potential. Good agreement is found to exist between measured and theoretical rates.  相似文献

利用辉光放电技术采用等离子体质谱诊断的方法研究了不同工作 压强下H2/C4H8混合气体等离子体中 主要正离子成分及其能量的变化规律, 并分析了压强对H2/C4H8混合气体的离解机理以及主要正离子形成过程的影响. 结果表明: 随着工作压强的增加, 碳氢碎片离子的浓度和能量均逐渐减小. 当工作压强为5 Pa时, H2/C4H8混合气体等离子体中C3H5+相对浓度最大; 压强为10 Pa时, C3H3+相对浓度最大; 压强为15, 20 Pa时, C2H5+相对浓度最大; 压强为25 Pa时, C4H9+相对浓度最大. 对H2/C4H8等离子体中的主要组分及其能量分布所进行的定性分析, 将为H2/C4H8混合气体辉光放电聚合物涂层的工艺参数优化提供参考技术基础. 关键词: 辉光放电技术 等离子体质谱诊断 工作压强  相似文献

Microwave spectroscopy measurements and density functional theory calculations are reported for the cyclopentadienyl cycloheptatrienyl titanium complex, C5H5TiC7H7. Rotational transition frequencies for this symmetric-top complex were measured in the 4-13 GHz range using a Flygare-Balle-type pulsed beam spectrometer. The spectroscopic constants obtained for the normal C5H548TiC7H7 isotopomer are B = 771.78907(38), DJ = 0.0000295(41), and DJK = 0.001584(73) MHz. The quadrupole hyperfine splittings for C5H547TiC7H7 were clearly observed and the measured constants are B = 771.79024(32) MHz, DJ = 0.0000395(33), DJK = 0.001646(24), and eQqaa = 8.193(40) MHz. Analysis of the experimental and theoretical rotational constants indicates that the η7-C7H7Ti and η5-C5H5Ti bond lengths in the gas phase are about 0.02 Å longer than those reported for the solid-state X-ray structure. The calculated Ti-C bond lengths are shorter for the C7H7 ligand (r(Ti-C) = 2.21 Å) than for the C5H5 ligand (r(Ti-C) = 2.34 Å), and the C7H7 H atoms are displaced 0.15 Å out of the C7 plane, toward the Ti atom.  相似文献

Infrared and Raman spectra (10–3100 cm?1) of the layered ZnPSs compound and of intercalates with [Co(η5 ? C5H5)2+] and [Cr(η6 ? C6H6)2+] cations in the polycrystalline state have been recorded 300–10 K temperature range. A complete assignment of the spectra is proposed in terms of PSs group motions, Zn2+ ion translations and [Co(η5 ? C5H5)2+] or [Cr(η6 ? C6H6)2+] internal vibrations. New low frequency for the [Co(η5-C5H5)2+] intercalate at low temperature are assigned to librational and torsional modes of C5H5 rings. Moreover, the preresonance Raman spectra of this intercalate show a selective enhancement for the metal-ligand vibrations when the charge transfer band of the cobalticenium is approached. One concludes that guest molecules are intercalated under their cationic form, are weakly interacting with the host lattice and seem to be dynamically disordered at room temperature.  相似文献

Electronic spectra of a series of weakly bound clusters consisting of argon (Arn, n=1-4) bound to the butadiyne cation, C4H2+, have been recorded in the visible range from 440 to 520 nm by photodissociation. The C4H2+ fragment signal was recorded as a function of the laser wavelength during excitation of the AX electronic transition. The observed transitions were assigned to the band origin of the cationic complexes and to vibronic bands involving excitation of the ν3 and ν7 vibrational modes of the C4H2+ moiety, as well as combination bands of these modes. Comparison of the photodissociation spectra of the various clusters reveals a small blue shift, 25 cm−1 of the band maxima relative to the corresponding transitions reported from gas phase spectra of the bare C4H2+ cation. The magnitude of the blue shift of each band increases with successive Ar solvation up to n=3. Furthermore, each band becomes increasingly broadened towards the red with the addition of Ar atoms due to an increasing number of unresolved transitions involving excited intermolecular modes.  相似文献

The effects of temperature and pressure on the formation and decomposition of C6H5C2H2O2 in the C6H5C2H2 + O2 reaction have been investigated at temperatures from 298 to 378 K by directly monitoring the C6H5C2H2O2 radical in the visible region by cavity ringdown spectrometry (CRDS). The rate constant for the C6H5C2H2 + O2 association and that for fragmentation of C6H5C2H2O2 were found to be k1 (C6H5C2H2 + O2 → C6H5C2H2O2) = (3.20 ± 1.19) × 1011 exp(+760/T) cm3 mol−1 s−1 and k2 (C6H5C2H2 O2 → C6H5CHO + HCO) = (1.68 ± 0.13) × 104 s−1, respectively. Additional kinetic measurements by pulsed laser photolysis/mass spectrometry show that C6H5CHO was produced in the C6H5C2H2 + O2 reaction as predicted and the formation of C6H5CHO from the decomposition of C6H5C2H2O2 is temperature-independent, consistent with the CRDS experimental data.  相似文献

The behavior of the desorbing F+ ion current from electron bombarded CCl2F2, C2H2F2 and C2F6 adsorbed on tungsten has been used to investigate the processes of adsorption and desorption of these gases. For tungsten near room temperature, measurements of the F+ ion current as a function of electron bombardment time indicated very similar or even identical F+-yielding adsorbed species resulting from adsorption of either CCl2F2 or C2H2F2 and widely different species from C2F6. Cl+ ions were also observed to desorb from CCl2F2 ad-layers. The behavior of the Cl+ ion current with time during electron bombardment indicated electronic conversion between adsorbed binding modes. Complementary investigations on the interaction of CCl2F2, C2H2F2 and C2F6 with tungsten were carried out by thermal desorption experiments in which the F+ ion signal was used to observe the coverage decrease of the F+-yielding species. The experiments were performed at tungsten temperatures in the 1200–1600 K range. It was concluded that the F+-yielding adsorbed species from CCl2F2 and C2H2F2 were strongly bound to the tungsten surface. The F+-yielding species from C2F6 were found to be weakly bound. From a comparison of the ESD and thermal desorption results, the possibility of dissociative adsorption as well as the nature of the adsorbed species is discussed.  相似文献

Recently, we have discovered a new type of first order phase transition around 120 K for (n-C3H7)4N[FeIIFeIII(dto)3] (dto=C2O2S2), where the charge transfer transition between FeII and FeIII occurs reversibly. In order to elucidate the origin of this peculiar first order phase transition. Detailed information about the crystal structure is indispensable. We have synthesized the single crystal of (n-C3H7)4N[CoIIFeIII(dto)3] whose crystal structure is isomorphous to that of (n-C3H7)4N[FeIIFeIII(dto)3], and determined its detailed crystal structure. Crystal data: space group P63, a=b=10.044(2) Å, c=15.960(6) Å, α=β=90°, γ=120°, Z=2 (C18H28NS6O6FeCo). In this complex, we found a ferromagnetic transition at Tc=3.5 K. Moreover, on the basis of the crystal data of (n-C3H7)4N[CoIIFeIII(dto)3], we determined the crystal structure of (n-C3H7)4N[FeIIFeIII(dto)3] by simulation of powder X-ray diffraction results.  相似文献

The fragmentation of tryptophan (Trp) – metal complexes [Trp+M]+, where M = Cs, K, Na, Li and Ag, induced by 22 eV energy electrons was compared to [Trp+H]+. Additional insights were obtained through the study of collision-induced dissociation (CID) of [Trp+M]+ and through deuterium labelling. The electron-induced dissociation (EID) of [Trp+M]+ resulted in the formation of radical cations via the following pathways: (i) loss of M to form Trp+?, (ii) loss of an H atom to form [(Trp-H)+M]+?, and (iii) bond homolysis to form C2H4NO2M+?. Deuterium labelling suggests that H atom loss can occur from heteroatom and/or C–H positions. Other types of fragment ions observed include: C9H7NM+, C9H8N+, M+, C2H3NO2M+, CO2M+, C10H11N2M+, C10H9NOM+. Formation of C2H4NO2M+? and C9H7NM+ cations suggests that the metal interacts with both the backbone and aromatic side chain, thus implicating π-interactions for all M. CID of [Trp+M]+ resulted in: loss of metal cation (for M = Cs and K); successive loss of NH3 and CO as the dominant channel for M = Na, Li and Ag; formation of C2H3NO2M+. Preliminary DFT calculations were carried out on [Trp+Na]+ and [(Trp-H)+Na]+? which reveal that: the most stable conformation involves chelation by the backbone together with a $\pi $ -interaction with the indole side chain; loss of H atom from $\alpha $ -CH of the side chain is thermodynamically favoured over losses from other positions, with the resultant radical cation maintaining a (N, O, ring) chelated structure which is stabilized by conjugation.  相似文献

In the process of investigating the interaction of fullerene projectiles with adsorbed organic layers, we measured the kinetic energy distributions (KEDs) of fragment and parent ions sputtered from an overlayer of polystyrene (PS) oligomers cast on silver under 15 keV C60+ bombardment. These measurements have been conducted using our TRIFT™ spectrometer, recently equipped with the C60+ source developed by Ionoptika, Ltd. For atomic ions, the intensity corresponding to the high energy tail decreases in the following order: C+(E−0.4) > H+(E−1.5) > Ag+(E−3.5). In particular, the distribution of Ag+ is not broader than those of Ag2+ and Ag3+ clusters, in sharp contrast with 15 keV Ga+ bombardment. On the other hand, molecular ions (fragments and parent-like species) exhibit a significantly wider distribution using C60+ instead of Ga+ as primary ions. For instance, the KED of Ag-cationized PS oligomers resembles that of Ag+ and Agn+ clusters. A specific feature of fullerene projectiles is that they induce the direct desorption of positively charged oligomers, without the need of a cationizing metal atom. The energy spectrum of these PS+ ions is significantly narrower then that of Ag-cationized oligomers. For characteristic fragments of PS, such as C7H7+ and C15H13+ and polycyclic fragments, such as C9H7+ and C14H10+, the high energy decay is steep (E−4 − E−8). In addition, reorganized ions generally show more pronounced high energy tails than characteristic ions, similar to the case of monoatomic ion bombardment. This observation is consistent with the higher excitation energy needed for their formation. Finally, the fraction of hydrocarbon ions formed in the gas phase via unimolecular dissociation of larger species is slightly larger with gallium than with fullerene projectiles.  相似文献

Chemical preparation, calorimetric studies, crystal structure and spectroscopic investigations are given for a new noncentrosymmetric organic cation monophosphate [2,5-(CH3)2C6H3NH3]H2PO4. This compound is orthorhombic P212121 with the following unit-cell parameters: a=5.872(4), b=20.984(3), c=8.465(1) Å, Z=4, V=1043.0(5) Å3 and Dx=1.396 g cm−3. Crystal structure has been solved and refined to R=0.048 using 2526 independent reflections. Structure can be described as an inorganic layer parallel to (a,b) planes between which organic groups [2,5-(CH3)2C6H3NH3]+ are located. Multiple hydrogen bonds connecting the different entities of compound thrust upon three-dimensional network a noncentrosymmetric configuration.  相似文献

The electrical conductivity at 10GHz, the dielectric constant, and the thermoelectric power (TEP) of [(C6H5)3PCH3]+(TCNQ)-2, from 230 up to 400 K, have been measured. This organic quasi-one-dimensional solid undergoes a first order phase transition at 314 K. At the transition the conductivity increases by a factor of 2.2 and the activation energy drops to 0.26 from 0.31 eV. At 314 K TEP decreases abruptly from -75 to -60μVK-1 and remains almost constant for T > 314 K. The dielectric permeability ?0 is constant and equal to 5 in the low temperature phase, increases abruptly by 7% at the transition, and then depends strongly on temperature in the high temperature phase. Results of the high temperature phase are interpreted in terms of a strongly correlated salt.  相似文献

The magnetic dipole transition I(52P12-52P32) at 1.3152 μm is shown to be enhanced by collisions of the metastable iodine atoms with the parent RI molecules CF3I, C2F5I, i-C3F7I and n-C3F7I. The enhancing mechanism is exciplex emission of the RI·I(52P12) molecule at 1.3 μm, with different rates for each iodide. The influence of this effect on the measurement of the quantum yields to I(52P12) and of the respective reaction rates by infrared fluorescence is discussed.  相似文献

Dissociation of molecular hydrogen (H2) is extensively studied to understand the mechanism of hydrogenation reactions. In this study, H2 dissociation by Au1-doped closed-shell titanium oxide cluster anions AuTi3O7- and AuTi3O8- has been identified by mass spectrometry and quantum chemistry calculations. The clusters were generated by laser ablation and massselected to react with H2 in an ion trap reactor. In the reaction of AuTi3O8- with H2, the ion pair Au+-O22- rather than Au+-O2- is the active site to promote H2 dissociation. This finding is in contrast with the previous result that the lattice oxygen is usually the reactive oxygen species in H2 dissociation. The higher reactivity of the peroxide species is further supported by frontier molecular orbital analysis. This study provides new insights into gold catalysis involving H2 activation and dissociation.  相似文献

The crystal structure of di-(L-serine) phosphate monohydrate [C3O3NH7]2H3PO4H2O is determined by single-crystal x-ray diffraction. The intensities of x-ray reflections are measured at temperatures of 295 and 203 K. The crystal structure is refined using two sets of intensities. It is established that, in the structure, symmetrically nonequivalent molecules of L-serine occur in two forms, namely, the monoprotonated positively charged molecule CH2(OH)CH(NH3)+COOH and the zwitterion CH2(OH)CH(NH3)+COO?, which are linked with each other and with the H2PO ?4 ion through a hydrogen-bond system involving water molecules.
