应用荧光光谱、荧光显微镜和伏安法研究了乙醇/水体系中Cu(Ⅱ)对十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和鱼精DNA增强[Ru(bpy)2(dppz)]2+(bpy=2,2′-联吡啶,dppz=邻联二吡啶[3,2-a:2′,3′-c]吩嗪)光致发光的调控。结果表明,在乙醇/三羟甲基氨基甲烷(Tris)-水(V乙醇∶VTris=1∶5)体系中,DNA和阴离子表面活性剂SDS均能增强[Ru(bpy)2(dppz)]2+的光致发光,其与[Ru(bpy)2(dppz)]2+间的键合常数分别为5.5×105和4.2×102L.mol-1;Cu(Ⅱ)离子能通过DNA和SDS介导的光诱导电子转移淬灭乙醇/水溶液中[Ru(bpy)2(dppz)]2+的光致发光,DNA介导的Stern-Volmer淬灭常数为2.0×105L.mol-1,远远大于SDS介导的淬灭常数(9.0×103L.mol-1)。此外,结合SDS、DNA和Cu(Ⅱ)对[Ru(bpy)2(dppz)]2+在铟锡氧化物(ITO)电极上发生的氧化还原反应的影响,进一步探讨了乙醇/Tris-水中Cu(Ⅱ)对SDS和DNA增强[Ru(bpy)2(dppz)]2+光致发光的调控机理。该研究有助于更好地理解DNA嵌入剂的发光和淬灭机制,为生物分子光开关的构建提供新思路。  相似文献

合成并表征了一个新的Ru(II)配合物[Ru(bpy)2(hedppc)](ClO4)2 {bpy=2,2'-联吡啶, hedppc=二联吡啶[3,2-a: 2',3'-c]吩嗪-11-羧酸(2-羟乙基)酯}. 通过紫外-可见吸收光谱、与溴化乙锭竞争实验、粘度测量和DNA裂解实验研究了配合物与小牛胸腺DNA的相互作用性质. 结果表明配合物以插入模式与DNA键合,键合常数Kb=(6.99±1.34)×106 mol-1•L (s=2.03±0.04)与母体配合物[Ru(bpy)2 (dppz)]2+相近,但光致发光和溶剂变色等光学性质与[Ru(bpy)2 (dppz)]2+有明显的差别.  相似文献

A new coordination complex [Cu(Ⅱ)(DETA)]3[Cr(CN)6]2·5H2O (DETA=diethylenetriamine) was synthesized, its crystal structure and magnetic properties were determined. The crystal crystallizes in monoclinic space group P21/c, with unit cell constants a=2.056 6(7) nm, b=1.440 7(5) nm, c=1.513 3(5) nm, β=95.996(6)°, and V=4.459(3) nm3, Z=4, Dc=1.499 g·cm-3, F(000)=2 060,μ(Mo )=1.936 mm-1, R1=0.052 3, wR2=0.106 2. The structure consists of a one-dimensional chain of [Cu(DETA)]2[Cr(CN)6]+ and binuclear [Cu(DETA)][Cr(CN)6]-. The coordination geometries around Cu2+ atoms are distorted square-based pyramidal and distorted square, respectively. Magnetism studies show that there are ferromagnetic interactions between Cu2+ and Cr3+ ions. CCDC: 272213.  相似文献

The formation of heterobimetallic ruthenium(Ⅱ) complex was investigated by absorption and emission spectra. As an intercalator of DNA, the luminescent monometallic ruthenium(Ⅱ) complex [Ru(bpy)2tpphz]2+ could coor-dinate with Zn2+ to form the nonluminescent heterobimetallic complex [Ru(bpy)2(tpphz)Zn]4+. The emission in-tensity of complex decreased as increasing the amounts of Zn2+ and the luminescence was almost lost at the ratio of [Zn]/[Ru] of 1. After binding to DNA, the peripheral coordination site on the tpphz ligand remained accessible for Zn2+, the coordination occurred from the oppsite side of helix with respect to intercalated [Ru(bpy)2tpphz]2+ and the nonluminescent heterobimetallic complex was formed. On the other hand, the [Ru(bpy)2(tpphz)Zn]4+ also bound to DNA by intercalation and situated the region of the intercalated [Ru(bpy)2tpphz]2+ between the base pairs of DNA. The complex looked like a molecular nut (the Zn2+) and bolt (the [Ru(bpy)2tpphz]2+).  相似文献

本文运用CNDO/2方法经SCF计算获得了钌(Ⅱ)配合物Ru(L)32+(其中L=bpy, bpm和bpz),分别是2,2′-联吡啶,2,2′- 联嘧啶,2,2′- 联吡嗪)和Ru(bpy)2(bqdi)2+(其中bqdi是邻二亚胺苯醌)的电子结构参数,并且从电子微观结构层次研究了它们的结构—性能关系。计算结果与实验事实相吻合。  相似文献

四核铁配合物[Fe4(NTB)42-O)24-Suc)](ClO4)6与DNA具有较强的结合作用,结合常数kb达(5.9±0.4)×105 L·mol-1。该多核铁配合物由水解途径促进DNA断裂,在酸性及低离子浓度条件下的促进作用较为显著。动力学分析表明DNA水解没有明显的序列选择性,质粒DNA从超螺旋转变为切口形式符合饱和酶动力学规律,饱和速率常数ksat=0.014 min-1。  相似文献

在中性磷酸盐缓溶冲液中,用电化学和荧光光谱法研究了Cu(bpy)2+2与鸟嘌呤和鸟苷的相互作用。结果表明鸟嘌呤和鸟苷与Cu(bpy)2+2的配位比均为1∶1,配位常数分别为4.62×104 L/mol和1.96×104 L/mol。紫外光谱电化学实验进一步表明,鸟嘌呤或鸟苷与Cu(bpy)2+2发生了相互作用。  相似文献

分别以E-3-[4-(羧甲氧基)-苯基]丙烯酸(H2L1)和E-3-[4-(羧甲氧基)-苯基]丙烯酸(H2L2)为主配体,合成了3种钴(Ⅱ)配位聚合物:[Co(L1)(bpp)]n(1),{[Co(μ3-OH)2(L2)4(bpy)2(H2O)4]·12H2O}n(2)和[Co(L2)(bpy)]n(3)(bpp:1,3-二吡啶基丙烷,bpy:4,4-联吡啶)。通过元素分析、红外光谱、X射线粉末和单晶衍射对其进行了结构表征。结果表明钴(Ⅱ)离子在这3种配合物中具有不同的配位环境,导致3种配合物具有不同的晶体结构和磁性特征。  相似文献

The complex [Mn(bipy)3]·(ClO4)2 was synthesied and characterized by X-ray diffraction. X-ray diffraction result for the single crystal showed that the crystal belongs to triclinic, space group P1, a=0.8123(2),b=1.1024(2), c=1.8646(4)nm,α=102.30(3)°,β=91.00(3)°,γ=99.69(3)°,V=1.6056(6)nm3,Z=2,Dc=1.494g·cm-3. The thermal decomposition of [Mn(bipy)3](ClO4)2 occurred in a three steps pattern. The reaction mechanism of the first step decomposition was deduced as n(1-α)[-ln(1-α)](n-1)/n with the activation energy of 130kJ·mol-1.  相似文献

A new binuclear copper(Ⅱ) complex, [Cu2(phen)2(H2O)22-C2O4)](NO3)2, has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and UV-Vis spectrum. Its crystal structure was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. Crystal data: monoclinic, space group P21/c, a=0.712 21(8) nm, b=1.170 93(14) nm, c=1.783 7(2) nm, β=111.828(2)°, and V=1.380 8(3) nm3, Dc=1.769 Mg·m-3, Z=2, F(000)=744, R1=0.025 4, wR2=0.069 5, Gof=1.077, Δρ=328~-455 e·nm-3. The complex is packed by one centrosymmetry binuclear copper(Ⅱ) unit, oxalate dianion and NO3- anion. In the molecule structure of the title complex, two Cu(Ⅱ) ions are bridged by oxalate dianion and each Cu(Ⅱ) ions coordinates with two nitrogen atoms from 1,10-phenanthroline ligand and one oxygen atom from water to form a five-coordinate distorted square-pyramidal configuration. The hydrogen bonds are observed between coordinated water molecules and NO3- anions. The analysis of the crystal structure indicates that the complex has a two-dimensional stacking network structure, which is formed by intramolecular hydrogen bonds, intermolecular hydrogen bonds and stacking effect of aromatic ring. cis-[Ru(dpq)2Cl2]·2H2O(dpq=二吡啶[3,2-d:2',3'-f]二氮萘)为原料与5,5'-二(1-(三乙胺)甲基)-2,2'-联吡啶阳离子(L)合成钌(Ⅱ)配合物[Ru(dpq)2L](PF6)4,并研究了该配合物与G-四链体DNA的作用:FRET实验表明,配合物对人端粒DNA h-telo具有选择性,其作用能力要强于同癌基因启动子区域的四链DNA,如c-myc和bcl2;CD光谱表明,在Na+和K+都不存在的情况下,配合物能诱导h-telo形成平行结构;此外,紫外和发射光谱都显示,配合物在K+溶液中与h-telo的作用力要大于在Na+溶液中的。  相似文献

利用紫外、荧光和粘度等方法研究了含不同配体的钌(II)配合物[Ru(phen)2CImP]2+(CImP=3,4-二羟基-咪唑并[4,5-i][1,10]邻菲咯啉)和[Ru(phen)2TPPZ]2+(TPPZ=四吡啶[3,2-a:2',3'-c:3',2'-h:2',3'-j]吩嗪)与DNA的作用机制, 并研究了配合物与Zn2+配合后荧光性质变化. 结果表明[Ru(phen)2TPPZ]2+与DNA以插入模式作用, 而[Ru(phen)2CImP]2+与DNA则以沟面结合模式作用. 向配合物溶液中滴加Zn2+后, 配合物[Ru(phen)2TPPZ]2+和[Ru(phen)2CImP]2+均可以与Zn2+形成双核配合物[Ru(phen)2(TPPZ)Zn]4+和[Ru(phen)2(CImP)Zn]4+, 配合物的荧光减弱. 与DNA作用后, 配合物仍可以与Zn2+配位形成双核配合物, 但[Ru(phen)2(TPPZ)Zn]4+保持插入模式与DNA作用, 配合物的荧光减弱. 而[Ru(phen)2(CImP)Zn]4+与DNA则由沟面结合改为插入结合, 配合物的荧光增强.  相似文献

The novel copper(Ⅱ) complex with 2-oxo-propionic acid benzoyl hydrazone and pyridine ligands, Cu(C10H8N2O3)·(C5H5N)·(H2O) (C10H8N2O32- is the dinegative ion of 2-oxo-propionicacid benzoyl hydrazone), has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and IR. The crystal structure of the title complex was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction technique. Complex crystallized in the triclinic space group P1 with a = 0.729 08(10) nm, b= 1.020 01(14) nm, c= 1.126 28(15) nm, α = 71.644(2) °, β = 80.437(2) °, γ = 89.160(2)°, V= 0.78328(18) nm3, Z= 2, Dc= 1.547 Mg·m-3, μ(Mo) = 1.417 mm-1, F(000) = 374. The final R1 = 0.030 6, wR2= 0.084 2 for 2 992 observed reflections [I≥2σ(I)] out of 3357 unique reflections. In this complex, copper(Ⅱ) ion is square-pyramidally coordinated by two oxygen atoms and one nitrogen atom of tridentate C10H8N2O32- ligand, one nitrogen atom of the pyridine ligand, and one oxygen atom of water molecule with the oxygen atom of water molecule locating at the apical position. The analysis of the crystal structure indicates that the complex has a one-dimensional chain structure, which is formed by intermolecular hydrogen bonds. CCDC: 222656.  相似文献

A copper(Ⅱ) complex [Cu2(m-MBA)4(2,2′-bipy)2(H2O)]·H2O with m-methylbenzoic acid (m-MBA), 2,2′-bipyridine (2,2′-bipy) and water molecule has been synthesized by means of hydrothermal way and characterized. Crystal data for this complex: monoclinic, space group C2/c, a=2.591 8(5) nm, b=1.414 2(3) nm, c=1.790 8(4) nm, β=131.80(3)°, V=4.893 3(17) nm3, Dc=1.379 g·cm-3, Z=4, F(000)=2 104 , Final GooF=1.034, R1=0.065 6, wR2=0.197 6. The crystal structure shows that two neighboring copper(Ⅱ) ions are linked together by two bridging-chelating m-methylbenzoic acid groups, one bridging water molecule, forming a cage structure and the Cu(Ⅱ)-Cu(Ⅱ) bond distance is 0.366 7 nm. Each copper(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated with two nitrogen atoms of one 2,2′-bipyridine molecule and four oxygen atoms from three m-methylbenzoic acid molecules and one water molecule, repectiveley, forming a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. A new coordination compound Co(Ⅲ)(Hdmg)2(H2O)2Mn(Ⅱ)Cl3 was synthesized and its crystal structure was determined. The crystal data are as follows: crystal system, orthorhombic; space group, C2221(#20); a=1.18315(3) nm, b=1.28631(5) nm, c=1.14355(2) nm, V=1.74037(9) nm3, Z=4, Dc=1.857 g·cm-3, F(000)=980.00, μ(Mo)=21.69 cm-1, R1=0.030, wR2=0.92. The coordination geometries around Co(Ⅲ) and Mn(Ⅱ) atoms are distorted octahedral and distorted trigonal bipyramidal, respectively. The Hdmg chelates Co(Ⅲ) and bridges to two Mn(Ⅱ) atoms to form a polyheteronuclear helical structure along the c axis.  相似文献

A mixed complex [Zn(CF3COO)2(C7H6NS)2] was synthesized based on the reaction of Zn(CF3COO)2 and 2-aminobenzothiazol (C7H6NS) in methanol. The structure of the complex was characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR and thermal analysis. The crystal structure of the complex was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic system with space group C2/c, a=3.174 3(9) nm, b=1.010 0(3) nm, c=1.723 1(5) nm, β=118.841(4)°, V=4.839(2) nm3; Dc=1.625 g·cm-3; Z=8; F(000)=2 368; μ=1.266 mm-1.
