采用溶胶凝胶协同自组装与光刻相结合的方法,在光子晶体反蛋白石结构中引入缺陷,通过溶胶凝胶协同自组装方法在硅片上垂直沉积胶体晶体复合薄膜,把BP212正性光刻胶均匀旋涂在复合薄膜上,通过曝光、显影等光刻工艺,把掩膜版图案复制在复合薄膜上,用此样品再次垂直沉积一层复合薄膜,使图案被复合薄膜覆盖.最后去除胶体微球与光刻胶图案,从而在反蛋白石结构中引入缺陷,用扫描电子显微镜对样品进行表征.分析了光刻胶图案对胶体微球排列的影响.  相似文献

A method has been proposed for filling bulk and film opals with V2O5 and V2O5: W melts under the action of capillary forces. The VO2 and VO2: W (1.8 mol %) compounds have been synthesized from the V2O5 and V2O5: W precursors in opal pores. The phase composition and morphology of the nanocomposites prepared have been investigated. It has been revealed that, in the opal-V2O5 composite, the filler compound has a texture formed by the directional crystallization of the melt in pores of the opal film. The tunable photonic crystal heterostructure opal/opal-VO2 has been synthesized using liquid chemical etching.  相似文献

采用经典分子动力学方法模拟一定直径[111]晶向的硅纳米线填充不同扶手椅型单壁碳纳米管复合结构的加热过程, 通过可视化和能量分析的方法判断复合结构中硅纳米线和碳纳米管的热稳定性. 通过讨论碳纳米管的空间限制作用和分子间相互作用力的关系, 对碳纳米管和硅纳米线的热稳定性变化进行初步解释. 研究发现碳纳米管中硅纳米线的热稳定性和碳纳米管的直径关系密切: 当管径较小时, 硅纳米线的热稳定性有所提高, 当管径增大到一定大小时, 硅纳米线的热稳定性会突然显著地下降, 直到硅纳米线与管壁不存在分子间相互作用力, 硅纳米线的热稳定性才会恢复. 而硅纳米线填充到碳纳米管中对碳纳米管的热稳定性有着明显的降低作用.  相似文献

Opal samples consisting of diamond spheres have been synthesized by chemical deposition in microwave plasma from a CH4/H2 mixture using templates of silicon inverse opal. 通过溶剂蒸发对流自组装法制备SiO2胶体晶体,采用低压化学气相沉积法填充Si,制备得到Si反蛋白石(opal)三维光子晶体.采用扫描电子显微镜对Si反opal的显微形貌进行表征,采用平面波展开法理论模拟Si反opal的光子带隙,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪测试其光学性能.研究结果表明:Si在SiO2微球空隙内填充致密均匀,显微红外光谱测试的光子带隙反射峰位置及带宽与理论计算基本符合.变角度反射光谱测试表明,Si反opal沿不同角度入射时在中心波长3319nm处均存在明显的反射峰,证明其具有完全光子带隙,带隙位于中红外大气窗口区域.  相似文献

The photoluminescence induced in diamond by helium ion implantation into SiC/C nanocomposite samples and their structure revealed by high-resolution transmission electron microscopy have been investigated. It has been found that, apart from crystallites of silicon carbide, graphite, and amorphous carbon, in the structure of the composites there are spherical carbon particles containing concentric graphite-like shells (onion-like particles). It has been established that onion-like particles are formed during high-temperature treatment of SiC/C nanocomposites in the course of their preparation. It has been shown that, after the implantation with the subsequent thermal treatment, nanocomposite samples exhibit a luminescence characteristic of N-V centers in diamonds. The assumption has been made that the diamond crystallites are formed at the center of onion-like particles during high-temperature treatment of the composite.  相似文献

 以氨水作催化剂、正硅酸乙酯为硅源、乙醇为溶剂,采用改进溶胶-凝胶法制备了系列单分散SiO2微球,研究了平均粒径为250,280,320 nm单分散SiO2微球在水、无水乙醇、丙酮等介质中的沉降与自组装过程。还对单分散体系重力沉降组装欧泊模板的形成机理进行了讨论。SEM表明,微球在无水乙醇和丙酮沉降介质中均能组装形成3维有序密堆积结构的欧泊,但在无水乙醇中要优于在丙酮中。沉降速度实验表明,相同粒径的单分散SiO2微球在水、乙醇、丙酮作为沉降介质中的沉降速度相差并不大,沉降介质对重力水平沉降组装模板的影响主要是由于其表面张力与粘度不同造成的。  相似文献

The amplitude and temperature dependences of the Young’s modulus and the internal friction (ultrasonic absorption) of biomorphic carbon, silicon carbide, and SiC/Si composite produced from medium density fiberboard (MDF) by pyrolysis (carbonization), followed by infiltration of molten silicon into the prepared carbon preform have been studied in the temperature range 100–293 K in air and under vacuum. The measurements have been performed by the acoustic resonance method with the use of a composite vibrator for longitudinal vibrations at frequencies of approximately 100 kHz. The data obtained by acoustic measurements of the amplitude dependences of the elastic modulus have been used for evaluating the microplastic properties of samples under study. It has been shown that the Young’s modulus, the decrement of elastic vibrations, and the conventional microyield strength of the MDF samples differ from the corresponding data for previously studied similar materials produced from natural eucalyptus, beech, sapele, and pine woods. In particular, the desorption of environmental molecules at small amplitudes of vibrations, which is typical of biomorphic materials based on natural wood, is almost absent for the MDF samples. The results obtained have been explained by different structures and the influence of pores and other defects, which, to a large extent, determine the mechanical characteristics of the biomaterials under investigation.  相似文献

We have inquired about the influence of composite artificial opal components on its SERS enhancement factor (EF). Particularly, we considered metal (100 nm) and dielectric spheres (290 nm), and an excitation wavelength of 632 nm. We show that the electric field of a SiO2 sphere is weaker and more uniform as its porosity increases. Additionally, a porous sphere promotes a lower EF compared to that of a non-porous sphere. The optical response of the composite opal is insensitive to the polarization state of the incident field. A SERS EF of 104 is reachable with an opal loaded with Au or Ag NPs. In general, the dielectric spheres affect the SERS EF intensity of the metal NPs. From the optical spectra, we observed that with a 632 nm wavelength, the composite opal is out of resonance.  相似文献

By the solvent vaporization convection self-assembly method, 1.86 μm silica microspheres were assembled into a colloidal crystal template with long-range order. High refractive index silicon was then filled in the voids of the silica template by the low pressure chemical vapor deposition method. A 3-dimensional silicon inverse opal photonic crystal was obtained with a photonic band gap simulated by a plane wave expansion method. Its micro modality and photonic band gap properties were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and Fourier transform IR spectrometer. There was a good agreement between the measured spectra and the simulated results. The tilt-angle reflectance spectra showed that an obvious reflection peak at 3319 nm stayed in existence with different incidence directions. This result proved that silicon inverse opal has a complete photonic band gap in the mid infrared range. This study opens up an opportunity to create Si-based photonic crystal devices for atmosphere mid infrared photodetection.  相似文献

We report the observation of suppression of the green photoluminescence from an optically active ZnO-infiltrated composite opal fabricated by electrodeposition templated on a self-assembled polystyrene opal. This is interpreted to be the consequence of an effective photonic pseudogap formed by the composite opaline photonic crystal. The effective pseudogap’s effect on emission of the composite opal, one ‘raw’ and one ‘inverted’, is simply the addition of the effect of each component opal, with no noticeable interaction effect, thus suggesting a simple route for engineering the photonic behavior of heterogeneous photonic crystals. 采用物理吸附方法制备出多孔硅和偶氮化合物染料分散红(DR1)的复合薄膜.用单光束扫描法研究了多孔硅/ DR1复合膜的三阶非线性光学性质,测量了在1064 nm处多孔硅/DR1复合膜的双光子吸收系数和非线性折射率.实验结果表明,同多孔硅相比,多孔硅/DR1复合膜三阶非线性光学效应明显得到了增强.  相似文献

Graphene/carbon composite films were prepared by electrospraying a graphene/polyacrylonitrile composite solution on SiO2-coated silicon substrates and subsequent heat treatment. The as-produced graphene/carbon composite films had a porous structure comprising graphene layers. With a magnetic field applied perpendicularly to the sample, an unexpectedly significant positive magnetoresistance attributed to e–e interaction and weak localization has been observed, which constantly increases with the magnetic field in the temperature range of 300–50 K from 0 to 80 kOe.  相似文献

研究了溶胶凝胶协同自组装制备大面积高质量SiO2反蛋白石结构薄膜的方法. 向单分散的聚苯乙烯(PS)胶体溶液中添加SiO2前驱物溶液,用垂直自组装法一步得到微球空隙中均匀填充有凝胶的 复合PS胶体晶体薄膜,在空气中烧结去除PS后得到SiO2反蛋白石结构薄膜.通过对添加前驱物溶液比例、 自组装温度以及烧结温度等参数的研究,用不同粒径的PS微球制备了不同孔径的高质量SiO2反蛋白石结构薄膜. 用扫描电子显微镜和X射线能量色散谱仪对制备得到的薄膜样品进行显微形貌和成分表征,并测试了其透射光谱. 结果表明:溶胶凝胶协同自组装法制备的SiO2反蛋白石结构薄膜大面积高度有序,孔径可以控制且选择范围宽; 薄膜的透射光谱带隙明显,带隙中心波长与理论计算结果相符.  相似文献

The chemical and phase compositions of silicon oxide films with self-assembled nanoclusters prepared by ion implantation of carbon into SiO x (x < 2) suboxide films with subsequent annealing in a nitrogen atmosphere have been investigated using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy in combination with depth profiling by ion sputtering. It has been found that the relative concentration of oxygen in the maximum of the distribution of implanted carbon atoms is decreased, whereas the relative concentration of silicon remains almost identical over the depth in the layer containing the implanted carbon. The in-depth distributions of carbon and silicon in different chemical states have been determined. In the regions adjacent to the layer with a maximum carbon content, the annealing results in the formation of silicon oxide layers, which are close in composition to SiO2 and contain silicon nanocrystals, whereas the implanted layer, in addition to the SiO2 phase, contains silicon oxide species Si2+ and Si3+ with stoichiometric formulas SiO and Si2O3, respectively. The film contains carbon in the form of SiC and elemental carbon phases. The lower limit of the average size of silicon nanoclusters has been estimated as ∼2 nm. The photoluminescence spectra of the films have been interpreted using the obtained results.  相似文献

Three-dimensional photonic crystals with an inverted yablonovite structure have been fabricated by the direct laser writing method based on the two-photon polymerization of a photosensitive material. The correspondence of the structure of the samples to the inverted yablonovite lattice has been confirmed by scanning electron microscopy. The photonic band structure of inverted yablonovite, as well as a number of related photonic materials with an fcc lattice, has been calculated. It has been found that the photonic properties of opal and yablonovite are opposite: the complete photonic band gap appears in inverted opal and direct yablonovite and is absent in direct opal and inverted yablonovite. A method for the fabrication of ideal three-dimensional photonic structures having the complete photonic band gap in the infrared and visible spectral ranges has been discussed.  相似文献

Conducting polymer/C60and C60doped conducting polymer/C60heterojunctions have been fabricated and found to exhibit remarkably enhanced photoresponse due to the highly effective photoinduced charge transfer at the interface. In conducting polymer/C60alkali metal nanoscale composite systems, multiphase superconductivity has been clarified and explained by taking the coupling of nanoscale grains by Josephson junctions into consideration. As examples of intramolecular organic-inorganic combined systems, unique electrical and optical characteristics have been revealed in oligosilanylene oligophenylene polymers. Electroluminescence has been demonstrated in organic-inorganic junction devices such as conducting polymer/porous Si and conducting polymer/diamond junctions. Conducting, polymer-based nanoscale multilayer systems have been studied utilizing molecular self-assembly method and novel photosensitive characteristics have been revealed. \indent Novel optical and electrical properties of conducting polymers infiltrated in a photonic crystal, synthetic opal made of SiO2spheres of several hundred nm in diameter, and also a conducting polymer replica have been revealed. A clear diffraction pattern was observed in a photonic crystal infiltrated with conducting polymers, and transmission spectra are dependent on various ambient conditions. Their photoluminescence (PL) spectra, spectral narrowing of PL and lasing characteristics at relatively low optical excitation have also been clarified. Novel conducting characteristics of conducting polymers in a photonic crystal that was prepared by pyrolysis of a polymer replica of opal have also been observed.  相似文献

A method has been described for preparation of suspensions of magnetite nanoparticles stabilized by porous silicon dioxide. The process of sedimentation of nanoparticles in suspensions of different compositions and concentrations has been analyzed by transmission coefficient measurements. Spectra of the transmission coefficient have been obtained for suspensions containing composite nanoparticles, the initial silicon dioxide, and macroscopic magnetite particles. The average effective radius of nanoparticles has been calculated from the time dependences of the transmission coefficient. It has been demonstrated that the synthesized nanoparticles possess magnetic-resonance contrast properties.  相似文献
