全柔性空间机器人运动振动一体化输入受限重复学习控制   总被引:9,自引:7,他引:2

探究基座、臂、关节全柔性影响下空间机器人动力学模拟、运动控制及基座、臂、关节三重柔性振动主动抑制的问题, 设计了不基于系统模型信息的运动振动一体化输入受限重复学习控制算法. 将柔性基座与关节等效为线性弹簧与扭转弹簧, 柔性臂视为欧拉-伯努利梁模型, 利用拉格朗日方程与假设模态法建立动力学模型, 然后, 用奇异摄动理论将模型分解为包含刚性变量与臂柔性振动的慢变子系统, 包含基座、关节柔性振动的快变子系统, 并分别设计相应的子控制器, 构成了带关节柔性补偿的一体化控制算法. 针对慢变子系统, 提出输入受限重复学习控制算法, 由双曲正切函数, 饱和函数与重复学习项构成, 双曲正切函数与饱和函数实现输入力矩受限要求, 重复学习项补偿周期性系统误差, 以完成对基座姿态、关节铰周期轨迹的渐进稳定追踪. 然而, 为了同时抑制慢变子系统臂的柔性振动, 运用虚拟力的概念, 构造同时反映臂柔性振动与系统刚性运动的混合轨迹, 提出了基于虚拟力概念的输入受限重复学习控制器, 保证基座、关节轨迹精确追踪的同时, 对臂的柔性振动主动抑制. 针对快变子系统, 采用线性二次最优控制算法抑制基座与关节的柔性振动. 仿真结果表明: 控制器适用于一般柔性非线性系统, 满足输入力矩受限要求, 实现对周期信号的高精度追踪, 有效抑制基座、臂、关节的柔性振动, 证实算法的可行性.   相似文献

大多数机械振动属于有害振动, 不仅会产生噪声还会降低设备的使用寿命和工作性能. 接地刚度和惯容这两种器件均能改变系统的固有频率, 在振动控制领域中有着良好的效果. 但目前的大部分研究仅着眼于单一元件对系统产生的影响, 而此类吸振器逐渐难以满足设备对振动控制需求的增长. 在Voigt型动力吸振器模型的基础上, 提出了一种含有惯容和接地刚度的新型动力吸振器模型, 详细研究了该模型的最优设计参数, 推导出最优设计公式的解析解. 首先通过牛顿第二定律建立起二自由度系统的运动微分方程, 计算出系统解析解, 发现系统存在3个与阻尼比无关的固定点, 利用固定点理论得到了动力吸振器的最优频率比. 为保证系统稳定性, 筛选最优接地刚度比时, 发现不恰当的惯容系数会导致系统产生失稳现象, 进而推导出惯容最佳工作范围, 最终得到了最优接地刚度比和近似最优阻尼比. 分析了惯容系数取值在最佳范围以外时系统的工作情况, 并给出了实际应用中的建议. 通过数值仿真验证了推导得到解析解的正确性. 与多种已有的动力吸振器在简谐激励和随机激励的工况下进行对比, 说明了该模型能够大幅降低主系统振幅, 拓宽减振频带, 为设计新型吸振器提供了理论依据.   相似文献

This paper deals with the problem of optimal control for the transmission dynamics of tuberculosis (TB). A tuberculosis model which incorporates the essential biological and epidemiological features of the disease such as exogenous reinfection and chemoprophylaxis of latently infected individuals, and treatment of the infectious is developed and rigorously analyzed. Based on this continuous model, the tuberculosis control is formulated and solved as an optimal control theory problem, indicating how a control term on the chemoprophylaxis should be introduced in the population to reduce the number of individuals with active TB. The feedback control law has been proved to be capable of reducing the number of individuals with active TB. An advantage is that the proposed scheme accounts for the energy wasted by the controller and the closed-loop performance on tracking. Numerical results show the performance of the optimization strategy.  相似文献

A robust control design for high performance joint trajectory tracking of a flexible lightweight manipulator system is proposed. The design is based on a combined controller-observer scheme involving the sliding manifold approach and the optimal interpolation technique. This controller provides the designer with an enhanced joint tracking performance when the system is subject to parametric variations due to structural disturbances caused by link flexibility and load uncertainties. The parametric variations are handled by sliding control and the estimation of the nonlinearly excited elastic dynamics by an optimal interpolator of the structure's dynamic responses. The design procedure is progressive, i.e., we start with a basic controller and then modify it in order to improve the performance. Closed loop simulations with the various designed controllers are used to validate the analytical results and to help choosing the most suitable one.  相似文献

A stochastic optimal control strategy for a slightly sagged cable using support motion in the cable axial direction is proposed.The nonlinear equation of cable motion in plane is derived and reduced to the equations for the first two modes of cable vibration by using the Galerkin method.The partially averaged Ito equation for controlled system energy is further derived by applying the stochastic averaging method for quasi-non-integrable Hamiltonian systems.The dynamical programming equation for the controlled system energy with a performance index is established by applying the stochastic dynamical programming principle and a stochastic optimal control law is obtained through solving the dynamical programming equation.A bilinear controller by using the direct method of Lyapunov is introduced.The comparison between the two controllers shows that the proposed stochastic optimal control strategy is superior to the bilinear control strategy in terms of higher control effectiveness and efficiency.  相似文献

谐波减速器和力矩传感器等柔性元件因其独特性能而广泛应用在空间机器人关节系统中,以获取高减速比.但同时这些柔性元件的存在为空间机械臂系统引入了关节柔性,使得对其稳定控制变得更为复杂.基于此,文中讨论了基于自适应回归小波神经网络(Self-Recurrent Wavelet Neural Networks, SRWNN)的弹性关节空间机械臂系统动力学建模及级联智能滑模控制.首先,利用级联系统理论及第二类拉格朗日方法推导出了由外环刚性臂子系统和内环关节电机转子子系统组成的系统级联动力学模型;其次,为两个子系统分别设计了内、外环自适应滑模回归小波神经网络控制.外环控制算法以期望轨迹为控制量,而其控制信号作为抑制弹性关节振动的内环控制算法的控制量,整个控制系统由内、外环控制系统叠加而成;而后,基于Lyapunov稳定性理论证明了整个控制系统的稳定性并设计了自适应回归小波神经网络的各权值参数在线学习算法.所提的控制算法有效地消除了模型不确定的影响,避免了复杂的求导计算和角加速度可测的要求,同时,控制系统设计过程中未涉及惯常奇异摄动双时标分解操作,在理论上适合任意大小的关节柔性刚度.最后,系统对比仿真试验证明了所提的级联智能控制算法优于惯常基于奇异摄动法和基于柔性铰补偿奇异摄动法的控制方案.  相似文献

针对地震作用下高层建筑振动神经网络控制问题,将神经网络理论与分散控制理论相结合,提出分散神经网络振动控制方案,并应用于高层结构地震反应振动控制中。利用多层前馈神经网络建立结构模型,预测结构的振动响应。基于NARMA-L2的神经自校正控制系统设计BP神经网络控制器,研究分散神经网络振动控制效果,并与神经网络集中控制进行比较。对某20层Benchmark结构模型进行数值模拟分析,结果表明,本文提出的分散神经网络振动控制方法简化了神经网络的结构,可有效控制结构振动和消除时滞;同时,相对于集中控制的单一失效,本文方法的可靠性更强且可以保证振动控制系统的实时响应。  相似文献

介绍了对线性时滞系统进行最优控制的设计,将具有时滞控制的线性系统离散后引入增广状态向量。获得不显含时滞的差分方程,根据时滞量的两种分类情况采用连续和离散形式的性能指标函数导出了最优控制律。控制律包含当前状态和此前若干步状态向量的叠加,最优控制律直接从时滞方程中得到,可保证系统的稳定性,此方法亦适用于大时滞的情况。数值算例验证了控制策略的有效性。  相似文献

在大多数情况下机械振动是有害的,它不仅产生噪声还会降低设备的工作精度和使用寿命.采用正刚度特性的吸振、隔振系统往往难以达到满意效果,这种情况在低频振动控制系统中尤其明显.放大机构与负刚度元件在振动控制领域均表现出良好性能,但是较少有对同时含有放大机构与负刚度装置的动力吸振系统的研究.以Voigt型动力吸振器为基础提出了一种将放大机构应用于含负刚度弹簧元件的动力吸振器模型,对该模型的最优参数进行了研究.首先建立了系统的运动微分方程并得到了其解析解,发现该系统存在两个固定点,利用固定点理论得到了动力吸振器的最优频率比.根据负刚度的特性,在保证系统稳定的前提下得到了最优负刚度比,并推导了系统的近似最优阻尼比.通过数值仿真验证了解析解的正确性.与多种动力吸振器在简谐激励与随机激励下进行了对比,说明了本文模型相比于已有的动力吸振器,能够大幅降低共振振幅、拓宽减振频带并且降低系统的谐振频率,为设计新型动力吸振器模型提供了理论依据.   相似文献

Wave-based control (WBC) is a simple and relatively new technique for motion control of under-actuated flexible systems. To date it has been mainly applied to rectilinear lumped flexible systems. The current work focuses on a development of WBC to control two-dimensional beam-like structures in which an actuator, attached to one end, acts to translate and rotate the structure through an arbitrary path in the plane. In this work, first a lumped model of a beam is developed using mass–spring arrays. The lumped beam model is of interest here as a benchmark control challenge. It can also be considered as a model of various lumped or distributed mass structures. To check the latter, the mode shapes and frequencies are first compared with those of classical beam theory. This involved a new technique to find mode shapes and frequencies for arrays. The control strategy is then presented and tested for a range of manoeuvres. As a system to be controlled, the mass–spring array presents many challenges. It has many degrees of freedom, many undamped vibration modes, is highly under-actuated, and sensing of system states is difficult. Despite these challenges, WBC performs well, combining a fairly rapid response with active vibration damping and zero steady-state error. The controller is simple to implement and of low order. It does not need or use any system model and is very robust to system changes.  相似文献

In this paper, an optimal fuzzy sliding mode controller is used for tracking the position of robot manipulator, is presented. In the proposed control, initially by using inverse dynamic method, the known sections of a robot manipulator’s dynamic are eliminated. This elimination is done due to reduction over structured and unstructured uncertainties boundaries. In order to overcome against existing uncertainties for the tracking position of a robot manipulator, a classic sliding mode control is designed. The mathematical proof shows the closed-loop system in the presence of this controller has the global asymptotic stability. Then, by applying the rules that are obtained from the design of classic sliding mode control and TS fuzzy model, a fuzzy sliding mode control is designed that is free of undesirable phenomena of chattering. Eventually, by applying the PSO optimization algorithm, the existing membership functions are adjusted in the way that the error tracking robot manipulator position is converged toward zero. In order to illustrate the performance of the proposed controller, a two degree-of-freedom robot manipulator is used as the case study. The simulation results confirm desirable performance of optimal fuzzy sliding mode control.  相似文献

This paper discusses the design of fuzzy PID type controllers (FPIDC) to improve seismic control performance of a nonlinear structural system with an active tuned mass damper (ATMD) against earthquakes. Since structural systems have nonlinearities and uncertainties, fuzzy-based controllers are adequate because of their robust character and satisfactory performance in active structural control. The main advantages of this controller are the ability to handle nonlinearities and uncertainties effectively. In the literature, various structures for fuzzy PID (including PI and PD) controllers have been proposed. In order to obtain proportional, integral and derivative control actions altogether, it is intuitive and convenient to combine PI and PD actions to form a fuzzy PID controller. The simulated system has fifteen degrees of freedom and is modeled using nonlinear behavior of the base–structure interaction. The system is then simulated against the ground motion of the Northridge earthquake (M w =6.7) in USA on 17 January, 1994. Finally, the time history of the storey displacements, accelerations, ATMD displacements, control voltage and frequency responses of both the uncontrolled and controlled cases are presented. The ground motion recorded of the El-Centro and Kocaeli earthquakes has been used to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed control algorithm. The robustness of the controller has been checked through the uncertainty in stiffness of the structure. Simulation results exhibit that superior vibration suppression is achieved by the use of designed fuzzy PID type controllers.  相似文献

系统建模不可避免地要忽略一些因素从而造成模型误差,因此基于不确定性的非精确模型来设计控制器显得尤为重要.随着各国学者的不断研究,在线性系统H控制方面取得了很大的发展,但仍存在求解过程繁琐、系统的保守性不强、结构复杂和控制器阶数较高等问题.运用计算结构力学与最优控制相模拟的理论来试图完善存在的问题.导引模就是结构力学中的本征值问题,即弹性稳定的欧拉(Euler)临界力或结构振动的本征频率;通过引入区段混合能的概念,采用精细积分和扩展的威廉姆斯(W-W)算法计算导引模,将此方法引入到基于市场机制的控制(market-based control,MBC)理论中,提出了线性结构基于市场机制的鲁棒控制策略.同时给出了在鲁棒控制下,采用李雅普诺夫(Lyapunov)直接法证明了结构基于市场机制的鲁棒控制器的稳定性及参数的确定方法.最后对一高层受控结构进行数值计算与分析,并与H鲁棒算法的控制效果进行了对比.结果表明,导引模不能取到临界值,否则会导致控制输入趋于无穷大.基于市场机制的鲁棒控制效果要好于H鲁棒算法,并且具有较强的应变能力和在线计算时间短等优点,能较好地适用于高层和大跨结构.   相似文献

讨论了漂浮基柔性臂空间机器人系统的动力学模拟、运动轨迹跟踪控制算法设计及柔性振动主动抑制。采用多体动力学建模方法并结合假设模态法,建立了漂浮基柔性臂空间机器人的系统动力学模型。基于该模型,针对系统惯性参数未知情况,提出了刚性运动基于模糊基函数网络自适应调节的退步控制算法,以完成柔性臂空间机器人载体姿态及机械臂各关节铰的协调运动。然后,为了主动抑制系统柔性振动,运用虚拟力的概念,构造了同时反映柔性模态和刚性运动轨迹的混合期望轨迹,通过改造原有的控制算法,提出了基于虚拟力概念的模糊退步自适应控制算法;这样不但保证了之前刚性运动控制方案对模型不确定的鲁棒性,而且能主动抑制柔性振动,从而提高了轨迹跟踪性能。理论分析及数值仿真算例均表明了控制方法的可行性。  相似文献

Uncertainty is inherent and unavoidable in almost all engineering systems. It is of essential significance to deal with uncertainties by means of reliability approach and to achieve a reasonable balance between reliability against uncertainties and system performance in the control design of uncertain systems. Nevertheless, reliability methods which can be used directly for analysis and synthesis of active control of structures in the presence of uncertainties remain to be developed, especially in non-probabilistic uncertainty situations. In the present paper, the issue of vibration con- trol of uncertain structures using linear quadratic regulator (LQR) approach is studied from the viewpoint of reliabil- ity. An efficient non-probabilistic robust reliability method for LQR-based static output feedback robust control of un- certain structures is presented by treating bounded uncertain parameters as interval variables. The optimal vibration con- troller design for uncertain structures is carried out by solv- ing a robust reliability-based optimization problem with the objective to minimize the quadratic performance index. The controller obtained may possess optimum performance un- der the condition that the controlled structure is robustly re- liable with respect to admissible uncertainties. The proposed method provides an essential basis for achieving a balance between robustness and performance in controller design ot uncertain structures. The presented formulations are in the framework of linear matrix inequality and can be carried out conveniently. Two numerical examples are provided to illustrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the present method.  相似文献

The system dynamics of turning processes can be described by a delay differential equation. How to improve the stability and suppress the vibration of cutting is of an interesting topic. In this paper, a multiple time-delay controller is developed based on discrete optimal control method for the turning vibrations control. Numerical simulations are carried out to verify the efficiency of the controller. Results indicate the designed controller can suppress the cutting vibration efficiently and improve the stability of the cutting processes. The influence of designed time-delay and sampling time on the control performance is also discussed.  相似文献

为了给侵彻引信抗高过载优化设计提供准确的力学输入,将机械振动理论引入侵彻过程建模领域,提出了一种侵彻战斗部刚体运动与一阶轴向振动相结合的垂直侵彻弹靶作用模型。在垂直侵彻过程受力分析的基础上,基于牛顿第二定律建立了战斗部刚体运动模型,基于单自由度弹簧-质量-阻尼系统建立了战斗部一阶轴向振动模型,并采用数值积分的方法获得了垂直侵彻过程中各物理量的变化规律。和火炮试验实测加速度信号的对比分析结果表明:考虑战斗部一阶轴向振动后的垂直侵彻弹靶作用模型能更准确地描述侵彻过程,能更有效地指导侵彻引信的抗高过载优化设计。  相似文献

对考虑阻尼影响的中心刚体-柔性梁系统的动力特性和主动控制进行研究. 研究 中考虑了3种动力学模型:一次近似耦合模型、一次近似简化模型和线性化模型. 一次近 似模型中同时考虑了柔性梁的轴向变形和横向变形. 若在一次近似耦合模型中忽略轴向变 形的影响,则可得出一次近似简化模型. 线性化模型是对一次近似简化模型的线性化处理. 另外研究中考虑了3种阻尼因素:结构阻尼、风阻、中心刚体轴承处的阻尼. 控制设计采 用最优跟踪控制方法. 给出了从物理测量中提取模态坐标的滤波器方法. 研究结果显 示,一次近似简化模型能够有效地对系统的动力学行为进行描述;阻尼对系统的动力学特 性有着重要影响;当系统大范围运动为低速时,模态滤波器能够较好地提取出控制律所需 的模态坐标,最优跟踪控制方法能够使得系统跟踪所期望的运动轨迹,并且柔性梁的弹性 振动可得到抑制.  相似文献

In this paper, the synchronization problem and its application in secret communication are investigated for two fractional-order chaotic systems with unequal orders, different structures, parameter uncertainty and bounded external disturbance. On the basis of matrix theory, properties of fractional calculus and adaptive control theory, we design a feedback controller for realizing the synchronization. In addition, in order to make it better apply to secret communication, we design an optimal controller based on optimal control theory. In the meantime, we propose an improved quantum particle swarm optimization (QPSO) algorithm by introducing an interval estimation mechanism into QPSO algorithm. Further, we make use of QPSO algorithm with interval estimation to optimize the proposed controller according to some performance indicator. Finally, by comparison, numerical simulations show that the controller not only can achieve the synchronization and secret communization well, but also can estimate the unknown parameters of the systems and bounds of external disturbance, which verify the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed control scheme.  相似文献
