2011年的《国务院办公厅关于加快发展高技术服务业的指导意见》文件中,对于检验检测行业定位具有历史意义,明确了检验检测行业作为独立的行业而存在,同时确定检验检测行业是高技术服务业。近年来,国家"放管服"的改革,为检验检测机构和人员提供了难得的发展机遇。计量、标准、检验检测、认证认可等国家质量基础设施系统不断完整和高效运行,为检验检测技术水平和服务能力进一步提升提出了更高的要求。目前食品安全、环境保护已成为全社会关注的焦点,无论是政府监管、企业生产还是百姓的日常生活,都越来越重视和积极应对食品及环境问题。为了解决这些热点问题,检验检测机构及相关检验人员承担着样品检测和提供准确数据的重任。各类分析测试人员利用各种先进技术和方法不断改进和开发各种检测方法,以满足工作需要。近年来,随着各类实验室能力建设的不断提高,一些质量好、水平比较高科研论文的发表引起业内的关注和好评。色谱及色谱-质谱检测技术结合有效的前处理方法是解决食品、环境中有害物质测定问题的非常普遍和有效的手段,也是众多相关实验室具备的能力。固相萃取和QuEChERS是当前解决复杂食品、环境样品前处理的有效手段,是分析测试中常用和被不断开发研究的技术方法。材料学领域的不断发展,也为该技术的改进提供了充分的材料保障。市场上国内外的相关产品在分析测试中都得到了有效应用,取得了较好的结果。 相似文献

Penetrant technique is a sensitive non-destructive testing (NDT) method for detecting and locating the presence of cracks in sample surface. Today, NDT is used in a wide range of industries including aerospace, biotechnology, defence, marine, oil–gas and energy plants. This work focuses on potential use of radiolabeled ZnS coated CdTe quantum dots (QDots) as a penetrant for liquid penetrant testing. The synthesized QDots as a precursor were tested for surface defects detection in welded joints. The experimental results show the highest activities were found in defects on the sample surface. These finding are consistent with the sample NDT inspection test report. 相似文献

The quality process for commercial analytical equipment starts with the selection of the vendor. It is recommended that vendors
be selected who are recognized as having quality processes in place for instrument design, development, manufacturing, testing,
service, and support, for example, ISO 9001 registration. When the instrument arrives in the laboratory, the installation
process should follow well-documented procedures. This includes a visual inspection that the instrument is not damaged and
checking that the instrument, documentation and accessories such as cables and tubings are complete. Before the instrument
is used it should be verified that it meets functional and performance specification. During operation the instruments should
be periodically inspected and tested, verified to meet performance, and calibrated. The instrument should be labeled with
the calibration status, indicating the dates of the last successful and the next performance verification and calibration.
Defective instruments should be removed from the testing area or should at least be labeled as being "out of order."

Traditional roles for professional societies have included sharing research, providing access to information and technologies, and supporting education excellence. Global challenges now provide sister international societies with opportunities to collaborate on: 1) improving the public image of chemistry, 2) identifying and supporting global job opportunities as markets shift, and 3) promoting diversity and inclusion to accelerate progress. Moreover, societies can work together to foster sustainable development by tackling grand challenges to provide clean water, affordable energy, zero hunger, and much more. Sister society collaboration on such challenges, as reflected in the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, is the basis for the American Chemical Society's new Chemistry Enterprise Partnerships. The use of raw materials from renewable sources by industries is essential to the sustainable development of modern society. The biodiesel produced by the transesterification of vegetable oils is a less polluting diesel fuel, but large amounts of glycerol (10% of total weight of product) are generated during the production process. The scientific community and industries of the sector know that, in the future, the amount of glycerol generated can cause a serious ecologic problem. Thus, it is essential to find alternatives for the consumption of this co-product, in its crude form and/or as high value-added derivatives. This work studied obtaining triacetate from the glycerol esterification reaction that was determined by electrospray ionization–mass spectrometry and gas chromatography–mass spectrometry. The reactions were carried out with sulfuric acid, phosphotungstic acid and in the absence of catalyst, using different acetylating agents (acetic acid and acetic anhydride). The phosphotungstic acid showed satisfactory performance in the catalytic esterification of glycerol when acetic acid and acid anhydride were used. The use of acetic anhydride as the acetylating agent favors the esterification reaction, decreasing the reaction time required for obtaining glycerol triacetate. 相似文献
