A new cerium complex,(C7H8)[Ce(C7H3NO5)2(H2O)3]·2H2O or (C7H8)[Ce(HChel)2-(H2O)3]·2H2O (1,H3Chel = 4-hydroxypyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic (chelidamic) acid),has been prepared by the hydrothermal reaction,and its crystal structure was determined based on single-crystal diffraction data. Compound 1 crystallizes in monoclinic,space group P21/c with a = 12.4267(9),b = 10.8195(7),c = 19.5650(13),β = 92.898(3)o,V = 2627.2(3) 3,Dc = 1.733 g/cm3,Z = 4,Mr = 685.55,μ = 1.809 mm-1,λ(MoKα) = 0.71073  and F(000) = 1372. The final R = 0.0455 and wR = 0.1984 for 5983 observed reflections with Ⅰ > 2σ(Ⅰ),and R = 0.0490 and wR = 0.2053 for all data. Complex 1 contains one cerium ion,two chelidamic acid ligands,three coordinated water molecules,one discrete toluene molecule,and two discrete water molecules. The Ce(IV) ion is nine-coordinate with the coordination polyhedron made up of four oxygen atoms and two nitrogen atoms from two tridentate chelating chelidamic acid ligands,and three coordinated water molecules. A three-dimensional network is formed by the H-bonds. Moreover,optical properties are investigated and the results show that this complex has sharp optical absorption at 221,396 and 571 nm but no marked fluorescent emission.  相似文献

Compound I crystallizes in triclinic, space group Pi with a = 9.6939(19), b = 10.176(2), c = 11.502(2)A, α = 111.52(3), β = 93.74(3), γ = 103.33(3)°, V = 1013.0(3)A3, Dc = 1.912 g/cm3, Z = 1, Mr = 1166.40, p = 2.188 mm-1, 2(MoKa) = 0.71073 A and F(000) = 574. The final R = 0.0342 and wR = 0.0737 for 4080 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I), and R = 0.0429 and wR = 0.0772 for all data. Compound 1 contains two lanthanum ions, four chelidamic acid ligands, four coordinated water molecules, two hydroniums, and three discrete water molecules. The LaⅢ atom is ten-coordinated by four oxygen and two nitrogen atoms from two tridentate chelating chelidamic acid ligands, two carboxylic oxygen atoms from an adjacent chelidamic acid ligand and two coordinated water molecules, leading to a distorted dodecahedral geometry. A three-dimensional network is formed by H-bonds.  相似文献

Under hydrothermal conditions the reaction of cis-aconitic acid with Cu2(OH)2CO3 and bipy (bipy = 2,2'-bipy) in H2O/DMF (3:2) afforded a neutral mononuclear compound [Cu- (bipy)((2-CO3)(H2O)](2H2O, which has been structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to triclinic, space group Pī with a = 8.3950(5), b = 8.7974(5), c = 9.4496(3)(A。), α = 98.270(3), β = 93.014(3), γ = 100.068(3)°, V = 677.83(6) (A。)3, Dc = 1.635 g/cm3, Z = 2, C11H14CuN2O6, Mr = 333.78, μ = 1.637 mm-1, λ(MoKα) = 0.71073 (A。), F(000) = 342, the final R = 0.0616 and wR = 0.1273 for 1621 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The structure of the complex contains a distorted square pyramidal core with a bipy, a carbonate anion and a water molecule coordinating to a CuⅡ atom. The dihedral angle between the two planes composed of N(1)N(2)Cu(1) and O(1)O(3)Cu(1) is 21.73(8)°. The intermolecular hydrogen bonds (O…O) are observed in the crystal structure.  相似文献

In the crystal, each formular unit consists of two dinuclear copper(H) compounds, between which the O-H…O hydrogen bonds exist. Each Cu^Ⅱ cation is six-coordinated in an octahedral geometry. A one-dimensional chain coordination polymer[Cu(phen)(2,4,6-TMBA)2(H2O)]n has been synthesized by reacting 2,4,6-trimethyl-benzoic acid,1,10-phenanthroline and Cu(Ⅱ)per-chlorate and its structure Was characterized.Crystal data for this complex:tetragonal,space group I41,a=2.0293(3),b=2.0293(3),c=113758(2)nm,a=β=γ=90°,V=5.6657(13)nm3,Dc=1.379g/cm3,Z=8,μ(MoKa)=0.815mm-1,Mr=588.14,F(000)=2456,S=1.047,R=0.0459 and wR=O.1053.The crystal structure shows that two neighboring Cu(Ⅱ)ions are linked together by one bridging-chelating 2,4,6-trimethyl-benzoic group,forming a one-dimensional chain structure.Each Cu(Ⅱ)ion is coordinated with two nitrogen atoms from one 1,10-phenanthroline molecule,three oxygen atoms from three 2,4,6-trimethyl-benzoic acid molecules and one oxygen atom from one water molecule,giving a six-coordinate distorted octahedral coordination geometry.The cyclic voltamrnetry behavior of the complex was also investigated.  相似文献

The copper(Ⅱ) DPP adduct Cu(DPP)(DMF)2(H2O)·(ClO4)2 1 (DPP = 4,7-diphenyl-1, 10-phentheanthroline, DMF = N,N'-dimethyl formamide) has been prepared by a direct synthetic method and structurally characterized. It presents a mononuclear structure and crystallizes in triclinic, space group P with a = 9.8717(2), b = 12.579, c = 14.7574(2)(A), α = 67.976(6), β = 82.031(9), γ = 80.343(9)o, V = 1668.96(9) (A)3, Z = 1, Dc = 1.495 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 0.877 mm-1, F(000) = 774, C60H64Cl4Cu2N8O21, Mr = 1502.09, the final R1 = 0.0643 and Wr2 = 0.1799 for 6153 observed reflections with I > 2σσI). Structure analysis shows that copper atom presents an unusual five- coordination of square pyramid geometry. The whole structure is stabilized by π-π stacking inter- actions and static attractive forces from [ClO4]- anions. Based on crystal data, quantum chemistry calculation on DFT/B3LPY level was used to reveal the electronic structure of 1.  相似文献

A two-dimensional coordination polymer [Zn2(DTB)(DMF)4(H2O)2]n has been synthesized by 1,4-dinitro-2,3,5,6-tetracarboxylatebenzenic acid and hydrate zinc perchlorate in the solutions of DMF and H2O. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P with a = 8.887(6), b = 9.225(6), c = 9.828(7)(°A), α = 85.249(11), β = 74.863(11), γ= 86.510(13)°, V = 774.4(9), Z = 1, C22H32N6O18Zn2, Mr = 799.28, Dc = 1.714 g/cm3, F(000) = 410 and μ= 1.639 mm-1. The structure was refined to R = 0.0539 and wR = 0.1161 for 1584 observed reflections (I > 2б(I)). 标题化合物{[Cu(C18H17N3O2)]2(COO)}(ClO4).3H2O(1)由Cu(ClO4)2.6H2O\甲酸、水杨醋缩4-氨基安替吡啉经溶剂热反应得到,用单晶衍射法测定了配合物的结构,具体测定结果如下:单斜晶,空间群P2/c,a=15.1500(2),b=23.8857(11),c=12.9709(4),β=107.265(3)°,V=4482.3(3)3,Dc=1.349g/cm3,Z=4,Mr=910.28,μ=1.066mm-1和F(000)=1872,最终偏差因子分别为R1=0.0924,wR2=0.2514。在此晶体结构中,2个铜离子被COO-和苯酚氧桥联形成二聚单元,每个Cu(Ⅱ)是五配位的变形四方锥构型。  相似文献

With the new substituted pyrazine ligand pyrazine-2,3-dicarboxylic acid bis[(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)amide], H(2)L, a binuclear complex [Cu(2)(LH)(Cl(3))(H(2)O)].H(2)O (1) and two [2 x 2]G grid complexes, [[Cu(4)(LH)(4)](ClO(4))(4)].5CH(3)OH.4H(2)O (2) and [[Ni(4)(LH)(4)]Cl(4)].5CH(3)CN.13H(2)O (3), have been synthesized and characterized spectroscopically and crystallographically. The ligand H(2)L crystallized in the triclinic space group P1, with a = 4.9882(7) A, b = 12.079(2) A, c = 14.454(2) A, alpha = 107.08(2) degrees, beta = 98.61(2) degrees, gamma = 97.54(2) degrees, V = 808.8(2) A(3), Z = 2, R1 = 0.0747, and R(w) = 0.1829 for 1319 observed reflections [I > 2 sigma(I)]. The molecule is L-shaped with a strong intramolecular bifurcated hydrogen bond in half of the molecule. In the crystal the molecules are linked by an intermolecular hydrogen bond to form a 1D polymer. The binuclear complex [Cu(2)(LH)(Cl(3))(H(2)O)].H(2)O (1) crystallized in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/a, with a = 8.6859(7) A, b = 28.060(2) A, c = 9.5334(9) A, beta = 107.89(1) degrees, V = 2211.2(3) A(3), Z = 4, R1 = 0.039, and R(w) = 0.097 for 1408 observed reflections [I > 2 sigma(I)]. There are two independent copper atoms both having square pyramidal geometry. Both coordinate to a pyrazine, a pyridine, and an amide N atom. Two chlorines complete the coordination sphere of one of the copper atoms, while one chlorine atom and a water molecule complete the coordination sphere of the other. The copper(II) [2 x 2] grid complex [[Cu(4)(LH)(4)](ClO(4))(4)].5CH(3)OH.4H(2)O (2) crystallized in the triclinic space group P1, with a = 17.1515(14) A, b = 17.7507(13) A, c = 19.3333(15) A, alpha = 67.34(1) degrees, beta = 69.79(1) degrees, gamma = 71.50(1) degrees, V = 4980.3(7) A(3), Z = 2, R1 = 0.083, and R(w) = 0.207 for 5532 observed reflections [I > 2 sigma(I)]. The four Cu(II) atoms are octahedrally coordinated by two pyrazine, two pyridine, and two amide N atoms and occupy the corners of a [2 x 2] grid with edge lengths, Cu...Cu, varying from 7.01 to 7.39 A. The nickel(II) [2 x 2] grid complex [[Ni(4)(LH)(4)]Cl(4)].5CH(3)CN.13H(2)O (3) crystallized in the monoclinic space group C2/c, with a = 16.3388(10) A, b = 29.754(2) A, c = 20.857(1) A, beta = 101.845(1) degrees, V = 9923.6(12) A(3), Z = 4, R1 = 0.050, and wR2 = 0.101 for 3391 observed reflections [I > 2 sigma(I)]. Here the complex possesses C(2) symmetry and again each metal atom is octahedrally coordinated to two pyrazine, two pyridine, and two amide N atoms. They occupy the corners of a [2 x 2] grid with an average edge length, Ni.Ni, of 6.97 A. Of the four anions (ClO(4)(-)'s in 2 and Cl(-)'s in 3) required to equilibrate the charges in the grid complexes, two are encapsulated, one above and one below the plane of the four metal atoms. The remaining two anions are located between the "wings" of the ligands. Magnetic susceptibility measurements indicate that the binuclear complex 1 is antiferromagnetic, with a J value of -15.07 cm(-1). This is larger than the J values found for the Cu(II) (2) and Ni(II) (3) grid complexes, which were -5.87 and -2.64 cm(-1), respectively. A novel water cluster [Mn(phen)2·H2O·Cl]·p-FBA·3H2O (p-FBA = p-fluorobenzoic acid and phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) was synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction of MnCl2 with p-FBA and phen at 150 ℃ and characterized by elemental analysis,IR spectra and TG. Its crystal structure was determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction study. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system,space group P1,with a = 10.5768(1),b = 11.5960(1),c = 12.9916(2) ,α = 101.816(2),β = 95.397(2),γ = 103.052(2)o,V = 1502.8(3) 3,Z = 2,Dc = 1.463 g/cm3,R = 0.0399 and wR = 0.0997. The crystal structure shows that the manganese(Ⅱ ) ion is six-coordinated by four nitrogen atoms,one chloride ion and one oxygen atom forming a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The structure includes three acyclically connected water molecules and one coordinated water molecule thus forming a (H2O)4 water cluster. This water pattern forms a cross-linked discrete ring. The steady (H2O)4 is further extended into a cage-like structure by the hydrogen-bonding interaction formed by dissociative aqua molecule and Cl-ligand. The dimer structure is further extended into a one-dimensional (1D) structure through C-H···O interaction. π···π Stacking interaction among adjacent phen aromatic rings further stabilizes the crystal structure.  相似文献

We developed convenient synthetic routes for the preparation of para-benzene disulfonic acid (H(2)BDS) and its tetrachloro (H(2)BDSCl(4)) and tetrafluoro (H(2)BDSF(4)) derivatives. The reaction of these acids with zinc nitrate in DMF led to single crystals of [Zn(BDS)(DMF)(2)] (triclinic, P ?1[combining macron], Z=2, a=976.62(4), b=986.85(4), c=1014.40(4), α=69.106(2)°, β=68.746(2)°, γ=86.295(2)°, wR(2)=0.0627), [Zn(BDSCl(4))(DMF)(4)] (triclinic, P ?1[combining macron], Z=1, a=831.5(1), b=905.2(1), c=989.6(1), α=90.44(2)°, β=91.41 (2)°, γ=106.72(2)°, wR(2)=0.0635), and [Zn(BDSF(4))(DMF)(4)] (monoclinic, P2(1)/c, Z=2, a=889.01(3), b=968.91(3), c=1633.07(5) pm, β=106.524(2)°, wR(2)=0.0948). While [Zn(BDS)(DMF)(2)] exhibits a layer structure, the disulfonate linkers connect the zinc ions into chains in the crystal structures of [Zn(BDSCl(4))(DMF)(4)] and [Zn(BDSF(4))(DMF)(4)]. Thermoanalytical investigations revealed that desolvation of the compounds occurs in a temperature range between 100 and 200 °C. The solvent free sulfonates show remarkably high stabilities, [Zn(BDS)(DMF)(2)] is stable up to nearly 600 °C. The halogenated acids were also used to prepare copper salts from aqueous solutions and Cu(2)(OH)(2)(CO(3)) (malachite) as a copper source. The crystal structure of [Cu(H(2)O)(6)](BDSF(4)) (triclinic, P ?1[combining macron], Z=1, a=510.45(2), b=744.68(3), c=1077.77(4) pm, α=85.627 (2)°, β=77.449 (2)°, γ=76.015 (2)°) exhibits complex cations and uncoordinated sulfonate anions, while in [Cu(BDSCl(4))(H(2)O)(4)] (orthorhombic, Pnma, Z=4, a=721.27(2), b=2147.81(6), c=979.42(3) pm) the Cu(2+) ions are linked to infinite chains in the crystal structure. The most interesting structural feature of [Cu(BDSCl(4))(H(2)O)(4)] is the significant deviation from planarity of the disulfonate dianion. Theoretical investigations revealed that a boat conformation is favoured due to steric hindrance in cases where a syn coordination of the sulfonate groups occurs. The thermal behaviour of the copper compounds was also investigated by DTA/TG measurements and X-ray powder diffraction.  相似文献
