在X荧光能谱测量及分析过程中,通过建立探测器响应函数,可以实现对X荧光能谱中的全能峰峰形描述,有助于提高X荧光能谱分析速度、准确度和自动化程度。在X荧光能谱测量中,针对半导体探测器建立响应函数模型的理论与建模技术,文中对三种典型探测器响应函数建模方法,以及全能峰标准差、法诺因子等关键参数的求取进行了论述,并对已有研究进行了总结和比较。最后,对X荧光能谱测量中探测器响应函数建模方法给出了建议。  相似文献

A monolithic silicon device consisting of a matrix of micrometric cylindrical diodes (about 2 μm in thickness and 9 μm in diameter) coupled to a residual energy measurement stage E (about 500 μm in thickness) was proposed and studied for assessing the quality of a therapeutic proton beam. The device was placed at different depths inside a polymethyl-methacrylate phantom and irradiated with a modulated 62 MeV proton beam at the Centro di AdroTerapia e Applicazioni Nucleari Avanzate (CATANA) of the Laboratori Nazionali del Sud (LNS, Catania, Italy) of the Istituto Nazionale di Fisica Nucleare (INFN).At each phantom depth, the energy imparted in the two detector stages was measured event-by-event in coincidence mode. The distributions of the energy imparted to the cylindrical diodes were corrected for tissue-equivalence by applying an optimized procedure. In order to perform a comparison with literature data measured with a cylindrical TEPC, the distributions derived with the silicon detector were corrected for shape-equivalence. The agreement with the microdosimetric spectra measured with the TEPC was satisfactory above the detection limit imposed by the electronic noise of the silicon-based system.  相似文献

In this paper, we report the design of a Monte Carlo simulation for the energy spectrum measurement system based on the ladderabsorption method. Herein, the detector response matrix can be calculated using the detector responses to several monochromatic X-ray beams. A novel soft X-ray spectrum unfolding method based on the two-step reverse iteration(TSRI) algorithm is applied to acquire the primary spectrum. This paper provides examples of the use of TSRI, and the unfolded energy spectra for the soft Xray beams show excellent agreement with the references. The unfolded energy spectra obtained using the TSRI exhibit better accuracy than those obtained from the commonly used unfolding code GRAVEL.  相似文献

KLM Auger spectra of Ni metal were measured with high energy resolution and high statistical accuracy using monochromatic synchrotron radiation. The spectra were corrected for the background from inelastically scattered electrons using partial intensity analysis where the electron trajectories were calculated by Monte Carlo simulation. Following background correction, the corrected spectra were fitted to model peaks taking into account intrinsic excitations. The measured transition energy of the most intense KL2M3 (1D2) Auger line is 7388.1 eV (0.4). The obtained relative intensities and energies of the Auger diagram lines are compared to published calculations as well as to experimental data for other 3d transition metals. In addition, the presence of Ni 3s, 3p photoelectron peaks in the spectra excited internally by Ni K X-rays is shown.  相似文献

Neural network method was used for fast neutron spectra unfolding in spectrometry by threshold activation detectors. The input layer of the neural networks consisted of 11 neurons for the specific activities of neutron-induced nuclear reaction products, while the output layers were fast neutron spectra which had been subdivided into 6, 8, 10, 12, 15 and 20 energy bins. Neural network training was performed by 437 fast neutron spectra and corresponding threshold activation detector readings. The trained neural network have been applied for unfolding 50 spectra, which were not in training sets and the results were compared with real spectra and unfolded spectra by SANDII. The best results belong to 10 energy bin spectra. The neural network was also trained by detector readings with 5% uncertainty and the response of the trained neural network to detector readings with 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% and 50% uncertainty was compared with real spectra. Neural network algorithm, in comparison with other unfolding methods, is very fast and needless to detector response matrix and any prior information about spectra and also the outputs have low sensitivity to uncertainty in the activity measurements. The results show that the neural network algorithm is useful when a fast response is required with reasonable accuracy.  相似文献

Accurate knowledge of the neutron energy spectra is useful in basic research and applications. The overall procedure of measuring and unfolding the fast neutron energy spectra with BC501A liquid scintillation detector is described. The recoil proton spectrum of 241Am-Be neutrons was obtained experimentally. With the NRESP7 code, the response matrix of detector was simulated. Combining the recoil proton spectrum and response matrix, the unfolding of neutron spectra was performed by GRAVEL iterative algorithm. A MatLab program based on the GRAVEL method was developed. The continuous neutron spectrum of 241Am-Be source and monoenergetic neutron spectrum of D-T source have been unfolded successfully and are in good agreement with their standard reference spectra. The unfolded 241Am-Be spectrum are more accurate than the spectra unfolded by artificial neural networks in recent years.  相似文献

研究了响应波长在15μm附近的超长波GaAs/AlGaAs量子阱红外探测器在不同外加偏压下的光电流谱特性.光电流谱上的两个主要由于阱宽随机涨落而呈现为高斯线形的响应峰被分别指认为量子阱基态E0到第一激发态E1和第三激发态E3的跃迁.跃迁峰随着器件上外加偏压的增大而出现线性红移现象,认为这种变化起源于激发态与基态对量子阱结构中势变化敏感性的不同,采用传输矩阵方法并考虑到电子交互作用修正进行的理论计算在定量上解释了实验结果. 关键词: 量子阱红外探测器 超长波 光电流 传输矩阵  相似文献

为了将NaI探测器更好地应用到轫致辐射谱测量工作中,对一套NaI探测器做了研究:利用~(137)Cs,~(60)Co等同位素γ源,结合蒙特卡罗方法,得到全能峰效率的模拟值与实验测量值符合得较好;利用蒙特卡罗N粒子编码模拟NaI对不同能量光子的响应,得到了该探测器对光子的能量响应,并将获得的能量响应用于轫致辐射的解谱工作,解谱结果与原始谱符合得很好;将该探测器应用到强流电子束打靶轫致辐射测量实验中,对轫致辐射在NaI探测器中的响应做了初步测量.  相似文献

The electron momentum distribution and Compton profiles of the rare earth element Eu was measured using HPGe photon detector. The target atoms were excited by means of 59.54 keV gamma rays from Am-241 radioactive source of strength 300 mCi. Elemental foil of uniform aerial density, and purity better than 99.9% was used as target. The data were recorded and analyzed using a 4 K multichannel analyzer. These data duly corrected for instrumental resolution effects, sample absorption, energy dependence of the differential Compton cross-section and double scattering, and compared with theoretical renormalized free atom (RFA) values.  相似文献

X射线探测器是X射线天文观测及脉冲星导航的核心器件,受发射振动、高能粒子辐射损伤及元器件老化等影响,X射线探测器空间观测性能会逐渐变化,X射线探测器在轨标定有利于观测天体X射线辐射信息的准确获取及精确建模.研究利用了脉冲星辐射能谱标定X射线探测器性能的方法,能较好地消除探测器本底及空间环境噪声的影响,通过处理脉冲星导航试验卫星(XPNAV-1卫星)的Crab脉冲星观测数据,评估了我国首款聚焦型X射线探测器的在轨性能.计算结果表明,XPNAV-1卫星上聚焦型X射线探测器的有效面积在0.6-1.9 keV能段内优于2 cm~2,其中在0.7 keV能量处取得最大值3.06 cm~2,探测效率约10%;有效面积随着探测能量增大而减小,在2—3.5 keV能段内有效面积约为1 cm~2,而大于5 keV能段的有效面积约为0.1 cm~2,且此能段估计精度明显受光子统计误差影响.同时研究了考虑能量响应矩阵的探测器有效面积标定新方法,利用地面性能测试中五个特征能谱处的能量分辨率重构其能量响应矩阵,重新标定了聚焦型X射线探测器有效面积,发现该能量响应矩阵对结果影响较小.最后建议观测某些超新星遗迹监测能量分辨率及能量线性等指标的变化.  相似文献

采用熔融片制样法,X射线荧光光谱仪(XRF)同时测定防辐射用重晶石中氧化钡和二氧化硅等主次组分的含量,用基本参数法校正基体效应,并进行了方法的精密度和准确度试验,各组分相对标准偏差RSD(n=10)均小于6.0%。用标准物质进行验证,测量值与之基本一致。  相似文献

An efficient method of deconvolution of the internal bremsstrahlung (IB) spectra accompanying the β‐decay in 32P, 85Kr and 143Pr is presented. Experimental data is taken from the literature. The usual experimental values are folded with the response matrix of the detector system, and the Gold iteration technique is employed to deconvolve the detector response function for the continuous IB photon spectra. The response function of the detector is calculated using the peak to total ratio and the energy resolution of the detector. Using photoemission intensities and a detection system employed by many groups in the electron spectroscopy community as an example, we have quantitatively characterized and corrected detector non-linearity effects over the full dynamic range of the system. Non-linearity effects are found to be important whenever measuring relative peak intensities accurately is important, even in the low countrate regime. This includes, for example, performing quantitative analysis for surface contaminants or sample bulk stoichiometries, where the peak intensities involved can differ by one or two orders of magnitude, and thus could occupy a significant portion of the detector dynamic range. Two successful procedures for correcting non-linearity effects are presented. The first one yields directly the detector efficiency by measuring a flat-background reference intensity as a function of incident X-ray flux, while the second one determines the detector response from a least-squares analysis of broad-scan survey spectra at different incident X-ray fluxes. Although we have used one spectrometer and detection system as an example, these methodologies should be useful for many other cases.  相似文献

 针对自行研制的8通道Dante谱仪,提出了一种使用B样条曲线进行平滑解谱的算法,并用黑体谱对其进行了验证。计算结果表明:新算法与使用矩形函数解谱的算法相比,对能谱轮廓与总辐射强度的反演精度均有明显提高。给出了“阳”加速器氩气喷气Z箍缩实验的测量波形,由8通道Dante谱仪的测量结果解谱得到的软X光峰值辐射功率和总能量分别为40.5 GW和851 J,与软X光功率计经修正后的测量结果相一致。  相似文献

通过将闪烁体光纤面板与CMOS图像传感器耦合,研制了在线诊断X射线图像的CMOS探测系统。通过XOP软件计算,确定了响应能区为1~10keV的CsI闪烁体厚度为30μm。在微点X射线源平台上,基于标准的Typ 18-d型分辨率板对CMOS探测系统的空间分辨能力进行了实验测试,结果为60μm。在神光Ⅲ原型激光装置上,利用该套CMOS探测系统在流体力学不稳定性与混合实验中对钛背光源的光谱进行了诊断,获得了清晰的类氢和类氦光谱图像。数据分析显示,实测的谱分辨为442,与理论分析符合较好。CMOS探测系统小巧轻便,性价比高,适合各大高校与科研院所用于在线诊断软X射线图像。  相似文献

The internal bremsstrahlung spectrum accompanying the non-unique second-forbidden β-decay of 36Cl is measured using the magnetic deflection technique. The true IB spectrum is obtained with the help of the inverse of the detector response matrix. The experimental data in the energy interval 80 to 700 keV are compared with the theoretical spectra of Knipp and Uhlenbeck, and Bloch, Lewis and Ford, and Chang and Falkoff. The agreement between the measurement and theory is not good throughout the energy region of the present investigation, though the experimental points are close to the second-forbidden scalar theory of Chang and Falkoff.  相似文献

The light output function of a φ50.8 mm×50.8 mm BC501A scintillation detector was measured in the neutron energy region of 1 to 30 MeV by fitting the pulse height (PH) spectra for neutrons with the simulations from the NRESP code at the edge range. Using the new light output function, the neutron detection efficiency was determined with two Monte-Carlo codes, NEFF and SCINFUL. The calculated efficiency was corrected by comparing the simulated PH spectra with the measured ones. The determined efficiency was verified at the near threshold region and normalized with a Proton-Recoil-Telescope (PRT) at the 8-14 MeV energy region.  相似文献

X射线荧光光谱分析由于受能量探测器分辨率的限制,谱线重叠干扰严重。不采用合适的重叠谱峰分解或曲线拟合技术,很难进行成分定性和定量分析。样品中的元素及谱线未知、背景基线不确定和模型初始参数不准确是曲线拟合中的最大困难。有多种算法可应用于光谱分析中的曲线拟合。文章将遗传算法应用于永磁材料偏振X射线荧光中的重叠谱分解,研究了进化策略对谱峰分解质量的影响,比较了遗传算法与传统算法的拟合结果。研究表明遗传算法在谱线严重重叠情况下仍具有较强的谱峰分解能力;群体初始化和进化策略的正确选择是该算法成功应用的关键;遗传算法具有全局搜索能力,对重叠谱峰的分辨能力优于标准Marquardt-Levenberg算法。  相似文献
