化学教师不仅应该是化学知识的传播者,还应该具有一定的教育理论造诣,一定的科学研究能力和一定的表演艺术才华.通过基础无机化学、无机材料化学、高等无机化学和无机化学实验等课程的教学,让学生在获得无机化学知识的同时,激发他们的学习兴趣,喜爱化学这门学科,并愿意为化学事业献身.为实现这一目的,我们在从事"高等无机化学"、"基础无机化学"、"无机材料化学"、"无机化学实验"、"无机合成化学"等课程教学的同时,进行了无机化学教学艺术的研究.本文将着重介绍我们在新课的导入艺术、讲授艺术、变化艺术和强化艺术等方面所做的工作. 相似文献

Acetal derivatives are easily obtained from 1,2-difunctionalized compounds by a new reaction mediated by IPy2BF4 with a mechanism based on a 1,2-migration of aryl or alkyl groups. A new oxidative rearrangement reaction of olefins is also described. Moreover, when this metal-free protocol is applied to cyclic olefins, interesting ring-contraction reactions are observed. The new methodologies described here are a clean and efficient alternative to known strategies that make use of potentially toxic metallic complexes. 相似文献

Cross dehydrogenative coupling (CDC) strategy has been employed for C-alkynylation of 4-thiazolidinone with terminal alkyne under copper catalysis. Present reaction involves coupling of C(sp3) adjacent to sulfur of 4-thiazolidinone with C(sp) of terminal alkyne under CDC strategy is unprecedented to the best of our knowledge. Significant functional group tolerance, considerable yield and DFT study for mechanism make this synthetic task more interesting and compatible. 相似文献

Solvation in deep eutectic solvents (DESs) and encapsulation in macrocycles are efficient strategies for molecule's solubilization. Recently, new systems combining DES and macrocycles are being constructed using two approaches: a) solubilizing hosts in preformed DES or b) using hosts as a DES component. This strategy could evolve in new outcomes in DES properties, more precisely provide the solvents with supramolecular capacity, and translate into interesting performances. In the present review, we will give the reader an overview of the studies accomplished in this growing research area, with a focus on the experimental perspectives that we consider to be the most important in order to enlarge knowledge on the properties and behavior of these neoteric systems. 相似文献

The self-assembly of molecules in two dimensions (2D) is gathering attention from all disciplines across the chemical sciences. Attracted by the interesting properties of two-dimensional inorganic analogues, monomers of different chemical natures are being explored for the assembly of dynamic 2D systems. Although many important discoveries have been already achieved, great challenges are still to be addressed in this field. Hierarchical multicomponent assembly, directional non-covalent growth and internal structural control are a just a few of the examples that will be discussed in this perspective about the exciting present and the bright future of two-dimensional supramolecular assemblies.The self-assembly of molecules in two dimensions (2D) is gathering attention from all disciplines across the chemical sciences. Major hen egg white proteins have been widely studied for their functional properties but these studies still are unable to explain, alone, all of the biological properties of hen egg white. Hence, it is still interesting to produce pure and non-altered proteins to improve our knowledge on the biological properties of hen egg white. Presently, identification and characterization of both bioactive peptides and minor proteins from hen egg white is essential work for progressing in the understanding of hen egg white biological properties. With this objective in mind, a new process for a complete "mucin free" hen egg white fractionation based on ion exchange chromatography is proposed. "Mucin free" egg white is fractionated into six different fractions. Four of them are high-recovery yield purified fractions of lysozyme, ovotransferrin, ovalbumin and flavoprotein. The two other fractions are enriched in recently detected minor proteins in hen egg white. 相似文献

Abstract The aim of this work was to review the development of aptamer‐based assay understanding for possible diagnostic applications. The use of new affinity ligands such as the single strand DNA is particularly suitable for large‐scale synthesis and overcomes the disadvantages of antibodies or enzymes, which are often unstable and expensive. The latest class of potential aptamers is enantiomeric aptamers composed of l‐nucleotides, the so‐called spiegelmers. Attributing to the unnatural sugars used, spiegelmers are resistant to host nucleases, exploring the possibility to work in a complex matrix‐like blood. After analyzing the strategies reported in the literature for the detection of the aptamer‐target complex formation, we reported our experience in the realization of two bioassays, based on electrochemical or colorimetric detection, using the unusual aptamer for the detection of ghrelin. This work can open interesting applications in biosensing technology. There are few analytical reports on bioassay using spiegelmers. The new field is extremely interesting, considering that these new analytical tools hold an enormous promise for a fast and simple diagnosis of genetic problems in real matrices. 相似文献
