纳米银与表面吸附荧光素的荧光性能的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
研究了纳米银粒子对表面吸附荧光素(fluorescein,Fl)的荧光性能的影响。Fl溶液中加入纳米银粒子,Fl分子包覆在纳米银粒子表面形成Fln-Ag复合物使纳米银相互桥连形成类似网络的结构,且Fl分子吸收峰随着纳米银浓度的增加发生红移。纳米银通过产生的强局域场将能量传输给Fl发光中心,实现了Fl的荧光增强,荧光增强效率随着纳米银浓度的增加具有最大值。较大粒径的纳米银使Fl获得最大荧光增强效率所需浓度较低且最大荧光增强效率值较高。研究结果表明,纳米银与Fl间的能量传输主要由Fl分子附近局域电磁场增强和分子到金属表面无辐射跃迁能量转移过程所决定并与纳米银的浓度、尺寸密切相关。  相似文献

以吖啶橙(AO)与罗丹明6G(R6G)为例讨论了胶束介质中碱性荧光染料间相互作用的机理。在十二烷基苯磺酸钠水溶液中,吖啶橙与罗丹明6G染料分子间相互作用发生有效能量转移。在不同温度下,通过对能量转移体系研究,初步证明吖啶橙与罗丹明6G间发生能量转移引起吖啶橙的荧光猝灭为静态猝灭过程。通过热力学参数的计算,得出能量转移体系的结合力主要为静电引力。同时也对转移体系的能量转移效率,结合位点数和结合距离进行了计算。  相似文献

研究了阳离子表面活性剂(CSAA)在水溶液中与阴离子酸性染料四溴荧光素(TBF)的荧光反应,发现当CSAA单体与TBF形成离子缔合物时,TBF的荧光发生猝灭,而CSAA胶束与TBF作用又会产生一个新的、更强的荧光。进而研究了阳离子表面活性剂CTMAB及CPB胶束体系中酸性阴离子荧光染料荧光素与四溴荧光素间的能量转移条件。表明只有在带相反电荷的CSAA形成的胶束中,阴离子染料间的能量转移才可能发生,在2/3临界胶束浓度(CMC)时能量转移效率达到最大。并推测了胶束体系中染料间能量转移模型及染料间能量转移的一般规律。  相似文献

本文采用荧光光谱结合稳态和瞬态吸收光谱技术,研究了碳量子点(CQDs)/罗丹明B(RhB)分子复合体系o-CQDs/RhB和mCQDs/RhB中的能量转移和电子转移过程以及它们之间的关系.研究发现在能量转移效率为73.2%的o-CQDs/RhB体系中,电子转移过程可以忽略;而在能量转移效率低于33.5%的m-CQDs/RhB体系中,电子转移过程则较为显著.在这个由碳量子点和染料分子组成的典型复合体系中所揭示的能量转移与电子转移过程之间的内联关系,将为与激子猝灭相关的应用提供有用的视角.  相似文献

用稳态光谱和时间分辨的超快光谱研究了不同浓度磷光染料PtOEP掺杂有机小分子Alq薄膜的发光特性和能量转移.据PtOEP的吸收光谱与Alq的荧光光谱,用Frster理论估算出Alq:PtOEP掺杂体系的能量转移临界半径及其转移效率.稳态荧光光谱显示,在Alq:PtOEP掺杂薄膜中,随着掺杂浓度的升高,PtOEP的发光强度增强,Alq的发光强度逐渐减弱,两者间的能量转移效率与理论计算结果一致.利用时间分辨光谱研究了Alq:PtOEP掺杂薄膜体系的能量转移动力学过程,观察到Alq:PtOEP掺杂薄膜的荧光寿 关键词: 有机掺杂薄膜 稳态光谱 时间分辨光谱 能量转移  相似文献

利用稳态和时间分辨瞬态光谱研究了有机盐trans-4-[p-(N-ethyl-N-(hydroxyethyl)amino)phenylstyryl]-N-(hydroxyethyl)pyridinium iodide (ASPI)掺杂聚合物PVK(聚乙烯咔唑)薄膜体系的光致发光和能量转移特性. 在ASPI:PVK掺杂薄膜体系中,PVK的荧光强度与寿命随掺杂浓度的升高而降低,表明两者存在有效的Forster能量转移. 通过在相对低浓度的掺杂体系中加入适量高量子效率的Alq3作为能量转移过渡体,形成能量转移级 关键词: 有机染料盐 荧光光谱 荧光寿命 能量转移  相似文献

以波长为780 nm、重复频率为76 MHz、脉宽为130 fs的飞秒激光作为激发光源, 采用超快时间分辨光谱技术研究了CdTe量子点-铜酞菁复合体系的荧光共振能量转移. 实验结果表明, 在780 nm的双光子激发条件下, 复合体系中CdTe量子点的荧光寿命随着铜酞菁溶液浓度的增加而减少, 荧光共振能量转移效率增加. 同时也研究了激发功率对荧光共振能量转移效率的影响. 结果表明, 随着激发光功率的增加, 复合体系溶液中CdTe量子点的荧光寿命增加, 荧光共振能量转移效率减小, 其物理机理是因为高激发功率下的热效应和由双光子诱导的高阶激发态的跃迁. 当激发光功率为200 mW时, 双光子荧光共振能量转移效率为43.8%. 研究表明CdTe量子点-铜酞菁复合体系是非常有潜力的第三代光敏剂.  相似文献

对吸附于粗糙金属银表面的分子间能量转移效应的机理进行了研究.采用电磁理论,讨论了金属银表面对分子间能量转移速率的影响.结果表明,当能量供体(D)分子的辐射频率和能量受体(A)分子的吸收频率同时与银表面等离子体激发频率共振时,分子间非辐射的能量转移速率被增强10~3—10~4倍.采用表面增强喇曼散射(SERS)活性表面-银胶,测量了吸附的2,2菁染料单体分子和J聚集体分子的荧光光谱,观察到的J聚集体分子增强的592.4nm的荧光带是通过被加速的分子间能量转移过程而产生的,从而证实了表面增强的分子间能量转移效 关键词:  相似文献

An experimental study of the laser characteristics, by energy transfer machanism of a new dye: 7-Diethylamino-3-Cyano Benzimidazo (1,2-a) Quinoline (DCBQ) using 7-Diethylamiho-4-Methyl Coumarin (Coumarin 1,DAMC) as a donor are presented. The effect of the concentration of the components on the lasing characteristics like peak power and wavelength of lasing of dye mixture is studied and discussed. The effect of the solvents on the fluorescence energy transfer has also been studied to ascertain the nature of the transfer mechanism involved. The fluorescence energy transfer rate constant(kET) and the critical transfer distance(Ro) are experimentally determined and also calculatee theoretically. These results indicate the dominance of resonance transfer in this energy transfer dye laser.  相似文献

The nitrogen laser pumped dye laser output has been studied with emphasis on the behaviour of amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) with respect to the tuning wavelength, pump energy, dyes and their concentration and solvents. Spectral spread of ASE is narrower than fluorescence and its maximum is shifted towards the red side. However, lasing occurs beyond the ASE region. ASE is small at high gain wavelength and increases at the edges of the gain curve. Laser energy is highest at the ASE peak with minimum ASE present in the output. ASE is reduced with increased laser energy in the energy transfer dye lasers.  相似文献

Coumarin 1, Coumarin 2 and Coumarin 120 are embedded in transparent sol-gel glass samples prepared by sol-gel process using dip method. The sol-gel matrix is given dip treatment with Methanol /Distilled Water (50/50vol) for 1 to 16h before dipping into dye solution. The effect of dipping time of matrix in Methanol/ Distilled Water on spectroscopic properties of coumarin dye doped glass samples has been studied. The Optical Density (OD) at absorption maximum wavelength and Fluorescence Intensity (FI) at fluorescence maximum wavelength of all coumarin dyes increase with the time of dipping of the sol-gel sample. These absorption/fluorescence properties of coumarin dyes in sol-gel glass matrices are compared with its respective properties in methanolic solution in acidic environment. The cause of these changes in OD/FI with dipping time is discussed by taking into account the absorption / fluorescence of dye in acidified methanol.  相似文献

This article reports the optical properties such as absorption profile, molar absorptivity, fluorescence profile and photo-physical parameters such as dipole moment, oscillator strength, fluorescence quantum yields, fluorescence lifetimes, laser performance and finally photostability of 2,5-Bis(5-tert-butyl-benzoxazol-2-yl)thiophene (BBOT),1,4-Bis(5-phenyl-2-oxazolyl)benzene (POPOB), 5-diphenyel-oxazole (PPO) laser dyes in different restricted hosts. (BBOT), (POPOB) and (PPO) are embedded in transparent silica-based nanoporous sol-gel glass and copolymer matrix of methyl methacrylate (MMA) and 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA). The absorption and fluorescence properties of these laser dyes in sol-gel glass matrices are compared with their respective properties in copolymer host. In case of sol-gel matrix, all dyes had higher quantum yields as well as lasing wavelength maxima. The laser performances as well as the photostability of these laser dyes in sol-gel glass displayed senior behavior compared with (MMA/ HEMA) copolymer samples upon using nitrogen laser (337.1 nm) as pumping energy.  相似文献

The sensitized fluorescence and laser emissions of dye mixtures; (I) coumarin 102 (donor) and acridine orange (acceptor) and (II) coumarin 47 (donor) and acridine orange (acceptor) with Hg-lamp and N2 laser, have been measured as a function of dye concentration and of the pump power (N2 laser). Acridine orange which does not lase by itself on excitation with N2 laser, lases efficiently in the presence of 7-amino-coumarins via singlet-singlet energy transfer. Energy transfer rate constants and critical distances have been estimated from fluorescence intensity and lifetime measurements. The performance of energy transfer dye lasers (ETDLs) are discussed in terms of spectral characteristics of the dyes and their penetration depths.  相似文献

Laser action in methyl methacrylate(MMA)co-doped with sulforhodamine B and crystal violet dyes was investigated.The dye mixture was incorporated into a solid polymeric matrix and was pumped by a 532-nm Nd:YAG laser.Distributed feedback dye laser(DFDL)action was induced in the dye mixture using a prism arrangement both in the donor and acceptor regions by an energy transfer mechanism.Theoretically,the characteristics of acceptor and donor DFDLs,and the dependence of their pulse widths and output powers on acceptor–donor concentrations and pump power,were studied.Experimentally,the output energy of DFDL was measured at the emission peaks of donor and acceptor dyes for different pump powers and different acceptor–donor concentrations.Tuning of the output wavelength was achieved by varying the period of the gain modulation of the laser medium.The laser wavelength showed continuous tunability from 563 nm to648 nm.  相似文献

将单一折射率的石英裸光纤植入由聚二甲基硅氧烷构成的基片微流道中,以低折射率的罗丹明B(RhB)和吡啶821(LDS821)乙醇溶液构成的供体和受体对作为激光增益介质.采用沿光纤轴向消逝波抽运方式,首先以波长为532nm的连续波激光器作为激励光,对荧光共振能量转移特性参数进行了研究.然后以波长为532nm的脉冲激光器作为抽运光,通过直接激励供体分子RhB,并将其能量转移给临近的受体分子LDS821,在不改变抽运光波长的条件下,实现了较低阈值(1.26μJ/mm~2)的受体LDS821激光辐射.  相似文献

Tunable solid-state dye laser sample based on modified polymethyl methacrylate (MPMMA) with methanol co-doped with pyrromethene 567 (PM567) and Coumarin 440 (C440) was prepared. Tunable dye laser output wavelength from 546 to 594 nm was obtained in an oscillator-amplifier configuration. With the input seed laser energy being about 1.5 mJ, the highest dye laser output energy reached 113.9 mJ, and the corresponding conversion slope efficiency was 51.39%. To the best of our knowledge, the tuning range and narrow linewidth dye output energy is the best under the same condition so far. The linewidth for the seed laser and amplified laser were measured with the result of less than 0.2 nm. With the amplified medium being pumped at a repetition rate of 10 Hz with a pulse energy as high as 120 mJ (the fluence was 0.42 J/cm2), the laser output energy dropped to half of its initial value after approximate 43000 pulses.  相似文献
