1-[(乙氧基)甲基]-6-(1-萘甲基)胸腺嘧啶的合成

HEPT是抑制HIV-1逆转录酶的潜在活性化合物。1-[(乙氧基)甲基]-6-(1-萘甲基)胸腺嘧啶是HEPT的类似物,通过增加6位取代基的位阻可提高药效。文献设计并合成了该化合物,并对关键中间体(d)的合成及脱羟基反应作了初步讨论。     

A Ru(II) complex with 2-(4-(methylsulfonyl)phenyl)-1H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline: synthesis, characterization, and acid-base and DNA-binding properties

A new Ru(II) complex of [Ru(bpy)2(Hmspip)]Cl2 {in which bpy=2,2'-bipyridine, Hmspip=2-(4-(methylsulfonyl)phenyl)-1H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline} have been synthesized and characterized. The ground- and excited-state acid-base properties of [Ru(bpy)2(Hmspip)]Cl2 and its parent complex of [Ru(bpy)2(Hpip)]Cl2 {Hpip=2-phenyl-1H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline} have been studied by UV-visible (UV-vis) and emission spectrophotometric pH titrations. [Ru(bpy)2(Hmspip)]Cl2 acts as a calf thymus DNA intercalators with a binding constant of 4.0×10(5) M(-1) in buffered 50 mM NaCl, as evidenced by UV-vis and luminescence titrations, steady-state emission quenching by [Fe(CN)6]4-, DNA competitive binding with ethidium bromide, reverse salt titrations and viscosity measurements.

Mass spectrometric behaviour of 2,2a, 3,4-tetrahydro-4-methyl-2a-phenyl-2- (thiophen-2-yl)- 1H-azeto [-2,1-d-J1-1,5-]benzothiazepin-l-one-5-oxide and 2,3-dihydro-2,4-diphenyl-1,5-benzothiazepine-l-oxide/-1,1-dioxide have been studied with the aid of mass-analyzed ion kinetic energy spectrometry and accurate mass measurements under electron impact ionization. The monooxide derivatives showed a tendency to eliminate an alkene or an oxygen atom. 1H-Azeto[-2,1-d][1,5]benzothiazepin-1-one-5-oxide could also eliminate the thiophen- 2-ylketene molecule via a reverse [-2 q- 2 ~ cycloaddition. 2,3-Dihydro-2,4-diphenyl- 1,5-benzothiazepine-1-oxide/-1, 1-dioxide could eliminate SO2 or SO, respectively. The structure of 2,2a, 3, 4-tetrahydro-4-methyl-2a-phenyl-2- (thiophen-2-yl)-1H-azeto 1-2,1-d-] [1,5 -] benzothiazepin-1-one-5-oxide was identified on the basis of its fragmentation. The identification was supported by the fragmentations of model compound, 2,3-dihydro-2,4-diphenyl-1,5-benzothiazepine-1-oxide/-1,1-dioxide.     

[Z]-1-[2-(三芳基锡基)乙烯基]环辛醇的合成和性质

本文用三苯基氢化锡、三对甲苯基氢化锡作为锡氢化试剂与1-乙炔基环辛醇进行反应, 合成了两个有机锡化合物: [Z]-1-[2-(三苯基锡基)乙烯基]环辛醇(1)和[Z]-1-[2-(三对甲苯基锡基)乙烯基]环辛醇(2), 并测定了1的晶体结构。1和2分别与ICl, Br2, I~2反应, 得到六个有机锡一卤化物和三个有机锡二卤化物(3-11)。有机锡二卤化物6和一卤化物5与KOH乙醇溶液反应, 分别得到相应的锡氧化物和锡氢氧化物(12, 13)。有机锡二卤化物8分别与含氮双齿配体[2,2'-联吡啶(Bipy),5-硝基-1,10-邻菲罗啉(Nphen),8-羟基喹啉(Oxin)]反应, 得到三个相应的配合物(14-16)。十六个新化合物通过元素分析、锡含量测定、IR、^1H NMR测定对其结构进行了表征, 同时提出了1和2的生成反应历程。     

Electron impact mass spectral fragmentation of 3a,5-disubstituted 1, 3-diphenyl-3a,4,5,6-tetra-hydro-3H-1,2,4-triazolo[4,3-a][1, 5]benzo-diazepines

The mass spectrometric behaviour of six 3a,5-disubstituted 1, 3-diphenyl-3a,4,5,6-tetrahydro-3H-1,2,4-triazolo[4,3-a][1, 5]benzodiazepines has been studied with the aid of mass-analyzed ion kinetic energy spectrometry and accurate mass measurements under electron impact ionization. All compounds show a tendency to eliminate (substituted) styrene molecules, aryl radicals, arylmethyl radicals or phenylnitrene (PhN:). All of the resulting fragment ions, except [M - PhN:](+.), could further undergo a reverse [2 + 3] cycloaddition. The [M - PhN:](+.) ions could further lose styrene derivatives and undergo a ring enlargement rearrangement. The molecular ions also show a tendency to eliminate a phenyl radical, and the [M - Ph](+) ions could eliminate styrene derivatives. The [M - R(1)CH = CH(2)](+.) ions could further lose NH(2) to yield stable tetracyclic 1,3-diphenyl-1,2,4-triazolo[4,3-d]phenanthridine ions, which could further lose benzonitrile, or undergo a reverse [2 + 3] cycloaddition. The molecular ions could also undergo a reverse [2 + 3] cycloaddition to produce N-phenylbenzonitrile imine ions and 2, 4-disubstituted 2,3-dihydro-1H-1,5-benzodiazepine ions, whose further fragmentations were also investigated.
