The reaction of the hydrazide of pyridine‐4‐acetic acid with isothiocyanate gave thiosemicarbazide derivatives respectively. Further cyclization with 2% NaOH led to the formation of 4‐substituted 3‐(pyridin‐4‐ylmethyl)‐1,2,4‐triazoline‐5‐thione and 3‐(pyridin‐4‐ylmethyl)‐1,2,4‐triazoline‐5‐thione. The structures of all new products were confirmed by analytical and spectroscopic methods.  相似文献

Reactions of copper(I) halides (Cl, Br, I) with 1‐methyl‐1, 3‐imidazoline‐2‐thione (mimzSH) in 1 : 2 molar ratio yielded sulfur‐bridged dinuclear [Cu2X2(μ‐S‐mimzSH)21‐S‐mimzSH)2] (X = I, 1 , Br, 2 ; Cl, 3 ) complexes. Copper(I) iodide with 1,3‐imidazoline‐2‐thione (imzSH2) and Ph3P in 1 : 1 : 1 molar ratio has also formed a sulfur‐bridged dinuclear [Cu2I2(μ‐S‐imzSH2)2(PPh3)2] ( 4 ) complex. The central Cu(μ‐S)2Cu cores form parallelograms with unequal Cu–S bond distances {2.324(2), 2.454(3) Å} ( 1 ); {2.3118(6), 2.5098(6) Å} ( 2 ); {2.3075(4), 2.5218(4) Å} ( 3 ); {2.3711(8), 2.4473(8) Å} ( 4 ). The Cu···Cu separations, 2.759–2.877Å in complexes 1 – 3 are much shorter than 3.3446Å in complex 4 . The weak intermolecular interactions {H2CH···S# ( 2 ); CH···Cl# ( 3 ); NH···I# ( 4 )} between dimeric units in complexes 2 – 4 lead to the formation of linear 1D polymers.  相似文献

Ruthenium(II) Complexes containing pyrimidine‐2‐thiolate (pymS) and bis(diphenylphosphanyl)alkanes [Ph2P–(CH2)m–PPh2, m = 1, dppm; m = 2, dppe; m = 3, dppp; m = 4, dppb] are described. Reactions of [RuCl2L2] (L = dppm, dppp) and [Ru2Cl4L3] (L = dppb) with pyrimidine‐2‐thione (pymSH) in 1:2 molar ratio in dry benzene in the presence of Et3N base yielded the [Ru(pymS)2L] complexes (pymS = pyrimidine‐2‐thiolate; L = dppm ( 1 ); dppp ( 3 ); dppb ( 4 )). The complex [Ru(pymS)2(dppe)] ( 2 ) was indirectly prepared by the reaction of [Ru(pymS)2(PPh3)2] with dppe. These complexes were characterized using analytical data, IR, 1H, 13C, 31P NMR spectroscopy, and X‐ray crystallography (complex 3 ). The crystal structure of the analogous complex [Ru(pyS)2(dppm)] ( 5 ) with the ligand pyridine‐2‐thiolate (pyS) was also described. X‐ray crystallographic investigation of complex 3 has shown two four‐membered chelate rings (N, S donors) and one six‐membered ring (P, P donors) around the metal atom. Compound 5 provides the first example in which RuII has three four‐membered chelate rings: two made up by N, S donor ligands and one made up by P, P donor ligand. The arrangement around the metal atoms in each complex is distorted octahedral with cis:cis:trans:P, P:N, N:S, S dispositions of the donor atoms. The 31P NMR spectroscopic data revealed that the complexes are static in solution, except 2 , which showed the presence of more than one species.  相似文献

Synthesis of novel 4-(4-methylsulfonylphenyl)-3-phenyl-2(3H)-thiazole thione derivatives with functionalized diarylheterocycle pharmacophore as potential COX-2 inhibitors was described. The title compounds were synthesized by cyclocondensation of corresponding dithiocarbamate and 2-bromo-1-(4-methylsulfonylphenyl)ethanone, followed by dehydration with H2SO4. All of the target compounds were characterized by ^1H NMR, IR and mass spectral data.  相似文献

Copper(I) halides with triphenyl phosphine and imidaozlidine‐2‐thiones (L ‐NMe, L ‐NEt, and L ‐NPh) in acetonitrile/methanol (or dichloromethane) yielded copper(I) mixed‐ligand complexes: mononuclear, namely, [CuCl(κ1‐S‐L ‐NMe)(PPh3)2] ( 1 ), [CuBr(κ1‐S‐L ‐NMe)(PPh3)2] ( 2 ), [CuBr(κ1‐S‐L ‐NEt)(PPh3)2] ( 5 ), [CuI(κ1‐S‐L ‐NEt)(PPh3)2] ( 6 ), [CuCl(κ1‐S‐L ‐NPh)(PPh3)2] ( 7 ), and [CuBr(κ1‐S‐L ‐NPh)(PPh3)2] ( 8 ), and dinuclear, [Cu21‐I)2(μ‐S‐L ‐NMe)2(PPh3)2] ( 3 ) and [Cu2(μ‐Cl)21‐S‐L ‐NEt)2(PPh3)2] ( 4 ). All complexes were characterized with analytical data, IR and NMR spectroscopy, and X‐ray crystallography. Complexes 2 – 4 , 7 , and 8 each formed crystals in the triclinic system with P$\bar{1}$ space group, whereas complexes 1 , 5 , and 6 crystallized in the monoclinic crystal system with space groups P21/c, C2/c, and P21/n, respectively. Complex 2 has shown two independent molecules, [(CuBr(κ1‐S‐L ‐NMe)(PPh3)2] and [CuBr(PPh3)2] in the unit cell. For X = Cl, the thio‐ligand bonded to metal as terminal in complex 4 , whereas for X = I it is sulfur‐bridged in complex 3 .  相似文献

4‐Phenyl‐4‐thiazoline‐2‐thiol is an active pharmaceutical compound, one of whose activities is as a human indolenamine dioxygenase inhibitor. It has been shown recently that in both the solid state and the gas phase, the thiazolinethione tautomer should be preferred. As part of both research on this lead compound and a medicinal chemistry program, a series of substituted arylthiazolinethiones have been synthesized. The molecular conformations and tautomerism of 4‐(2‐methoxyphenyl)‐4‐thiazoline‐2‐thione and 4‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐4‐thiazoline‐2‐thione, both C10H9NOS2, are reported and compared with the geometry deduced from ab initio calculations [PBE/6‐311G(d,p)]. Both the crystal structure analyses and the calculations establish the thione tautomer for the two substituted arylthiazolinethiones. In the crystal structure of the 2‐methoxyphenyl regioisomer, the thiazolinethione unit was disordered over two conformations. Both isomers exhibit similar hydrogen‐bond patterns [R22(8) motif] and form dimers. The crystal packing is further reinforced by short S…S interactions in the 2‐methoxyphenyl isomer. The conformations of the two regioisomers correspond to stable geometries calculated from an ab initio energy‐relaxed scan.  相似文献

The reaction of 4‐amino‐1,2,4‐Δ2‐triazoline‐5‐thione (ATT, 1 ) with AgNO3 in methanol led to the complex [Ag(ATT)2]NO3 ( 2 ). 2 was characterized by elemental analyses, 1H NMR, IR, and Raman spectroscopy as well as single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The molecular structure of 1 was also determined by single crystal X‐ray analysis. Crystal data for 1 at ?80 C: space group C2/c with a = 2107.4(2), b = 1425.1(1), c = 688.4(1) pm, β = 104.55(1)°, Z = 16, R1 = 0.0514, crystal data for 2 at ?80 °C: space group P21/c with a = 675.7(1), b = 1321.1(1), c = 1311.2(1) pm, β = 90.03(1)°, Z = 4, R1 = 0.0437.  相似文献

5‐Methylene‐2‐oxazolidinone (1) and 5‐methylene‐1,3‐thiazolidine‐2‐thione (4) react with various isocyanates to give the corresponding urethanes 3 and 5 in high yields in the presence of palladium(0) or palladium(II) catalyst under mild reaction conditions. A selective synthesis of 4‐methylthiosemicarbazide (=N‐methylhydrazinecarbothioamide; 4a ) derivatives by reaction with benzil (=1,2‐diphenylethane‐1,2‐dione; 3 ) is described. The reaction conditions determined the condensation product formed. The most important factor was the acid used: in the presence of conc. HCl solution, the open‐chain 2 : 1 compound 1a was exclusively obtained, whereas in the presence of 2M HCl, the cyclic 1 : 1 condensation product 2a was formed. The alcohol used, the presence of H2O, and the time of heating were additional crucial factors. The new cyclic compound 2a with a MeO group was exclusively formed when working under high‐dilution conditions. The reaction with the 4‐phenyl derivative 4b gave new cyclic compounds as the major products under all conditions used (Scheme).  相似文献

The reaction of 4‐amino‐1, 2, 4‐triazin‐3(2H)‐thione‐5‐one (ATTO, 1 ) with [Cu(PPh3)2]NO3 in ethanol led to the complex [Cu(PPh3)2(ATTO)]NO3 ( 2 ). 2 was characterized by elemental analyses, IR, 1H NMR and Raman spectroscopy. A single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction of compound 2 revealed that ATTO acts as a bidentate ligand via its nitrogen and sulfur atoms. A convenient one‐pot method for the preparation of (4Z)‐4‐(arylmethylidene)‐5‐ethoxy‐1,3‐oxazolidine‐2‐thiones 2 and 3 from ethyl (2Z)‐3‐aryl‐2‐isothiocyanatoprop‐2‐enoates 1 , which can be easily prepared from ethyl 2‐azidoacetate and aromatic aldehydes, has been developed. Thus, these α‐isothiocyanato α,β‐unsaturated esters were treated with organolithium compounds, including lithium enolates of acetates, to provide 5‐substituted (4Z)‐4‐(arylmethylidene)‐5‐ethoxy‐1,3‐oxazolidine‐2‐thiones, 2 , and 2‐[(4Z)‐(4‐arylmethylidene)‐5‐ethoxy‐2‐thioxo‐1,3‐oxazolidin‐5‐yl]acetates, 3 .  相似文献

Several (2‐amino‐4H‐1‐benzopyran‐4‐yl)phosphonates were efficiently synthesized by employing a multicomponent protocol involving a salicylaldehyde, malononitrile or ethyl cyanoacetate, and a trialkyl phosphite in polyethylene glycol. The latter could be recovered and re‐used. No additional solvent or catalyst was required. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report of the one‐pot preparation of (2‐amino‐4H‐1‐benzopyran‐4‐yl)phosphonic acid dimethyl esters.  相似文献

In our continuing search for potential anticancer candidates, 2‐(3‐methoxyphenyl)‐6‐pyrrolidinyl‐4‐quinazolinone ( JJC‐1 ) was selected as the lead compound. Starting 5‐pyrrolidinyl‐2‐aminobenzamide was prepared using standard methodology from 5‐chloro‐2‐nitrobenzoic acid by reaction with SOCl2, NH3, pyrrolidine, and H2. The starting benzamide then was reacted with 2‐substituted benzaldehyde or benzoyl chloride in N,N‐dimethylacetamide (DMAC) in the presence of NaHSO3 at 150 °C. Thermal cyclodehydration/dehydrogenation gave the target 6‐pyrrolidinyl‐2‐(2‐substituted phenyl)‐4‐quinazolinones ( 15–22 ). These target compounds were assayed for their cytotoxicity in vitro against six cancer cell lines, including human monocytic leukemia cells (U937), mouse monocytic leukemia cells (WEHI‐3), human hepatoma cells (HepG2, Hep3B) and human lung carcinoma cells (A549, CH27). Most of them exhibited significant cytotoxic effect toward U937 and WEHI‐3 cells, with EC50 values ranging from 0.30 to 10.10 μM. Compound 19 was investigated further for its action mechanisms. Preliminary findings indicated that compound 19 induced G2/M arrest and apoptosis on U937 cells.  相似文献

Reactions of divalent Zn‐Hg metal ions with 1,3‐imidazolidine‐2‐thione (imdtH2) in 1 : 2 molar ratio have formed monomeric complexes, [Zn(η1‐S‐imdtH2)2(OAc)2] ( 1 ), [Cd((η1‐SimdtH2)2I2] ( 2 ), [Cd(η1‐S‐imdtH2)2Br2] ( 3 ), and [Hg(η1‐S‐imdtH2)2I2] ( 4 ). Complexes 1 – 4 , have been characterized by elemental analysis (C, H, N), spectroscopy (IR, 1H, NMR) and x‐ray crystallography ( 1 ‐ 4 ). Hydrogen bonding between oxygen of acetate and imino hydrogen of ligand, {N(2)–H(2C)···O(2)#} in 1 , ring CH and imino hydrogen, {C(2A)–H(2A)···Br(2)#} in 3 have formed H‐bonded dimers. Similarly, the interactions between molecular units of complexes 2 and 4 have yielded 2D polymers. The polymerization occurs via intermolecular interactions between thione sulfur and imino hydrogen, {N(2)–H(2)···S(1)#}, imino hydrogen and the iodine atom, {NH(1)···I(2)#} in 2 and imino hydrogen – iodine atom {N(2A)–H(2A)···I(2)} and I···I interaction in 4 . Electrochemical oxidation of 3,4‐dihydroxybenzoic acid ( 1 ) and 4‐tert‐butylcatechol ( 5 ) in the presence of 4‐hydroxy‐6‐methyl‐2‐pyrone ( 2 ) as nucleophile in aqueous solution has been studied using cyclic voltammetry and controlled‐potential coulometry. The results indicate that 1 via Michael reaction under electro‐decarboxylation reaction converts to heterocyclic compound 4 , and the quinone derived from 4‐tert‐butylcatechol ( 5 ) participates in Michael reaction with 2 and through an ECE mechanism converts to the corresponding o‐quinone ( 6a ). The electrochemical synthesis of 4 and 6a has been successfully performed in an undivided cell.  相似文献

Reactions of pyrimidine‐2‐thione (HpymS) with PdII/PtIV salts in the presence of triphenyl phosphine and bis(diphenylphosphino)alkanes, Ph2P‐(CH2)m‐PPh2 (m = 1, 2) have yielded two types of complexes, viz. a) [M(η2‐N, S‐ pymS)(η1‐S‐ pymS)(PPh3)] (M = Pd, 1 ; Pt, 2 ), and (b) [M(η1‐S‐pymS)2(L‐L)] {L‐L, M = dppm (m = 1) Pd, 3 ; Pt, 4 ; dppe (m = 2), Pd, 5 ; Pt, 6 }. Complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis (C, H, N), NMR spectroscopy (1H, 13C, 31P), and single crystal X‐ray crystallography ( 1 , 2 , 4 , and 5 ). Complexes 1 and 2 have terminal η1‐S and chelating η2‐N, S‐modes of pymS, while other Pd/Pt complexes have only terminal η1‐S modes. The solution state 31P NMR spectral data reveal dynamic equilibrium for the complexes 3 , 5 and 6 , whereas the complexes 1 , 2 and 4 are static in solution state.  相似文献

A novel azocompound with two nonequivalents azo groups, 2‐(4‐phenylazoaniline)‐4‐phenylphenol, was synthesized and characterized by spectroscopic and computational analysis. An intramolecular hydrogen bonding (HB), ? O1? H1 ··· N1? , involving the ? N1?N2? group and the proton in a neighbor hydroxyl moiety, was identified. It was found responsible for a characteristic π‐conjugated H1? O1? C18?C13? N2?N1? six‐membered cyclic fragment. It is worth noting that this azo group is involved in an azo‐hydrazo equilibrium, being the azo form the most stable one. This resonance‐assisted HB was characterized using the OH‐related infrared bands and the corresponding signals in 1H NMR. In addition, conformational studies and geometrical and electronic parameter calculations were performed using the density functional theory, at B3LYP/6‐311++G** level. Bond and ring critical points were identified using the atoms in molecules theory, which allowed confirming the intramolecular HB. The second azo‐group cannot be involved in HB, but it also presents two stereoisomerics forms corresponding to cis (Z) and trans (E) configurations, with the later being the one with the lowest energy. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

2‐Formylchromones and 3‐formylchromones as the first materials singly reacted with 2‐amino‐5‐mercapto‐1,3,4‐thiadiazole to give the corresponding Schiff bases, which on cyclocondensation with mercapto‐acetic acid in 1,4‐dioxane yielded target compounds named 4‐oxo‐thiazolidines. The structures of all the synthetic compounds were confirmed by elemental analysis and IR, 1H NMR, LC‐MS (ESI) spectral data.  相似文献
