基于耦合流场和热噪声的相场模型及合理高效的三维动态求解域加速算法,定量模拟了在受迫流动下枝晶的非对称生长及流速对迎流、背流两侧的温度分布和层流层分布的影响.计算结果表明,受迫流动使迎流、背流两侧温度的分布与层流层分布呈现不对称状态,导致迎流侧与背流侧的过冷度不同,而熔体施加于枝晶界面前沿迎流侧的力还不足以抑制过冷度的作用,结果造成枝晶迎流方向优先生长,从而产生倾向于散热方向的倾斜,同时,由于迎流侧的实际过冷度大于背流侧,有利于促进迎流一侧枝晶生长速度以及稳定侧向分枝生长,从而导致了侧向分枝的非对称生长.随  相似文献

用相场法模拟了过冷纯物质二次枝晶的生长过程,并定量地研究了过冷度、各向异性、热扰动振幅等参数对二次枝晶的影响. 通过加入热扰动,相场法能更真实地模拟过冷熔体中二次枝晶的生长,计算得到的二次枝晶间距和幅值与由Wentzel_Kramers_Brillouin方法得到的结果符合较好. 模拟结果表明,过冷度和各向异性对二次枝晶有较大影响. 当过冷度增大时,二次枝晶间距随之减小;当各向异性增大时,二次枝晶间距随之增大,但二次枝晶幅值则随之减小. 热扰动振幅主要影响二次枝晶幅值,而对二次枝晶间距影响较弱. 关键词: 相场法 热扰动 枝晶生长 二次枝晶  相似文献

利用相场法模拟了过冷纯金属熔体中的枝晶生长过程,研究了各向导性、界面动力学、热扩散和界面能对枝晶生长的影响.结果表明,热噪声可以促发侧向分支的形成,但不影响枝晶尖端的稳态行为;随着各向异性的增加,枝晶尖端生长速度增加,尖端半径减小;当界面动力学系数减小及在界面动力学系数小于1的条件下热扩散系数减小时,枝晶尖端生长速度随之减小,而尖端半径相应增大;界面能趋于增大枝晶尺度并保持界面在扰动下的稳定,界面能越大,形成侧向分支的趋势越小 关键词: 过冷 枝晶生长 相场法 数值模拟  相似文献

利用渐近分析方法研究了远场来流引起的对流对过冷熔体中球状晶体的生长形态的影响.结果表明,由远场来流导致的对流使得正在生长的球状晶体的界面在向着来流的前部朝来流方向相反的方向生长, 并且提高了朝来流的相反方向的生长速度, 在背风方向衰减;正在衰减的球状晶体的界面在向着来流的前部加速衰减, 在背风方向减缓衰减. 关键词: 球状晶体 远场来流 对流 界画形态  相似文献

考虑了在非平衡凝固条件下球晶生长过程中界面动力学系数随界面温度的变化,利用渐近分析方法求出了在过冷熔体中球晶生长温度场和界面的近似解析解,研究了非线性界面动力学过冷对于过冷熔体中球晶界面形态和生长速度的影响.研究表明,界面动力学系数越大,球晶的生长速度越快; 反之,表明界面动力学系数越小,球晶的生长速度越慢.与忽略界面动力学的情形比较,在球晶生长过程中依赖于界面温度变化的界面动力学显著地减缓了晶体生长的速度. 关键词: 球晶 界面形态 渐近分析  相似文献

实时观察了切向流动作用下SCN-3wt% H2O合金的定向凝固过程,研究了该合金枝晶生长方向、尖端半径、枝晶一次臂间距以及二次臂生长速度的变化规律.实验观察到能够代表枝晶尖端溶质边界层的“亮带”,该亮带在流动作用下的非对称性证实了切向流动能够改变枝晶前沿溶质的对称分布,使溶质边界层厚度沿背流侧向迎流侧逐渐减薄,枝晶生长发生迎流偏转,且偏转角度随抽拉速度的提高而减小.同时,流场与浓度场的耦合促进枝晶间的优胜劣汰,枝晶一次臂间距显著增大.固液界面处的强迫流动还能够引发相邻枝晶间环流,加速迎流处二次臂生长而抑制背流处生长. 关键词: 定向凝固 枝晶生长 切向流动  相似文献

利用相场模型与溶质场、温度场进行耦合计算,以Ni-40.83%Cu合金为例模拟了二元合金枝晶生长过程.系统研究相场模型中相场和温度场耦合强度对枝晶形貌和浓度分布的影响.模拟结果表明:随着耦合强度的增加,相场受温度场的影响加大,界面前沿变得不稳,扰动被放大,主枝上出现了二次枝晶.同时,枝晶尖端的生长速率增大,而枝晶尖端的曲率半径减小,枝晶前沿的溶质富集现象也更严重;另外,计算结果与Ivantsov理论符合较好. 关键词: 相场法 NiCu合金 枝晶生长 Ivantsov理论  相似文献

本文利用相场方法对过冷镍熔体中枝晶生长过程进行了模拟,发现在过冷度低于 200 K时,生长速度与过冷度之间近似呈幂函数关系,当过冷度高于 200 K时,生长速度与过冷度之间基本呈线性关系。伴随着速度/过冷度之间关系的变化,枝晶尖端半径/过冷度的关系则呈现先减小后增加的趋势,并在 200 K时达到最小。本文还将模拟结果与实验值和经典LKT理论进行了比较,对上述关系转变的物理机制进行了分析。  相似文献

建立耦合温度场、流场、溶质场的CA-LBM(元胞自动机格子玻尔兹曼方法)数值模型模拟了Al-4.7%Cu固溶体合金的凝固过程。模拟结果再现了自然对流条件下单个枝晶、多个枝晶的生长以及柱状晶向等轴晶转变过程。研究结果表明,自然对流对单个枝晶形貌有明显的影响,使枝晶生长非对称化,即迎流方向的枝晶生长得到促进,顺流方向的枝晶生长受到抑制。对铸锭CET过程的计算表明,自然对流促进温度均匀化,在凝固过程中等温线弯曲程度先增大后减小。另外,自然对流加速了凝固进程,并有细化晶粒的作用。CA-LBM模型再现了自然对流条件下柱状晶的竞争生长、柱状晶向等轴晶的转变以及溶质的晶界偏析。  相似文献

采用电磁悬浮和自由落体两种实验技术对二元Co-50%Mo过共晶合金中初生Co_7Mo_6金属间化合物的生长机理和维氏硬度进行了系统研究.电磁悬浮实验中,合金熔体获得的最大过冷度为203 K(0.12T_L),初生Co_7Mo_6枝晶生长速度与过冷度之间呈现幂函数关系.随着过冷度的增大,初生枝晶中Co元素含量单调递增,枝晶尺寸明显减小,并且其维氏硬度逐渐升高.在自由落体状态下,随着液滴直径的减小,合金熔体的过冷度和冷却速率均增大.当液滴直径减小到392μm以下时,初生Co_7Mo_6枝晶从小平面向非小平面形态进行转变.实验发现,深过冷条件下Co_7Mo_6化合物发生了显著的溶质截留效应,其维氏硬度与Co元素分布和形貌特征密切相关.  相似文献

The solutions of temperature and solute fields around a spherical crystal growing from a binary melt under the far-field flow are obtained.Based on the results,a linear stability analysis on the spherical interface growing from the binary melt under the far-field flow is performed.It is found that the constitutional supercooling effect ahead of the spherical crystal interface under the far-field flow is enhanced compared with that without the flow.The growth rate of the perturbation amplitude at the up-wind side of the spherical crystal interface is larger than that at the down-wind side.The critical stability radius of the crystal interface decreases with the increasing far-field flow velocity.Under the far-field flow,the whole spherical interface becomes more unstable compared with that without the flow.  相似文献

A model is developed based on the time-related thermal diffusion equations to investigate the effects of twodimensional shear flow on the stability of a crystal interface in the supercooled melt of a pure substance.Similar to the three-dimensional shear flow as described in our previous paper,the two-dimensional shear flow can also be found to reduce the growth rate of perturbation amplitude.However,compared with the case of the Laplace equation for a steady-state thermal diffusion field,due to the existence of time partial derivatives of the temperature fields in the diffusion equation the absolute value of the gradients of the temperature fields increases,therefore destabilizing the interface.The circular interface is more unstable than in the case of Laplace equation without time partial derivatives.The critical stability radius of the crystal interface increases with shearing rate increasing.The stability effect of shear flow decreases remarkably with the increase of melt undercooling.  相似文献

Rayleigh-Taylor instability of three fluid layers with two interfaces in cylindrical geometry is investigated analytically.The growth rates and the amplitudes of perturbation on the two interfaces are obtained. The feedback factor from outer to inner interface is larger than that from inner to outer interface under the same conditions. The growth rate on the initially unstable interface is larger than the corresponding result in planar geometry for low mode perturbation. The two interfaces are decoupled for a larger mode number perturbation. The dependencies of the amplitudes of perturbation on different initial conditions are analyzed. The negative feedback effect from initially stable interface to another unstable interface is observed. In the limit of infinity inner radius and finite shell thickness, the results in planar geometry are recovered.  相似文献

为了更好地理解不同空间坐标系下流体界面对Rayleigh-Taylor(RT)不稳定性弱非线性阶段谐波的影响,文章采用3阶小扰动展开法,解析研究了球坐标空间经典RT不稳定性弱非线性阶段谐波的演化规律,并和柱坐标空间以及直角坐标空间相应结果进行了对比研究.当球坐标系和直角坐标系中RT不稳定性界面扰动波长相同,球坐标系中初始扰动半径为无穷大时(即球坐标下RT不稳定性初始扰动半径相对于扰动波长为无穷大时),球坐标下RT不稳定性前4次谐波的结果和直角坐标系下的相应结果相同.研究表明:由初始界面曲率引起的Bell-Plesset(BP)效应和空间效应(直角坐标空间、柱坐标空间和球坐标空间)对谐波发展有较大的影响.即在不同正交曲线坐标系下,不同曲率的流体界面效应对RT不稳定性谐波发展有较大的影响.对于柱坐标空间和球坐标空间,2阶对0次谐波的反馈加强了界面向内收缩.研究还表明:界面效应增加了2次谐波的负反馈,然而,对于基模和3次谐波却有不同的影响.   相似文献

The effect of far-field uniform flow on the morphological evolution of a spherical particle in a supersaturated solution affected by a far-field uniform flow is studied by using the matched asymptotic expansion method. The analytical solution for the interface shape, concentration field, and interface velocity of the particle growth shows that the convection induced by the far-field uniform flow facilitates the growth of the spherical particle, the upstream flow imposed on the particle enhances the growth velocity of the interface when the flow comes in, the downstream flow lowers the growth velocity of the surface when the flow goes out, and the interface morphology evolves into a peach-like shape.  相似文献

The influences of the temperature gradient and toroidal effects on drift-tearing modes have been studied using the Gyrokinetic Toroidal code. After the thermal force term is introduced into the parallel electron force balance equation, the equilibrium temperature gradient can cause a significant increase in the growth rate of the drifttearing mode and a broadening of the mode structure. The simulation results show that the toroidal effects increase the growth rate of the drift-tearing mode, and the contours of the perturbation field "squeeze" toward the stronger field side in the poloidal section. Finally, the hybrid model for fluid electrons and kinetic ions has been studied briefly, and the dispersion relation of the drift-tearing mode under the influence of ion finite Larmor radius effects is obtained. Compared with the dispersion relation under the fluid model, a stabilizing effect of the ion finite Larmor radius is observed.  相似文献

A perturbation method is used to study the stability of the interface between a cylinder formed by the flow of an inviscid liquid dielectric and air in the presence of an external electrostatic field produced by coaxial electrodes. The field is perpendicular to the interface. The outer electrode is at a potential V0 and the inner electrode is grounded. An equation is found for the neutral-equilibrium curve, and the threshhold values of V0, i.e., those at which the surface becomes unstable, are calculated for the case in which the outer radius of the stream is twice the inner radius.Translated from Izvestiya VUZ.
