本文利用行波约化方法,研究了用于描述飞秒光脉冲传输的高阶非线性薛定谔方程,得到了它的包络型Jacobian椭圆函数双周期解和孤波解.分析结果表明亮孤子的存在依赖于负三阶色散效应,暗孤子的存在依赖于正三阶色散效应. 相似文献

本文利用三维经典系综模型研究了低强度周期量级脉冲驱动排列分子的非次序双电离. 结果表明, 电子对的关联特性强烈地依赖于分子的排列方向和激光脉冲的载波包络相位; 垂直分子反关联电子对的比例总是高于平行分子反关联电子对的比例; 当载波包络相位从0到π 逐渐增加时, 反关联电子对的数目先增加再减少; 对于平行分子, 电子对的释放总是以正关联为主; 而垂直分子的主导关联模式则依赖于激光脉冲的载波包络相位, 当载波包络相位为0.3π-0.7π之间时, 电子对以反关联释放为主, 其他相位下以正关联为主. 本文利用分子势能曲线和电子返回能量很好地解释了电子关联特性对分子排列方向和载波包络相位的依赖关系. 相似文献

利用光参量放大过程输出的闲置光载波-包络相位(CEP)被动稳定的特点,搭建了三级光参量放大(OPA)系统,获得了CEP稳定的近红外高能量超短激光脉冲(1.4 mJ/40 fs/1 kHz @ 1.8 μm),其CEP抖动为516 mrad(rms).经空心光纤展宽光谱和块体材料补偿色散,激光脉宽最终可被压缩至小于两个光学周期(<12 fs),脉冲能量达到0.54 mJ.该系统为单个阿秒脉冲的产生和其他高次谐波实验提供了优质的光源.

相位共轭技术能够同时且高效地补偿二阶色散及非线性效应,且该技术同信号比特率、调制方式无关,是最有前景的色散补偿技术之一。理论分析了在高阶色散作用下,超短高斯脉冲信号在中距相位共轭通信系统中的传输演化特性,数值模拟了在二阶、三阶和四阶色散作用下,飞秒高斯脉冲信号在基于中距相位共轭技术的光纤色散管理链中的动态传输过程。结果表明,相位共轭技术和高阶色散管理相结合,不仅可以补偿和复原包括奇数阶和偶数阶色散在内的全部色散和非线性所引入的信号失真和畸变,而且能够减弱时分复用系统中脉冲之间的相互作用,使得信号在传输一个周期后恢复波形,从而提高了相位共轭系统对失真信号的补偿性能。 相似文献

基于单个BBO非线性晶体,利用非共线光参量放大技术,研究了载波包络相位稳定的高效率可调谐近红外脉冲产生.以载波包络相位稳定的飞秒激光放大系统产生的白光作为种子光,注入一个二类匹配的二级光参量放大器,在1350 nm波段获得抽运-信号光34%的转换效率.利用f—2f光谱相干测量技术,放大脉冲载波包络相位的抖动30 min内小于137 mrad.该方法提供了一种简单高效的载波包络相位稳定的红外脉冲产生技术. 相似文献

在远离光子晶体光纤零色散波长的正常色散区入射飞秒脉冲,实验产生了一对由四波混频引起的信号波带和闲频波带,及一对由脉冲内拉曼散射和非孤子辐射引起的孤子和色散波带,并观察到功率饱和现象.利用有限元法理论模拟了光纤的色散和非线性特性,用四波混频的相位匹配条件模拟了光纤在满足相位匹配条件下所产生的信号波带和闲频波带出现的可能位置,并与实验结果符合得很好.结果表明:即使在光子晶体光纤的正常色散区抽运激光脉冲亦可以产生四波混频和孤子效应;研究发现四波混频的产生是由四阶色散参量引起的;并进一步从理论上解释了孤子及色散波的产生原因. 相似文献

A way of soliton self-formation upon propagation of femtosecond light pulses through an optical fiber with a cubic nonlinearity is described with allowance for the dispersion of the nonlinear response of the medium. For soliton formation to occur, a low-frequency phase modulation of the initial pulse is necessary. Several solitons formed in this way differ in both maximal intensities and group velocities. We theoretically investigate carrier-envelope phase dependence of few-cycle ultrashort laser pulse propagation in a polar molecule medium. Our results show that a soliton pulse can be generated during the two-photon resonant propagation of few-cycle pulse in the polar molecule medium. Moreover, the main features of the soliton pulse, such as pulse duration and intensity, depend crucially on the carrier-envelope phase of the incident pulse, which could be utilized to determine the carrier-envelope phase of a few-cycle ultrashort laser pulse from a mode-locked oscillator. 相似文献

We numerically and experimentally report the observation of slow-light spatial solitons in a Kerr medium owing to light amplification by stimulated Raman scattering. This was achieved in a CS2 nonlinear planar waveguide that possesses both a strong self-focusing nonlinearity to generate the spatial Raman soliton and a Raman susceptibility sharp enough to induce the slow-light process simultaneously. We show that the Raman Stokes component is optically delayed by more than 120 ps for a 140 ps Raman pulse duration and only 3 cm of propagation length, while propagating as a spatial soliton beam. 相似文献

We model the propagation of femtosecond pulses through optical fibres by a nonlinear Schrödinger (NLS) equation involving a perturbing term arising due to third-order dispersion in the medium. The perturbative effect of this higher-order dispersion causes the usual NLS soliton to emit a radiation field. As a result, the given initial pulse propagating through the fibre exhibits nonsolitonic behaviour. We make use of a variational method to demonstrate how an initial pulse by the interaction with the emitted radiation can evolve into a soliton. We also demonstrate that the effect of interaction between the initial pulse and radiation field can be accounted for by including, in the evolution equation, terms associated with self-steepening and stimulated Raman scattering that characterize the optical medium. 相似文献

Frequency-resolved optical gating is used to characterize the propagation of intense femtosecond pulses in a nonlinear, dispersive medium. The combined effects of diffraction, normal dispersion, and cubic nonlinearity lead to pulse splitting. The role of the phase of the input pulse is studied. 可调谐中红外飞秒光纤激光器具有非常普遍的应用,从而引起了人们的广泛关注。目前,非线性光纤中的拉曼孤子自频移效应是实现大范围可调谐飞秒脉冲激光的理想方法之一。然而,非线性光纤中其他高阶非线性效应的产生通常会限制拉曼孤子脉冲的能量提升。本文提出了利用有源掺杂光纤作为非线性介质和增益介质实现可调谐大能量中红外飞秒激光脉冲的方法。在理论上研究了有源掺杂非线性光纤中高阶孤子劈裂和孤子自频移效应的产生,以及线性增益对波长移动拉曼孤子能量、脉宽、光谱的影响。结果表明,通过为波长红移的低能量拉曼孤子提供线性增益,孤子脉冲的能量得到了显著提升且保持了其单脉冲特性,脉冲宽度为45 fs,且孤子脉冲的波长可通过所提供的增益进行大范围调谐。因此,利用有源掺杂光纤作为非线性介质是实现大能量可调谐中红外飞秒脉冲激光的一种有效方法。 相似文献

Measurement of Carrier-Envelope Phase and Field Strength of a Few-Cycle Pulse by Non-sequential Double Ionization 下载免费PDF全文
We propose a method to measure the carrier-envelop phase (CEP) and the intensity of a few-cycle pulse by controlling the non-sequentiai double ionization (NSDI) process. By using an additional static electric field, we can change the momentum distribution of the double-charged ions parallel to the laser polarization from an asymmetrical double-hump structure to a nearly symmetrical one. It is found that the ratio between the strength of the static electric field and that of the laser field is sensitive to the CEP but robust against the intensity fluctuation. Therefore we can determine the OEP of a few-cycle pulse precisely by measuring the static electric field. Fhrthermore, if the CEP of the few-cycle pulse is fixed at a certain value, we can also calibrate the intensity of the laser pulse by the static electric field. 相似文献

We consider the process of generation of difference frequency in a GaAs crystal with periodic domain structure during propagation of a few-cycle laser pulse in the crystal in the regime of weakly expressed chromatic dispersion. Method of lines is used to obtain numerical solution to the system of coupled nonlinear differential equations in partial derivatives describing the evolution of the electric field of a few-cycle laser pulse in GaAs crystal both with periodic and aperiodic domain structure. It is shown that employing GaAs crystal with domain structure allows controlling the instantaneous frequency of broadband pulse radiation at difference frequency. 相似文献
