提出了一种研究声表面波在压电晶体厚金属栅阵中传播特性的理论方法。将有限元和声表面波在周期栅阵中的变分原理分析方法相结合,在陈东培和H.A.Haus理论基础上、用有限元分析金属短路栅对声表面波传输特性的影响,将力学负载贡献的耦合模参数用有限元矩阵表示,使其适用于声表面波在厚金属或任意形状栅条中传输情况,给出了具体理论分析方法和相应的理论表达式。最后,具体研究了几种压电晶体上金、铝或银栅阵中声表面波的传输特性,通过数值计算给出了声表面波的耦合模参数。   相似文献

Experimental observations of the subharmonic and ultraharmonic acoustic waves in water-saturated sandy sediment are reported in this paper. Acoustic pressures of both nonlinear acoustic waves strongly depend on the driving acoustic pressure at a transducer. The first ultraharmonic wave reaches a saturation value as the driving acoustic pressure increases. The acoustic pressure levels of both nonlinear acoustic waves exhibit some fluctuations in comparison with that of the primary acoustic wave as the receiving distance of hydrophone increases in sediment. The subharmonic and the ultraharmonic phenomena in this study show close resemblance to those produced in bubbly water.  相似文献

Relations between the amplitudes of acoustic waves excited by a thin elastic plate under the effect of external forces and the amplitudes of waves scattered by this plate are obtained. Two cases are considered: when the plate separates acoustic media filling two half-spaces and when it separates acoustic media filling an acoustic waveguide. The energy conservation law is used to derive the identities that determine the relations between the amplitudes of acoustic waves radiated by a thin elastic plate under the action of forces.  相似文献

针对一维非线性声波的传播问题进行了有限元仿真和实验研究. 首先推导了一维非线性声波方程的有限元形式, 含有高阶矩阵的非线性项导致声波具有波形畸变、谐波滋生、基频信号能量向高次谐波传递等非线性特性. 编制有限元程序对一维非线性声波进行了计算并对仿真得到的畸变非线性声波信号进行处理, 分析其传播性质和物理意义. 为验证有限元计算结果, 开展了水中的非线性声波传播的实验研究, 得到了不同输入信号幅度激励下和不同传播距离的畸变非线性声波信号. 然后对基波和二次谐波的传播性质进行详细讨论, 分析了二次谐波幅度与传播距离和输入信号幅度的变化关系及其意义, 拟合出二次谐波幅度随传播距离变化的方程并阐述了拟合方程的物理意义. 结果表明, 数值仿真信号及其频谱均与实验结果有较好的一致性, 证实计算方法和结果的正确性, 并提出了具有一定物理意义的二次谐波随传播距离变化的简单数学关系. 最后还对固体中的非线性声波传播性质进行了初步探讨. 本研究工作可为流体介质中的非线性声传播问题提供理论和实验依据.  相似文献

We investigate a new underwater omnidirectional absorber with acoustic black hole effect to realize a broadband omnidirectional acoustic wave absorption. Based on multiple scattering theory, a two-dimensional axisymmetric model of underwater omnidirectional absorber comprised of an acoustic gradient refractive index structure and a hollow core is developed, and the mechanisms of omnidirectional absorption and dissipation of acoustic waves are studied. The numerical results indicate that the omnidirectional absorber developed here can achieve the omnidirectional absorption of incident acoustic waves in a broadband frequency and can effectively reduce the backscattering of acoustic waves. It potentially provides a new notion for underwater acoustic coating design.  相似文献

<正>The property of acoustic guided waves generated in a fluid-filled borehole surrounded by a non-Newtonian (Maxwell) fluid-saturated porous formation with a permeable wall is investigated.The influence of non-Newtonian effects on acoustic guided waves such as Stoneley waves,pseudo-Rayleigh waves,flexural waves,and screw waves propagations in a fluid-filled borehole is demonstrated based on the generalized Biot-Tsiklauri model by calculating their velocity dispersion and attenuation coefficients.The corresponding acoustic waveforms illustrate their properties in time domain.The results are also compared with those based on generalized Biot's theory.The results show that the influence of non-Newtonian effect on acoustic guided wave,especially on the attenuation coefficient of guided wave propagation in borehole is noticeable.  相似文献

The similarity between acoustic waves in an inhomogeneous medium and water surface waves with variable water depth is established. The two systems are analogous if they both are characterized by the same index of refraction field. Based on this analogy, acoustic refraction problems are treated by utilizing a surface wave simulation achieved with a water wave tank. Experimental results obtained from the wave tank for various situations are used to deduce the behavior of the corresponding acoustic systems. It is concluded that there are two major advantages in employing a water wave tank. The first is that the entire wavefront configuration can visually be observed; the second is that water surface waves can be investigated in the laboratory much more readily and more economically than acoustic waves.  相似文献

Experimentally obtained visualizations of propagating inhomogeneous acoustic waves driven by zero-order antisymmetric Lamb waves (flexural waves) in water are presented. The inhomogeneous waves are visualized by optical holographic interferometry. A series of photographs show the evolution in time of instantaneous acoustic pressure distributions associated with propagating inhomogeneous waves. The photographs reveal characteristic features of flexurally driven inhomogeneous waves such as transversely attenuated wavefronts oriented perpendicularly to the plate boundary and a phase propagation velocity along the boundary approximately equal to the plate wave velocity (250 meters/second). Effects due to the dispersive nature of the flexural plate waves are also noted in the photographic series. Features distinguishing these subsonic, inhomogeneous surface waves (also called trapped or evanescent waves) from the leaky, lateral or head wave and also from incompressible fluid motions associated with low frequency vibrations of fluid loaded plates are identified. The relevance of inhomogeneous acoustic waves driven by subsonic flexural waves to practical sound-structure interaction problems is discussed.  相似文献

The propagation of terahertz waves in a dust acoustic wave is investigated numerically. By assuming a sinus profile of the dust number density in the dust acoustic waves, the transmission properties are calculated using finite difference time domain method. It shows that the dust acoustic wave can function similarly as a Bragg filter to block the terahertz waves of a certain wavelength. The bandwidth of the filter depends on the density profile of the dust acoustic wave.  相似文献

The use of finite difference schemes to compute the scattering of acoustic waves by surfaces made up of different materials with sharp surface discontinuities at the joints would, invariably, result in the generations of spurious reflected waves of numerical origin. Spurious scattered waves are produced even if a high-order scheme capable of resolving and supporting the propagation of the incident wave is used. This problem is of practical importance in jet engine duct acoustic computation. In this work, the basic reason for the generation of spurious numerical waves is first examined. It is known that when the governing partial differential equations of acoustics are discretized, one should only use the long waves of the computational scheme to represent or simulate the physical waves. The short waves of the computational scheme have entirely different propagation characteristics. They are the spurious numerical waves. A method by which high wave number components (short waves) in the wave scattering process is intentionally removed so as to minimize the scattering of spurious numerical waves is proposed. This method is implemented in several examples from computational aeroacoustics to illustrate its effectiveness, accuracy and efficiency. This method is also employed to compute the scattering of acoustic waves by scatterers, such as rigid wall acoustic liner splices, with width smaller than the computational mesh size. Good results are obtained when comparing with computed results using much smaller mesh size. The method is further extended for applications to computations of acoustic wave reflection and scattering by very small surface inhomogeneities with simple geometries.  相似文献

Coupled slow waves, slow acoustic waves, and electromagnetic waves are simultaneously achieved based on a piezoelectric material, in which a line defect is created within a honeycomb lattice array of cylindrical holes etched in a LiNbO_3 slab. Finite element simulations in frequency domain and time domain demonstrate that a highly localized slow mode is obtained in the defect. Owing to the piezoelectricity of LiNbO_3, acoustic and electromagnetic waves are coupled with each other and transmit along the line defect. Therefore, in addition to a slow acoustic wave, an electromagnetic wave with a group velocity even lower than conventional acoustic waves is achieved.  相似文献

A point source-point receiver technique, based on laser generation and laser detection of acoustic waves, allows determination of mechanical properties of an anisotropic cylinder. The nature of the material and the geometry of the sample give a dispersive behaviour to the diffracted waves and make the acoustic signature difficult to interpret. To overpass the intricacies, wave fronts (conical waves in the volume and helical waves on the surface) are synthesized from signals provided by scanning the primitive line of the cylinder with a laser point source. In order to distinguish between direct bulk conical waves and other contributions in the acoustic response, some considerations on line surface waves and on reflected bulk conical waves are supplied. The identification of the stiffness tensor components, based on the inversion of the bulk waves phase velocities, is applied to signals simulated for a composite material.  相似文献

The process of the excitation and propagation of pseudosurface acoustic waves in crystals of the langasite family is studied via X-ray diffractometry for the first time. The investigations are carried out using the BESSY II synchrotron radiation source in the double-crystal X-ray diffractometer scheme. The process of pseudosurface acoustic wave propagation is studied based on an analysis of the diffraction spectra of acoustically modulated crystals. Both the velocities of the pseudosurface acoustic waves and the power flow angles of the acoustic energy are measured for the first time. The pseudosurface acoustic wave is shown to be flowing. Surface and pseudosurface acoustic waves generated by an interdigital transducer in the Z cut of a La3Ga5.5Ta0.5O14 crystal are compared.  相似文献

Shear horizontal surface acoustic waves do not exist on the flat surface of a semi-infinite elastic medium. It has been shown by several authors recently that such waves can exist on a periodically corrugated, planar surface. We show here on the basis of the Rayleigh method that shear horizontal surface acoustic waves exist on a randomly rough planar surface of an isotropic elastic medium. These waves are only weakly localized to the surface and they have a lifetime that is long due to their roughness-induced scattering into other surface acoustic waves and into bulk waves.  相似文献

The excitation and propagation of the acoustic waves in an elastic cylinder are studied by laser ultrasonics both theoretically and experimentally. The theoretical analysis of the two-dimensional acoustic field excited by a pulsed laser line source impacting on the generatrix of an elastic cylinder is presented. The dispersive properties for both cylindrical Rayleigh wave and the higher modes--whispering gallery (WG) modes are analyzed in detail. The numerical transient displacement waveforms for a detecting point located another terminal of the cylinder diameter opposite the source are calculated. The experimental excitation and detection of the acoustic waves in an aluminum cylinder are carried out on a laser ultrasonic system, which mainly consists of a Q-switched Nd:YAG laser and a laser interferometer. The wave components of bulk waves and surface waves (cylindrical Rayleigh waves and WG modes) are analyzed by comparing the numerical and experimental waveforms. A methodology is presented which allows to determine the coefficients of transmission and reflection of plane acoustic waves at flow discontinuities in piping systems by combining large eddy simulation (LES) of turbulent compressible flows with system identification. The method works as follows. At first, an LES with external, broadband excitation of acoustic waves is carried out. Time series of acoustic data are extracted from the computed flow field and analyzed with system identification techniques in order to determine the acoustic scattering coefficients for a range of frequencies. The combination of broadband excitation with highly parallelized LES makes the overall approach quite efficient, despite the difficulties associated with simulation of low-Mach number compressible flows. The method is very general, here it is applied to study the scattering behavior of acoustic waves at a sudden change in cross-section in a duct system. The complex aero-acoustic interactions between acoustic waves and free shear layers are captured in detail by high resolution compressible LES, such that the scattering coefficients can be determined accurately from first principles. In order to demonstrate the reliability and accuracy of the method, the results for the scattering behavior and the acoustic impedance are presented and physically interpreted in combination with several analytical models and experimental data.  相似文献

Second-order nonlinear optical diffraction by standing acoustic waves in a crystalline plate is theoretically investigated. A detailed analysis of the polarization state of the second-harmonic light diffracted by both longitudinal and transversal acoustic waves is carried out. It is shown that longitudinal standing acoustic waves only allow p-polarized nonlinear optical diffraction, irrespective of the incoming state of polarization, whereas transversal standing acoustic waves allow all possible combinations of incoming and diffracted polarization states. Numerical estimates of the relative intensities of nonlinearly diffracted radiation peaks are made for a GaAs plate.  相似文献

进行了空气耦合超声声场测量的实验研究。使用激光多普勒测振仪测量由声波引起的激光路径上的介质折射率变化,进而得到空气和固体材料内部的时域瞬态声压。通过直接测量空耦换能器的辐射声功率,给出对单个空耦换能器灵敏度的直接评价方法。用空耦换能器激励K9玻璃板的漏兰姆波,观测到空气中的直达波和反射波、固体板内和空气中的漏兰姆波,实现了空气和固体中微弱声波的非侵入式实验测量,为空耦换能器的特性评估和空耦检测系统的声场测量提供了实验方法。  相似文献
