通过测定尿硒、尿羟脯氨酸含量,研究了大骨节病活跃严重病区和邻近非病区儿童尿硒含量和尿羟脯氨酸含量的变化及其相关性。结果表明,大骨节病活跃严重病区儿童尿硒含量和尿羟脯氨酸含量均明显低于邻近非病区组(P〈0.01),处于病区中较低水平。两组的尿硒含量与尿羟脯氨酸含量均显著正相关(r=0.582,P〈0.01,r=0.383,P〈0.05)。这些结果提示,体硒水平产是影响尿羟脯氨酸排泄量的原因之一,大骨  相似文献

对比测定了低硒克山病病区和非病区居民的红细胞免疫功能、血清红细胞免疫粘附调节因子和血硒含量。结果表明,低硒病区和非病区居民红细胞C3bR花环率和血硒水平显著低于对照非病区,而血清红细胞免疫粘附花环抑制率显著高于对照非病区;3组居民的红细胞免疫复合物花环率和血清红细胞免疫粘附花环促进率无明显差异;低硒病区和非病区居民上述各参数值均相似。研究说明,克山病病区居民红细胞免疫功能低下和血清红细胞免疫粘附抑  相似文献

1973 ̄1990年对陕西省黄陵县店头病区克山病消长与人体硒水平进行了动态观察。观察期间,急型(含急型和亚急型)、慢型和潜在型克山病发病率逐年下降,潜在型病情恶化率亦下降趋势;病区人群头发硒含量逐年上升,病情与发硒含量呈显著负相关。病区人群头发硒含量提高至非病区农村水平后,慢型和潜在型仍有新发病。  相似文献

对潜在型克山病和大骨节病患者的红细胞免疫功能、血清红细胞免疫粘附调节因子和全血硒含量进行了检测。结果表明:克山病和大骨节病患者的红细胞C3b受体花环率和全血硒含量均明显低于非病区居民,血清红细胞免疫粘附抑制率均高于非病区居民,免疫复合物花环率和血清红细胞免疫粘附促进率与非病区居民无明显差异;但两病患者上述参数之间无明显差异。提示潜在型克山病和大骨节病患者红细胞免疫功能低下,可能均与低硒状态和血清红  相似文献

对比研究了克山病病区和非病区儿童的硒状态,血浆血栓素和前列环素水平,血小板血栓素形成、聚集性和超微结构,发现:1.全血和红细胞硒水平低的病医儿童血小板谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性也显著低于非病区;2.病区儿童血浆血栓素显著高于非病区,而前列环素却无显著差异;3.用花生四烯酸刺激血小板时,病区儿童血小板聚集反应和血栓素形成均显著高于非病区;4.血栓素与聚集性基显著正相关,两者分别与全血或红细胞硒水平呈明显负相关;5.病区儿童血小板形态明显异常,出现变形和团聚血小板,α-颗粒显著减少,结果提示病区儿童血小板处于活化状态,可能是克山病发病的一个危险因素。  相似文献

测定了陕西彬县大骨节病区、克山病存区,云南牟定单纯克山病区、陕西安康“高硒”大骨节病区及四川南部低硒无病区人血硒、维生素C及磷含量。结果表明,以低硒为中心的代谢紊乱是克山病、大骨节病区人群共同具有的基本生化特征,低硒仍是两病发病的重要因素;病区人群缺硒的同时伴有维生素C的缺乏或相对缺乏;大骨节病区人群低硒较克册病区人群更加明显,两病区儿童低硒较成人更加明显。  相似文献

应用低硒大骨节病区粮,病区粮加硒和非病区粮饲料喂养大鼠,测定大鼠血清以及心、肝组织中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性和肝组织中脂质过氧化物(TBA)含量,观察低硒大骨节病区粮对大鼠体内脂质代谢的影响,结果表明,病区粮组肝组织TBA较病区粮加硒组与非病区粮组显著升高,病区粮加硒组与非病区粮组肝TBA含量无显著性差异,SOD活性变化不明显,这些说明大鼠体内脂质代谢紊乱似与低硒有关,加硒可改善这种代谢。  相似文献

Updated estimates of the selenomethionine content of four NIST wheat reference materials have been obtained by use of a revised gas chromatography–stable-isotope dilution mass spectrometric method. The revised method makes use of digestion with methanesulfonic acid, which enables more complete recovery of endogenous selenomethionine than was previously achieved by overnight denaturing treatment in 0.1 mol L−1 HCl. The NIST wheat reference materials each contain approximately 55% of their total Se content as selenomethionine. Information about forms of Se in reference materials adds value to these materials in Se speciation studies. Estimates of selenomethionine content are also provided for other wheat samples, including several grown under conditions of exposure to high Se levels. These samples also contain approximately 55% of their total Se content as selenomethionine. The consistent level of 55% of total selenium occurring in the form of selenomethionine when the total selenium content varies by a factor of 500 is suggestive of an active mechanism of incorporation of selenium into wheat grain. The homogeneity of four reference materials was evaluated for Se by cyclic instrumental neutron activation analysis (CINAA). The relative standard deviation for Se measurements at ppb levels by CINAA was <12% for NIST Wheat Flour (SRM 1567) in 5–10 mg samples, while it was <11% for Chinese Hair (HH–CH-1), <13% for IAEA Animal Muscle (H-4) and 25% for IAEA Animal Blood (A-13) in 50 mg samples. The highest relative subsampling uncertainties were observed in the mass range of samples 50 mg for Chinese Hair, 100 mg for Wheat Flour and Animal Muscle and 300 mg for Animal Blood. The results of a one-way analysis of variance indicate that all reference materials above these mass ranges are adequately homogeneous with respect to Se distribution. Our data suggest that these materials, except Animal Blood, can be used as reference standards for Se in Quality assurance programs well below the sample masses re commended by the issuing agencies.  相似文献

In the Nawanshahr–Hoshiarpur region of Punjab, India, more than 1000 hectares of agricultural land is significantly affected by high levels of selenium (Se). Studies were carried out to examine Se levels in soil and crops such as wheat grains, wheat husk, rice, maize and mustard using neutron activation analysis. The Se concentrations in soil and crop products were found to be ranging from 2.7 to 6.5 mg kg−1 and 13 to 670 mg kg−1, respectively, indicating significantly high selenium in these crop products. 19 elements, such as Ca, Mg, Fe, Se, Cu, Zn, etc., in hair of 65 patients with chronic bronchitis, pulmonary emphysema and cor-pulmonale diseases and 65 healthy people have been investigated by instrumental neutron activation analysis. The results show that the contents of Ca and Mg are lower and Fe, As and Co are higher in the hair of patients than in healthy persons. The contents of Ca and Mg are lower and Fe is higher in the hair of patients during attack periods of chronic bronchitis than in relaxed periods. The differences are significant (P<0.05–0.01). The content of Ca is closely related to that of Mg in hair (P<0.01). The contents of inorganic elements in the Chinese medicine cough and asthma capsule used to treat chronic bronchitis have been determined. The results show that the contents of elements Ca, Mg, Sr, etc., are higher in this medicine than the average amounts of these elements in 120 other Chinese medicines.  相似文献

给克山病病区粮喂养6周的大鼠补充富硒小麦或富硒玉米,观察了大鼠血硒和血CSH-Px活性的变化。结果显示,补充富硒小麦和富硒玉米均可有效地升高大鼠血浆硒、红细胞硒和红细胞GSP-Px活性,且两种形式硒的作用效果相同;停止补硒后,补充富硒小麦组大鼠的红细胞和红细胞GSH-Px活性均显著高于补充富硒玉米组大鼠。表明给大鼠补充富硒小麦较补充富硒玉米好。  相似文献
