Crosslinked and non-crosslinked polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) films [RX-PTFE and V-PTFE films, respectively], were irradiated in air at room temperature using γ-rays from a 60Co source. The irradiated films were grafted with styrene in liquid phase. The grafting of styrene into PTFE films was proved by FT-IR spectroscopy. The influence of the reaction temperature and pre-irradiation doses on the resulted degree of grafting was discussed. The grafting speed and the degree of grafting were determined by the reaction temperature and pre-irradiation doses. The apparent activation energies were calculated as 39.7 kJ/mol for RX-PTFE films and 59.5 kJ/mol for V-PTFE films. The dependence index on absorbed doses at pre-irradiation for RX-PTFE films is 0.66, and for V-PTFE films it is 1.57. The geometric size changes of the grafted films were measured and discussed. Interestingly, the thickness of the grafted films was strongly influenced by the reaction temperature. The tensile strength and the elongation at break of the non-grafted and grafted RX-PTFE and V-PTFE films were measured. The grafted films then are sulfonated by chlorosulfonic acid for polymer electrolyte fuel cell (PEFC) applications and the highest IEC value gained is over 3. In the present work, silver nanoparticles were in situ-generated in cellulose matrix using Ocimum sanctum leaf extract as a reducing agent. Regenerated wet cellulose films were first immersed in O. sanctum leaf extract and then it was allowed to diffuse into the films. The leaf extract–diffused wet films were dipped in different concentrated aq.AgNO3 solutions. The leaf extract inside the wet films reduced AgNO3 into nanosilver. The dry composite films were black in color. Some of the nanoparticles were also formed outside the film in the solution. The nanoparticles were viewed by transmission electron microscopy and scanning electronic microscopy techniques. The composite films showed good antibacterial activity. The cellulose, matrix, and the composite films were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, and thermogravimetric analysis techniques. The tensile properties of the composite films were higher than those of the matrix. These biodegradable films can be used for packaging and medical purposes.  相似文献

用溶胶凝胶法制备纳米TiO2改性再生蚕丝丝素蛋白膜.该丝素膜机械强度提高,在水中溶失率下降.UV、AFM、SEM测试的结果表明,丝素中纳米TiO2粒径约为80 nm,纳米粒子在丝素膜中分布均匀;XRD、FTIR测试结果表明,纳米TiO2的加入,可使改性丝素膜的结晶结构从SilkⅠ向SilkⅡ转化,其结晶度也随之提高;TGA测试表明改性丝素膜的热转变温度比纯丝素膜有所改变.  相似文献

The properties of gelatin–polyvinyl alcohol (G–PVA) blend films were improved by methyl methacrylate (MMA) and γ irradiation for a practical viewpoint. The films were prepared by the casting method, modified by glycerol and MMA monomer, and their mechanical properties were also studied. The gelatin-based films were successfully prepared using γ irradiation (3.1 kGy) and gelatin: PVA = 97:3 (w/w) as optimized. Tensile properties of the films were studied and thermal properties of the films were characterized by thermogravimetric analysis and dynamic mechanical analysis pointed out that MMA treated both gelatin films, and G–PVA blend films showed less thermal degradation than untreated films. In addition, structural and morphological features of the gelatin-based films were examined by Fourier transform infrared and scanning electron microscopy, respectively. The ultimate results of the present study showed remarkable enhancement in tensile properties (> 40%) and a reduction in elongation at break of the films, thanks to the MMA addition and γ irradiation.  相似文献

Transparent films of titania/poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) hybrids were prepared by the solvent evaporation from the precursor solution prepared by the co-hydrolysis and co-condensation of titanium tetraisopropoxide and a methoxy-functionalized PDMS. The hybrid films were flexible and had high homogeneity of the composition. The organic groups of PDMS were decomposed at 400°C in air to form porous films. Though the heated films were rather brittle compared to the as-synthesized films, they were still transparent and homogeneous. The BET surface areas of the films after the heat treatment at 400°C were over 300 m2/g, while the as-synthesized hybrid films were non porous. According to the BDDT classification, the nitrogen adsorption/desorption isotherms of the calcined films were Type I, showing that the films were microporous. The titania domains were still amorphous after the heat treatment at 400°C and transformed to anatase after the heat treatment at 1,000°C.  相似文献

以聚酰亚胺薄膜为原料,经炭化形成碳膜;进而在碳膜表面制备了类金刚石碳(DLC)薄膜,研究了制备条件对碳膜导电性能的影响.采用扫描电镜分析了薄膜的表面形貌和微观结构;采用X射线衍射仪分析了薄膜的晶体结构.结果表明,DLC薄膜的电阻率随着沉积时间的延长先减小后增加;当沉积时间达到3 h时,相应DLC薄膜的电阻率达到最小值5.66×10-5Ω.m.  相似文献

Collagen films are widely used as adhesives in medicine and cosmetology. However, its properties require modification. In this work, the influence of salicin on the properties of collagen solution and films was studied. Collagen was extracted from silver carp skin. The rheological properties of collagen solutions with and without salicin were characterized by steady shear tests. Thin collagen films were prepared by solvent evaporation. The structure of films was researched using infrared spectroscopy. The surface properties of films were investigated using Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM). Mechanical properties were measured as well. It was found that the addition of salicin modified the roughness of collagen films and their mechanical and rheological properties. The above-mentioned parameters are very important in potential applications of collagen films containing salicin.  相似文献

以氢气稀释的硅烷(SiH4)和硼烷(B2H6)为气源,利用等离子体增强化学气相沉积法(PECVD)制备出p型a-Si薄膜.采用铝诱导晶化技术对不同厚度的铝膜对a-Si薄膜晶化的影响进行了研究.实验中发现,铝膜溅射为10 s的非晶硅薄膜样品在450℃下退火10 min后,p型a-Si结构仍为非晶态,铝膜溅射为20 s的非晶硅薄膜在450℃下退火20 min后,p型a-Si薄膜开始晶化为poly-Si薄膜,并且铝膜厚度越厚,则a-Si薄膜晶化程度越强.  相似文献

大豆蛋白膜是无污染的包装涂布材料.但目前大豆蛋白膜尚不能取代合成高分子薄膜。其原因是亲水性使得它对水蒸气的阻隔有限,且它的力学性能无法达到要求。将苯乙烯接枝到大豆蛋白上,将有望提高大豆蛋白膜的力学性能。本文采用大豆分离蛋白和苯乙烯合成了接枝共聚物(SPI-g-PSt)。用流涎法分别制成SPI膜和SPI-g-PSt膜,并研究了它们的力学性能。  相似文献

Gelatin was extracted from Alaska pollock (Theragra chalcogramma) and Alaska pink salmon (Oncorhynchus gorbuscha) skins and cast into films. The fish gelatin films’ tensile, thermal, water vapor permeability, oxygen permeability, and biodegradation properties were compared to those of bovine and porcine gelatin films. In addition, fish gelatin films were cross-linked with glutaraldehyde. Pollock and salmon gelatin films had comparable tensile properties, but had lower tensile strength and percent elongation than mammalian gelatin films. The lower strength and elongation might have been due to lower structural gelatin levels present in fish gelatin films. The addition of cross-linkers had little effect on tensile properties and melting temperatures of fish gelatin films. Pollock gelatin films had the lowest water vapor and oxygen permeability values, whereas mammalian gelatin films had the highest permeability values. Cross-linking resulted in lower water vapor permeability for salmon gelatin films and higher oxygen permeability for pollock gelatin films. However, all fish gelatin films had better water vapor and oxygen barrier properties than mammalian gelatin films. Also, fish gelatin films degraded faster than mammalian gelatin films.  相似文献

The effect of storage on physico-chemical properties of non-irradiated natural rubber and radiation vulcanized natural rubber (RVNR) were evaluated. The rubber films were stored under two different conditions, namely in open air and sealed polyethylene bags. The antioxidant, tris(nonylated phenyl) phosphite (TNPP) was used for preventing degradation of RVNR films. Gel content, cross-link density, tensile strength at break and 500% elongation of rubber films were measured. The results show that the retention (%) of tensile properties of rubber films with TNPP is higher than that of rubber films without antioxidants. The rubber films stored in polyethylene bags also show better retention of tensile properties than those of rubber films stored in open air.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法低温制备了具有锐钛矿、板钛矿双晶型的TiO2薄膜. 分别利用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、UV-Vis透光率曲线和原子力显微镜(AFM)等手段对所得TiO2溶胶和薄膜进行了性能表征. 采用光催化降解罗丹明B水溶液评价TiO2薄膜的光催化活性. 结果发现, 所得TiO2薄膜具有较高的透明度和光催化活性. 同时, 考察了溶胶回流温度对所制备TiO2薄膜性能的影响, 发现升高溶胶回流温度可以完善薄膜的晶型, 增大薄膜的粗糙度, 从而提高薄膜的光催化活性. 溶胶回流温度为100 ℃时所制备的TiO2薄膜具有最高的光催化活性.  相似文献

制备了β-萘甲酸十六碳酯的L-B膜。分别用Y型、Z型,以及含有硬脂酸的β-萘甲酸十六碳酯与单纯硬脂酸间隔挂法,将分子膜转移至石英载片上,研究了β-萘甲酸十六碳酯分子膜吸收以及荧光光谱。并与溶液和固态中的荧光光谱作了比较。在氯仿溶液以及在固态,β-萘甲酸十六碳酯只呈现其单体的荧光。然而,在L-B膜中,除了观察到单体的荧光外,还观察到了激发态二聚体以及激基缔合物发射的荧光。通过对β-萘甲酸十六碳酯分子膜进行热和水处理后,发现L-B膜中亲水层的介质环境有所改变,从而造成亲水层中的亲水基团的某些物理和化学性质的改变。根据实验事实,提出了β-萘甲酸十六碳酯二聚体和激基缔合物在L-B膜中形成的机制。  相似文献

Nano-structured SiO2 thin films were prepared on the surface of carbon steel for the first time by LPD. The compositions of the films were analyzed by XPS, and the surface morphology of the thin films were observed by AFM. The thin films were constituted by compact particles of SiO2, and there was no Fe in the films. In the process of film forming, the SiO2 colloid particles were deposited or absorbed directly onto the surface of carbon steel substrates that were activated by acid solution containing inhibitor, and corrosion of the substrates was avoided. The nano-structured SiO2 thin films that were prepared had excellent protective efficiency to the carbon.  相似文献

采用电沉积方法,在不同沉积电位条件下,在氧化锡铟(ITO)导电玻璃上沉积制备了ZnS薄膜,利用XRD、SEM和UV-VIS测试技术对在不同沉积电位所制备薄膜的晶相结构、表面微观形貌和光学性能进行了表征.研究结果表明:沉积电位在1.5 V—1.7 V范围内制备的ZnS薄膜呈非晶态,其可见光透过率从60 %降低到20 %,薄膜的光学带隙约为3.97 eV.在沉积电位为2.0 V条件下所沉积薄膜为ZnS结晶相和金属Zn混合相,薄膜透过率显著降低.  相似文献

报道一种制备不溶性丝素蛋白薄膜的新方法.在温和搅拌下,将丝素溶液浓缩至16%,通过调整干燥温度和干燥速率,直接获得不溶于水的丝素薄膜.薄膜结构通过FTIR-ATR和XRD测定,同时对薄膜的机械性能进行研究.结果表明,丝素薄膜在干燥温度高于60℃时,有充足的β折叠结构存在,机械性能良好.当干燥温度为70℃时,材料的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别为29.8MPa和59.6%,远远强于经过甲醇处理的丝素薄膜的机械性能.当干燥温度高于60℃时,材料在水中具有优异的稳定性.由于在丝素薄膜的制备中避免了甲醇的使用并使材料具有更好的机械性能,此方法制备的丝素薄膜更为安全,应用会更广泛.  相似文献

以丙烯酸全氟烷基乙基酯和甲基丙烯酸甲酯为共聚单体, 分别以用微乳液聚合法和溶液聚合法制备的无规共聚物和用可逆加成-断裂链转移制备的嵌段共聚物作为成膜共聚物, 并以1,1,2-三氟三氯乙烷作为溶剂, 采用溶剂挥发成膜法可以直接制备出超疏水膜, 聚合物膜对水的接触角可达160°. 改变聚合物结构和成膜条件, 探讨了该类超疏水膜的形成机理和影响因素. 发现膜的表面形貌和疏水性与共聚物的组成、结构、分子量以及成膜条件密切相关, 随着共聚物中氟含量的增大, 膜的表面形貌都趋于平滑; 而且, 无规共聚物比嵌段共聚物更易形成粗糙度好的膜; 同时, 较大的聚合物分子量和适宜的高的成膜温度都对形成粗糙结构有利.  相似文献

Based on the sol-gel technique using butyl titanate as oxide precursor, the regenerated SF (silk fibroin)/nano-TiO2 composite films were synthesized. Different amounts of butyl titanate to SF were used to verify this effect on the characteristics of the formed materials. Samples were characterized by thermogravimetric analysis, X-ray diffractometry, UV, AFM and FT-IR spectroscopy.The experimental results reveal that, compared to the pure silk fibroin films, the mechanical strength of these regenerated SF/nano-TiO2 composite films were increased and the dissolubility in water of SF/nano-TiO2 composite films in aqueous solution were decreased. The diameter of nano-TiO2 particle films was about 80nm through UV and AFM. The nano-TiO2 particles were well dispersed in the regenerated silk fibroin. It was found that the crystal structures of the composite films were transited from typical Silk Ⅰ to typical Silk Ⅱ by the XRD and FTIR. Furthermore, the crystallinity of the composite films was obviously improved. Through the TGA, it was demonstrated that the heat transition temperature of composite films was also enhanced.  相似文献
