The title compound was synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The crystal is of monoclinic system(C31H37ClO10,Mr = 605.06),space group P21 with a = 11.882(5),b = 10.106(5),c = 13.816(6),V = 1545.9(12)3,Z = 2,Dc = 1.300 g/cm3,F(000) = 640,μ = 0.179 mm-1,the final R = 0.0430 and wR = 0.0595 for 4960 observed reflections(I > 2σ(I)).The title compound was confirmed to be a β-anomer by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and 1H NMR.The proximal benzene ring is nearly orthogonal to the glucopyranoside ring,and the two benzene rings are also almost orthogonal to each other.Four non-classical intermolecular hydrogen bonds observed in the crystal lattice help to stabilize the crystal.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound (C27H38N4O7S3, Mr = 626.79) has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of triclinic, space group Pīwith a = 9.411(1), b = 11.645(2), c = 14.672(2) (A。), α = 91.80(1), β = 95.36(1), γ =104.56(1)o, V = 1547.0 (A。)3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.346 g/cm3, λ = 0.71073 (A。), μ(MoKα) = 0.289 mm-1 and F(000) = 664. The structure was refined to R = 0.0406 and wR = 0.1177 for 4103 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the title compound is a practically distorted tetrahedron and each molecule contains one lattice H2O by hydrogen bond. The antitumor activity of the title compound against HL-60 human leukemia cells has also been studied by MTT method.  相似文献

The novel crystal of the title compound 2-(((5-(((5,7-dimethyl-[1,2,4]triazolo-[1, 5-a]-pyrimidin-2-yl)thio)methyl)-4-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)thio)methyl)-4H-chromen-4-one methanol solvate(C27H25N7O3S2, Mr = 559.66) has been prepared and its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monocline system, space group P21/c with a = 11.9879(9), b = 14.0743(10), c = 15.9706(11), β = 98.509(2)°, V = 2664.9(3)3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.395 g/cm3, F(000) = 1168, μ = 0.116 mm-1, MoKa radiation(λ = 0.71073), R = 0.0652, and wR = 0.1425 for 5220 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). X-ray diffraction analyses reveal that the molecule adopts a C-shape. The planes of the benzopyrone and triazolopyrimidine were nearly parallel to each other, with a dihedral angle of 1.21(3)°. Intramolecular and intermolecular hydrogen bonds together with π-π interations are found to exist in the structure. The results of MTT assay indicate that the title compound displays excellent antiproliferative activity against two human cancer cell lines.  相似文献

The title compound was synthesized by the reaction of 4-tert-butyl-5-(4-chlorobenzyl)-2-aminothiazole with 2,6-difluorobenzoic acid. The crystal structure of the title compound, C21H19ClF2N2OS, was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group Pbca with a = 12.6479(13), b = 13.1204(13), c = 14.1341(15), Z = 4, V = 2011.5(4)3, Mr = 420.89, Dc = 1.390 g/cm3, S = 1.023, μ = 0.326 mm-1, F(000) = 872, the final R = 0.0365 and wR = 0.0880 for 6101 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)), and R = 0.0507, wR = 0.0978 for 7779 independent reflections. X-ray crystal structure displays that the hydrogen bonding interactions observed link the molecules to form a dimeric unit. The preliminary biological test of the title compound shows good antitumor activity, with IC50 of 0.046 μmol/mL against the Hela cell line.  相似文献

X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the single crystal contains strong non-classical hydrogen bonds. The preliminary bioassay showed that the title compound exhibits inhibitory activity against the Pseudoperoniospora cubensis and Rhizoctonia solani at the test concentration of 200 mg/L.  相似文献

A novel neonicotinoid analogue(C13H19N5O5,3a)had been synthesized,the structure was characterized by elemental analysis,IR and 1H NMR spectra,and the S-(+)-(E)-configuration was confirmed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The crystal belongs to monoclinic,space group P21 with a = 8.7076(17),b = 8.3211(17),c = 10.642(2),β = 92.370(3)o,V = 770.4(3)3,Z = 2,Dc = 1.402 g/cm3,μ = 0.110 mm-1,Mr = 325.33,F(000)= 344,S = 1.027,R = 0.0543 and wR = 0.1229 for 3601 unique reflections with 2919 observed ones(I > 2σ(I)).Compound 3a is stabilized by intramolecular hydrogen bonds and intermolecular force.In addition,the structure of compound 3a was optimized by the B3LYP/6-31G(d,p).DFT/B3LYP optimizations were performed based on X-ray geometries applying 6-31G(d,p)basis set.The optimized structure of compound 3a by the B3LYP/6-31G(d,p)method is more bent than in the crystal.IR spectrum of the solid compound is consistent with the X-ray structure.The HOMO-LUMO gap in 3a(5.3 eV)indicates high kinetic stabilities of compound 3a.The preliminary bioassay test showed that 3a exhibited good activities against Nilaparvata legen,Pseudaletia separate Walker and Aphis medicagini at 500 mg/L.  相似文献

The title compound was synthesized from 3-(2-methylphenyl)-2-thioxo-2,3-dihy- droquinazolin-4(1H)-one (4) which was prepared from 2-methylaniline in two steps. The structure was supported by the spectroscopic data and unambiguously confirmed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies. A new phenoxyacetamide derivative, methyl 2-((4-(2-(2-methylphenoxy)acetyl)piperazin-1-yl)methyl)benzoate(C22H26N2O4, Mr = 382.45), has been synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR, 13 C NMR, H RMS and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 11.145(2), b = 13.667(3), c = 13.998(3)A, β = 112.01(3)o, V = 1976.8(7)A3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.285 g/cm3, F(000) = 816, μ = 0.089 mm-1, MoKα radiation(λ = 0.71073 A), the final R = 0.0602 and wR = 0.1533 for 2343 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). Intramolecular C–H···O interactions as well as intermolecular C–H···O hydrogen bonds help to stabilize the crystal structure. The dihedral angles between the pyridine and triazole, thiazole and triazole, and pyridine and thiazole rings are 69.2(1), 9.2(1) and 72.7(1)°, respectively. Intramolecular C(8)--H(8B)...O(1) and N(5)-H(5A)..-N(4) as well as intermolecular C(5)-H(5)...S(1), C(3)-H(3).,.N(6) and N(5)-H(5A)...N(1) hydrogen bonds together with weak C-H...Ir hydrogen-bonding and π-π stacking interactions contribute to the stability of the structure. X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the title molecule is nearly planar. In the crystal structure, the molecules are linked by strong intermolecular N-H…N hydrogen bonds together with weak nonclassical intermolecular (C-H…Y, Y = N, O and Cl) hydrogen bonds and stacked through π-π interactions. The preliminary bioassay shows that the title compound exhibits good fungicidal activities against Rhizoctonia solani, Botrytis cinerea and Dothiorella gregaria.  相似文献

It crystallizes in a monoclinic system, space group C2/c, with a = 30.6840(1), b = 10.9206(2), c = 17.4967(3) A, β= 111.931(1)°, V = 5438.65(14) A^3, Z = 4, C46H52N6O25S2Tb2, Mr = 1470.90, Dc = 1.796 g/cm^3, p = 2.747 mm^-1, F(000) = 2928, the final R = 0.0654 and wR = 0.1322 for 3806 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). In the neutral [Tb(SIP)(H2O)5]2 motif, the Tb(III) ions are linked by the SIP ligands to form a one-dimensional zigzag chain propagating along the c axis. The zigzag chains are linked together by hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions to form a two-dimensional supramolecular framework. The uncoordinated bpy molecules act as pillars to extend the two-dimensional sheets into a distinctive pillared three-dimensional supramolecular structure through O-H...N hydrogen bonds. The photoluminescence of the complex was investigated at room temperature in the solid state.  相似文献

It is a neutral complex. The distorted tetrahedral geometry of cadmium ion is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms of ligand and two chloride ions.
