内腔自适应光学系统校正激光器畸变 总被引:3,自引:1,他引:3
固体激光器中,增益介质由于热沉积产生的热畸变严重影响了激光器的稳定性、输出功率和光束质量。研究了一种内腔自适应光学系统校正激光器腔内畸变的方法,利用微机电变形反射镜作为固体激光器的内腔全反射镜,通过控制变形镜的面型改善激光器输出光束的模式及功率。从腔外引入的一束信标光通过激光器内腔后反射出腔外,用波前探测器可测得激光器工作时腔内畸变对此信标光的影响,并通过搭建的自适应光学系统平台可闭环校正此畸变。实验结果表明,闭环校正后,激光器的输出功率提高了近3倍,且激光光束质量得到了明显的改善。 相似文献

空间光束在增益介质中相互干涉,产生空间烧孔现象,形成增益光栅。通过四波混频作用形成的增益光栅具有自适应性、自调Q性和空间滤波能力,能够得到全息的共轭输出。但其都起始于腔内的自发辐射,自发辐射容易受到抽运的影响,而且带宽很宽,导致输出的频率会有一定的波动。实验可知,在基于增益光栅的自启动单频调Q激光器中,采用外部注入单频窄线宽的种子源引导形成增益光栅,可获得锁定在种子光频谱范围内的稳定的单频调Q脉冲输出。对比实验发现,在相同的观察时间内,注入种子源输出的频谱稳定程度远高于自启动输出的频谱稳定程度。这一现象也证明了通过外部种子注入形成光栅,利用增益光栅的自适应性能够得到稳频输出。 相似文献

本文假设注入环形腔激光器的信号的横向场分布为TEM_(10)模.利用平均场近似方法得到了单横模共振时的定态方程,并进行了线性稳定性分析.结果表明,对优质腔来说,与Lugiato等讨论的注入信号为平面波光束及高斯光束(TEM_(00)模)的情况不同,注入光场横向分布具有TEM_(10)模的横式时,环形激光器的输出呈现双稳性. 相似文献

基于空间模式的干涉,tilt-locking技术为稳定激光频率或锁定光学谐振腔提供了一种灵活便捷的方法。在本文中,对tilt-locking技术进行了修改并进行了实验演示。该方法使用非谐振的一阶空间模式TEM_(01)模作为相位参考,并利用TEM_(01)模式和TEM_(00)模式的干涉进行光学腔的锁定。在光学腔的反射光路中添加障碍物以阻挡反射光束的一半。反射光束的通过的一半由单像素光电探测器而不是分离探测器来检测,以导出用于将光学腔的TEM_(00)模式谐振频率锁定到激光频率的误差信号。利用此方法可以将光学腔稳定锁定4 h。 相似文献

从掺镱光纤激光器腔内的激光场出发,讨论了掺镱光纤激光器腔内的噪声信号对锁模启动的影响,并针对我们设计的8字腔超短脉冲光纤激光器进行了研究。通过对激光器腔内锁模过程的分析发现:在泵浦功率为214.75 mW时,自行研制的8字形腔掺Yb3+光纤激光器在未注入噪声信号时,输出端在30~50 s内获得稳定的锁模脉冲激光输出;在腔内注入脉宽30 ns,频率10 kHz,平均功率0.2 mW的脉冲噪声后,输出端在1~2 s内获得同样稳定的锁模脉冲激光输出。实验结果表明,注入激光器谐振腔内一定的噪声信号,可加速锁模的启动。 相似文献

We have fabricated and tested a waveguide grating mirror that uses anomalous reflection of light associated with excitation of waveguide modes. Sharp features are observed in the reflection spectra in both the wavelength and the angular domains. We confirm experimentally that, when the waveguide grating mirror is placed a short distance in front of a large-area semiconductor laser, it can control the emission spectrum. This demonstration opens a new approach to the design of very compact semiconductor lasers operating in the single-frequency-single-mode regime. 相似文献

提出了利用微小楔角剪切干涉仪测量同步辐射压弯准直镜姿态的方法。利用透镜和针孔产生与同步辐射发散度相同的激光束。通过剪切干涉仪.测量经压弯准直镜输出激光束的平行度,可将准直镜的位置、俯仰角度和镜面曲率皆调整到最佳。该剪切干涉仪结构简单,可根据条纹图样判断光束的平行度,每一幅干涉条纹图样与准直镜的一种姿态对应,因而这种方法能确定准直镜表面各点反射X射线的整体效果。该方法适用于测量波前曲率半径大竖直口径小的光束,不但精度高.而且具有实用价值。 相似文献

dependence of its reflection properties on the polarization controllers, the fiber laser can operate in the random combination
of three wavelengths by only adjusting the polarization controllers in the linear cavity. The wavelengths involved in the
switching operation are determined by the merged Sagnac and intermodal interferences elicited in the fiber loop mirror. The
optical signal to noise extinction ratio of every oscillation line is higher than 40 dB and power fluctuation less than 0.5

在条纹反射摄影测量中,由于产生条纹图形的液晶显示器不直接出现在摄像机的视场范围内,摄像机与液晶显示器之间的位姿标定是条纹反射摄影测量的主要难点。为了简化标定过程,提出了采用平面镜直接对液晶显示器上的条纹反射3次并利用固定摄像机接收反射条纹,通过对摄像机与条纹虚像之间的3次位姿评估,完成摄像机与液晶显示器的位姿标定的方法。在镜面面形测量中,利用两者之间的位姿关系可以将待测点的反射光线和入射光线统一在摄像机坐标系下,完成光线的三角交会,实现镜面面形测量。数值模拟和实验结果表明,此方法简单易行,且精度较高。 相似文献

In order to design a multilayer dielectric grating with wide-bandwidth diffraction spectrum, the restriction factors of both the reflection bandwidth of multilayer dielectric high-reflectivity mirror and the guided-mode resonance phenomenon are studied in detail. The reflection characteristics of high-reflectivity mirror in zeroth and 1st transmitted diffraction orders are quantitatively evaluated. It is found that the reflection bandwidth of high-reflectivity mirror in 1st transmitted diffraction order, which determines the final diffraction bandwidth of multilayer dielectric grating, is evidently compressed. Furthermore, it is demonstrated that the reducing of grating period is an effective approach to the elimination of guided mode resonance over a required broad band range both spectrally and angularly. In addition, the expressions for calculating the maximum period ensuring no guided mode resonance in the required bandwidth are derived. Finally, two high-efficiency pulse-compression gratings with broad-band are presented. 相似文献

We propose a novel mirror for cold molecules with a blue-detuned semi-Gaussian beam and study the dynamic reflection process of cold molecules by Monte Carlo simulation. Our study shows that this mirror can realize a specular reflection of cold iodine molecular beam with a temperature of 30mK by a reflectivity of 58.2% when the semi-Gaussian laser power is 1.0 kW. When a semi-Gaussian CO2 laser beam with a power of 5.8 kW is used, the reflectivity of this mirror can reach about 100%. 相似文献
