A novel route for the conversion of (Bu4N)2[Ni(dmit)2] to (Bu4N)2[tto[Ni(dmit)2]] is reported here. This provides a much more efficient way of synthesizing (Bu4N)2[tto[Ni(dmit)2]] than the literature method. During the process, the conversion of dmit2- to tto2- was realized for the first time. This new synthesis should facilitate further research on the conducting bimetallic complexes [C]x[tto[Ni(dmit)2]]. In addition, a new crystal form of (Bu4N)2[tto[Ni(dmit)2]]. In addition, a new crystal form of (Bu4N)2[tto[Ni(dmit)2]] was determined by X-ray crystallographic analysis.  相似文献

It was commonly thought that a molecular conductor or semiconductor should be composed of at least two components to make the conducting component in partially charged state. 二茂金属[M'(C~5H~5)~2]^1^+的盐与(NBu~4)~n[M(dmit)~2](M=Ni, Pd; N=1,2)反应, 当M'=Fe, Ni; n=1时, 分别得到了导电配合物[Ni(dmit)~2]和[Pd(dmit)~2]; 当M'=Co, n=1,2时, 分别得到的是电荷几乎不转移的4个盐[Co(C~5H~5)~2]~n[Ni(dmit)~2]和[Co(C~5H~5)~2]~n[Pd(dmit)~2]。用ESCA、Raman谱及循环伏安图讨论了上述化合物形成时的电荷转移量。尽管[M(dmit)~2]的室温电导率相当大, 但其电导率随温度的变化曲线表明它们属于半导体。EHCO能带计算给出[Ni(dmit)~2]的能隙0.112eV, 与实测的电导活化能相当接近。  相似文献

The electrical conductive molecular crystals (Me3NEt)[Pd(dmit)2]2 and (NEt4)[Pd (dmit)2]2 (dmit = 4,5-dimercapto-1,3-dithiole-2-thione) have been prepared, and their crystal structures and conductivity-temperature curves have been determined. The fact that the conductivity at room temperature of (Me3NEt)[Pd(dmit)2]2 (a = 58 Ω· cm-1) is much higher than that of (NEt4)-[Pd(dmit)2]2(cr= 2.2 Q~1 ?cm'1) has been rationally explained by the results of energy band calculations. (MeNEt3)[Pd(dmit)2]2 belongs to monoclinic system, P21/m space group and (NEt4)[Pd (dmit)2]2 belongs to triclinic system, P1 space group. The structural conducting component of the crystals is the planar coordinative anion [Pd(dmit)2]05- which forms the face-to-face dimmer [Pd(dmit)2]2-. These dimers have been further constructed to be a kind of two-dimensional (2-D)conductive molecular sheet by means of S…S intermolecular interactions. 用中心离子替代和空气自动氧化的方法由(Bu_4N)_2[Zn(dmit)_2]一步合成了 (Bu_4N)[Ni(dmit)_2],这种方法可推广到其它Z[M(dmit)_2]配合物和Z[M(dmit) _2]_2导电配合物的合成(Bu_4N)[Ni(dmit)_2]结晶过程中出现两个晶相,其中空间 群为C2/c的侧心单斜相为新晶相,X射线结构测定结果为:a=2.0191(2)nm, b=1. 3404(1) nm,β=105.55(1)~°,V=3165.5(6)nm~3, R=0.055, 晶体中的Ni(dmit) _2]-呈D_(2h)点群对称性,平面性接近完美,共轭性相当显著,相邻Ni(dmit)_2] -平面间的夹角为75.56(3)~°。  相似文献

合成了配合物{[Cu(hmtade)][Ni(dmit)2]}2·4DMSO(1)(hmtade为5,7,7,12,14,14-六甲基-1,4,8,11-四氮杂环十四-4,11-二烯; dmit为1,3-二硫杂环戊二烯-2-硫酮-4,5-二硫醇; DMSO为二甲亚砜), 采用元素分析、红外光谱和紫外-可见光谱进行了表征, 并用X射线衍射法测定了晶体结构. 该晶体属于单斜晶系, P21/n空间群; 晶胞参数: a=1.49952(6) nm, b=1.77229(7) nm, c=3.1275(1) nm, β=102.442(1)°, V=8.1163(5) nm3, Dc=1.558 Mg/m3, Z=8, F(000)=3944, μ(Mo Kα)=1.637 mm-1, S=1.016, (Δ/σ)max=0.001, R1=0.0673, wR2 =0.1672[I>2σ(I)]. 晶体结构研究表明, 配合物{[Cu(hmtade)]·[Ni(dmit)2]}2·4DMSO包含2个[Cu(hmtade)][Ni(dmit)2]子单元. 每个子单元中, 1个dmit中的1个S原子与Cu及Ni配位, 形成异双核Cu—Ni配合物. 其中Cu(Ⅱ)为五配位的四方锥构形, Cu—N键长在0.1949(5)~0.2007(4) nm范围内, Cu—S键长分别为0.28913(18)和0.28952(18) nm; 配阴离子[Ni(dmit)2]2-为畸变四方形, Ni—S键长在0.21729(16)~0.21905(17) nm范围内. 溶剂分子DMSO与配体hmtade形成了N—H…O氢键. 通过分子内S…S和S…H短接触形成了二聚体, 二聚体之间通过S…S短接触形成一维链状结构, 并通过S…S, S…H和C…H短接触进一步形成二维和三维结构.  相似文献

报道了6个新的含均同或混合茂铁阳离子和[M(dmit)2]阴离子的金属有机自由基离子盐类化合物[Fe(CpMe)2]IM(dmit)2]和[FeCp(Tol)],[M(dmit)2]的合成和鉴定,测定了化合物的电导率,讨论了化合物的结构对电导率的影响,发现[Fe(CpMe)2][M(dmit)2]的室温电导率比相应的[M(mnt)2]阴离子盐要高37个数量级.  相似文献

A new series of complexes with the general formula (n-Bu4N)2[M2O2(micro-Q)2(dmit)2] (where M = Mo, W; Q = S, Se; dmit = 1,3-dithiole-2-thione-4,5-dithiolate) have been prepared. Fragmentation of the trinuclear cluster (n-Bu4N)2[Mo3(micro3-S)(micro-S2)3(dmit)3] in the presence of triphenylphosphine (PPh3) gives the dinuclear compound (n-Bu4N)2[Mo2O2(micro-S)2(dmit)2] [(n-Bu4N)2[2]], which is formed via oxidation in air from the intermediate (n-Bu4N)2[Mo3(micro3-S)(micro-S)3(dmit)3] [(n-Bu4N)2[1]] complex. Ligand substitution of the molybdenum sulfur bridged [Mo2O2(micro-S)2(dimethylformamide)6]2+ dimer with the sodium salt of the dmit dithiolate also affords the dianionic compound (n-Bu4N)2[2]. The whole series, (n-Bu4N)2[Mo2O2(micro-Se)2(dmit)2] [(n-Bu4N)2[3]], (n-Bu4N)2[W2O2(micro-S)2(dmit)2] [(n-Bu4N)2[4]], (n-Bu4N)2[W2O2(micro-Se)2(dmit)2] [(n-Bu4N)2[5]], and (n-Bu4N)2[Mo2O2(micro-S)2(dmid)2] [(n-Bu4N)2[6]; dmid = 1,3-dithiole-2-one-4,5-dithiolate], has been synthesized by the excision of the polymeric (Mo3Q7Br4)x phases with PPh3 or 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphanyl)ethane in acetonitrile followed by the dithiolene incorporation and further degradation in air. Direct evidence of the presence of the intermediates with the formula [M3Q4(dmit)3]2- (M = Mo, W; Q = S, Se) has been obtained by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry. The crystal structures of (n-Bu4N)2[1], (PPh4)2[Mo2O2(micro-S)2(dmit)2] [(PPh4)2[2]; PPh4 = tetraphenylphosphonium], (n-Bu4N)2[2], (n-Bu4N)2[4], (PPh4)2[W2O2(micro-Se)2(dmit)2] [(PPh4)2[5]], and (n-Bu4N)2[6] have been determined. A detailed study of the gas-phase behavior for compounds (n-Bu4N)2[2-6] shows an identical fragmentation pathway for the whole family that consists of a partial breaking of the two dithiolene ligands followed by the dissociation of the dinuclear cluster.  相似文献

A new method of synthesizing single-component molecular conductor [Ni(dmit)2] bythe reaction 2(Me4N)[Ni(dmit)2]2→ [Ni(dmit)2] (Me4N)[Ni(dmit)2] is reported. [Ni(dmit)2]exhibits a semiconductive behavior above 167 K, while from 167 K down to the measuring limit of 60 K, it exhibits metallic conductivity.  相似文献

Copper (II) complexes [Cu(dmit)(phen)]2 (1) and [Cu(mnt)(phen)] n (2) (mnt2??=?maleonitriledithiolate, dmit2??=?1,3-dithiole-2-thione-4,5-dithiolate, phen?=?1,10-phenanthroline) have been prepared by ligand-exchange between phen and [N(Bu)4]2[Cu(dmit)2] or [N(Bu)4]2[Cu(mnt)2]. Both complexes have been characterized by spectroscopic, electrochemical, and single-crystal X-ray analysis. In complex 1, dimers are extended into a two-dimensional array by weak S5–Cu contacts. In complex 2, monomers are extended into chains in a head-to-tail arrangement by weak Cu–S coordination bonds and ππ stacking interactions.  相似文献

Using a unique three-solvent biphasic method, we have prepared and characterized three new fully conjugated, chalcogen-rich, bridged copper(II) complexes for the preparation of molecular conductors and magnetic materials, having the general formula (Bu(4)N)(2){tto[Cu(L)](2)} (tto = C(2)S(4)(2)(-) = tetrathiooxalato; L = mnt = C(4)N(2)S(2)(2)(-) = 1,2-dicyanoethene-1,2-dithiolato for complex 2, dsit = C(3)Se(2)S(3)(2)(-) = 2-thioxo-1,3-dithiole-4,5-diselenolato for complex 3, dmid = C(3)OS(4)(2)(-) = 2-oxo-1,3-dithiole-4,5-dithiolato for complex 4a). The single-crystal X-ray structures of 2 and 3 have been determined: 2, (Bu(4)N)(2){tto[Cu(mnt)](2)}, monoclinic, space group C2/m, a = 19.549(4) ?, b = 13.519(3) ?, c = 10.162(2) ?, beta = 90.33(1) degrees, Z = 2; 3, (Bu(4)N)(2){tto[Cu(dsit)](2)}, monoclinic, space group P2(1)/c, a = 9.903(1) ?, b = 15.589(1) ?, c = 18.218(1) ?, beta = 90.40(1) degrees, Z = 2. Complex 2 displays perfect planarity, while 3 shows a slight tetrahedral distortion at the metal centers, resulting in a dihedral angle of 24.86(3) degrees. Cyclic voltammetry of (Bu(4)N)(2){tto[Cu(mnt)](2)} (2), (Bu(4)N)(2){tto[Cu(dsit)](2)} (3), and (Bu(4)N)(2){tto[Cu(dmid)](2)} (4a) shows each complex to exhibit two reversible redox processes which can be attributed to {tto[Cu(L)](2)}(2)(-) right arrow over left arrow tto[Cu(L)](2)}(-) and {tto[Cu(L)](2)}(1)(-) right arrow over left arrow {tto[Cu(L)](2)}(0) couples. The structural and electronic properties of 2, 3, and 4a will be compared to those of the recently communicated analogous complex (Bu(4)N)(2){tto[Cu(dmit)](2)} (1).  相似文献

<正> [Me4N]6[Ag6(i-mnt)6].H2O(1),[Et4N]4[Cu8(i-mnt)6](2) and [Me4N]4-[Cu5Ag3(i-mnt)6].H2O(3)(i-mnt=S2C=C(CN)2) were synthesized. The crystal and molecular structure of the complex 1 was reported by us.The structure of the complex 2 was determined from single crystal X-ray diffraction data. 以[Me4N]2[M4(SPh)10]和[Me4N]4[S4M10(SPh)16](M=Cd,Zn)为前驱体,采用簇合物裂解法合成了配合物(Bu4N)2[Cd(mnt)2]、(Bu4N)2[M(dmit)2](M=Cd,Zn)以及双核配合物(Me4N)2[Zn2(Sph)2·(S2TTF(SCH2)2)2].运用PM3计算方法得到了各种二硫纶盐配体中硫负离子的静电荷大小关系:mnt2->SPh->dmit2->[(MeS)2TTFS2]2-≈[(CH2S)2TTFS2]2-.在理论计算及实验结果的基础上,探讨了配体上硫负离子的静电荷大小与反应产物间的关系.  相似文献

首次将不饱和杂原子环状阳离子(N-甲基吡啶阳离子、N-甲基喹啉阳离子和N-甲基苯并噻唑阳离子)及三甲基苯基铵阳离子引入[M(dmit)~2]^n^-体系制备得到了6个新型的导电配位化合物C~n[M(dmit)~2](M=Ni,Pd,Pt,n=2,1)。对这些新化合物进行了组成和结构的测定,研究了它们的IR,UV,ESR和XPS,测定了变温磁化率和室温导电率。结果表明,外部阳离子的大小和形状会影响阴离子部分[M(dmit)~2]^n^-的荷电量以及电荷分布,从而导致配合物性能的改变,说明外部阳离子可以通过另外一种方式来影响配合物的电性能。  相似文献

Reaction of [Bu(4)N](2)[Pd(2)Br(6)(Se(2)N(2))] with [14]aneS(4) results in eventual formation of Se(4)N(4); intermediates in this reaction include an air-sensitive insoluble material which reacts with [PtCl(2)(PMe(2)Ph)](2) to give the first example of a platinum adduct of Se(2)N(2) and with [Pd(2)Br(6)](2-) to regenerate the starting material.  相似文献

Hydrogen-bonded supramolecular cation assemblies of (NH4+/NH2-NH3+)(crown ether), where the crown ether is [12]crown-4, [15]crown-5, or [18]crown-6, were incorporated into electrically conducting [Ni(dmit)2] salts (dmit2- = 2-thioxo-1,3-dithiole-4,5-dithiolate). (NH4+)([12]crown-4)[Ni(dmit)2]3(CH3CN)2 had a pyramidal shape, while ionic channels were observed in (NH4+)(0.88)([15]crown-5)[Ni(dmit)(2)]2 and (NH4+)(0.70)([18]crown-6)[Ni(dmit)(2)]2. Both (NH4+)(0.88)([15]crown-5) and (NH4+)(0.70)([18]crown-6) contained regularly spaced [Ni(dmit)(2)] stacks formed by N-H.O hydrogen bonding between the oxygen atoms in crown ethers and the NH4+ ion. NH4+ occurred nonstoichiometrically; there were vacant ionic sites in the ionic channels. The ionic radius of NH4+ is larger than the cavity radius of [15]crown-5 and [18]crown-6. Therefore, NH4+ ions could not pass through the cavity and were distributed randomly in the ionic channels. The static disorder caused the conduction electrons to be randomly localized to the [Ni(dmit)2] stacks. Hydrazinium (NH2-NH3+) formed the supramolecular cations in (NH2-NH3+)([12]crown-4)2[Ni(dmit)2]4 and (NH2-NH3+)2([15]crown-5)3[Ni(dmit)2]6, possessing a sandwich and club-sandwich structure, respectively. To the best of our knowledge, these represent the first hydrazinium-crown ether assemblies to be identified in the solid. In the supramolecular cations, hydrogen bonding was detected between the ammonium or the amino protons of NH2-NH3+ and the oxygen atoms of crown ethers. The sandwich-type cations coexisted with the [Ni(dmit)2] dimer stacks. Although the assemblies were typically semiconducting, ferromagnetic interaction (Weiss temperature = +1 K) was detected in the case of (NH2-NH3+)2([15]crown-5)3[Ni(dmit)2]6. The (NH2-NH3+)0.8([18]crown-6)[Ni(dmit)2]2 and (NH4+)0.76([18]crown-6)[Ni(dmit)2]2 crystals were isomorphous. The large and flexible [18]crown-6 allowed for maintaining the same ionic channel structure through replacement of the NH4+ cation by NH2-NH3+.  相似文献
