染料废水由于色度高,成份复杂,是一种较难处理的工业废水. 本研究以茜素红为蒽醌类染料的代表,研究了UV/乙酰丙酮(简称UV/AA)法中茜素红浓度、乙酰丙酮用量、溶液初始pH对降解脱色效率的影响. 实验结果表明,UV/AA法在中、酸性条件下对茜素红具有显著的降解脱色效果,其脱色过程符合准一级动力学,降解速率常数远高于UV/H2O2法. 基于溶液pH对UV/AA法脱色效果以及乙酰丙酮紫外吸收光谱的影响,推测在UV/AA法降解脱色染料的过程中起主导作用的是乙酰丙酮的烯醇式异构体. 尽管UV/AA法对总有机碳和化学耗氧量的去除率不高,但是显著提高了溶液的可生化性. 因此,UV/AA法有望作为预处理工艺与传统的生物处理法相结合,以较低的成本实现染料废水的达标处理. 这一工作为小分子双酮在染料废水处理中的应用研究提供了新的思路.  相似文献

以川中矿区典型的压裂酸化废水为研究对象,考察了溶液pH值、无机混凝剂、有机高分子絮凝剂、以及无机混凝剂与有机高分子絮凝剂共同作用对废水Zeta电位的影响,从理论上对油田废水的絮凝特点进行了表征.实验结果证明:油田作业废水适合在酸性条件下进行絮凝处理;聚硅硫酸铁和阳离子有机高分子絮凝剂能使废水颗粒表面Zeta电位明显正移;当联合使用时,先加无机混凝剂,后加有机絮凝剂,能提高污水处理质量.  相似文献

选用自制的双氰胺甲醛作为絮凝脱色剂处理高浓度印染废水,并与硫酸铝、三氯化铝作了对比实验。考察了投加量、pH值、反应温度等因素对絮凝效果的影响。实验结果表明在用量较少并且其它操作条件相同的情况下,双氰胺甲醛制备的脱色絮凝剂具有很好的絮凝脱色效果及COD_(Cr)去除率。在最佳的操作条件下(投加量120 mg/L,pH=7,反应温度25℃),此脱色絮凝剂对分散、酸性、活性印染废水的COD_(Cr)去除率分别为79.1%、78.5%、79.0%,对分散、酸性、活性印染废水的脱色率分别为94.0%、97.1%、72.9%,减轻了后续处理难度。在与无机絮凝剂的对比试验中,在相同的条件下有机絮凝剂的处理效果总体比无机絮凝剂的处理效果好。  相似文献

以3-氯2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵(CHPTMAC)、玉米淀粉、AlCl_3、Al_2(SO_4)_3、PAC、FeSO_4、FeCl_3等无机絮凝剂为原料制备出一种有机无机复合型絮凝剂(PMSF),并用于福建某油墨生产企业,系统考察了其对油墨废水进行处理时的最优条件。试验发现,PMSF对油墨废水有很强的絮凝和脱色效果,废水的COD去除率可达到86.8%,色度去除率可达到94.6%。对比试验结果表明,PMSF处理油墨废水的絮凝综合性能明显优于季铵化淀粉絮凝剂(MSF)。  相似文献

根据染料中间体吡啶-2-酮生产废水的特点,提出了利用“氧化、脱色和絮凝”三位一体的物化方法处理这种废水;探究了搅拌速度、絮凝反应时间、pH值、药剂用量、废水浓度和温度对COD去除率和脱色率的影响,得出了最佳工艺条件.研究结果表明,在常温下,两性聚丙烯酰胺NDPAM用量35 mg/L,氧化交联剂PDO用量0.55 mL/L,pH=5.7,搅拌速度80 r/m in,絮凝时间为15 m in和静止时间为30 m in的条件下,COD的去除率和脱色率均达到98%,处理后的废水达到了可生化的指标范围.并对处理成本和絮凝动力学机理进行了探讨.  相似文献

 The morphology of the styrene and acrylamide copolymer microspheres prepared by dispersion copolymerization in an ethanol/water medium was investigated. The effects of the styrene/acrylamide ratio, ethanol/water ratio and stabilizer concentration on the particle size and size distribution were studied. It was found that the initial solubility parameter of the system was the key factor in the process. The comonomer acrylamide also played an important role in the particle size and size distribution in the presence of cross-linking agent (divinylbenzene). Synthetic azo dyes are extensively used in textile industry and are not easily degraded into the environment due to their complex structure. Due to the low degree of fixation of these dyes to fabrics, more than 10–15% of the dye does not bind to fabrics during colour processing and release into water bodies as effluent cause serious environmental pollution. White-rot fungus is found to be capable of degrading lignin which has a complex structure similar to azo dyes. In this study, the decolourization potential of white-rot fungus Phanerochaete chrysosporium, which is capable of decolourizing synthetic dye bath effluent, was investigated. Maximum decolourization of 98% was achieved on the third day under normal conditions. The rate of decolourization carried out at different concentrations revealed that the increase in dye effluent concentration suppresses the percentage decolourization. The optimized amounts of nutrients were found to be 0.5%, 0.1% and 0.5% of glucose, manganese sulphate and ammonium salts, respectively. The addition of inducers such as starch and lignin increased enzyme production and the rate of decolourization.  相似文献

The effect of concanavalin A on the structure of polymer hydrogels prepared via the free-radical copolymerization of acrylamide, N-(2-D-glucos)acrylamide, and N,N′-methylene-bis(acrylamide) is studied. When complexed with N-(2-D-glucos)acrylamide, concanavalin A is involved in copolymerization as a macromolecular crosslinking agent. This circumstance ensures a decrease of the degree of swelling of hydrogels in aqueous solutions with an increase in the concentration of concanavalin A in the initial monomer mixture. After the addition of glucose to an aqueous solution, the complex of concanavalin A with units of N-(2-D-glucos)acrylamide in the crosslinked copolymer dissociates and the degree of swelling of hydrogels increases considerably. Dissociation of the complex occurs at a strictly specified concentration of glucose in the solution that depend on the content of N-(2-D-glucos)acrylamide units in the copolymer. This phenomenon can be used for the controlled release of insulin previously introduced into the hydrogel through a change in the concentration of glucose in the solution.  相似文献

The application of Tamarindus indica seed mucilage (Tam), a food grade polysaccharide, and its acrylamide grafted copolymer as flocculants was assessed for the first time for removal of various types of dyes from model textile wastewater containing azo, basic, and reactive dyes. Acrylamide grafted T. indica mucilage (Tam-g-PAM) was obtained by ceric ion initiated polymerization technique. A series of contact time experiments were conducted to assess the system variables such as concentrations of mucilage and dyes and pH. These flocculants reduce the dye concentration by flocculation and settling. The grafted copolymer, Tam-g-PAM showed better results for dye removal. The optimal flocculant concentration, which was required to effect flocculation, was independent of dye concentration within the range examined. Both the flocculants performed better for removal of azo dyes than for reactive and basic dyes.  相似文献

Abstract

The acrylamide copolymer with acrylamide as its main monomer is a modified polyacrylamide. In addition, the acrylamide copolymer is generally to dissolve or swell in water and can be used as thickener, dispersant, flocculant and so on. Therefore, using Acrylamide AM, 2-acrylamide-2-methyl propanesulfonic acid AMPS, dimethyldodecyl (2-acrylamidoethyl) ammoniumbromide AQ12 and vinyltriethoxysilane VTEO as raw materials so that a series of four-membered acrylamide copolymers are prepared in aqueous solution polymerization. The amphoteric structure in the polymer has a unique anti-polyelectrolyte behavior when it is electrically neutral, which can significantly improve the salt resistance of the aqueous polymer. In addition, the hydrolysis of the vinyltriethoxysilane containing silicon structure by hydrophobic association can improve the temperature resistance of the polymer. The optimal reaction conditions were determined by orthogonal experiment: the reaction temperature was 10?°C; the initiator concentration was 0.05?mol%; the monomer concentration was 25?wt% and the pH was 7. Properties of polymer solution indicated that the series of tetra-copolymer possessed salt-tolerant and heat-resisting performances. As an oil displacing agent, it can significantly improve the efficiency of oil displacement, and particularly highlights the effect of 4-member copolymer as an oil displacing agent.  相似文献

以可溶性铁为阳极,多孔石墨电极为阴极,Na2SO4为支持电解质.通电后,铁从阳极溶解生成二价亚铁离子Fe2+,氧在阴极上还原为过氧化氢H2O2,于电解现场发生Fenton反应,产生羟基自由基即Fenton试剂.在低电流密度(10mA/cm2)下,可有效地抑制阴、阳两极副反应的发生,所产生的羟基自由基浓度足以有效地进行染料废水的降解与脱色,脱色率达100%,CODcr去除率达80%.  相似文献

A new water-insoluble organic dye, namely, 2-((10-decyl-10H-phenothiazin-3-yl)methylene)malononitrile, was synthesized and fully characterized. It was envisioned that photocatalytic decolourization of a dye-containing long chain would pave the way for the photocatalytic remediation of wastewater containing toxic hydrophobic organic pollutants. Two commercially available nanoparticles, ZnO and TiO2, were selected, and their photocatalytic decolourization of the dye from aqueous medium were compared. The black UV light irradiation of the colored samples in the presence of TiO2 (P25) or ZnO resulted in their decolourization and the photocatalytic activity observed for TiO2 (P25) was better than that of ZnO. The kinetic of decolourization indicated that the process was first-order from which the rate constant was calculated. Also, the effect of pHs on the kinetic of decolourization revealed a negligible effect, indicating that the pH, although it affects the catalysts but has no effect on the organic-based hydrophobic dye and thus no effect on the photocatalytic process.  相似文献

以N-[3-(二甲氨基)丙基]丙烯酰胺与1,3-丙磺酸内酯为原料,制备了3-[(3-丙烯酰胺)丙基-二甲氨基]丙磺酸钠甜菜碱型单体,并将其与丙烯基聚乙二醇通过自由基聚合物反应合成了磺酸基甜菜碱和聚乙二醇的共聚物。利用红外光谱(FT-IR)和凝胶渗透色谱仪(GPC)对共聚物进行表征,并考察了在高浓度CaCl2条件下该共聚物作为转向剂的界面性质变化。结果表明,在高盐的水溶液中,该共聚物仍然具有很好的稠化能力,是一种潜在的抗Ca^2+稠化剂。  相似文献

A study has been made for the preparation of membranes by the post radiation grafting of acrylamide (AAm) onto poly(tetrafluoroethylene) (PTFE), films. The appropriate reaction conditions were selected under which the graft polymerization was carried out successfully. In this grafting system ammonium ferrous sulphate (Mohr's salt) was used as inhibitor to minimize the homopolymerization of AAm and a suitable concentration of the inhibitor to be added to the reaction medium was found to be 0.05 wt%. The effect of monomer concentration, radiation intensity and temperature on the rate and final degree of grafting was investigated. Increasing grafting temperature rises the initial grafting rate, whereas the final grafting yield increases with temperature up to 45°C, and then declines. This behaviour was described by the influence of glass transition on the rate of termination in the semicrystalline polymer. The overall activation energy for this grafting system was found to be 14.6 and 44.5 kcal/mol above and below 35°C, respectively. Some selected properties of the graft copolymer were studied. It was found that the grafted membranes possess good mechanical and electrical properties and excellent chemical and thermal stability which makes them very promising in practical applications.  相似文献
