Tetragonal tungsten bronze K0.71Nd0.028WO3 was synthesized by rare earth co-permeation method using Keggin type POMs of α-K10[SiCu3(OH2)W9O37]·6H2O (abbreviated as SiW9Cu3) as precursor. XRD, XPS, XRF, TG-DTA were used to characterize the resulting material. The XPS results indicate that Nd has permeated and diffused into the body of the sample and exists in tungsten bronze in the form of K0.71Nd0.028WO3. The results of TG-DTA show that K0.71Nd0.028WO3 begins to decompose at 320 ℃. The consequence of DC four-probe shows that the conductivity of the sample permeated by rare earth is 103 times higher than that of the sample only permeated by methanol at room temperature. The conductivity of the sample only permeated by methanol is only 10-3 S·cm-1 but the conductivity of the sample permeated by rare earth is 1.65 S·cm-1.  相似文献

CexPr1-xO2-δ复合氧化物的XRD和Raman表征   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
A series of CexPr1-xO2-δ mixed oxides were synthesized by sol-gel method and characterized by Raman and XRD techniques. When x value was changed from 1.0 to 0.5, only a cubic phase CeO2 was observed. The samples were very well crystallized on decreasing x from 0.50 to 0.99. For CexPr1-xO2-δ samples 465 cm-1 and 1 150 cm-1 Raman peaks are attributed to the Raman active F2g mode of CeO2. The broad peak at about 570 cm-1 in the region of 0.3 ≤x≤ 0.99 can be linked to lattice defects resulting in oxygen vacancies. The new band at about 195 cm-1 may be attributed to the asymmetric vibration caused by the formation of oxygen vacancies. Calcination temperatures had great effect on the peak intensity for CeO2 but less effect on Ce0.8Pr0.2O2-δ in Raman spectra. It might be due to the transformation of the colors for the mixed oxides, the insertion of Pr atom into the ceria lattice could enhance the sintering resistance and thermal stability of the mixed oxides.  相似文献

Silicate orange yellow phosphor used in white-light LED was prepared by microwave method. The structure and optical properties of phosphor were studied. Sr3SiO5∶Eu2+ phosphor synthesized by microwave method is tetragonal structure of Sr3SiO5 with uniform particle distribution. Luminescence spectrum is a broad band spectrum peaking at 575 nm. The peak of excitation is at 532 nm and phosphor can be excited by blue LED. The warm white light was obtained combined phosphor and blue LED. The CIE chromaticity coordinates and correlated color temperature of white light is (x=0.394, y=0.341) and 3 239 K respectively.  相似文献

使用密度泛函理论研究了稀土钠钨青铜化合物的结构和导电性质. 在实验晶体结构数据的基础上构建NaxWO3和NaxLayWO3的模型分子, 优化其几何结构, 并与实验值比较. 在此基础上计算了化合物的能带结构和电子能态密度. 通过这些研究探讨当La3+取代NaxWO3的中心Na后对结构和导电性的影响. 计算结果表明La3+的取代并没有改变结构的空间对称性, 但却使晶格参数和体积略有增大; 取代使电子结构发生了变化, 在费米面附近, 能带相互交叠更加密集, 电子出现的几率增加, 从而增加了其导电性. 这可能是掺杂后La3+的4f和5d电子的贡献使电子轨道杂化作用增强, 电子云密度分布重排的结果.  相似文献

不同稀土改性SO42-/ZrO2催化剂的结构与性能表征   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
Solid superacid catalyst SO42-/ZrO2 was modified by different rare earth compounds and applied to the esterification of acetic acid and n-butanol. The effects of rare earth elements loading on the catalytic properties were studied and the correlation between the structure and properties was investigated by means of XRD, IR, UV, DTA and TG. The results show that the (NH4)2Ce(NO3)6 modification can enhance catalytic activity more and exhibit better stability than the other two compounds La(NO3)3 and Ce(NO3)3. Meanwhile,(NH4)2Ce(NO3)6 modification can restrain the loss of SO42- efficiently. The optimum calcination temperature and molar ratio of Ce(NH)∶Zr for SO42-/ZrO2 catalyst modified by (NH4)2Ce(NO3)6 are 450 ℃ and 2, respectively.  相似文献

掺镍型层状LixNiyMn1-yO2正极材料的合成与电性能研究   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
A kind of cathode material of layered LixNiyMn1-yO2 characterized with the O2 type has been synthesized by a simple method. Its precursor NaxNiyMn1-yO2 has been prepared from manganese dioxide, nickel hydroxide and sodium carbonate at high temperature in air and quickly cooled in cold water, then it has been exchanged by the melted LiNO3 at 300~400℃ in air. The effects of calcine-temperature for the precursors and its compositions (the content of Na and Ni) on the electrochemical properties of the material LixNiyMn1-yO2 have been investingated by XRD and electrochemical tests. The results show that the sample Li0.7Ni0.3Mn0.7O2, has the best electrochemical properties which shows only one charge-discharge potential stage of 2.8~3.0V and has a high specific capacity over 180mAh·g-1 cycled between 2.0~4.20V. A significant structure transformation to the spinal-type phase has not been found in the charge-discharge cycling and the discharge specific capacity around 165mAh·g-1 has re-mained after the 20th cyclings for the material.  相似文献

钙钛矿型LaxSr1-xNi1-yCoyO3光电催化活性研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
用甘氨酸-硝酸盐燃烧合成法, 制备LaxSr1-xNi1-yCoyO3复合氧化物的陶瓷粉末, 对钙钛矿氧化物进行了XRD结构分析. 在通氧或不通氧下测试氧还原和氧析出的循环伏安曲线. 结果表明: 该氧电极具有双功能催化特性, 但不完全可逆. 利用汞灯作为激发光源, 进行几种水溶性染料和五种混合染料光解实验, 利用紫外-可见、红外以及人工神经网络光度法研究LaxSr1-xNi1-yCoyO3的催化性能. 结果表明: LaxSr1-xNi1-yCoyO3 (x=0.7, 0.9, 1; y=0.3, 0.75)复合氧化物都具有较强光催化特性; LaxSr1-xNi1-yCoyO3的光催化活性高于LaxSr1-xNiO3, 这与B位离子(Ni2—, Co2-)的电子构型有关; Co2+的加入可使LaxSr1-xNiO3的光催化活性有所提高.  相似文献

The vanadates of LiNi1-xMxVO4(M=Fe,Co,Ni) containing VO4 tetrahedrons were synthesized by soft chemical method through a new mild liquid route. The samples sintered at 450℃ for 3h and at 650℃ for 3h are named for LT-LiNiVO4 and for MT-LiNi1-xMxVO4 respectively. All of the products were measured by X-ray diffraction, IR and Raman spectra respectively. In comparison with IR spectra of V2O5 and NiO, the LT-LiNiVO4 has a strong and broad IR absorption band of VO4 tetrahedrons located at 600~850cm-1 with three small splitting peaks corresponding to the asymmetry stretching vibrations of V-O bonds. The results of IR and Raman spectra for MT-LiNi1-xMxVO4 show that the cations of Ni2+, Co2+, Fe2+ have the influences on the frequency shifts of the V-O vibrations.  相似文献

Nanometer Ce1-xLaxO2-δ solid solutions were synthesized by microwave-induced combustion process us-ing cerium nitrate hexahydrate, lanthanum nitrate hexahydrate and urea as raw materials. The process took only six minutes to obtain La2O3-doped CeO2 nanopowders. The nanopowders were characterized by XRD, Laser Raman spectrum , UV-Vis spectroscopy,field-emission scanning electron micrograph(FE-SEM)and TEM. The results revealed that the grain size of Ce1-xLaxO2-δ varied from 20 to 40 nm calculated by Scherer formula through the plane of (111), that oxygen vacancy was produced in the crystal lattices and the concentration of oxygen vacancy was increased with La doping, therefore the covalence of Ce-O bond was strenthened, which results in more intensive UV-C(200~280 nm)absorption. It can be seen from SEM that the porous appearance was obtained. Grain size is no more than 40nm observed from TEM.  相似文献

The spheric La2O3∶Eu nanocrystals were prepared using NH3·H2O-NH4HCO3 mixture as precipitant. The material was characterized by FTIR, XRD and TEM techniques. The luminescence properties of Eu3+ in spheric La2O3 were measured by three dimension spectra, emission and excitation spectra. The results indicate that the La2O3∶Eu nanocrystals are in hexagonal phase by annealing at 800 ℃, the crystal size is about 30 nm. The maximum emission and excitation wavelength were determined by three dimensional spectroscopy to be at 591 nm and 394 nm, respectively. In emission spectrum the band at 591 nm and 612 nm are corresponding to 5D0-7F1 and 5D0-7F2 transition of Eu3+ ions. With increasing in annealing temperature the differences of intensity of the two transitions are increased. This phenomenon shows that the luminescence intensity of La2O3∶Eu nanocrystals can be tuned by changing annealing temperature.  相似文献

Chlorobis/-diketonato/ oxotechnetium/V/ complexes [TcOCl/-dik/2, -diketone=acetylacetone, benzoylacetone and dibenzoylmethane] were newly synthesized using macroamount of99Tc. These complexes were further separated into geometrical isomers. Furthermore, an improvement of the yields for the syntheses of tris/-dike-tonato/technetium/III/ complexes [Tc/-dik/3, -diketone=acetylacetone, benzoylacetone and 2-thenoyltrifluoroacetone] was examined using Tc/III/-thiourea complexes as a starting material.  相似文献

Summary Single reverse water-gas shift (RWGS) and dehydrogenation of propane with CO2(DH-CO2) reactions in the presence and absence of the CrOx/SiO2 catalyst have been studied between 673 and 873 K. It was found that the CrOx/SiO2 catalyst is active both in the dehydrogenation of propane and in the RWGS reactions. The obtained results suggest that the dehydrogenation of propane to propene in the presence of CO2on CrOx/SiO2can be facilitated by the RWGS reaction.</o:p>  相似文献

Summary CexTi1-xO2 and H3PW12O40/CexTi1-xO2 catalysts were prepared using a sol-gel method, and applied to the direct synthesis of dimethyl carbonate from methanol and carbon dioxide. H3PW12O40/CexTi1-xO2 showed a better catalytic performance than the corresponding CexTi1-xO2, due to the bifunctional catalysis of Br?nsted acid sites (provided by H3PW12O40) and base sites (provided by CexTi1-xO2). H3PW12O40/Ce0.1Ti0.9O2 showed the highest catalytic performance among the H3PW12O40/CexTi1-xO2 catalysts.  相似文献

The crystal structure of trisodium monophosphate hemihydrate was determined. The space group is C2c and a unit cell contains eight formula units. The unit cell dimensions of Na3PO4 · 12H2O are a = 9.631(3), b = 5.416(2), c = 16.938(8) Å, β = 102.60(5)°. The final R value is 0.027 for a set of 1430 independent reflections. This atomic arrangement is mainly a three-dimensional network of distorted NaO6 octahedra. The hydrogen bonding scheme is given.  相似文献

A series of single-phase LixNi0.8-yCo0.2ZnyOp(0.96 ≤x≤ 1.10, 0 ≤y≤ 0.05, 2 ≤p≤ 2(1+y) ) (different in the y values) were synthesized by a two-step solid state reaction method, in which LiOH·H2O, Zn-doped spherical Ni(OH)2 and Co2O3 were used as the precursors. The ICP-AES analyses proved that the Zn-doped compounds synthesized had the nonstoichiometric form. The results of the XRD, SEM identified that the uniform particles of the as-prepared materials having a good layered structure were fine, narrowly distributed and well crystallized. The electrochemical performance test was carried out and the results showed that the as-prepared Zn-doped materials had not only a high capacity, but also a better cycling stability characterization than the un-doped one. The Li1.06Ni0.75Co0.22Zn0.03O2.03 material has an initial reversible capacity as high as 160.5mAh·g-1; and a first discharge efficiency 89.2%, and exhibits satisfactory cyclic stability with 90% retainable capacity after 50 cycles.  相似文献

Doped-rutile has been traditionally used in ceramic pigments for its intense optical properties. In this paper, we compare the classical ceramic synthesis of Ti1−2xNbxNixO2−x/2 system with the sol-gel methodology, which allows a reduction of the anatase-rutile transformation temperature. The composition was optimised in order to obtain a unique rutile phase with the minimum amount of pollutant Ni(II) and enhanced chromatic coordinates. Incorporation of the doping ions in the rutile structure was corroborated by XRD and Rietveld refinements. The species responsible for the colour mechanism were studied by different techniques. UV-VIS spectroscopy showed the characteristic features of Ni2+ ions, whose existence was corroborated by EPR and magnetic measurements. From these results, (Ni,Nb)doped-TiO2 powder samples can be now shaped as thin films, monoliths, etc. by using sol-gel methodology without modifying their properties. This study introduces new possibilities of coloured TiO2-based solid solutions in new combined advanced applications (colouring agent and photocatalyst, etc.).  相似文献

Nitrogen substituted yellow colored anatase TiO2−xNx and Fe-N co-doped Ti1−yFeyO2−xNx have been easily synthesized by novel hydrazine method. White anatase TiO2−δ and N/Fe-N-doped samples are semiconducting and the presence of ESR signals at g ∼1.994-2.0025 supports the oxygen vacancy and g∼4.3 indicates Fe3+ in the lattice. TiO2−xNx has higher conductivity than TiO2−x and Fe/Fe-N-doped anatase and the UV absorption edge of white TiO2−x extends in the visible region in N, Fe and Fe-N co-doped TiO2, which show, respectively, two band gaps at ∼3.25/2.63, ∼3.31/2.44 and 2.8/2.44 eV. An activation energy of ∼1.8 eV is observed in Arrhenius log resistivity vs. 1/T plots for all samples. All TiO2 and Fe-doped TiO2 show low 2-propanol photodegradation activity but have significant NO photodestruction capability, both in UV and visible regions, while standard Degussa P-25 is incapable in destroying NO in the visible region The mid-gap levels that these N and Fe-N-doped TiO2 consist may cause this discrepancy in their photocatalytic activities.  相似文献

采用高温固相法制备了4种高纯度晶相组成的LixZryOz三元化合物,研究了焙烧温度、时间、反应物的种类和初始反应物物质的量比对产物组成的影响,进一步用XRD、SEM及BET分析方法对产物的晶相结构、表面形貌及比表面积进行了表征.实验结果表明,Li2CO3与ZrO2在适当条件下可以合成得到单斜相Li3ZrO3;以LiOH替代Li2CO3,在适当条件下可以分别合成得到四方相Li2ZrO3和三斜/单斜相Li6Zr2O7;进一步以Zr(NO3)4·5H2O代替Zr02,可将单斜相Li6Zr2O7的制备时间由96 h缩短至24 h.SEM照片显示产物硬团聚明显,粒径分布在1~10μm间,BET分析表明样品比表面积处于1.0~9.0 m2·g-1间分布,反应过程中锂的过量以及长时间高温焙烧是引起产物粒径长大和产生硬团聚的主要原因.  相似文献
