The deactivation and regeneration of B2O3/TiO2-ZrO2 catalyst for the vapor phase Beckmann rearrangement of cyclohexanone oxime to -caprolactam were studied. The fresh, deactivated and regenerated catalysts were characterized by using adsorption of nitrogen, X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermogravimetry (TG) and NH3-temperature-programmed desorption (NH3-TPD) techniques. The crystal structure and pore size distribution of the catalyst were retained after reaction, but the number of acid sites decreased significantly. There was a relationship between the amount of coke deposited on the catalyst and the decline in catalytic activity. These results suggest that the coke deposition on the surface of catalyst is mainly responsible for the catalyst deactivation. The catalytic activity can be recovered completely after calcining the deactivated catalyst in air flow at 600 °C for 8 h.  相似文献

A Co/ZrO2 /SiO2 catalyst active for synthesis of heavy hydrocarbons from syngas was subjected to a stability test of 500 h on a laboratory scale. The catalyst showed a considerable decrease in CO conversion, while the hydrocarbon distribution hardly changed with time on stream. The regeneration of deactivated catalyst with H2 at 673 K partially restored the activity. XRD, FT-IR and TGA identified a hydrated cobalt silicate species in the catalyst near the reactor outlet. Thus, the cause of deactivation was proposed mainly to be the formation of inactive hydrated silicate between Co metal and silica in presence of high partial pressure of water.  相似文献

向Pt-Pd/CeO2-ZrO2-Al2O3 (Pt-Pd/CZA)商用柴油机氧化型催化剂(DOC)中加入多孔SiO2以提高其抗硫性. 使用多层涂覆法在Pt-Pd/CZA 催化剂表面覆盖一层多孔SiO2,从而制得SiO2/Pt-Pd/CeO2-ZrO2-Al2O3(SiO2/Pt-Pd/CZA)抗硫DOC. 并使用扫描电子显微镜(SEM),H2程序升温还原(H2-TPR),氮气吸脱附,X射线能谱(EDX)和热重分析(TGA)等对其进行表征. SEM结果显示,SiO2层以多孔形式均匀覆盖在催化剂表面. 氮气吸脱附结果表明,所添加的SiO2的织构性质与Pt-Pd/CZA 催化剂的织构性质相似,因而表面覆盖的SiO2并未明显改变Pt-Pd/CZA催化剂的比表面积和孔结构. H2-TPR结果证实表面覆盖的SiO2不影响Pt-Pd/CZA催化剂的还原性能. EDX和TGA结果说明表面覆盖SiO2可以抑制硫物种在催化剂表面的形成及累积. 最终,本文所制备的SiO2/Pt-Pd/CZA催化剂在保持Pt-Pd/CZA商用DOC的高活性及耐久性的同时有效提高了其抗硫性.  相似文献

The total oxidation of CH3Cl, CH2Cl2 and ClH2C-CH2Cl has been investigated on a LaMnO3 perovskite type catalyst. Depending on the reaction temperature, a reversible deactivation of the catalyst was observed. Small amounts of by-products were formed at low reaction temperatures.  相似文献

采用X射线衍射、N2吸-脱附、X射线光电子能谱分析、氢气-程序升温还原和原位红外漫反射等方法对新鲜和失活的PdCl2-CuCl2/Al2O3低温催化CO氧化催化剂进行表征,研究了高相对湿度(100%)下催化剂的失活机理.结果表明,催化剂表面沉积的水使得活性铜物种容易从催化剂表面向载体孔道内部迁移,由于Pd、Cu相互作用弱化从而减弱了Pd与Cu物种间的相互作用,使得催化剂的氧化还原性能受到影响,抑制了Pd0再氧化为Pd2+的过程,从而因CO氧化反应中催化剂氧化还原循环受阻而导致失活.  相似文献

The catalytic stability of LiCl/MnOx/PC catalyst have been investigated, the deactivation mechanism was discussed. The experimental results show that ethane conversion decreases and ethylene selectivity keeps about 90% as reaction time increases. The main deactivation reasons of LiCl/MnOx/PC catalyst for oxidative dehydrogenation of ethane (ODHE) to ethylene are the transition of active species Mn2O3 to MnO species and the loss of active component Cl in catalyst. Instead of ethane with FCC tailed‐gas, the stability of LiCl/MnOx/PC catalyst has been largely improved.  相似文献

Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS) method is introduced as a novel approach in this work to study catalyst deactivation of V2O5/γ‐‐Al2O3 for gas‐phase dehydration of glycerol and producing acrolein. The LIBS results of V2O5/γ‐Al2O3 samples are compared with those data that are obtained by Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometry (ICP‐OES). Experimental data of LIBS data specify that line intensities of vanadium are decreased by deactivation of V2O5/γ‐Al2O3 catalyst. A comparison between the results of LIBS test as well as ICP‐OES analysis shows that the amount of vanadium is decreased in the catalyst. Moreover, coke formation changes the surface of the catalyst. The results of deactivation of V2O5/γ‐Al2O3 are also compared with Pd/C catalyst deactivation.  相似文献

A study of the catalytic activity of V2O5/C catalyst for the oxygen oxidation of glyoxal has been made, showing that glyoxylic acid can be formed without control of pH value and there is little oxalic acid from the excessive oxidation of glyoxylic acid. The studies of XRD and TEM have shown that V2O5 diffraction peaks gradually strengthen with the increase of the content of V2O5. With the content of 3% V2O5 and the calcination temperature of 573 K, V2O5/C catalyst displayed the best activity and selectivity. The conversion of glyoxal and the selectivity of glyoxylic acid reached 18.76% and 77.70% after 5 h, respectively. Moreover, V2O5/C catalyst showed small deactivation after recycling three times, which indicates that V2O5/C has a higher stability than noble metal catalysts in the reaction medium. The kinetic parameters have been measured for octene-1 solution polymerization at 120°C catalyzed by zirconocene with the cocatalyst methylaluminoxane. The polymerizations were performed in an attenuated total reflectance (ATR) reaction cell. The progress of the reactions were followed by observing the disappearance of octene-1 using the 910 cm?1 band measured by FT-IR spectroscopy. The dependence of the reaction rate, Rp, on catalyst concentration and cocatalyst/catalyst ratio was examined. The catalyst deactivation mechanism was studied by fitting the experimental data to mathematical models involving second-order propagation and either first or second order catalyst deactivation. Second-order catalyst deactivation provided a much better fit. The calculated deactivation rate constant, kd, is 21 (Ms)?1. This model is used to determine the propagation rate constant for Al/Zr = 4 × 103 as kp = 19.9 (M s)?1. A decrease in Al/Zr = 3 × 102 lowered the propagation rate constant, kp, to 9.6 (M s)?1 indicating that less than 50% of the initial Zr is active at this Al/Zr ratio.  相似文献

A series of Au/Fe2O3 catalysts for the water gas shift (WGS) reaction were prepared by modified deposition-precipitation method. The sample calcined at 300 °C showed higher catalytic activity and better stability than other samples. Using N2 physisorption, in situ XRD, H2-TPR, and XPS techniques, the influence of calcination temperature on properties of Au/Fe2O3 catalyst was explored, and the cause of deactivation was analyzed as well. The results showed that the catalytic behaviors were related to the interaction between Au and Fe2O3, and the reductive property of support, both of which were significantly affected by calcination temperature. Furthermore, according to the results of XPS, although stable carbonate and carbonyl surface species were found on the spent catalysts, the semiquantitative analysis of these species indicated that they were not the main cause of the deactivation. In fact, the deactivation of Au/Fe2O3 was sensitive to the structure change of support. During the water gas shift reaction, Fe3O4 particle would aggregate and crystallize leading to increase in the crystallinity of support and a significant reduction in the surface area of the catalysts, which resulted in the deactivation of Au/Fe2O3.  相似文献

将均匀分布的纳米Pt粒子直接吸附到TiO2载体上,即制得了组合型Pt/TiO2催化剂(Pt/TiO2-AS).与浸渍法制备的Pt/TiO2催化剂(Pt/TiO2-WI)比较,Pt/TiO2-AS催化剂在催化甲苯完全氧化反应中表现出了很好的催化性能,甲苯转化率为100%时的反应温度低至150°C,而且即使在较高甲苯浓度和较高气体空速下,该催化剂也能保持较好的催化性能.通过X射线衍射(XRD)、N2吸附-脱附(BET)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、氢气程序升温还原(H2-TPR)及傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱等对两种Pt/TiO2催化剂的结构和表面性能进行了表征.结果表明组合型Pt/TiO2-AS催化剂粒径小(2.5 nm),活性组分主要以Pt0形式存在且分布在载体表面,而且载体表面Ti―O键活化使催化剂具有较强的催化氧化能力.另外,活性中心的价态变化(Pt0→Ptδ+)是导致Pt/TiO2-AS催化剂失活的主要原因.  相似文献

在固定床反应器上考察了原粒度(1~3mm)CeO2助Co/SiO2催化剂的费托反应性能,提出了催化剂失活的机理,并采用程序升温还原、X射线衍射和X射线光电子能谱对催化剂进行了表征.结果表明,在1.5MPa,488K和400h-1条件下进行的300h稳定性实验中,原粒度CeO2助Co/SiO2催化剂上的CO平均转化率达到41%,液态烃选择性达到85%,液态烃中C10 烃的质量含量占88%以上.反应器出口的催化剂中有少量的CoO和Co2SiO4生成.催化剂的失活过程受动力学控制而非热力学控制,催化剂的失活机理为:高分散的纳米Co离子在反应器出口高水蒸气压力的作用下,以CoO为中间物种,与水合SiO2作用生成Co2SiO4,即Co H2O→CoO H2,SiO2 H2O→OSi(OH)2,2CoO OSi(OH)2→Co2SiO4 H2O.  相似文献

以聚乙烯亚胺改性的四氧化三铁纳米粒子为载体负载Ru(OH)_x得到负载钌催化剂Fe_3O_4@PEI@Ru(OH)_x.该催化剂在分子氧氧化醇-克脑文格尔缩合"一锅"串联反应中显示优良的催化性能,多种结构的醇被选择性地氧化为相应的醛进而与活性亚甲基化合物缩合生成相应的缩合产物.采用外磁铁可以很容易地将催化剂与反应混合物分离,实现催化剂的回收.然而,该催化剂的循环使用性能较差.电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-OES)分析证明催化剂在反应过程中没有发生钌的流失.X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析发现催化剂失活是由于反应过程中活性的Ru~(3+)被部分地氧化为非活性的Ru~(4+)所致.  相似文献

Long‐term stability of catalysts is an important factor in the chemical industry. This factor is often underestimated in academic testing methods, which may lead to a time gap in the field of catalytic research. The deactivation behavior of an industrially relevant Cu/ZnO/Al2O3 catalyst for the synthesis of methanol is reported over a period of 148 days time‐on‐stream (TOS). The process was investigated by a combination of quasi in situ and ex situ analysis techniques. The results show that ZnO is the most dynamic species in the catalyst, whereas only slight changes can be observed in the Cu nanoparticles. Thus, the deactivation of this catalyst is driven by the changes in the ZnO moieties. Our findings indicate that methanol synthesis is an interfacially mediated process between Cu and ZnO.  相似文献

A new type of Ni/MgO catalyst was prepared using atmospheric high-frequency discharge cold plasma. The influences of conventional method, plasma method, and plasma plus calcination method on the catalytic activity were studied and the CO2 reforming of methane was chosen as the probe reaction. The catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscope (TEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and CO2 temperature-programmed surface reaction techniques. The results suggested that the nickel-based catalyst prepared by plasma plus calcination method possessed a smaller particle size and a higher dispersion of active component, better low-temperature activity and enhanced anti-coking ability. The conversion of CO2 and CH4 was 90.70% and 89.37%, respectively, and the reaction lasted for 36 h without obvious deactivation under 101.325 kPa and 750°C with CO2/CH4 = 1/1.  相似文献

考察了稀释蒸汽中Na+及积炭对甲醇制丙烯(MTP)催化剂物理化学性质和催化性能影响, 及离子交换后催化性能. 采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线荧光(XRF)光谱、N2吸附-脱附、程序升温氨脱附(NH3-TPD)和热重(TG)分析等方法对失活和再生催化剂进行了表征, 并在101325 Pa、470℃ 和甲醇空速(WHSV)为1.0-3.0 h-1的反应条件下, 采用连续流动固定床微型反应器考察其催化甲醇制丙烯性能. 结果表明: MTP反应970 h后的催化剂晶体结构和形貌没有受到明显破坏, 但稀释蒸汽中Na+极易扩散至催化剂表面,部分取代H质子的位置, 从而使催化剂酸性逐渐下降而中毒失活; 另外, MTP催化剂表面的积炭导致分子筛微孔堵塞是造成其失活的主要原因, 可通过烧炭再生过程消除, 而水蒸汽脱铝对催化剂性能的影响缓慢但更严重. 用再生和离子交换处理后, Na+中毒催化剂MTP反应性能基本完全恢复. 在470 h反应过程中, 甲醇转化率保持在99%以上, 丙烯选择性大于46%, 且随着反应时间的延长, 丙烯选择性逐渐升高、乙烯选择性逐渐下降.  相似文献

(CpCH_2CH_2CH = CH_2)_2MCl_2(M=Zr, Hf)/MAO and Cp_2ZrCl_2/MAO (Cp=cyclopentadienyl; MAO=methylaluminoxane) catalyst systems have been compared for ethylene copolymerization to investigate the influence of theligand and transition metal on the polymerization activity and copolymer properties. For both CH_2CH_2CH=CH_2 substitutedcatalysts the catalytic activity decreased with increasing propene concentration in the feed. The activity of the hafnocenecatalyst was 6~8 times lower than that of the analogous zirconocene catalyst, ~(13)C NMR analysis showed that the copolymerobtained using the unsubstituted catalyst Cp_2ZrCl_2 has greater incorporatien of propene than those produced byCH_2CH_2CH=CH_2 substituted Zr and Hf catalysts. The melting point, crystallinity and the viscosity-average molecularweight of the copolymer decreased with an increase of propenc concentration in the feed. Both CH_2CH_2CH= CH_2 substitutedZr and Hf catalysts exhibit little or no difference in the melting point and crystallinity of the produced copolymers. However,there are significant differences between the two zirconocene catalysts. The copolymer produced by Cp_2ZrCl_2 catalyst havemuch lower T_m and X_c than those obtained with the (CpCH_2CH_2CH=CH_2)_2ZrCl_2 catalyst. The density and molecular weightof the copolymer decreased in the order: (CpCH_2CH_2CH=CH_2)_2HfCl_2>(CpCH_2CH_2CH=CH_2)_2ZrCl_2>Cp_2ZrCl_2. The kineticbehavior of copolymerizaton with Hf catalyst was found to be different from that with Zr catalyst.  相似文献

The kinetics of propane dehydrogenation and catalyst deactivation over Pt-Sn/Al2O3 catalyst were studied. Performance test runs were carried out in a fixed-bed integral reactor. Using a power-law rate expression for the surface reaction kinetics and independent law for deactivation kinetics, the experimental data were analyzed both by integral and a novel differential method of analysis and the results were compared. To avoid fluctuation of time-derivatives of conversion required for differential analysis, the conversion-time data were first fitted with appropriate functions. While the time-zero and rate constant of reaction were largely insensitive to the function employed, the rate constant of deactivation was much more sensitive to the function form. The advantage of the proposed differential method, however, is that the integration of the rate expression is not necessary which otherwise could be complicated or impossible. It was also found that the reaction is not limited by external and internal mass transfer limitations, implying that the employed kinetics could be considered as intrinsic ones.  相似文献

以硫代乙酰胺为硫源,钼酸钠为钼源,乙醇为分散剂,采用化学沉积法制备了MoS3/Al2O3催化剂前驱体,再用H2高温处理得到高分散硫化型MoS2/γ-Al2O3催化剂,运用N2吸附-脱附、X射线光电子能谱以及高分辨透射电子显微镜等技术对MoS2/γ-Al2O3催化剂进行了表征,并以二苯并噻吩作为模型化合物评价了催化剂的加氢脱硫(HDS)活性.结果表明,与浸渍法相比,所制催化剂具有更大的比表面积和孔体积、更高的活性金属分散度、更佳的Mo物种硫化度以及更短的MoS2片层长度和更高的堆积度,因而在二苯并噻吩HDS反应中表现出远优于浸渍法所制催化剂的活性.乙醇可通过S?H-O氢键吸附至MoS3纳米粒子表面,可有效防止其生长和团聚,起到分散剂的作用.  相似文献

通过在Ce0.6Zr0.4O2载体上浸渍Pt(NO32制得Pt/Ce0.6Zr0.4O2催化剂,该催化剂在松散接触条件下,于NO+O2或O2气氛中均表现出比Pt/Al2O3更好的碳烟氧化性能. 进一步研究表明,Pt/Ce0.6Zr0.4O2催化剂中的Pt 与Ce0.6Zr0.4O2存在相互作用,使得催化剂在一定温度范围内对活性氧的利用率大为提高,从而促进了气氛中NO↔NO2的循环,乃至碳烟与NO2的反应和碳烟表面含氧中间物种的生成;更重要的是,这部分活性氧本身可加速含氧中间物种的分解. 因此,在NO + O2的气氛中,Pt/Ce0.6Zr0.4O2催化剂的碳烟起燃温度比Pt/Al2O3降低了34 ℃.  相似文献
