基于角谱法的振幅型光子筛的设计和分析   总被引:4,自引:1,他引:3  
对光子筛的聚焦成像原理作了分析,并用平面波角谱方法对光子筛聚焦成像进行了数值模拟.模拟结果表明,光子筛聚焦具有提高分辨率和抑制高级衍射的优点.在理论分析和计算机模拟的基础上,设计并制作了Fresnel波带片、未平滑处理和平滑处理后的光子筛.用波长为532 nm激光光源对波带片和光子筛聚焦光斑进行检测.结果表明,光波通过光子筛聚焦后的光斑比波带片的光斑更细,成像对比度更高.  相似文献

基于 Zernike相衬成像原理和光瞳切趾原理,提出一种将相位板和切趾光子筛集成为一个相衬显微物镜的 X射线相衬成像光子筛的设计方法.这种 X射线相衬成像物镜可以实现生物体组织或者其他弱吸收材料的高分辨率和高衬度成像.通过优化光子筛透镜的衍射结构,可以抑制成像系统的点扩展函数的旁瓣和消除高阶衍射焦点,从而提高成像分辨率;另外,将光子筛透镜和变相板合为一体,克服了成像透镜和变相板难以对准的缺陷.以高斯切趾光子筛为例,实验验证了设计方法的可行性. 关键词: X射线显微技术 相衬成像 光瞳切趾 光子筛  相似文献

利用螺旋型波带片进行边缘增强成像   总被引:4,自引:1,他引:3  
为了提高对等离子体内界面区域的诊断精度,研究了利用螺旋型波带片实现边缘增强成像的技术。制作了用于可见光波段的一阶螺旋型波带片,最外环宽度3μm。利用螺旋型波带片对振幅式物体进行了边缘增强成像,实验获得了成像物体内边界区域的清晰图像,界面区域的成像强度得到很大增强。通过实验测量发现,当物距在菲涅耳衍射区域内时,螺旋型波带片也能够获取较好的成像质量,表明螺旋型波带片具有较大的视场角,能够对大尺度物体进行边缘成像。基于螺旋型波带片的边缘增强成像可以弥补传统成像方式对界面区域成像的不足,提高对等离子体内界面区域的诊断能力。  相似文献

应用斐波那契数列,提出了一种双焦点光子筛,并基于惠更斯-菲涅耳原理,分析了斐波那契光子筛的聚焦特性。数值仿真结果表明,当单色平面波通过斐波那契光子筛时,它能够获得两个焦距比约为黄金分割比的轴向焦点。筛孔直径等于所在轨道宽度的1.165倍时,两个焦点处光强相等。与斐波那契波带片相比,斐波那契光子筛具有更高的横向分辨率。最后引入高斯切趾技术,对斐波那契光子筛筛孔个数进行调制,在两个焦平面上进一步提高横向的分辨率。由于斐波那契光子筛体积小、重量轻、设计灵活,而且具有多焦性,可以用于光学开关、纳米光刻、生物仿生眼、多焦成像和测距,甚至在X射线显微技术和太赫兹成像技术都将有新的应用。  相似文献

分析了菲涅耳非相干相关全息(Fresnel incoherent correlation holography,FINCH)系统中纯相位空间光调制器(spatial light modulator,SLM)加载螺旋相位掩模时的点扩散函数.以氙灯为照明光源搭建了FINCH系统,电荷耦合器记录的点源全息图与点扩散函数模拟结果一致.采用该系统分别在SLM上加载双透镜掩模和螺旋相位调制双透镜掩模两种情况下对分辨率板和非染色洋葱细胞成像,给出了成像对比结果.结果表明:采用螺旋相位调制的FINCH系统可以在几乎不牺牲分辨率的情况下提高图像的边缘对比度;同样,对相位物体也可以实现图像的边缘提取和识别.该方法在实时监测活细胞的分裂、形变等方面具有重要应用前景.  相似文献

提出了一种计算螺旋型波带片聚焦特性的方法。从衍射积分理论出发对螺旋型波带片的聚集特性进行了理论计算,推导出了级数形式的解析解,获得了螺旋型波带片"空心"焦点的场强分布。利用螺旋型波带片的聚焦特性,对其成像进行了数值模拟和理论分析。理论分析表明螺旋型波带片的空间分辨率与其"空心"焦点的环宽有关。通过验证实验证明理论分析与实验测试一致,为螺旋型波带片成像理论和模拟计算提供了一种有效手段。  相似文献

推导了相干照明下衍射受限螺旋相衬成像系统的成像公式,总结了影响螺旋相衬法成像效果的螺旋相位板参数,包括中心尺寸、整体尺寸以及台阶数。详细研究了各参数对螺旋相衬成像系统性能的影响,提出了各参数的合理取值范围,并通过实验验证了其正确性。所采用的计算方法,不仅可以用于研究螺旋相位板的设计,而且对于其他空间滤波器的设计同样具有参考价值。  相似文献

基于快速傅里叶变换光束传播法,研究了硬X射线光子筛中高高宽比金属结构的波导效应,确定了硬X射线光子筛的物理边界条件,采用角谱法计算了硬X射线光子筛的点扩展函数,并分析了吸收体厚度对聚焦性能的影响.研究结果表明波导效应一定程度上有利于抑制光子筛高级衍射的产生,提高聚焦性能.在同样的特征尺寸下,硬X射线光子筛的空间分辨率优于菲涅尔波带片,其缺点是衍射效率的下降.吸收体厚度的提高有利于提高光子筛的聚焦性能和衍射效率,但是相应的纳米加工工艺难度会增加. 关键词: 菲涅尔波带片 硬X射线光子筛 光束传播法 角谱法  相似文献

针对基于时间平均数字全息法的微振动原位检测,提出了一种有效提高振动条纹模式对比度的方法,进而可准确获得待测面振幅分布.首先针对实际振动过程中物体存在纵向微位移而引起的相位误差进行校正;然后去除记录过程中物光场散斑引起的相位噪音,有效提高了被第一类零阶贝塞尔函数调制的条纹对比度;最后利用第一类零阶贝塞尔函数的变化规律和条纹级数,定量估计全场的振幅分布.搭建了以声波作为激励源的时间平均全息测振实验系统,采用频率分别为0、1 100、2 000和9 000 Hz的正弦声波激励簧片进行实验验证.结果表明,以振动频率2 000Hz为例,本方法能够有效提高振动调制条纹质量,并计算得到三级零点处的振幅值分别为109.4nm、244.2nm、356.4nm,与理论值相比较,误差分别为6.31%、3.34%和3.78%,在允许范围之内,证明了该方法的有效性.  相似文献

Two-dimensional scanning of a 0.6328 mum guided-light beam has been realized using noncolinear acousto-optic (AO) coplanar Bragg diffraction together with colinear AO guided-mode to substrate radiation-mode conversion in a Z-cut Xpropagation LiNbO3 proton-exchanged (PE) waveguide. The two surface acoustic (SAW) waves utilized are at the center frequencies of 500 and 200 MHz, propagating in the Y and X axes, respectively. Two-dimensional scanning of approximately 720 resolvable light beam spots, namely, 18 40 (horizontal vertical) scanning, has been demonstrated using a light beam of 1.0 mm aperture. The total number of resolvable beam spots can be greatly increased from 720 by simply utilizing SAW transducers of larger bandwidth and a light beam of greater aperture. It should also be possible to significantly increase the diffraction efficiency from 3 % by optimizing the parameters of the PE waveguide and the SAWs.  相似文献

A simple technique of pulse compression, based on the linear chirp compensation of self-phase modulation (SPM) spectra in dispersion shifted fibers, is demonstrated. The optimization procedure is carried out, for a short span of a single-mode fiber, using a parabolic law, which describes the behavior of the squared output pulse width versus the pump peak power in the case of Gaussian pulses. The experimental results give a minimum pulse duration of 233 fs, which is in good agreement with the model. Shorter and coherent pulses, down to 90 fs, have been obtained by inserting an interference filter at the optical output.  相似文献

Results of a study of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of cadmium tungstate crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations are presented. Spectral characteristics of the nondnnnoped crystals are briefly described. Absorption and photo and X-ray luminescence spectra of the crystals taken before and after exposure to γ-radiation (5.5·104 Gy) are compared. It is found that the spectral characteristics of the crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations do not change markedly after the exposure. The relation between the type of impurity-induced defects, individual characteristics of the impurity cations, and the character of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of impure crystals is analyzed (preliminarily). The Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility(SSRF)booster ring,a full energy injector for the storage ring,is deigned to accelerate the electron beam energy from 150MeV to 3.5GeV that demands high extraction efficiency at the extraction energy with low beam loss rate when electrons are ramping.Closed orbit distortion(COD)caused by bending magnet field uniformity errors which affects the machine performance harmfully could be effectively reduced by bending magnet location sorting.Considering the affections of random errors in measurement,both ideal sorting and realistic sorting are studied based on measured bending magnet field uniformity errors and one reasonable combination of bending magnets which can reduce the horizontal COD by a factor of 5is given as the final installation sequence of the booster bending magnets in this paper.  相似文献

A multi-conjugate adaptive optics (MCAO) can offer a possibility of widening field of view (FOV) characterized by the isoplanatic angle, and the choose of conjugate height becomes a basic problem for MCAO, which influences the size of iosplanatic angle. Considering the application of lidar, the isoplanatic angle's expressions of two deformable mirrors (DMs) MCAO for uplink and downlink are deduced. The effects of conjugate heights for dual-conjugate AO are thoughtfully discussed, and the isoplanatic angles are further analyzed. The results show that the isopanatic angle varies with the conjugate height and reaches the maximum as the conjugate height is at the optimal altitude. Moreover, the optimal conjugate height changes with the propagation distance.  相似文献

Due to the limit of response speed of the present single-photon detector, the code rate is still too low to come into practical use for the present quantum key distribution (QKD) system.A new idea is put up to design a quick single-photon detector.This quick single-photon detector is composed of a multi-port optic-fiber splitter and many avalanche photo diodes (APDs).Au of the ports with APDs work on the time division and cooperate with a logic discriminating and deciding unit driven by the clock signal.The operation frequency lies on the number N of ports, and can reach N times of the conventional single-photon detector.The single-photon prompt detection can come true for high repetition-rate pulses.The applying of this detector will largely raise the code rate of the QKD, and boost the commercial use.  相似文献

We measure the waveform and phase curves of short optical pulses before and after transmission over different lengths of fibers by use of the pulse analyzer with the frequency-resolved optical gating (FROG),and numerically simulate pulse evolution under the experimental conditions.The nonlinear coefficient of the fiber is given by comparing the experimental results with the numerical ones.Difference between the experiment and numerical simulation is analyzed.  相似文献

Resonance scattering of elastic spherical shell and cylindrical shell while the surrounding fluid medium has absorption is studied. The normal mode solution derived using exact elastic theory and the separation of variables is still applicable. However, the scattering form function has to be modified for the absorbing medium, otherwise the unreasonable result would be obtained. The backscattering form function in the absorbing medium is redefined, and the form function of elastic spherical and cylindrical shell with vacuum or solid matter filled is calculated in various absorption conditions. The results show that the absorption of surrounding fluid leads to notable attenuation of the coincidence resonances in the mid-frequency, but it has a little influence on the low-frequency resonance scattering induced by the filler inside the shell.  相似文献

A versatile and low-cost single-beam self-referenced phase-sensitive surface plasmon resonance(SPR)sensing system with ultra-high resolution performance is presented.The system exhibits a root-mean-square phase fluctuation of ±0.0028.over a period of 45 min.i.e.a resolution of±5.2×10-9 refractive index units.The enhanced performance has been achieved through the incorporation of three design elements:a true single-beam configuration enabling complete self-referencing so that only the phase change associated with SPR gets detected,a differential measurement scheme to eliminate spurious signals not related to the sensor response,and the elimination of retardation drifts by incorporating temperature stabilization in the liquid crystal phase modulato .Our design should bring the detection sensitivity of non-labeling SPR biosensing closer to that achievable by conventional fluorescence-based techniques.  相似文献
