FeSe基超导体的超导临界温度可大范围调控,物理现象丰富,是非常规超导机理研究的热点.由于较高的超导临界参数及易于加工等特点,FeSe基超导体在超导应用开发方面也日益受到重视.大尺寸高质量的单晶和薄膜形态的FeSe基超导材料,对于相关基础科学研究和应用开发都极为重要.作者近年来先后开发和发明了水热离子交换(ion-exchange)、离子脱插(ion-deintercalation)、基底辅助水热外延生长方法,成功解决了二元FeSe和插层(Li,Fe)OHFeSe超导体高质量单晶和薄膜的生长和物性调控难题.进而在相关物理问题的研究中取得新进展,包括发现二元FeSe中自旋向列序与超导电性密切相关,观测到(Li,Fe)OHFeSe中的电子相分离现象.此外,(Li,Fe)OHFeSe超导薄膜呈现很高的超导临界电流密度和上临界磁场,其应用前景值得关注.  相似文献

考虑到高Tc超导材料层状桔构特点,从三维各向异性Hubbard模型出发,在大U时导出了自旋波线性近似下的有效哈密顿量。利用格林函数运动方程技术,计算了系统的子晶格磁化强度、内能、比热、平行磁化率和垂直磁化率等物理量。结果表明,层间和层内反铁磁耦合强度之比δ=J/J对这些物理量有重要影响。在低温T?2J(2+δ)/kB下,确定了特征温度T0=2J(2δ(2+δ))1/2/kB,分别给出了T?T0和T?T0时,这些物理量的渐近表达式。 关键词:  相似文献

In the framework of the weak coupling theory of superconductivity, we have proved that spin and charge fluctuations in the high-Tc superconductors can pro-duce respectively, pair-breaking and pair-forming effects on the superconductivity resulting from the "generalized BCS mechanism". With the coupling constant for spin fluctuations larger than that for charge fluctuations, they combine to produce a temperature-dependent effective pair-breaking effect, which makes Tc decrease more rapidly than Δ(0), the superconducting gap at T=0, and therefore, enhances the ratio 2Δ(0)/Tc. This provides a reasonable physical interpretation for the relevant experimental results.  相似文献

Gadolinium gallium garnet, Gd3Ga5O12 (GGG) has an extraordinary low-temperature phase diagram. Although the Curie–Weiss temperature of GGG is −2 K, GGG shows no long-range order down to T0.4 K. At low temperatures GGG has a spin glass phase at low fields (0.1 T), a field-induced long-range ordered antiferromagnetic state at fields of between 0.7 and 1.3 T, and, at intermediate fields, an apparent spin-liquid state without long-range order. We have characterized the intermediate field (IF) state through heat capacity, thermal conductivity, and magnetocaloric measurements. Our results show a sharp high-field phase boundary of the thermal irreversibility of the spin glass phase of GGG implying that the intermediate field phase is distinct from the spin glass. The lower field boundary of the AFM phase is shown to have distinct minimum at T0.2 K, in analogy to the minimum in the melting curve of 4He. The existence of such a minimum is confirmed by measurements of the latent heat of the transition below that temperature.  相似文献

始于2008年的铁基超导体研究续写了高温超导发展史的新篇章.回顾过去十年对铁基超导体的研究,在理论、实验及应用方面都取得了辉煌的成绩,丰富了人们对高温超导电性的认识,为突破高温超导机理研究、最终实现超导材料的人工设计与更广泛的应用奠定了坚实的基础.本文主要介绍了通过高压实验研究手段在铁基超导体的研究中取得的一些重要进展及呈现出的新现象和新物理,例如压致超导现象、压力导致的超导再进入现象、压力对超导转变温度的提升效应、压力研究对铁基超导体超导转变温度的预测、相分离结构对超导电性的影响及反铁磁-超导双临界点的发现等.希望这些高压研究结果与本文报道的其他各类实验与理论研究成果一起,为全面、深入地理解铁基超导体勾画出一幅较为完整的物理图像.  相似文献

EuTiO_3是钙钛矿结构的量子顺电体,实验发现其基态具有平面各向异性G类反铁磁结构,本文运用基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理计算研究了EuTiO_3处于量子顺电相和应力作用下处于铁电四方相时可能的自旋取向和自旋交换耦合作用,分析了自旋耦合作用的路径,探讨了应力对磁性交换路径的作用,结果发现:当体系自由时,EuTiO_3具有自旋沿[110]方向平面内单轴各向异性的G类反铁磁结构,该结构下Eu离子4f电子自旋通过处于面心位置的O 2p实现自旋反铁磁性的超交换耦合,而在外加应力诱导的铁电四方结构下,由于自旋交换路径中Eu—O—Eu键角改变,Eu 4f电子自旋实现了[110]方向的铁磁交换耦合。  相似文献

Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) measurements have been made on two of the electron-doped high-temperature superconducting cuprates (HTSCs), Pr2−xCexCuO4 and Sr0.9La0.1CuO2 that represent the two known electron-doped structures. The results are compared with the more-studied hole-doped HTSCs. We show that the electron and hole-doped HTSCs probe a similar antiferromagnetic spin fluctuation spectrum in the normal state, which provides support for theories of superconductivity where the pairing is mediated by antiferromagnetic spin fluctuations and the superconducting order parameter has a dx2y2 symmetry. Contrary to results from underdoped and hole-doped HTSCs, there is no evidence for a normal-state pseudogap in the NMR data from measurements on the electron-doped HTSCs. Therefore, the electron-doped HTSCs can be better compared with overdoped and hole-doped HTSCs where the normal-state pseudogap is absent. The antiferromagnetic spin fluctuation spectrum as probed by the Cu spin–lattice relaxation rate, is independent of the doped electrons per Cu. A similar effect is observed in the overdoped and hole-doped HTSC, Y1−xCaxBa2Cu3O7−δ for a hole concentration range of 0.063. The anomalous Cu NMR linewidth anisotropy observed in the electron-doped HTSCs suggests a small and static spin variation for temperatures up to room temperature.  相似文献

The magnetic contribution to the thermal expansion of Cu-O layer in YBa2Cu3O7-6 is studied with the nearly antiferronagnet Ficermi liquid model. Our analysis suggests that this additional thermal expansion due to antiferromagnetic spin fluctuation is the origin of the Cu-O plane buckling.  相似文献

Optical and spectral properties of carriers in the presence of strong antiferromagnetic correlations and interacting with optical phonon modes are analyzed using Dynamical Mean Field Theory. We interpret the mid-infrared band in σ(ω) in term of mixed spin lattice polaronic excitations which arise from the stabilization of the lattice polaron due to the antiferromagnetic correlations. We compare our results with experimental data in NCCO showing that the doping and temperature dependences of the optical conductivity in this compound is naturally reproduced within a spin/lattice polaronic model.  相似文献

通过对FeSe进行化学插层可以将其超导转变温度(Tc)从约8 K提高到40 K以上,实现高温超导电性.最近,我们对两种插层FeSe高温超导材料(Li0.84Fe0.16)OHFe0.98Se和Li0.36(NH3yFe2Se2开展了高压调控研究,发现压力会首先抑制高温超导相(称为SC-I相),然后在临界压力Pc以上诱导出第二个高温超导相(称为SC-Ⅱ相),呈现出双拱形T-P超导相图.这两个体系的Pc分别约为5和2 GPa,两个体系SC-Ⅱ相的最高Tc分别可以达到约52和55 K,比相应SC-I相的初始Tc提高了10 K.对(Li0.84Fe0.16)OHFe0.98Se的正常态电输运性质分析表明,SC-I和SC-Ⅱ相的正常态分别具有费米液体和非费米液体行为,意味着这两个超导相可能存在显著差异.此外,还发现这两个体系的SC-Ⅱ相的Tc与霍尔系数倒数1/RH(∝载流子浓度ne)具有很好的线性依赖关系.对(Li0.84Fe0.16)OHFe0.98Se的高压X射线衍射测量排除了其在10 GPa以内发生结构相变的可能,因此Pc以上SC-Ⅱ相的出现和载流子浓度的增加很可能起源于压力导致的费米面重构.  相似文献

对含有次近邻节点自旋交换耦合的自旋-1/2伊辛-海森伯钻石链体系进行了研究,利用矩阵对角化和传递矩阵方法对基态磁相和宏观热力学量进行了严格求解,重点探讨了所有交换耦合均为反铁磁耦合时,体系节点伊辛自旋间次近邻相互作用的影响.研究结果表明次近邻节点伊辛自旋存在反铁磁耦合时会增强系统的阻挫效应,引入破坏平移对称性的经典亚铁磁相,使基态呈现出上上上下上上的自旋构型以及磁化曲线新颖的2/3磁化平台,丰富了体系的基态相图和宏观磁性行为.  相似文献

A model for the high-Tc Copper Oxides is studied. The, localized nature of Cu 3d electrons is described as the RVB quantum spin liquid and the doped O 2p holes are described with an itinerant band. This article reviews low-temperature heat transport studies of spin-gapped quantum magnets in the last few decades. Quantum magnets with small spins and low dimensionality exhibit a variety of novel phenomena. Among them, some systems are characteristic of having quantum-mechanism spin gap in their magnetic excitation spectra, including spin-Peierls systems, S=1 Haldane chains, S= 1/2 spin ladders, and spin dimmers. In some particular spin-gapped systems, the XY-type antiferromagnetic state induced by magnetic field that closes the spin gap can be described as a magnon Bose-Einstein condensation (BEC). Heat transport is effective in probing the magnetic excitations and magnetic phase transitions, and has been extensively studied for the spin-gapped systems. A large and ballistic spin thermal conductivity was observed in the two-leg Heisenberg S=1/2 ladder compounds. The characteristic of magnetic thermal transport of the Haldane chain systems is quite controversial on both the theoretical and experimental results. For the spin-Peierls system, the spin excitations can also act as heat carriers. In spin-dimer compounds, the magnetic excitations mainly play a role of scattering phonons. The magnetic excitations in the magnon BEC systems displayed dual roles, carrying heat or scattering phonons, in different materials.  相似文献

Following the same strategy used for RVO3, thermal conductivity measurements have been made on a series of single-crystal perovskites RTiO3 (R=La,Nd,...,Yb). Results reveal explicitly a transition from an orbital liquid to an orbitally ordered phase at a magnetic transition temperature, which is common for both the antiferromagnetic and ferromagnetic phases in the phase diagram of RTiO3. This spin/orbital transition is consistent with the mode softening at T_{N} in antiferromagnetic LaTiO3 and is supported by an anomalous critical behavior at T_{c} in ferromagnetic YTiO3.  相似文献

采用传统固相反应法制备(La1-xGdx)4/3Sr5/3Mn2O7(x=0,0.05)多晶样品,并通过测量样品的磁化强度与温度的变化曲线(M-T曲线)、电子自旋共振谱(ESR谱)和电阻率与温度的变化曲线(ρ-T曲线),研究了x=0和x=0.05样品的相分离现象.研究结果表明,两样品在低温部分出现了反铁磁与铁磁相互竞争的现象,体现出团簇自旋玻璃态的特征.x=0和x=0.05样品分别在125—375 K和100—375 K范围内观察到类Griffiths相,同时发现掺杂使得三维铁磁有序温度(T3Dc0≈125 K和T3Dc1≈100 K)降低,而对类Griffiths温度(TG≈375 K)没有明显影响.在TG温度以上两样品均表现出纯顺磁特性.其电特性表明,x=0样品在整个测量范围内出现两次绝缘-金属转变,这是由钙钛矿锰氧化物共生现象所致.而x=0.05样品只出现一次绝缘-金属转变,表明掺杂能抑制共生现象的产生.通过对ρ-T曲线的拟合发现两样品在高温部分的导电方式基本都遵循三维变程跳跃的导电方式.  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶+快速热处理方法制备Bi_1-xBa_xFeO_3(BBFO-x,x=0,0.05,0.15)陶瓷材料,研究不同工艺条件和元素掺杂对样品的结构和磁特性的影响,实验结果表明,BBFO-x纯相样品制备工艺要求较高,在工艺条件为800℃下退火450s时,样品具有最好的结构及磁性能;X射线衍射测试表明,Ba元素替代会引起晶格畸变,但没有改变样品的宏观晶格结构;Raman光谱测试进一步证实了样品的纯相结构及Ba元素掺杂对样品结构的影响;此外,Ba元素替代有助于增强样品的磁性,其原因在于掺杂使得原有的长程反铁磁螺旋磁结构受到破坏,同时可能出现Fe离子价态变化,产生自旋耦合,从而在样品中表现出更大的宏观净磁矩,本工作可对开展这一单相多铁材料体系的微观结构以及磁电耦合效应的研究提供很好的实验基础。  相似文献

Magnetic properties of CsVF4 have been studied by means of thermal diffusivity and neutron diffraction. The antiferromagnetic transition appearing at about 43 K is found to be of Ising spin order of V3+ magnetic moments which are oriented along the c-axis having the order of G-type. By applying a magnetic field vertically to the c-plane, it is also found that the magnetic moments of V3+ are re-oriented so as to be anti-parallel in each two-dimensional sheet of VF6 octahedra and parallel between the network with the result that a ferromagnetic component appears.  相似文献

HgCr_2S_4 is a typical compound manifesting competing ferromagnetic(FM) and antiferromagnetic(AFM) exchanges as well as strong spin-lattice coupling.Here we study these effects by intentionally choosing a combination of magnetization under external hydrostatic pressure and thermal conductivity at various magnetic fields.Upon applying pressure up to 10 kbar at 1kOe,while the magnitude of magnetization reduces progressively,the AFM ordering temperature T_N enhances concomitantly at a rate of about 1.5K/kbar.Strikingly,at 10 kOe the field polarized FM state is found to be driven readily back to an AFM one even at only 5 kbar.In addition,the thermal conductivity exhibits drastic increments at various fields in the temperature range with strong spin fluctuations,reaching about 30% at 50 kOe.Consequently,the results give new experimental evidence of spin-lattice coupling.Apart from the colossal magnetocapacitance and colossal magnetoresistance reported previously,the findings here may enable new promising functionalities for potential applications.  相似文献

Using the free carrier-negative U center interacting model, we have investigated the superconducting transitionr,temperature Tc, the specific heat jump at Tc, the coherence length, the penetration depth, the thermodynamic critical field and the isotope effect for the high-Tc oxide superconductor. The theoretical values of these physical quantities are consistent with the experimental values. Further, the residual electronic specific heat in the superconducting state is explained as the result of the inherent instability in this superconductive mechanism.  相似文献
