Two new different Cu(Ⅱ) MOFs with the same 1,3,5-tris(1-imidazolyl) benzene(tib) ligand {[Cu(tib)2]·(H2O)2·Br2}n(1) and {[Cu2(tib)·Br·Cl]·2Br}n(2) were obtained by one pot synthesized of tib with CuBr in the presences of HCl and water. X-ray single crystal diffraction analyses indicate that both complexes 1 and 2 have two dimensional frameworks containing different building blocks. Each Cu(Ⅱ) atom in complex 1 is coordinated by four N atoms from different tib ligands. However, there are two different cryptographic Cu(Ⅱ) atoms in complex 2, one is four coordinated by two bromine atoms and two N atoms from different tib ligands, the other is six coordinated by two chloride atoms and four N atoms from different tib ligands. The thermal gravimetric analysis of complexes 1 and 2 are depicted in the paper.  相似文献

Four new Cu(Ⅱ) complexes with two benzotriazole-based ligands, [Cu2(L^1)2(NO3)2]· 2H2O (1), [Cu2(L^1)2]·2ClO4·2H2O (2), [Cu2(HL^2)2(NO3)4]·2CH3COCH3 (3) and [Cu(HL^2)2(Cl)]·Cl·2CH2Cl2 (4), where HL^1 = 1,3-bis(benzotriazol-2-yl)-2-propanol and HL^2 = 1,3-bis(benzotriazol-1-yl)-2-propanol, were synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analyses, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. It is revealed that complexes 1~3 have dinuclear structures, while 4 possesses a one-dimensional (1-D) chain structure, which extends in two orthogonal orientations. In 1~4, the coordination numbers of Cu(Ⅱ) centers range from four to six, which may be attributed to the different geometries and coordination abilities of the ligands and anions. The L^1 ligand in complexes 1 and 2 adopts a tridentate di-chelating coordination mode, whereas ligand HL^2 in complexes 3 and 4 has a bidentate bridging coordination mode. The different coordination modes of these two ligands may be explained by the different charges of nitrogen donor atoms in the benzotriazole ring, which has been investigated by density functional theory (DFT) calculations.  相似文献

Hydrothermal reactions of two imidazole derivatives(1,3,5-tib = 1,3,5-tris(1Himidazol-1-yl)benzene, 1,4-bimb = 1,4-bis(1H-imidazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene) and the ZnⅡ cations in the presence of oxalic acid(H2ox) afford two coordination polymers, namely, {[Zn(ox)(1,3,5-tib)]·2(H2O)}n(1) and [Zn1.5(ox)1.5(1,4-bimb)1.5]n(2). Their structures have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses, elemental analyses, IR spectra, and powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD) analyses. Both complexes 1 and 2 are based on the 1D zigzag [Zn(ox)]n chains, and their final structures are controlled by the two different imidazole linkers, which expanded the structure along different directions, finally giving a 3D dia net for 1 and a 2D sql layer for 2. Moreover, the luminescent properties of 1 and 2 have been investigated.  相似文献

Six first row transition metal complexes with 1,6-bis(2′-pyridyl)-2,5-dithiahexane(Py_2S_2), namely, MnPy_2S_2Cl_2(1), FePy_2S_2Cl_2(2), Co Py_2S_2Cl(3), CoPy_2S_2(SCN)_2(4), NiPy_2S_2(SCN)_2(5) and NiPy_2S_2(N_3)_2(6), have been synthesized. A mixture of MCl_2·x H_2O(M = Mn, Co) in MeOH(FeCl_2·4H_2O in MeCN) and the stoichiometric amount of Py_2S_2 was stirred for 4 h at room temperature, then these aiming products 1, 2 and 3 could be obtained by purification. A mixture of MPy_2S_2Cl_2(M = Co, Ni) in MeOH and two equivalents of KSCN or NaN_3 was stirred for 4 h at room temperature. After that, complexes 4, 5 and 6 could be got by purifying. For 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, the metal centers are hexa-coordinated in a similar distorted octahedral geometry and the crystal structures have the same space group Pbcn. The crystal structure of compound 6 belongs to monoclinic with space group P21/c. The coordinated atoms around M(Ⅱ) are two pyridyl N atoms(N(1) and N(2)), two thioether S atoms(S(1) and S(2)) and two chloride ions(Cl(1) and Cl(2)) in compounds 1, 2, and 3, but in 4, 5, and 6, two chloride ions(Cl(1) and Cl(2)) are replaced by another two N atoms from N_3~– or NCS~–.  相似文献

In this work, a new Cd(II) dimeric compound, [Cd(Cl)2(L)(H2O)]2(1, L = 2-(4-fluorophenyl)-1H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline), has been achieved under hydrothermal conditions. The structure of compound 1 was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 8.944(2), b = 18.781(5), c = 10.904(3), β = 91.392(4)°, V = 1831.2(8) 3, Z = 2, C38H26Cd2F2Cl4Cl4N8O2, Mr = 1031.27, Dc = 1.870 g/cm3, F(000) = 1016, μ(Mo Ka) = 1.513 mm-1, R = 0.0532 and w R = 0.1407. Each Cd(II) atom is in an octahedral coordination sphere, completed by two nitrogen atoms from one L ligand, two chlorine anions, and one water oxygen atom. Two chlorine anions bridge two Cd(II) atoms to give a dimer [Cd(Cl)2(L)(H2O)]2. Adjacent dimers are stacked by one type of π-π interactions among L ligands to generate a 1D supramolecular chain. Further, the 1D supramolecular chains are stacked by another type of π-π interactions among L ligands to give a 2D supramolecular layer. Finally, the luminescent property of 1 has been studied in solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

Two novel coordination compounds of Zn(Ⅱ) with Ph3P (CH2)2CO-2(L), namely, [ZnL4(H2O)2]·(ClO4)2·2H2O(compound 1) and [Zn2Cl4(μ-L-O,O′)2](compound 2), have been prepared. The single crystal X-ray structure analysis of these compounds indicates that in compound 1 the Zn(Ⅱ) atom is coordinated by four monodentate carboxylato groups on the equatorial plane and two aqua ligands occupy the axial coordination positions. The pendant oxygen atoms form strong hydrogen bonds with the aqua molecules which results in the stability of this structure. In compound 2, two Zn(Ⅱ) atoms are bridged by a pair of carboxylato groups, showing a skew-bridge mode, and thus enabling a long Zn(Ⅱ)…Zn(Ⅱ) separation. As we know, it is a dinuclear coordination compound with the longest Zn…Zn separation.  相似文献

The 1,5-disubstituted thiocarbohydrazide ligands were prepared by the condensation of thiocarbohydrazide with salicylaldehyde and 5-methylsalicylaldehyde, respectively. The butyltin complexes, [(5-R-2-hydroxy)ArCH=NNH]_2 CS(n-BuSnCl)_2, R = H(T1); R = Me(T2), based on the1,5-disubstituted thiocarbohydrazide were obtained by microwave-assisted solvothermal reaction of n-butyltintrichloride precursor with the ligands in methanol environments, which have been structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR and(~1 H, ~(13) C) NMR spectra. The crystals belong to monoclinic system, space groups C2/c(T1) and Pc(T2), respectively. The Sn atom is six-coordinated with distorted octahedral geometry by O, N and S atoms from ligand, C atom of butyl and two Cl atoms. In the crystal, complex T1 forms three-dimensional supramolecular assembly mediated by noncovalent interactions such as C–H···Cl and π-stacking interactions.Similarly, T2 forms an interesting two-dimensional supramolecular structure by noncovalent interactions(e.g. C–H×××Cl and N–H×××Cl) of one-dimensional band-like chain. These ligands and its butyltin complexes have growth effect on the target plants, such as Portulaca oleracea L.,Amaranthus spinosus L., Cassia tora L., Brassica campestris L. ssp. chinensis var. utilis Tsen et Lee and Amaranthus tricolor L. The ligand L1 has a good inhibitory effect on the growth of Cassia tora L., and complex T2 has selective inhibition on the growth of Portulaca oleracea L. and Amaranthus tricolor L., which can be used as a candidate compound for Cassia tora L., Portulaca oleracea L.and Amaranthus tricolor L. herbicide.  相似文献

A new 1D coordination polymer [Co(bpp)3Cl2(H2O)2]n 1 (bpp = 1,3-bis(4-pyridyl)-propane) was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis,IR spectrum and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the orthorhombic system,space group Ibca with a = 16.569(9),b = 17.240(10),c = 27.087(16) ,V = 7738(8) 3,Z = 8,Dc = 1.306 g/cm3,Mr = 760.65,λ(MoKa) = 0.71073 ,μ = 0.623 mm1,F(000) = 3192,the final R = 0.0678 and wR = 0.2011. The Co(II) atom is coordinated in a slightly distorted octahedral CoN4Cl2 geometry by two Cl atoms in the axial positions,four N atoms from the two bridging bpp ligands and two pendant bpp ligands. The CoN4Cl2 octahedra are connected by the bridging bpp ligands to form a 1D neutral coordination polymer chain. The chains are linked by face-to-face π-π interactions between adjacent pendant bpp ligands to give rise to a 3D supramolecular architecture. The photoluminescent investigation indicates that the emission of 1 is attributed to ligand-centered emission. The variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility measurement shows weak antiferromagnetic behavior in the complex.  相似文献

Two novel coordination polymers with helical chains, {[Zn(L)(H2O)]?H2O}n(1) and {[Zn(L)(p-bix)]?3.5H2O}n(2), where H2 L = 5-(4-hydroxypyridinium-1-ylmethyl) isophthalic acid and p-bix = 1,4-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene, have been hydrothermally synthesized, and charac-terized by elemental analysis, powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD), IR, thermal gravimetric analyses(TGA) and also by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Both complexes 1 and 2 crystallize inmonoclinic, space group P21/c. Compound 1 displays a two-dimensional(2D) structure with two distinct types of helical chains; 2 shows a layered coordination polymer with two types of helical chains and features an interesting 2D→3D interdigitated architecture. Meanwhile, the luminescent properties of 1 and 2 have also been investigated in detail.  相似文献

A coordination polymer formulated as {[Mn2L(N3)4]·2H2O)n(1) [L = 1,4-bis(pyridinil-3-carboxylato)-1,4- dimethylbenzene] was synthesized and structurally and magnetically characterized. The uniform Mn(Ⅱ) chains with mixed (μ-EO-N3)2(μ-COO) triple bridges (EO = end-on) are linked by L ligands to generate a 2-fold interpenetrating 3D framework. A new cobalt( Ⅱ ) complex [Co(μ-phth)(imi)2]n (phth = o-phthalato, imi = imidazole)has been synthesized by the reaction of CoCl2 with disodium o-phthalate and imidazole. The crystal structure of the compound has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of monoclinic system, space group Pn with a = 8.405(1), b = 9.995(1), c = 9.996(2) (A),β= 104.479(2),V= 813.0(2) (A)3, Dc= 1.467 g/cm3, C14H12N4O4Co, Mr= 359.21, F(000) = 366,μ = 1.079 mm-1, Z = 2, R = 0.0483 and wR = 0.1209 for 1583 observed reflections (Ⅰ> 2σ(Ⅰ)). In the title complex, the Co(Ⅱ) ions are bridged by o-phthalate ligands in a bidentate mode, producing a zigzag infinite chain structure. Each four-coordinated cobalt( Ⅱ ) center was coordinated by two oxygen atoms and two nitrogen atoms to give a distorted tetrahedral geometry. The chains are linked by hydrogen bonds between oxygen atoms belonging to carboxylate groups and hydrogen atoms of imidazole molecules, forming an unusual two-dimensional coordination polymer.  相似文献

Two new Zn(Ⅱ) and Cd(Ⅱ) coordination complexes, [Zn(ppda)(idz)]_n(1) and [Cd(mpda)(mbib)]_n(2)(H2 ppda = 1,4-phenylenediacetic acid, H_2 mpda = 1,3-phenylenediacetic acid, idz = imidazole, mbib = 1,3-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene), have been synthesized by using Zn(Ⅱ)/Cd(Ⅱ) salt and phenylenediacetic acid in the presence of different imidazole ligands under hydrothermal conditions, and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, single-crystal X-ray crystallography and thermogravimetric analysis. Complex 1 crystallizes in orthorhombic system, Iba2 space group. The carboxylic acid ligands form a 2 D helical layer with Zn(Ⅱ) ions, and such layers are expanded into a 3 D network structure by the force of C–H×××π. Complex 2 crystallizes in monoclinic system, P2_1/n space group. Complex 2 shows a 3 D framework with two Cd(Ⅱ) ions as nodes of a dual-core unit, which can be considered to be 6-connected net and regarded as a rare(4~4,5~(10),7) topology network with self-interlacing. The structural diversities indicate that rigid and flexible imidazole ligands play dominating roles in modulating the formation of structures of these crystalline materials. Moreover, the luminescent properties of two complexes are investigated in solid state.  相似文献

A novel coordination polymer [Zn(N3)2(bpp)]n[bpp=1,3-bis(4-pyridyl)-propane] was synthesized at room temperature and structurally characterized by means of X-ray single crystal diffraction. The results show that the polymer exhibits a linear chain structure; the Zn-Zn distance is 12.235?. Each Zn(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms from bpp ligands and two nitrogen atoms from azido (N3-) groups, the coordination geometry of Zn(Ⅱ) ion is a slightly distorted tetrahedron, the angles around Zn(Ⅱ) ions are from 103.27° to 121.37°. In the solid-state structure of the polymer, the linear chains are stacked with parallel mode along a direction. Moreover, between adjacent chains, there are π-π interactions between pyridine rings, which are arranged in face-to-face fashion with interplanar distances of av. 3.821?. CCDC: 189591.  相似文献

The 2,2'-((sulfonylbis(4,1-phenylene))bis(oxy))diacetic acid(H2L) and 4,4'-bipyridine(4,4'-bipy) are employed as organic ligands to react with metal salts to obtain two new metal-organic frameworks(MOFs), namely [M2L2(4,4'-bipy)](M = Zn(1), Cu(2)). They have been successfully synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction reveals that two complexes are isostructural and crystallize in orthorhombic system with space group Pbcn. All L2- ligands bridge metal ions to form an infinite 1D Z-shaped chain along the a axis. Then through 4,4'-bipy, contiguous Z-shaped chains are linked to form a 2D layer structure. The luminescent studies of the H2L ligand and complex 1 in the solid state and thermogravimetric analyses(TGA) of two complexes are investigated.  相似文献

Two new dicopper(II) complexes [Cu2L(OAc)2](ClO4)·H2O(1) and [Cu2L(BPP)2]-(ClO4)(2) using an asymmetric dinucleating ligand HL and auxiliary ligands such as acetate(OAc) and bisphenyl phosphate(BPP) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 crystallizes as blue single crystals that belong to the triclinic crystal system and P1 space group, while complex 2 crystallizes in a monoclinic P21/c space group. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the two copper ions in complexes 1 and 2 reside within the adjacent ligand compartments and are bridged by the endogenous phenoxo-O from ligand L and the introduction of two desired exogenous carboxylates or phosphates in the bidentate μ-1,3-bridged mode. The coordination geometries of Cu(1) and Cu(2) are both distorted square pyramids.  相似文献

Two new coordination polymers, [Cd(BDC)(HL)]n(I) and {[Zn(BDC)(HL)_2]·(H_2 O)}_n(Ⅱ), have been synthesized under solvothermal conditions, based on 1 H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridin-3-amine(HL) along with 1,4-benzenedicarboxylic acid(H_2 BDC). Polymers I and Ⅱ have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD) and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Polymer I features a two-dimensional 4-connected sql structure and further extends into a three-dimensional supramolecular framework directed by hydrogen-bonding interactions and π-π interactions. Polymer Ⅱ exhibits a layered packing supramolecular structure. Hydrogen bonding interactions involved between the free water molecules and carboxylate O atoms of H2 BDC ligands as well as the amino N atom of HL ligands play a critical role in constructing the three-dimensional supramolecular structure of Ⅱ. The solid-state photoluminescent properties of the two polymers were also investigated.  相似文献

In this paper, we report a novel two-step synthetic method of the symmetrical and asymmetrical diphosphine ligands 1, 2-bis(ditertbutylphosphino)ethane and 1, 2-bis(phenyltertbutylphosphino) ethane, and simultaneously establish a novel synthetic method of diphosphine ligand 1, 4-bis(phosphinocyclopentyl)butane with larger chelate ring. The former was prepared from the reaction of 1, 2-bis(dichlorophosphino)ethane with Grignard reagent andalkyl lithium, respectively, the latter from the reaction of 1, 4-di-Grignard reagent with PCl_3. Furthermore, a series of organometallic complexes of Pt, Ni containing diphosphine chelate ligand were prepared from the reaction of (COD) PtCl_2 complex with diphosphine. These complexes are very stable. Among these complexes, the molecular structures of (d(t-Bu)pe)-PtCl_2, (dPCypb)PtCl_2 and ((n-Bu) (PCyp))_2PtCl_2 complexes have been determined by X-ray diffraction method indicating they are novel complexes. A new complex [Cd(nph)(bix)]_n(1, H_2nph = 4-nitrophthalic acid, bix = 1,4-bis(imidazol-1-yl)-benzene) has been successfully synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. Its structure has been characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum, TG, single-crystal and powder X-ray diffractions. The Cd~(2+) ion has a distorted octahedral environment with four O atoms from two nph ligands and two N atoms from two bix ligands. Each bix acts as a cis-conformation bridging ligand to link the neighboring [Cd_2(nph)] subunit to form tetranuclear subunits with 42-ring, which are bridged again by bix ligands to yield a two-dimensional network structure. It was stabilized by C–H···O hydrogen bonding and π-π interactions, and extended into a 3D supramolecular architecture. Moreover, the luminescent properties of complex 1 have been investigated in the solid state.  相似文献

A pair of enatiomerically pure ligands,(R-)/(S-)2-(4-carboxyphenyl)-4,5-dihydrothiazole-4-carboxylic acid(H2L^R & H2L^S), have been synthesized by the reactions of 4-cyanobenzoic acid with L-and D-cysteine, respectively. Four coordination polymers have been prepared from the ligands and structurally determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Complexes 1 R and 1 S([NiL(Py)(H2 O)]×H2 O, for 1 R, L =(L^R)2-;for 1 S, L =(L^S)2-) exhibit chiral helical one-dimensional chains, and complexes 2 R and 2 S({[ZnL2(H2 O)3]×CH3 CN}n, for 2 R L =(L^R)2-, for 2 S L =(LS)2-) are two-dimensional sheets. Luminescent and chir-optical properties have been investigated and compared with the free ligands. The complexes have blue-shift in luminescence spectrum compared with the free ligands.  相似文献
