以一维单原子链为模型,讨论了五边形和原子空位两种缺陷对碳管振动性质的影响,定性地解释了这两种缺陷产生局域模式的原因.计算结果表明,由于五边形周围碳碳键的缩短使得力常数变大;与此类似,当原子空位存在时,空位处有效质量变小,且碳碳键长变短,这些都相当于在晶格中掺入了"轻杂质",会使得在完整晶格的振动模式的外侧出现一个新的局域振动模式.  相似文献

本文基于密度泛函第一性原理研究了原始和带有缺陷的(Stone-Wales缺陷和单空位缺陷)碳纳米管负载金属V的稳定构型.对于V吸附在原始碳纳米管(CNT)上时,V在内表面的吸附比外表面的吸附有更强的相互作用力,且六元环内表面结构最稳定.当V与Stone-Wales缺陷碳纳米管相互作用时,V原子易吸附在管外七元环C-C键的外表面和内表面处,这说明缺陷位置的有效结合使之局域化加强.而以单空位缺陷碳纳米管为载体时V最易吸附在外缺陷处,相当于碳纳米管的一个C被金属V原子取代,形成了3个V-C_(sur)键,这进一步表明SV管外吸附比管内吸附更容易.我们从上述三种构型载体中发现,金属V吸附在缺陷碳纳米管时的稳定性要优于原始碳纳米管,且SV缺陷对金属V的固定效果最好.  相似文献

采用分子动力学方法,对含双空位及多空位缺陷碳纳米管进行静动力特性模拟研究.首先讨论了双原子空位缺陷以及多原子空位缺陷对碳纳米管的准静态力学性质的影响,然后讨论了缺陷以及轴向预应力对碳纳米豆荚内C60分子振荡动力学的影响.研究表明,相对于无缺陷碳纳米管,含不同类型双原子空位缺陷碳纳米管的极限应力、极限应变和弹性模量都大幅下降;当碳纳米管缺陷原子较多,缺陷连接在一起形成类似裂纹之后,使得碳纳米管轴向抗压性能大幅降低,裂纹沿周向发展相比于裂纹沿轴向发展,其抗压能力下降得更多,这类似于含裂纹的壳体模型结构抗压性能的下降;缺陷碳纳米豆荚中C60分子的振荡频率受到缺失的碳原子数的影响,单原子空位缺陷使得C60分子的振荡频率增大,但随着空位数的增多, C60分子的振荡频率会逐渐减小;当缺陷碳纳米豆荚存在轴向预应力时, C60分子的振荡不仅受到缺陷影响,同时还受到轴向预应力的影响,这使得C60分子振荡变得更为复杂.  相似文献

基于第一性原理电子结构和输运性质计算,研究了单空位缺陷对单层石墨纳米带(包括zigzag型和armchair型带)电子性质的影响.研究发现,单空位缺陷使石墨纳米带在费米面上出现一平直的缺陷态能带;单空位缺陷的引入使zigzag型半导体性的石墨纳米带变为金属性,这在能带工程中有重要的应用价值;奇数宽度的armchair型石墨纳米带表现出金属特性,有着很好的导电性能,同时,偶数宽度的armchair型石墨带虽有金属性的能带结构,但却有类似半导体的伏安特性;单空位缺陷使得奇数宽度的armchair石墨纳米带导电 关键词: 石墨纳米带 单空位缺陷 电子结构 输运性质  相似文献

采用分子动力学方法,对完善和含缺陷扶手椅型单层碳纳米管进行轴向压缩的数值模拟,对比研究三种不同的温度环境下单、双原子空位缺陷对碳纳米管轴压变形性能的特殊影响.研究结果表明管壁缺陷显著降低了纳米管低温时的承载能力,由于单原子空位缺陷造成的特殊应力集中效应会引发纳米管过早发生局部屈曲,单原子缺陷管的屈曲强度反而小于双原子管的屈曲强度. 关键词: 分子动力学 碳纳米管 屈曲 缺陷  相似文献

基于密度泛函第一性原理研究了金属原子Ti在原始、单空位缺陷(SV)、Stone-Wales(SW)缺陷碳纳米管内外的吸附情况.我们的计算结果表明金属Ti原子在缺陷碳纳米管内外结合能的排列顺序为:SVSW-zSW-xpristine(外吸附),SVSW-xSW-zpristine(内吸附).同时,我们通过吸附结构、电子密度和态密度等分析了Ti原子与碳纳米管的作用机制.其中,SV缺陷碳纳米管由于失去一个碳原子而形成了的三个悬键具有很强的结合能力,金属原子Ti在SV缺陷碳纳米管内外的吸附能力都是最强的.对于SW缺陷的碳纳米管,由于缺陷的位置不同,对于金属原子Ti内外吸附的能力也是不同的.因此,缺陷的存在能调节碳纳米管载体对Ti原子的吸附性能.  相似文献

采用基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理计算方法,系统地研究了带缺陷的二维类石墨烯结构的ZnO(graphenelike-ZnO,g-ZnO)的几何结构、电子结构、磁性性质和吸收光谱性质.研究的缺陷类型包括锌原子空位(VZn_g-ZnO)、氧原子空位(VO_g-ZnO)、氮原子取代氧原子(NO_g-ZnO)和表面吸附氮原子(N@g-ZnO).研究发现:NO_g-ZnO体系和N@g-ZnO体系形变较小,而空位体系会引入较大的形变;g-ZnO本身无磁矩,引入Zn空位后,VZn_g-ZnO体系总磁矩为2.00μB;VO_g-ZnO体系无磁矩,但N掺杂后的NO_g-ZnO体系和氮吸附的N@g-ZnO体系的总磁矩分别为1.00μB和3.00μB.利用掺杂体系的局域对称性和分子轨道理论分析了杂质能级和磁矩的产生原因,并且通过分析光吸收曲线得知,引入空位缺陷或者N原子掺杂,可以有效增强g-ZnO单层材料的光吸收性能.研究结果对系统地理解g-ZnO及其缺陷模型的性质有重要意义,可以为发展基于g-ZnO的纳米电子器件和光催化应用提供理论参考.  相似文献

采用基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理结合投影缀加平面波的方法,研究了GaN中Ga被稀土元素Gd替代以及与邻近N或Ga空位组成的缺陷复合体的晶格常数、磁矩、形成能以及电子结构等性质.结果发现,Gd掺杂GaN后禁带宽度变窄,由直接带隙半导体转为间接带隙半导体;单个Gd原子掺杂给体系引入大约7μB的磁矩;在Gd与Ga或N空位形成的缺陷复合体系中,N空位对引入磁矩贡献很小,大约0.1μB,Ga空位能引入约2μB的磁矩.随着Ga空位的增多,体系总磁矩增加,但增加量与Ga空位的位置分布密切相关.当Ga空位分布较为稀疏时,Gd单原子磁矩受影响较小,但当Ga空位距离较近且倾向于形成团簇时,Gd单原子磁矩明显增加,而且这种情况下空位形成能也最小.  相似文献

采用60Coγ射线辐照纯净的多壁碳纳米管,用高分辨透射电镜和拉曼光谱,研究了多壁碳纳米管由石墨结构向无定形结构转变的演化过程.发现在γ射线辐照下,碳纳米管的外部石墨层逐渐失去最初的有序结构而向无定形结构转变.而且,随着γ射线辐照剂量的增加,无定形结构不断推进,而石墨层结构则不断减小,直至使整个碳纳米管变为一个中空的无定形纳米线结构.用原子位移理论和溅射机理对这种转变过程进行了分析.γ射线轰击碳纳米管击出碳原子,碳原子停留在晶格的间隙位置上产生间隙原子,在它原来的平衡位置则留下一个空位.当轰击粒子动能足够大时导致碰撞级联效应,无序结构增加.多数空位和间隙原子可能相互复合而彼此退火,但仍有少数原子作为间隙原子而造成晶格进一步缺陷.辐射也可以引起碳原子的溅射,溅射出来的碳原子沉积在碳纳米管的外壁上形成一层无定形碳结构.  相似文献

Two-dimensional scanning of a 0.6328 mum guided-light beam has been realized using noncolinear acousto-optic (AO) coplanar Bragg diffraction together with colinear AO guided-mode to substrate radiation-mode conversion in a Z-cut Xpropagation LiNbO3 proton-exchanged (PE) waveguide. The two surface acoustic (SAW) waves utilized are at the center frequencies of 500 and 200 MHz, propagating in the Y and X axes, respectively. Two-dimensional scanning of approximately 720 resolvable light beam spots, namely, 18 40 (horizontal vertical) scanning, has been demonstrated using a light beam of 1.0 mm aperture. The total number of resolvable beam spots can be greatly increased from 720 by simply utilizing SAW transducers of larger bandwidth and a light beam of greater aperture. It should also be possible to significantly increase the diffraction efficiency from 3 % by optimizing the parameters of the PE waveguide and the SAWs.  相似文献

A simple technique of pulse compression, based on the linear chirp compensation of self-phase modulation (SPM) spectra in dispersion shifted fibers, is demonstrated. The optimization procedure is carried out, for a short span of a single-mode fiber, using a parabolic law, which describes the behavior of the squared output pulse width versus the pump peak power in the case of Gaussian pulses. The experimental results give a minimum pulse duration of 233 fs, which is in good agreement with the model. Shorter and coherent pulses, down to 90 fs, have been obtained by inserting an interference filter at the optical output.  相似文献

Results of a study of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of cadmium tungstate crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations are presented. Spectral characteristics of the nondnnnoped crystals are briefly described. Absorption and photo and X-ray luminescence spectra of the crystals taken before and after exposure to γ-radiation (5.5·104 Gy) are compared. It is found that the spectral characteristics of the crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations do not change markedly after the exposure. The relation between the type of impurity-induced defects, individual characteristics of the impurity cations, and the character of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of impure crystals is analyzed (preliminarily). A multi-conjugate adaptive optics (MCAO) can offer a possibility of widening field of view (FOV) characterized by the isoplanatic angle, and the choose of conjugate height becomes a basic problem for MCAO, which influences the size of iosplanatic angle. Considering the application of lidar, the isoplanatic angle's expressions of two deformable mirrors (DMs) MCAO for uplink and downlink are deduced. The effects of conjugate heights for dual-conjugate AO are thoughtfully discussed, and the isoplanatic angles are further analyzed. The results show that the isopanatic angle varies with the conjugate height and reaches the maximum as the conjugate height is at the optimal altitude. Moreover, the optimal conjugate height changes with the propagation distance.  相似文献

Due to the limit of response speed of the present single-photon detector, the code rate is still too low to come into practical use for the present quantum key distribution (QKD) system.A new idea is put up to design a quick single-photon detector.This quick single-photon detector is composed of a multi-port optic-fiber splitter and many avalanche photo diodes (APDs).Au of the ports with APDs work on the time division and cooperate with a logic discriminating and deciding unit driven by the clock signal.The operation frequency lies on the number N of ports, and can reach N times of the conventional single-photon detector.The single-photon prompt detection can come true for high repetition-rate pulses.The applying of this detector will largely raise the code rate of the QKD, and boost the commercial use.  相似文献

The Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility(SSRF)booster ring,a full energy injector for the storage ring,is deigned to accelerate the electron beam energy from 150MeV to 3.5GeV that demands high extraction efficiency at the extraction energy with low beam loss rate when electrons are ramping.Closed orbit distortion(COD)caused by bending magnet field uniformity errors which affects the machine performance harmfully could be effectively reduced by bending magnet location sorting.Considering the affections of random errors in measurement,both ideal sorting and realistic sorting are studied based on measured bending magnet field uniformity errors and one reasonable combination of bending magnets which can reduce the horizontal COD by a factor of 5is given as the final installation sequence of the booster bending magnets in this paper.  相似文献

40-GHz clock modulated signal as a pump to improve the efficiency of four-wave mixing (FWM)-based wavelength conversion in a 26.5-km dispersion shifted fiber (DSF) is investigated. The experimental results demonstrate that the conjugated FWM component has higher intensity with the clock pumping than that with the continuous-wave (CW) light pumping. The improvement of FWM-based wavelength conversion efficiency is negligible when the pump power is less than Brillouin threshold. But when the pump power is greater than Brillouin threshold, the improvement becomes significant and increases with the increment of pump power. The improvement can increase up to 9 dB if pump power reaches 17 dBm.  相似文献

A.C mismatches are studied by Raman spectral characterization of PolyA, PolyC, and their equimolar complex in solution of 0.14 mol/L Na ,pH7.0.Experimental results show that A·C mismatches occur to be A/B (mainly A) conformers, and unlike Watson-Crick base pairing, this kind of mismatches is stabilized by only one hydrogen bond involving cytosine N4H2 and adenine N7.The formation of A·C complex makes the base stacking interactions much stronger, and conformation of the backbone more ordered, which leads to obvious Raman hypochromic effect with some shifts in corresponding bands.  相似文献
