单核苷酸多态性(SNP)单体型装配问题就是从给定的来自某人染色体的SNP片段中去除错误,重构出尽可能与原来片段一致的单体型.这个问题有几个不同的模型最少片段去除(MFR)问题,最少SNP去除(MSR)问题以及最少错误纠正(MEC)问题.前两个问题的复杂性与算法已有一些学者研究过.第三个问题已被证明是NP完全问题,但这个问题的实际算法还没有.该文对MEC问题给出了一个分支定界算法,这个算法能得到问题的全局最优解.通过这个算法对实际数据的计算说明了MEC模型的合理性,即在一定条件下,通过修正最少的错误重构出的单体型确实是真实的单体型.由于分支定界算法对这样一个NP完全问题不能在可接受的时间内解规模较大的问题,文中又给出了求解MEC问题的两个基于动态聚类的算法,以便对规模较大的问题在可接受的时间内得到近似最优解.数值实际表明这两个算法很快,很有效.这两个算法总能得到与分支定界找到的全局最优解很接近的近似最优解.鉴于MEC问题是NP完全的,这两个算法是有效的、实际的算法.  相似文献

研究工件可以转包加工的单台机排序问题: 有n个工件, 在零时刻已经到达一个单台机处, 每个工件可以由加工者自有的单台机器加工或者转包给其他机器加工. 如果工件被转包加工, 那么其完工时间等于在自有机器上的加工时间, 而产生的加工费用与在自有机器上加工的费用不同. 假设被转包加工的工件的完工时间和加工费用与转包加工机器的总负载没有关系.目标函数是最小化工件最大完工时间与总加工费用的加权和. 该问题已经被证明是NP-难的. 最后给出该问题的伪多项式时间最优算法, 并且提出一个完全多项式时间近似方案(FPTAS).  相似文献

本文从代数及组合两个方面论证了NP完全问题存在多项式时间算法 .以往利用线性规划 (LP)技术来分析NP完全问题中的TSP问题 ,因其存在子环游问题 ,从而使问题得不到有效解决 .文中发展一分层网络 ,在求解TSP问题时 ,存在另一类(不完全 )子环游问题 .但两模型允许解集的交集避免了两类子环游基本可行解 ,从而使TSP问题可利用LP技术多项式时间内得以解决 ,同时给出了求哈密尔顿回路的多项式标记证明方法 ,开创了NPC问题研究的新局面 .  相似文献

本文研究加工时间可控并随开工时间简单线性增长的单机最大完工时间排序问题.该问题将加工时间可控排序和加工时间恶化排序两类研究连接到一起.通过比较技术证明了该问题存在满足以下性质的最优解:每个工件的加工时间或者完全压缩,或者完全不压缩;加工时间完全压缩的工件的顺序由一个工件参数和控制变量的函数的递增序给出,完全不压缩的工件在完全压缩的工件之后以任意序加工.通过将问题等价转换为0-1非线性整数规划问题,给出了单机排序问题的贪婪算法.  相似文献

从相关性角度提出了互反判断矩阵排序的特征向量方法。利用两类一致性模糊判断矩阵与完全一致性互反判断矩阵的相互转换公式,给出了基于加性一致性指标与乘性一致性指标的模糊判断矩阵特征向量排序方法,最后利用这些方法进行了算例分析,结果表明这些新的排序方法是有效可行的。  相似文献

Temporal networks describe workflows of time-consuming tasks whose processing order is constrained by precedence relations. In many cases, the durations of the network tasks can be influenced by the assignment of resources. This leads to the problem of selecting an ‘optimal’ resource allocation, where optimality is measured by network characteristics such as the makespan (i.e., the time required to complete all tasks). In this paper we study a robust resource allocation problem where the task durations are uncertain, and the goal is to minimise the worst-case makespan. We show that this problem is generically ${\mathcal{NP}}$ -hard. We then develop convergent bounds on the optimal objective value, as well as feasible allocations whose objective values are bracketed by these bounds. Numerical results provide empirical support for the proposed method.  相似文献

The partition of graphs into “nice” subgraphs is a central algorithmic problem with strong ties to matching theory. We study the partitioning of undirected graphs into same‐size stars, a problem known to be NP‐complete even for the case of stars on three vertices. We perform a thorough computational complexity study of the problem on subclasses of perfect graphs and identify several polynomial‐time solvable cases, for example, on interval graphs and bipartite permutation graphs, and also NP‐complete cases, for example, on grid graphs and chordal graphs.  相似文献

Two preemptive single-machine bicriteria scheduling problems with release dates and deadlines are considered in this paper. Each criterion is formulated as a maximum cost. In the first problem the cost of both criteria depends on the completion time of the tasks. This problem can be solved by enumerating all the Pareto optimal points with an approach proposed by Hoogeveen (1996) for the nonpreemptive problem without release dates. In the second problem, the costs of one criterion are dependent on the completion times of the tasks and the costs of the other criterion are dependent on the start times. This problem is more difficult but an efficient algorithm is proposed for a sub-problem with heads, tails, release dates and deadlines that appears in the job-shop scheduling problem.  相似文献

It is a basic scheduling problem to sequence a set of precedence-constrained tasks to minimize the number of setups, where the tasks are partitioned into classes that require the same setup. We prove a conjecture in (Ph.D. Thesis, School of ISyE, Georgia Institute of Technology, August 1986; Oper. This paper addresses the large-scale extended job shop scheduling problem while considering the bill of material and the working shifts constraints. We propose two approaches for the problem. One is based on dispatching rules (DR), and the other is an application of the Nested Partitions (NP) Framework. A sampling approach for the exact feasible subregion is developed to complete the NP method. Furthermore, to efficiently search each subregion, a weighted sampling approach is also presented. Computational experiments show that the NP method with weighted sampling can find good solutions for most large-scale extended job shop scheduling problems.  相似文献

This paper presents a real-world industrial application of the multi-product and multi-objective assembly line balancing problem, for a company involved in the production of four models of a white goods product. The problem solved is a GALBP-2, with 10 workstations and multiple objectives (to maximize the production rate in order to deal with an increase of the demand forecasted, to reach an equal cycle time of all the models and an equal workload of the different workstations, and finally, to minimize the dispersion of worker tasks on each one of the different models—the common tasks of the different models at the same workstation). The paper presents an integrated approach based on four heuristics cited in the literature and: (1) an improvement procedure based on tabu search, with the objective of minimizing the cycle time; and, subsequently, (2) a second tabu search in order to increase the uniformity of the tasks performed at each workstation (the common tasks at the same workstation).  相似文献

The paper studies the problem of scheduling tasks on two machines to minimize the makespan. The tasks are assigned to the machine in advance. An incompatibility relation is defined over the tasks which forbids any two incompatible tasks to be processed at the same time. The problem can serve as a mathematical model for some batching problems in which the jobs are grouped in pairs on two machines. A linear-time algorithm is presented.  相似文献

此文考虑下述排序问题(P):有n个工件需在同一台机器上加工,对各工件有一共同的宽容交货期。若一工件在此宽容期前完工则为一超前工件,若在此宽容期后完工则为一延误工件,要求适当安排一加工方式和宽容交货期的位置使加权超前延误工件数量小。文中证得(P)是NP-hard的,并给出一伪多项式时间的分枝状精确算法,这也就可以认为它是一般意义下的NP-hard问题而不是强NP-hard问题。  相似文献

According to this algorithm, some strong convergent theorems are obtained and an affirmative answer to the question raised by Moudafi is given.
