Assessment of relaxation times, magnetization transfer rates, or apparent diffusion coefficients by volume selective (1)H MR spectroscopy requires data from several single spectra with variable sequence parameters. Unintentional movements during the examination lead to inaccuracies, especially if the spatial distribution of concentrations is inhomogeneous. Improved comparability of the single spectra in a series recorded in vivo were obtained using a modified spectroscopic technique with INTerleaved ACquisiTion of multiple SPECtra (INTACTSPEC). INTACTSPEC series of spectra from the tibialis anterior muscle (m. tib. ant.), soleus muscle (m. soleus), and tibial bone marrow of 20 healthy volunteers were analyzed. Transverse relaxation times T(2) of methylene signals in muscular lipid stores ranged from 77 ms (intramyocellular methylene component in m. tib. ant.) to 88 ms (intramyocellular methylene component in m. soleus) and were similar to those from yellow tibial bone marrow (T(2) = 84 ms). Echo time-dependent signal intensities of choline and creatine deviated markedly from a monoexponential behavior in m. tib. ant., but were nearly exponential in m. soleus. Results from water diffusion measurements parallel and perpendicular to the axis of the lower leg showed significant differences between m. tib. ant. and m. soleus, probably due to the spatial orientation of the muscle fibers. Apparent diffusion coefficients along the leg axis were found to be higher in m. tib. ant. (2.10 +/- 0.08 x 10(-3) mm(2)/s) compared to m. soleus (1.78 +/- 0.11 x 10(-3) mm(2)/s), but m. soleus showed less restricted diffusion in perpendicular orientation (1.59 +/- 0.19 x 10(-3) mm(2)/s versus 1.20 +/- 0.08 x 10(-3) mm(2)/s in m. tib. ant.). Magnetization transfer experiments with various RF preparation pulse amplitudes led to very similar results for m. tib. ant. and m. soleus.  相似文献

用提拉法成功地生长了6mol%的高浓度掺铒铌酸锂晶体。测量了晶体的两个非偏振方向(X和Z)以及两个偏振方向(π和δ)的吸收光谱。高浓度掺铒铌酸锂晶体的吸收系数高,有利于提高泵浦效率。根据所测的吸收光谱用Judd-Ofelt理论拟合出了Er3 离子的强度参数Ωλ。所得的均方差结果显示偏振拟合的误差要小于非偏振拟合。利用偏振吸收数据计算了各能级跃迁的自发辐射跃迁几率(AJJ′)、辐射寿命(τ)、荧光分支比(β)和积分发射截面(σp)等参数,对计算结果进行了讨论并与其他文献的报道结果进行了比较。  相似文献

为了从整体上了解装配支撑系统后主镜面形变化情况,采用有限元分析方法对某光电经纬仪主镜系统结构进行了分析.在不同倾角下分析镜面及其支撑系统的自重变形,得出镜面及其支撑系统在各个俯仰高度上的变形位移.分析结果表明,在各个倾角状态下,主镜在Z方向上位移较大,最大达1.4 μm,造成镜面反射面平移,对反射面焦距有影响;X方向为旋转轴方向,变形较小,为0.01";Y方向为镜面倾斜方向,变形在0.5"左右,造成镜面弯曲.  相似文献

Fabrication and stitching of internal 2D, 1D and multi-layer micro-gratings in fused silica glass using amplified Ti:sapphire femtosecond laser were reported. These gratings have the pitch of 4 μm and the size of 400 μm×400 μm. For a two-layer 1D micro-grating where a second-layer grating was overwritten on a first-layer grating at the exact X,Y position and the different Z depth, the diffraction efficiency can reach more than 25% due to the grating thickness increase. If a second-layer grating was stitched with a first-layer by the shift of 2 μm in the X direction and at the different Z depth, the diffraction angle was doubled but the diffraction efficiency was about 9%. The last result has the potential application for fabricating high-density micro-/nano-structures beyond the diffraction limit through 3D stitching. PACS 42.79.Dj; 42.40.Lx; 42.62.Cf  相似文献

描述了为兰州放射性粒子束流线(RIBLL Ⅱ)上测量束流径迹而研制的一种基于LC延迟电路的双层多丝正比室(MWPC)。该探测器的探测灵敏面积为100 mm×80 mm,位置信号由阴极丝引出并通过LC延迟电路读出。探测器由两套完整的多丝正比室组成,每套的阳极丝夹在两层平行的阴极丝之间,阳极丝和阴极丝相互垂直。两套阴极丝相互垂直给出入射粒子的二维位置信息。为了增大感应信号以提高探测效率,将每套位置对应的阴极丝合并成一路接入LC延迟电路。用55Fe-5.9 keV X射线源均匀照射探测器的灵敏区域,测试表明其具有良好的位置灵敏一致性。用X射线源通过准直狭缝扫描整个探测器的灵敏区域,得到X,Y层的位置线性度均好于0.999;其位置分辨(σ)分别为199.9 μm和154.0 μm,目前,该探测器已成功用于RIBLL Ⅱ的实验中。A double-layer Multi-Wire Proportional Chamber (MWPC) with 100 mm×80 mm active area has been developed for Radioactive Ion Beam Line in Lanzhou(RIBLL Ⅱ). The position information has been obtained by a LC delay circuit readout method. Being called of double-layer MWPC, it is composed of two full MWPCs, each consists of an anode plane sandwiched between two parallel cathode planes, anode wires and cathode wires are perpendicular to each other. In order to improve the detection efficiency, the cathode wires of corresponding position are combined to enhance inductive signal. The cathode wires of two full MWPCs are orthogonally placed to give two coordinates of the incident particles. The sensitivity uniformity is also found to be relatively good and the position resolution of X, Y direction are measured to be 199.9 and 154.0 μm using a 55Fe-5.9 keV X ray, respectively. The position linearity of X, Y direction are as good as 0.999 for whole sensitive area of the detector. The detector has been used successfully on the experiment at RIBLL Ⅱ.  相似文献

A three-axis orthogonal microphone array with ten sensors in each arm has been used to study wind noise in the frequency range from 0.05 to 50 Hz. Simultaneous measurements were made of the three components of the varying wind velocity. Measurements have been made for wind speeds from 4 to 7 m/s at three different sites. The frequency-dependent correlation of the wind noise over a range of wind velocities and atmospheric and environmental conditions in the downwind direction varies as exp(-3.2X)cos(27piX). For the crosswind and vertical directions, the correlation decays approximately as exp(-7Y), where X is the separation in wavelengths in the downwind direction and Y is this separation in the crosswind or vertical direction. Over a limited range of wave numbers, the power density spectra of the varying wind velocity varied as the wave number to the -(5/3) power and the pressure spectra as the -(7/3) power.  相似文献

实验研究了目前使用的N2122和N3122掺钕磷酸盐玻璃中不同的OH基浓度对玻璃荧光寿命的影响,同时从实验和理论上研究了荧光寿命和损耗对激光增益特性的影响,结果表明:增加玻璃的荧光寿命是提高增益性能的一个重要方法,当玻璃的荧光寿命增加10%时小信号增益系数提高5%左右。提高钕玻璃的荧光寿命,可适当降低对损耗的要求,也能够保持它的增益性能不变。以小能量0.35 μm激光(<100J)辐照盘靶(5600 μm×4 μm),用软X射线平响应探测器测量X射线角分布(dE/dΩ)和X射线转换效率(ηx)。dE/dΩ=a+bcosθ,与φ角无关。ηx随激光入射角增加而下降。按金盘、多层膜(0.11 μm)金盘和CH膜(0.4 μm)金盘顺序,ηx依次下降。  相似文献

Magnetic anisotropy of rotationally symmetric samples is measured by a simple induction method based on transverse susceptibility measurements. The sample is magnetically saturated by a d.c. field perpendicular to the axis of rotation. A small a.c. field is applied in the direction perpendicular to both the d.c. field and the axis of rotation. The transverse a.c. susceptibility is measured by a Hartshorn bridge of mutual inductance. From the transverse susceptibilities along different directions the anisotropy constants as well as the saturation magnetization can be determined.  相似文献

采用步进电机控制光栅角度,对200 m和600 m圆柱透镜准直的体布拉格光栅(VBG)外腔单管C封装半导体激光器进行了系统研究。实验结果表明:激光二极管(LD)驱动电流越大,准直效果越好,VBG的角度调整容差越小;快轴方向的准直效果越好,慢轴方向的光栅调节角度容差越大;对于衍射效率28%、厚1.4 mm的光栅,LD快轴发散角为7.3 mrad时,快轴方向的角度容差不大于3.2 mrad,慢轴方向的角度容差较快轴大约一个数量级。  相似文献

Water diffusion measurements were performed on rabbit Achilles tendons during static tensile loading and tendons in an unloaded state. The apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) was measured along two directions: parallel and perpendicular to the long axis of the tendon. Tendons were studied after being prepared in two ways: (a) after being stored frozen in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) and (b) freshly isolated. Statistically significant directional anisotropy was observed in the ADC in all tendons. The ADC was significantly greater in the direction parallel to the long axis of the tendon than in the perpendicular direction. The anisotropy is attributed to the greater restrictions seen by the water molecules in the perpendicular direction and is consistent with the known geometry of the tendon. Storage in PBS caused tendons to swell. This increased the ADC measured along both directions and reduced the anisotropy. The existence of anisotropy in the ADC was not related to the orientation of the specimen in the magnet. The ADC increased along both directions following the application of a 5-N tensile load; the increase was greatest along the perpendicular axis of the tendon. In order to determine whether load-related changes in the ADC reflected changes in interfibrilar spacing, we used electron microscopy to measure load-related changes in fibril spacing. Load-related changes in fiber spacing could not account for the observed changes in the ADC. The increase in ADC caused by loading was attributed to the extrusion of tendon water into a bulk phase along the outside surface of the tendon. In PBS-stored samples, enough fluid was extruded that it could be visualized. The transient response of the ADC to a 5-N tensile load was also studied. The absolute ADC in both directions increased with loading and recovered to baseline upon unloading. The transient changes in ADC, for both loading and unloading, had a mean time constant of approximately 15 min. The magnitude of the load-induced transient ADC changes was comparable to that seen in the static-loading experiments.  相似文献

Flow resistivity, tortuosity, viscous characteristic length and thermal characteristic length of three melamine foam and two glass wool samples have been measured. It has been found that a melamine foam sample with a bulk density 10.3 kg m−3 and a glass wool sample with a bulk density 28.0 kg m−3 have almost the same flow resistivity, however, the bulk density is as much as three times different. The cross-sectional pore shape factors, which are deduced with the non-acoustical parameters in the Johnson-Allard model, of the melamine foam are smaller than those of the glass wool. This paper also discusses a new relationship between the flow resistivity, the fibre equivalent diameter and the bulk density in melamine foam.  相似文献

Four probe electrical resistivity measurements between 0.3K and 300K were made on single crystals of the violet-red bronze Li0.9Mo6O17 grown by a temperature gradient flux technique. The temperature variation of the resistivity shows metallic conductivity and highly anisotropic behavior similar to K0.9Mo6O17. The room temperature resistivity, measured in the direction parallel to the plate axis, is 9.5×10-3Ωcm and 2.47Ωcm perpendicular to that axis. A phase transition observed at ~24K is possibly related to the onset of a charge density wave. A transition to the superconducting state is observed at Tc ~ 1.9K.  相似文献

提出一种基于高速相机双目立体视觉技术的大视场全场三维位移测量方法,用来测量地震振动台实验过程中的位移变化。给出了一种鲁棒的标志点匹配算法,基于VS2010开发环境,研发了用于振动台实验三维全场位移测量系统,设计了精度评估实验方案,验证该方法在大幅面位移测量中的精度,并利用该实验系统对高边坡模型振动台实验进行测量。结果表明:在3 m1.5 m视场范围,静态位移测量误差优于0.4 mm,动态位移测量误差优于0.5 mm,可以满足振动台实验的要求;该方法可以方便、直观地测量地震振动台实验中高边坡模型的位移场,并且测量得到X、Y、Z 3个方向位移曲线以及总位移曲线过渡自然、数据合理,是测量振动台实验全场位移变化的一种有效方法。  相似文献

The electrical resistivity of Sapele-based biomorphic SiC/Si materials was measured in a wide temperature range from 10 K to room temperature. The samples were fabricated by the reactive infiltration of molten silicon into a carbonized Sapele (African Entandrophragma Cylindricum) wood preform. All the samples studied contained residual Si (10–35 wt %). It was found that the resistivity-temperature (ρ(T)) dependences have semimetallic behavior which becomes very close to linear metallic behavior at 100 < T < 300 K. The obtained values of resistivity were quite low (ρ ≈ 0.002–0.02 Ω cm) and showed strong anisotropy: the resistivity along the wood growth axis was several times lower than that in the perpendicular direction. The extent of this anisotropy was in correlation with the amount of residual Si (and, hence, with the amount of residual porosity) in a sample. The resistivity perpendicular to the wood growth axis drastically increased with the Si content, whereas the resistivity parallel to it was practically independent of the Si content. It is suggested that the presence of residual carbon in the samples and carrier scattering at SiC/Si interphases could determine the observed character of ρ(T) dependences.  相似文献

In this work, the electronic and linear optical properties of pure and fully hydrogenated SiC and GeC nanosheets have been studied using the full potential linearized augmented plane wave method within the density functional theory. Our study on SiC and GeC has confirmed their potential applications in electronic devices. The dielectric tensor is derived within the random phase approximation. The dielectric function, reflectivity, energy loss function and refraction index of these nanosheets for parallel (E||X) and perpendicular (E||Z) electric field polarization directions are well described. It is observed that hydrogenated nanosheets have semiconductor behavior with anisotropic optical spectra for both E||X and E||Z polarization direction. Also, hydrogenated nanosheets provide new electronic transitions between their neighboring atoms.  相似文献

Oriented spherulitic textures of a rod-shaped nylon 6.12 sample were crystallized by the temperature slope method. Crystallization conditions were compared by changing temperatures and growth rates. Three types of textures (negative spherulites, positive spherulites, and spherulitic aggregates) were observed by this method. The negative textures appeared when the growth rate was less than 0.1 mm/h. Crystalline orientation and mechanical properties of the textures were investigated by x-ray diffraction and micro-hardness measurements, respectively. The hydrogen-bonded (010) planes were perpendicular to the growth direction in the negative spherulite, while they were parallel to the growth direction in the positive spherulite. In the spherulitic aggregates, the b axis was parallel to the growth direction, while the (010) planes formed roughly an angle of 45° with the growth direction. Due to the orientation of the hydrogen-boned planes, the negative texture exhibited an anisotropy, with hardness values of 106 MPa and 137 Mpa when measured perpendicular or parallel to the growth direction, respectively.  相似文献

In a further study of the field-broadening of the resistive transition in high-Tc superconductors, resistivity measurements have been performed as a function of the direction of the applied field with respect to the crystallographic axes on a YBa2Cu3O7 single-crystalline sample for field and current directions within the ab-plane over the full range of field orientations. The angular modulation in resistivity is compared wit predictions of flux-creep and flux-flow theories. Magneto-resistivity measurements have been performed at specific angles of the applied field with respect to the crystallographic directions. Saturation of the Lorentz-force effect for perpendicular field and current directions is found for fields larger than a critical value that is strongly temperature dependent. A complex resistivity anomaly is observed for fields parallel to the twin boundary.  相似文献

利用群理论详细分析了磷酸二氢钾(KDP)晶体的拉曼振动模式,得出了其拉曼振动模的归类。并采用拉曼光谱仪测量了Z切退火KDP晶体X(ZZ)珡X,Z(XY)珚Z和Y(XY)X三种散射配置和未退火KDP晶体Z(XY)珚Z配置下的拉曼光谱。根据拉曼选择定则得出X(ZZ)珡X,Z(XY)珚Z和Y(XY)X散射配置下的拉曼峰分别对应A1,B2(LO),B2(TO)对称类振动模,但在Z(XY)珚Z配置下的拉曼光谱中除了B2模,还观察到了A1模,而在Y(XY)X配置下的拉曼光谱中只有B2模,且退火和未退火晶体Z(XY)珚Z配置下的拉曼光谱无明显差别,此结果表明KDP晶体的对称性降低,在背向散射时A1模也具有角度特性,但与晶体的内应力无关,这是由KDP晶体内部结构决定的。  相似文献
