合成了一种锌配位聚合物{[Zn(H2O)2(L)(phen)].3H2O}n(1),其中,H2L=1-氨基-8-萘酚-3,6-二磺酸并利用元素分析、红外、紫外、荧光、热重和X-射线单晶衍射分析进行了表征。标题配合物属正交晶系,Pnma空间群,a=1.698 90(12)nm,b=0.661 88(11)nm,c=2.480 40(14)nm,V=2.789 1(5)nm3,Z=4,Mr=634.92,Dc=1.512 g.cm-3,R=0.058 6,wR=0.121 4。标题配合物呈现一维链状结构,链内L2-和phen配体之间存在π-π堆积作用,链与链之间通过氢键扩展为二维超分子网络。  相似文献

采用水热法合成了2个3-(3-吡啶基)丙烯酸的配合物:Fe(pda)2(H2O)4(1)和[FeCo(pda)4(H2O)4]n(2)(pda=3-(3-吡啶基)丙烯酸),用红外光谱、元素分析、热重-差热以及X-射线衍射单晶结构分析进行了表征.2个配合物都属于单斜晶系,配合物1的空间群为P21/n,配合物2的为P21/c.配合物1是一个pda配体中仅吡啶基氮原子参与配位、而羧基上的氧原子未参与配位的单核结构,通过大量的氢键作用形成三维超分子体系.2是pda配体桥联Fe和Co的异核二维层状配位聚合物;配体吡啶基上的氮原子和羧基上的氧原子都参与了配位,其中羧基采用单齿配位模式.  相似文献

采用水热和溶剂热方法合成了4种Co(Ⅱ)配合物:[Co(btec)0.5(pz)2]n(1),[Co(btec)0.5(pz)3]n(2),[Co(phen)(Hbtc)(H3btc)(H2O)2].3H2O(3)和[Co(Imh)2(anis)2(H2O)](4)(H4btec=1,2,4,5-均苯四甲酸,pz=吡唑;H3btc=1,3,5-均苯三甲酸;phen=1,10-邻菲啰啉;Imh=咪唑;Hanis=对甲氧基苯甲酸)。通过X-射线单晶衍射、元素分析、红外光谱(IR)、紫外-可见-近红外(UV-Vis-NIR)漫反射光谱和表面光电压光谱(SPS)对配合物进行了表征。结构分析表明,配合物1是具有2D结构的Co(Ⅱ)配聚物,Co(Ⅱ)为四配位。配合物2~4中,Co(Ⅱ)均为六配位。配合物2为1D链状结构,分子间通过氢键进一步网联成2D。配合物3和4为分子型配合物,然后再分别由氢键进一步网联成3D和2D。SPS结果显示,4种配合物在300~600 nm范围内都呈现正的光伏响应(SPV),表明它们都具有一定的光-电转换能力。重点是采用SPS技术讨论了配合物结构、空间维度和中心离子配位环境对配合物光电性能的影响,并尝试采用半导体能带理论与配合物的晶体场理论相结合来分析、指认SPS各响应带。  相似文献

采用水热方法合成出一种稀土配位聚合物[Eu2(Suc)0.5(BC)3(OH)2]n(Suc=琥珀酸根离子,BC=苯甲酸根离子),并通过X射线单晶结构分析、元素分析以及红外光谱对该配合物进行了表征.结构分析表明标题配合物的晶体属于三斜晶系,P1空间群.金属铕离子、OH和"Eu-O-C-O-Eu"形成无限的无机带,无机带之间通过琥珀酸和苯甲酸连接形成二维开放骨架结构.本文对标题配合物的荧光性质和热稳定性也做了详细的分析.  相似文献

通过三缺位Keggin结构杂多阴离子[α-A-PW9O34]9-和二氯甲基苯基硅烷在乙腈溶液中反应,合成了一例结构新颖的甲基苯基硅衍生物[(C4H9)4N]3[α-A-PW9O34(C6H5SiCH3)3](1),并对其进行元素分析,红外光谱,紫外光谱,热分析和X-射线单晶衍射等表征。该配合物属于三方晶系,空间群为R3m,晶胞参数:a=2.261 3(2)nm,b=2.261 3(2)nm,c=1.797 6(4)nm,V=7.960 2(18)nm3,Z=3。在配合物中,阴离子[α-A-PW9O34(C6H5SiCH3)3]3-呈C3v对称,3个甲基苯基硅基团连接在三缺位的阴离子[α-A-PW9O34]9-表面,整个阴离子显示"开放结构"。  相似文献

以FeCl3@6H2O, Na4bta (H4bta = 1,2,4,5-benzentetracarboxilic acid), 1,10-phen (1,10-phenanthroline)和H2O为原料, 用水热技术合成出了以均苯四甲酸根为桥连配体的新的二维配位聚合物[Fe(μ4-bta)0.5(phen)(OH)]n (1). 化合物1的晶体属于单斜晶系, P21/n空间群, a = 1.0129(2), b = 0.9265(2), c = 1.5696(3) nm, β= 91.37(3)o, V = 1.4721(5) nm3, Z = 3. 一致性因子R1 = 0.0292, wR2 = 0.0798. 结构测定结果表明, 化合物中, 每个bta配体连接四个FeIII单元, 构成新的μ4-配位模式, bta的四个脱质子的羧基, 交替地以单齿和双齿配位方式与FeIII离子连接, 构成二维无限层状结构.磁性测试结果表明, 该化合物中存在着反铁磁相互作作用. 热失重谱显示出, 它具有较好的热稳定性. 此外, 还测定了化合物的IR及UV-Vis谱.  相似文献

合成了一种新的双核倒反中心的稀土镧配合物{La[o-C6H4(NO2)(CO2)]3·(DMF)2}2. 通过元素分析、 核磁共振谱和红外光谱对配合物的组成和结构进行了表征,  用热重分析研究了该配合物的热稳定性,  用X射线单晶衍射法测定了其晶体结构. 镧配合物{La[o-C6H4(NO2)(CO2)]3·(DMF)2}2晶体属三斜晶系, 空间群P1,  晶胞参数a=1.902(2) nm, b=1.245 0(2) nm, c=1.298 7(2) nm, α=64.555(2)°, β=66.348(2)°, γ=71.920(2)°, V=1.569 5(5) nm3, Dc=1.658 Mg/m3, Z=2, μ=1.437 mm-1, F(000)=784. 配合物中有2个La(Ⅲ)被4个邻硝基苯甲酸的羧酸根的负氧离子桥联, 每个La(Ⅲ)的中心离子配位数为9,  配位原子分别来自于7个邻硝基苯甲酸的羧酸根的负氧离子和2个DMF的羰基氧原子. 化合物中的氢键和π…π堆积作用使其成为三维立体结构. 同时发现了标题化合物固体具有光致发光现象, 发光性能测试表明, 配合物具有很好的荧光性质.  相似文献

A new 2D (two-dimensional) coordination polymer, [Fe(μ4-bta)0.5(phen)(OH)]n (1), has been hydrothermally synthesized with FeCI3·6H2O, Na4bta (H4bta = 1,2,4,5-benzentetra-carboxylic acid), 1,10-phen (1,10-phenanthroline) and H2O as raw materials. The crystals of the compound belong to monoclinic P21/n space group, a = 1.0129(2) nm, b=0.9265(2) nm, c=1.5696(3) nm,β=91.37(3)°, V= 1.4721(5) nm3, Z= 3, final R1 = 0.0292, wR2= 0.0798 for 2572 [l> 2σ (l)] observed reflections. The result of structure determination shows that in the compound each bta ligand is connected with four Fe|||, forming a new μ4-coordination mode. Four deprotonated carboxylic groups of bta link to Fe||| ions alternatively through monodentate and bidentate coordination fashion, constructing 2D layer network. The measurement of variable temperature magnetic susceptibility indicates that there exist antiferromagnetic interactions between Fe||| ions in the compound. 利用混合配体(H2tda=亚硫基二乙酸,H2ox=乙二酸,phen=1,10-菲咯啉)与CeCl3.5H2O反应,合成了新型稀土配合物[Ce(tda)(ox)0.5(phen)]n,单晶结构分析表明:配合物以共边的多面体[Ce2O12N4]为基本单元构筑二维结构,并通过π-π堆积作用拓展为三维超分子体系。该二维结构具有(4,5)连接的(46)(4.466)2拓扑结构,在拓扑结构中稀土离子呈现不寻常的5连接点。  相似文献

合成了双核银配合物[Ag2(μ-(4-MeC6H4O)2PS2)2(Phen)2](phen为1,10-邻菲咯啉),用元素分析、红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱和热重分析进行了表征,并用X-射线衍射法测定了晶体结构。该晶体属于正交晶系,Pbca空间群,晶胞参数为:a=1.2035(2)nm,b=1.638 3(3)nm,c=2.517 1(5)nm,V=4.963 1(17)nm 3,Dc=1.599 g.m-3,Z=4,F(000)=2 416,μ(Mo Kα)=1.072 mm-1,S=1.066,(Δ/σ)max=0.001,R1=0.037 6,wR2=0.088 8(I>2σ(I))。晶体结构研究表明每个Ag原子与不同配体(4-MeC6H4O)2PS2-的2个S原子和1个phen配体的2个N原子配位形成了具有椅式构型的八元环Ag2S4P2,Ag原子为畸变四面体AgS2N2构型,配合物通过phen的π-π堆积形成了一维结构,分子间的弱氢键C-H…O和C-H…π作用使分子进一步形成了三维网络结构。  相似文献

水热法合成了配位聚合物[La(EBA)3(EBAH)(H2O)]n(EBA=4-乙基苯甲酸根,EBAH=4-乙基苯甲酸),并通过X-射线衍射单晶结构分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱、荧光光谱以及热重分析对配合物进行了结构和性质研究。配合物属三斜晶系,P1空间群。该配合物具有一维链状结构。La3+离子与9个O原子配位,其中4个O原子来自4个双齿桥联的4-乙基苯甲酸根,3个O原子来自2个螯合-桥联的4-乙基苯甲酸根,1个O原子来自1个中性的4-乙基苯甲酸,1个O原子来自配位水分子。La3+离子处于九配位扭变的三帽三角棱柱构型中。相邻La3+离子通过双齿桥联或螯合桥联的4-乙基苯甲酸根联结成一维链状结构。存在于分子内的氢键使一维链状结构更加稳定。由于相邻一维链的苯环间存在弱的π…π堆积作用,使分子沿着a轴堆积形成二维层状结构。同时,标题配合物固体具有光致发光特性,蓝光区的较强发射归于配体的π→π*电子跃迁。  相似文献

The title complex bis(4-aminophenylacetate)triphenylantimony(V) has been synthesized by the reaction of triphenylantimony dibromide with 4-aminophenylacetic acid in 1∶2 molar ratio. The complex was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, NMR ( 1H, 13C) and X-ray diffraction crystal structure analysis. This complex crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a=2.279 4(2) nm, b=0.957 10(10) nm, c=1.335 49(15) nm, β=93.781(2)°. The molecular structure adopts a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry around the antimony atom. In the crystal structure molecules are connected by intermolecular N-H…O hydrogen-bonding interactions forming a two-dimensional network structure. CCDC: 726039.  相似文献

The title complex {[(n-C8H17)2Sn(O2CCH2CS2NC4H8O)]2O}2 has been synthesized by the reaction of (morpholinylthiocarbamoylthio)acetic acid with the di-n-octyltin oxide in 1∶1 molar ratio. The complex was characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR. The crystal and molecular structure of complex was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The crystal belongs to triclinic system with space group P1 and unit cell dimensions: a=1.201 5(9) nm, b=1.481 8(11) nm, c=1.894 1(14) nm, α=72.485(10)°, β=88.586(10)°, γ=66.893(9)°, and Z=1, μ=1.034 mm-1, V=2.941(4) nm3, Dc=1.295 g·cm-3, F(000)=1 196, R1=0.058 8, wR2=0.155 8. The complex is a centrosymmetric structure with a four-membered central endo-cyclic Sn2O2 unit in which two bridged oxygen atoms both connect with an exo-cyclic tin atom. The endo-cyclic tin atoms and the exo-cyclic tin atom are all five-coordinate and have coordination geometry of distorted trigonal bipyramid with an additional weak coordination carboxylate oxygen. Four carboxylate ligands are divided into two types. And two of them are monodentate and connecting to each of exo-cyclic tin atoms by using one oxygen atom, whereas the others bridge to each pair of exo-and endo-cyclic tin atoms utilizing one oxygen atom. A new metal-organic complex Pb(cbba)2(phen)2 (1, H2cbba=2-(4′-chlorine-benzoyl)benzoic acid, phen= 1,10-phenanthroline) has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR, fluorescence spectrum and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in orthorhombic, space group Pbcn with a=1.474 49(7) nm, b=0.953 90(4) nm, c=3.031 65(14) nm, V=4.264 1(3) nm3, C52H32Cl2N4O6Pb, Mr=1 086.91, Dc=1.693 g·cm-3, μ(Mo Kα)=4.141 mm-1, F(000)=2 144, Z=4, the final R=0.018 3 and wR=0.045 7 for 3 582 observed reflections (I2σ(I)). In the crystal structure, the lead atom is six-coordinated with two carboxylate oxygen atoms from different cbba ligands and four nitrogen atoms from different phen ligands, showing a distorted octahedral geometry. Furthermore, 1 shows yellow photoluminescent property at room temperature.  相似文献

The title compound was synthesized by reaction of Cu(ClO4)2, picolinic acid and carbamide in C2H5OH/CH3CN solution, and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group Pbca with a=14.0481(8), b=9.0130(5), c=18.626(1)?, V=2358.3(2)?3Z=4, Dx=1.771g·cm-3, μ=1.235mm-1 and F(000)=1276. The final R factor is 0.0440 for 1434 observed reflections. The X-ray analysis revealed that the copper(Ⅱ) atom is coordinated by two picolinic ligands in the equatorial plane, while the two oxygen atoms of perchlorate occupy the axial positions of octahedron with lengthened Cu-O distances, resulting in a 4+2 elongated octahedral environment. A novel microporous coordination polymer [Co2(Hisor)2(4,4′-bpy)2(H2O)2]·4,4′-bpy was synthesized by hydrothermal reaction and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis and IR spectrum. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system and space group is P2/n with a=1.040 6(3) nm, b=1.138 8(4) nm, c=1.854 7(6) nm, β=102.991(6)°, V= 2.141 6(12) nm3, Z=2, Dc=1.443 Mg/m3, Mr=930.62, μ=0.842 mm-1, F(000)=952, GOF= 1.072, R=0.065 4, wR=0.146 8[I>2σ(I)]. There are two crystallographically independent Co(Ⅱ) ions in the title complex. The Hisor2- and 4,4′-bpy link the metal ions into 2D grids with dimension of 0.522 3 nm×1.138 8 nm. There are O—H…O and N—H…O hydrogen bonds in the complex resulting in the formation of 3D network with 1D channels, in which are free 4,4′-bpy molecules.  相似文献

A novel oxamido-bridged trinuclear complex Cu(NiL)2(ClO4)2(where H2L=2,3-dioxo-5,6,14,15-dibenzo-1,4,8,12-tetraazacyclo-pentadeca-7,3-dien) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum, UV-Visible spectrum and single crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n. The lattice parameters are: a=1.052 4(6) nm, b=1.182 1(6) nm, c=1.586 2(9) nm, β=91.657(9)°, and V=1.972 6(19) nm3, Z=2. The results show that the coordination geometry around copper(Ⅱ) in the title complex is hexa-coordinated octahedron. CCDC: 232608.  相似文献
